Chapter 53

Disclaimer: I don't own Yugioh

With Atemu

Atemu sighed as he sat back in the limo doing his best to ignore his foster mother's rambling about different stores she thinks they should check out to find him the perfect suit to wear to court tomorrow. Atemu honestly didn't see what the big deal was. It was just a court case about a couple of teenagers that got into a fight in town.

The worse that was probably going to happen was he was going to end up having to spend a few Saturdays picking up trash along the side of the road.

Although to be perfectly honest I would rather not get stuck doing that. The more I'm forced to be away from Yami the more chances there are that something else terrible will happen to him. He already was assaulted again because I was out wandering around after dark. Atemu mused.

Atemu sighed. Yami, he was truly at a loss for what to do for his brother. He had a strong feeling that their old go to solution wasn't going to work this time or at least not right now. And Yami wasn't really talking to him about what had happened which made trying to help him through it by listening also impossible.

He just didn't know what to do.

Atemu pulled out his phone and clicked on Mai's contact. Maybe Mai can have Yami tomorrow. That way he won't be by himself. Atemu mused as the limo came to a stop.

"Are you ready to go honey?" Amara asked.

Atemu frowned. He was not a five year old boy and he resented being addressed like he was. "I'll be in there in a second. I have a call I need to make first." Atemu snapped.

Amara sighed but nodded, "Fine. I'll be waiting inside for you once you're finished with your call." Amara said.

Atemu nodded. That would have to be good enough. He pressed call on Mai's contact and brought the phone up to his ear. Mai answered on the second ring.

"Atemu? Is something wrong?" Mai asked as she answered the phone.

Of course. Everything is going wrong. Atemu thought although he knew better than to tell Mai that. "I was hoping that I could ask you a favor." Atemu said.

"And what favor would that be hun?" Mai replied.

"I was hoping that you could pick Yami up from the mansion tomorrow and that he could spend the day with you. I just, I don't like the idea of him alone while I'm stuck at court." Atemu said.

Mai sighed, "Atemu, look I'd love to help you with that. But, there is one small problem and that is that I'm going to be at court with you tomorrow." Mai said.

Atemu frowned, "Wait, what? Why?" Atemu asked.

Mai sighed, "Well, for starters I want to be there to support you. Plus I also bailed you out of jail...I have a personal stake in making sure that you show up to court. And lastly, I need to be able to note the results of your court hearing in your file. Sorry, but I need to be at court." Mai said.

"Fuck. Well, that's just fucking fantastic! Thanks for nothing Mai. Gods above your about as helpful as Vivian. Only difference was Vivian was invisible too, worse thing is we can see you there but when we want your help or need it you just shrug your shoulders and step aside." Atemu growled before he disconnected the call absolutely fuming. For a moment Atemu just glared at his phone. He was not at all surprised that it began to ring again a few seconds later with Mai calling him back again. Atemu shoved the phone harshly into his pocket before he climbed out of the limo and marched into the ridiculously over priced men's clothing store.

Might as well get this stupid thing done and over with. Atemu thought darkly as he walked into the store and began to look around for Amara.

It didn't take Atemu long to locate Amara since she was browsing through a wrack of overly starched dress shirts. Atemu shoved his hands into his pockets where he could feel that his phone was vibrating yet again. If Mai was nothing else she could be persistent when she wanted to. Too bad she was never persistent when Atemu needed her to be.

"Ah, Atemu. There you are. Now, what color shirt do you think we should get? Classic white? Or perhaps get something some color and go for a black or dark suit and tie?" Amara asked.

Atemu shrugged, "Can you just grab something and we get out of here? I honestly don't care." Atemu growled.

"Honey, I know you are probably stressed about the hearing tomorrow but that is okay. Your father will be there with you. Mai has said that she'll be there and I will also be there. You will have a lot of people around you supporting you." Amara said.

Atemu gritted his teeth in frustration as he felt his phone begin vibrating in his pocket once more, "And what if I'd rather that none of you fucking bothered! You could just have one of the drivers drop me and the fucking doors and call it good enough. I don't need all of you gathering around me to pretend that you give two craps about me or what happens to me. You aren't fooling anyone." Atemu hissed.

