AN: More than a month? Really, me? Darn it all. I swear I'm trying to be productive, but in no area of my life am I successfully fulfilling that.
What I did do was get around to seeing Frozen II. It was nice to see Anna and Elsa find their purpose and fulfill their destinies, truly gratifying. While they're going to get up to some epic stuff in the future of Princess Party, nothing so final and meaningful as their "destiny" will be encountered, so seeing that in action in their film was pretty awesome. Just want to remind you again that no aspect of Frozen II will be implemented in this story, which was planned out way ahead of time. Even such details as the nationality and ethnicity of Anna and Elsa's parents, I'm sticking to what I had planned for that. For that matter, I assume I've contradicted many a detail from Tangled: The Series, never seen that—I plan to, I hear it's good, I'll get around to it later.
Day 41
Anna, Rapunzel, and Merida were eating breakfast out on the castle balcony. Elsa emerged out onto the terrace with them, bearing a long scroll of parchments.
"Morning, ladies," she said brightly. "Well, our voyage is set—twenty-sixth of April, a little over two weeks from now."
"Ah, finally!" said Anna. "I feel like we've been talking about this for ages. Now it's finally happening."
"…In two weeks," said Rapunzel. "She just said that."
"…God damn it," Anna muttered.
Elsa spread out the scroll out on the little dining table. "Like so," she said, running her finger across the map scrawled on the scroll. "We'll start on a quick little voyage to Corona, hang out there for a while, maybe long enough to celebrate Rapunzel's birthday? Then, with Eugene in tow, we'll head to DunBroch so I can…" She swallowed hard. "So I can meet my future father-in-law."
"Did you just gulp?" Merida teased. "Darling, don't ya worry about my dad. My mum is way scarier, and you charmed her well enough."
"Mm-hmm… mm-hmm, good."
"Rapunzel's birthday?" said Anna. "That's coming up?"
"Tenth of May," said Rapunzel. "So… maybe far enough away that we go to DunBroch and back to Corona. Definitely want my birthday to be in Corona, it's kind of a big deal there. National holiday and all, even now that I'm no longer lost…"
"And Eugene can be there for the birth of his child, right?" said Anna. "And the baby will be Corona-born, yeah? I mean, you're due in… when, exactly?"
"December," Rapunzel said dryly.
Anna glanced down at Rapunzel's belly, still not visibly pregnant. She looked back up, blushing red. "Right. Got it."
"Oh, and one more detail," said Elsa, taking a seat beside Merida. "We won't be sending messages to Corona and DunBroch ahead of time. Our arrival will be… a complete surprise. If you're agreeable to that."
Anna gasped.
Rapunzel beamed. "That sounds lovely, Elsa."
Merida giggled. "You naughty, naughty thing. My dad's going to be thrilled."
Elsa picked up a small bonbon, gently chilled it with a small twist of her fingers, and popped it into her mouth, savoring it. Merida watched her happily.
"Life is nice, isn't it?" Elsa remarked. "If someone had told me two years ago that pretty soon I'd have a handle on my magic… be a beloved queen… able to go out in public anytime I want, and be with people, and have a great relationship with my sister and with the kingdom… I wouldn't have believed it possible. And if this hypothetical clairvoyant person who had somehow gotten into my room had also mentioned that I'd be having mind-blowing pre-marital lesbian sex every day of my life, I'd have said they were completely crazy. It's unbelievable… and yet, here I am."
"Plenty more where that came from, babe," said Merida. She came up behind Elsa, her hands enveloping Elsa's breasts and her lips gently brushing against the queen's pale neck.
"I have the same thought sometimes," said Rapunzel. Elsa, though her eyelids were fluttering with pleasure, gave Rapunzel a little nod to show she was listening. "Everything I have in life is… pretty much everything I ever wanted. Except the being a princess part, that I'd never have seen coming in a million years, but having friends, freedom… married with a bun in the oven… definitely dreams I used to have."
Merida continued gently kissing Elsa's neck.
"I finished my thought, you can… go nuts," Rapunzel offered.
"Good to hear," Merida mumbled, before swiftly changing from tender kisses to wild, passionate licking.
"Ohh!" Elsa squeaked, her eyes rolling back in her head. "Oh, God, Merida… it's true what I said, you know. You blow my mind, every single day."
"Thank you, darling," Merida whispered in Elsa's ear. "And you're the best at sex."
"Mm, you keep saying that," Elsa murmured back. "But surely you've been with someone who was better at it than me?"
"Maybe that was true the first time we had sex," Merida admitted. "But I've never stayed with anyone long enough for them to really learn their way around me the way you have." She began nibbling Elsa's earlobe.
"Unh… good to hear."

AN: All right, I think I'll end it there. I'm really just biding time until the actual voyage begins, and with it the plot, before then there are just some filler moments I've thought of for a while. Don't worry, not every day of the next two weeks will be a chapter. Okay, good to be back.