Amara sighed, "Honey, that's just the stress talking. And we do care about you. Very much. We love you." Amara said.

"I couldn't care less about the goddamn hearing!" Atemu growled.

Amara sighed once more before she turned her attention away from the wrack and reached out for Atemu, "Sounds to me like someone is just having a bad day. Come here. Let me give you a hug." Amara said.

Atemu's eyes narrowed before he harshly shoved Amara away from him. Atemu shoved her away with enough force that her back collided with the nearby wrack. "Don't touch me." Atemu growled.

Amara sighed and just straightened herself back up before she returned her attention back onto the wrack. "Let's try a red shirt and see how that looks on you." Amara said.

Atemu rolled his eyes as he pulled his phone out of his pocket. He wanted to make sure the vibrating he felt was still Mai trying to call him and not someone important, like his brother. But nope, it was still Mai...calling him back for the fifth time.

Atemu pulled up a text message and entered Mai's number. Take a goddamn hint I'm not going to answer the fucking phone so quit calling me! I want to keep the line open in case someone important needs to reach me.

And one the message had been sent Atemu shoved his phone back into his pocket and reluctantly followed his foster mother over to the changing room so he could try on the shirt she had picked out.

With Mahad

Mahad walked upstairs from his basement where he had been doing some additional work in preparation for his upcoming show this Thursday. His shows typically contained a lot of different escape performances or overall dangerous stunts which never failed to truly wow his audiences. He also had decided to add for a little bit of filler and to give his audience a chance to come down from what he had planned to be an absolutely intense performance was some basic sleight of hand and smoke and mirrors which Arkana was doing an entire show of. And yes, Mahad knew full well that he was essentially mocking his opponent but that was fine. Arkana was also more than welcome to try and upstage him with an escape act but Mahad also knew that Arkana wouldn't dare make the attempt.

Mahad frowned as he glanced around the empty kitchen. The clock on the microwave was saying it was almost 7pm. Normally at this time Mana would have had all her homework spread all over the dining room table.

"Mana, are you home?" Mahad called out, he knew she didn't have work tonight since she very rarely did during the week and if she was going to be going out with friends she had always been very good about telling him that she wasn't going to be home and she hadn't.

"Mana?" Mahad called out before he made his way up the stairs. Maybe she was in her room listening to music and just can't hear me. Mahad mused as he jogged up the stairs. Mana's bedroom door was closed. Mahad pushed the door open allowing himself to more clearly catch the song that Mana had blaring from the speakers of her laptop.

And if I sell myself away (you say)

I'll have no debt to pay (you say)

I'm gonna get what I deserve

Your word, obeyed.

My debt, repaid

Our trust, betrayed

All for nothing, all for nothing

Mahd frowned as he walked into the room, his eyes glancing over his younger sister who was lying face first down on her bed, her face buried in her pillow and based on the way her shoulders were shaking it appeared that she was crying.

Mahad clicked the stop button on her song before he sat lightly down on the edge of Mana's bed. His hand lightly resting on Mana's shoulder. "Mana?" Mahad whispered.

"Go away." Mana whimpered, her voice sounded so absolutely broken.

Mahad's frown deepened as he slipped his hands around Mana, picking her up off the bed and gathering the girl into his arms, "You know I can't do that. Not when you're in here crying your eyes out." Mahad whispered.

Mana tried to wiggle herself out of Mahad's grasp, "Seriously Mahad, go away! This isn't your problem. It's mine." Mana growled.

Mahad tightened his hold around his sister's torso. "And you know that as your older brother it is my job to help you deal with whatever mess you've gotten yourself into. So, come on. Out with it. Tell me what happened?" Mahad whispered.

"Nothing happened Mahad!" Mana mumbled as she choked back a sob.

Mahad snorted, "It doesn't look like or sound like nothing to me. Is it that boy? Otto or whatever his name is?" Mahad asked.

Mana snorted, "You mean Otogi?" Mana mumbled.

"Ah, yes that's the idiot's name. Otogi. Did he have anything to do with why my sister is in her bedroom crying her eyes out?" Mahad asked.

"And I said I don't want to talk about it Mahad! Can't you just drop it?" Mana snapped.

Mahad sighed before he regretfully let got of his sister. "Fine. If you want some time to sort through some things then I'll give you that time. Just don't forget I am here for you Mana when you are ready to talk. I'll listen. No judgment, just listen." Mahad said.

Mana nodded, "Thank you." Mana whispered before she flopped back down on her bed and Mahad rose to his feet and headed out the door.

He paused just inside Mana's doorway, "What do you say that I order us some pizza for dinner tonight? And then we follow up with massive ice cream sundaes?" Mahad offered.

Mana snorted. "It sounds like you're trying to spoil me. But fine, I'll allow you to bribe me with sugar. Still doesn't mean I'll tell you what happened." Mana said.

Mahad just shrugged, "If you'll smile at least then I'll take that and call it a victory." Mahad replied before he headed back down the stairs and into the kitchen to order pizza. He had just picked up the phone when he heard someone knocking on the door.

Mahad set the phone down and headed over the front door and tugged it open, revealing the idiot boy who seemed to think he was good enough for his kid sister and the prime suspect in the cause of her unforgivable tears. Mahad crossed his arms over his chest as he glared at the boy standing on his doorstep. "Can I help you with something?" Mahad asked sharply.

Otogi shifted, awkwardly in Mahad's opinion from what foot to the other, "Uh, is Mana home?" Otogi finally asked.

"Why?" Mahad asked as he continued to glare at the insignificant worm in front of him.

"I uh...well, she uh...she left her phone at my place and her backpack. So, I was just bringing it back to her. And I uh...I wanted to talk to her." Otogi said.

Mahad held out his hand, "I'll take the phone. I paid for it, so that makes it my property. Her backpack too. And I also would be quite interested to hear what you think might be the reason my baby sister is sobbing up in her room." Mahad said sharply.

"She's...she's crying? Shit...I can I talk to her?" Otogi asked, his eyes widening in what appeared to be panic.

"No. I'm not letting you anywhere near my sister. But I would hear your explanation for what it was you did to her." Mahad growled. He knew he was only operating under a suspicion right now but Mahad always trusted his instincts and right now his instinct was screaming at him that this punk was the reason his sister was crying. And he wanted to know what this bastard had done to her.

"We, uh...we ummm." Otogi began, his ears turning a brilliant shade of red.

"You WHAT exactly?" Mahad growled, taking a threatening step in Otogi's direction.

"We fucked okay." Otogi muttered.

And for a moment the world as Mahad knew it came to a screeching halt as his mind struggled to register what this punk had said happened. His baby sister was up in her room sobbing her eyes out and her supposed boyfriend said that they had had sex. No, that's not what he said. He said they had fucked. That is quite different.

"How?" Mahad growled, his brown eyes blazing as he glared down at Otogi.

"What do you mean positioning and stuff like that?" Otogi asked.

Mahad took another step towards Otogi, "Give me my sister's belongings and get the fuck off my property. And if you ever show your face around here again there will be consequences." Mahad growled.

Otogi shakily held out the phone and bag which Mahad swiped out of Otogi's hand before he stormed back inside and slammed the door shut. He knew there was more to the story. He just had to figure out what it was.

But one thing he did know was that Mana would tell him what had happened when she was ready. And he would wait. And if what she told him confirmed that Otogi needed to be ground up into a fine powder Mahad was more than up for that too. Because no one got away with hurting his baby sister. No one.

He walked back into the house and picked back up the phone, "Yes, I'd like to place an order for delivery. One large meat lovers pizza. Extra bacon. And a large breadsticks." Mahad ordered before hanging up the phone and heading over to the freezer to see how much ice cream they had. He smirked in triumph when he saw a large tub of chocolate chip cookie dough buried in the back of the freezer. That was Mana's favorite.

Operation cheer up baby sister is officially a go. And depending on the success of this mission will determine if castrate and murder supposed boyfriend will need to be undertaken. Mahad mused.

With Yugi

Yugi was helping his grandfather in the game shop. It looked like a fresh new shipment had been delivered earlier today and his grandfather wanted Yugi to help him restock all the shelves while he was going over the books at the counter.

Yugi hardly paused in restocking the duel monsters key chains when he heard the bell above the shop door tinkle.

"Welcome to the Game Shop, is there anything I can help you find today?" Yugi heard his grandfather say.

The person who entered the shop just cleared their throat, "Well, actually Mr. Motou. I was sort of hoping that I could speak to your grandson for a few minutes."

Yugi peeked around the end of the aisle he'd been working on and his eyes landed on Akefia Bakura, Ryou's older brother. Yugi actually had very little to do with Akefia and had only heard terrible things about him from Ryou.

"What can I help you with today Akefia?" Yugi asked, his tone guarded.

Akefia gave him a small smile, "Hello Yugi. I was actually hoping that I could pick up what the homework was for today. Ryou was absent and we would really hate for Ryou to fall behind in his studies." Akefia said.

Yugi nodded. That did make a lot of sense. "Yeah, I can grab it for you. Umm, Grandpa I'll be right back. Okay?" Yugi said before he carried the half emptied box of keychains back over to the counter.

"That's fine. Go and get the homework for your friend. I can handle the shop while you're gone." Grandpa replied.

Yugi turned and headed up the stairs. He was mildly surprised to hear footsteps behind him and glanced over his shoulder to see that Akefia had followed him into the house.

"Is Ryou alright at least? I tried to call him earlier. And text him but he never replied." Yugi said as he headed upstairs to his bedroom.

Akefia shrugged. "He's alright. I think he just decided that he wanted to play hookie today. Imagine my disappointment at being turned into his little errand boy." Akefia replied.

Yugi nodded. "Right. Ummm, did Ryou say anything about what happened this weekend? I've tried to talk to him about it but he hasn't really even given me a chance." Yugi said.

Akefia shrugged once more before he flopped down on Yugi's bed. Clearly intending to make himself comfortable. Yugi forced himself to ignore it as he shuffled through the papers in his bag looking for todays homework. "The only thing Ryou mentioned was that there was someone else. Another guy that had captured your attention." Akefia said.

Yugi threw down his planner in frustration, "And I told Ryou. More than once that Atemu had NOTHING to do with what had happened on Saturday. Atemu and I are just friends. I just happen to not like Ryou as more than a friend, which I told him. He was the one who then went off about Atemu being the cause." Yugi growled.

Akefia rose a brow in question, "Atemu? That's a new name I don't believe I'd heard Ryou mention much before. New student?" Akefia asked. Yugi didn't know why but something about the smirk on Akefia's face was creeping in him out. It was almost like a triumphant smirk.

Yugi sighed, "Yes. Atemu and his twin brother Yami are two new students in our class. They were adopted by the Sennen's and started attending school with us at the beginning of the month." Yugi said.

"Ah. And given how friendly you are I don't doubt that you have gone out of your way to befriend the new kids." Akefia said.

Yugi shrugged. "Yeah. I guess." Yugi paused for a moment, "Ah ha, got it. Math was page 386-387 the odds 3-33. English was write up a critique to Romeo and Juliet. And in the critique you have to classify the play as either a tragedy or a romance and explain why you made that choice. History we just have to read chapter 17 and answer the recap questions at the end." Yugi said.

Akefia nodded before he climbed off of Yugi's bed. "Thank you very much for getting Ryou's homework. I'm sure that he will be very appreciative of it." Akefia said.

Yugi nodded, "Right. Umm, could you pass on a message to Ryou for me since he doesn't seem to be reading my texts or answering my calls?" Yugi asked.

Akefia sighed, "Well, I suppose I could. Why, what's your message?" Akefia asked.

"Could you tell him that I'm sorry. I'm sorry that I hurt his feelings. That was never my intention." Yugi said.

Akefia rolled his eyes, "Yeah, don't worry shrimp. I'll tell my brat of a brother that you're sorry." Akefia muttered before he darted back down the stairs and into the shop, with Yugi following right behind. Akefia didn't linger and instead headed right out the shop door.

Yugi picked back up the box of keychains and continued where he had left off with restocking the shelves.

"I dug your suit out of the back of your closet earlier today Yugi, so you should be all set for court tomorrow." Grandpa said from his spot at the counter.

Yugi nodded, not that his grandfather was able to see it. "That's...great Grandpa. Thank you." Yugi muttered.

Grandpa sighed, "I wouldn't worry too much Yugi. All you need to do is tell the truth tomorrow and everything will be just fine." Grandpa said.

Yugi nodded once again. "I know Grandpa. All I did was try and break up the fight. I didn't do anything wrong and I'll tell the court that. I also know that Joey and Atemu will both confirm the same thing." Yugi said.

"Exactly my boy. So, chin up. Everything will be just fine." Grandpa reiterated.

Yugi sighed, "I hope you're right Grandpa. I really do." Yugi muttered.

With Kisara

Kisara sighed as she glanced up from her chemistry paper she'd been working on. It may not be due until the end of the year but Kisara absolutely loved Chemistry so she often worked on the paper whenever her mind was idle just to give herself something to do.

Kisara sighed as she looked back over the paper she had been working on. She had chosen an atypical topic writing her paper on the chemistry/science behind pregnancy tests and how they work. Her teacher had been super excited to see that she was thinking outside the box and was really looking forward to reading Kisara's paper.

"Kisara, honey. It's getting a bit late. You should be heading to bed here soon." Mr. Bleu called out.

Kisara nodded as she saved her paper on the laptop. "Right. I'll get ready for bed now dad. Love you." Kisara said.

"Love you too pumpkin." Mr. Bleu replied.

Kisara quickly changed into her nightgown and crawled into bed. It had been a long day at school although thankfully nothing too drastic had happened. Another positive was that her and Honda were finally starting to get to be in a good place again. After the disastrous way their relationship had started she was happy that they were finally getting along.

He was a good man. A man that she could truly begin to see herself falling in love with. Would she necessarily plan on marrying him or something like that. No, of course not. She was 16, not 6. She knew that the odds of her and Honda getting married were pretty slim. They were a good couple. And they would probably last six months to a year before going their separate ways. Which was fine. Normal even.

Kisara closed her eyes and she felt her dad give her a kiss on the forehead before the door to their hotel room closed, no doubt her father was either heading down to the business lounge or to the hotel bar for either a conference call overseas or to get a few drinks.

And with that Kisara drifted off to sleep.

Kisara frowned as she glanced around herself. She appeared to be in a hospital room of some kind but she couldn't figure out why she was here. What is going on? Kisara thought to herself. She went to climb off the bed when the door opened and in walked a doctor...followed close behind by Honda.

"Alright, well lets get this show on the road." The doctor said briskly.

Kisara's frown deepened as Honda came to stand beside her bed, taking her hand in his. "What show? Can someone please tell me what is going on?" Kisara asked.

Honda gave her a bright smile. "We're having a baby sweetheart." Honda replied.

"Wait...wha..." Kisara stuttered as she glanced down at herself, taking in the sight of her humongous stomach. How is this even possible? Kisara thought to herself.

"Now, you should be ready to begin pushing shortly. So, when your next contraction hits I want you to push. And remember to breathe while you're pushing." The doctor said.

Honda gave Kisara's hand a reassuring squeeze, "Don't worry babe. I'm right here with you." Honda whispered.

Kisara woke up with a start, gasping for breath as she glanced around the empty hotel room. Her heart racing. It was just a dream. Just a dream. Kisara whispered to herself. Probably just a result of her mind still focused on the paper she'd been working on for school.

Kisara climbed out of bed and got herself a drink of water. Her and Honda had had sex for the first time about a week ago. Even if she was pregnant, which lets be realistic she's not. It would only be detectable by the most sensitive of tests.

Maybe next week I can take a pregnancy test. Just so I can put this whole thing out of my mind once and for all. Kisara mused. And with that plan in mind Kisara crawled back into bed.

With Kaiba

Kaiba sighed as he continued to stare at his computer screen. It was almost ten o'clock and he had been starring at the screen for over an hour and still hadn't managed to accomplish a goddamn thing. And the reason for all this wasted time always came back to Yami. Kaiba just couldn't get their argument from this morning out of his mind.

"To be perfectly honest Kaiba I am really starting to get sick and tired of people doing with me whatever they fucking please without taking my own thoughts or feelings into consideration. I am a person, not an object that you can use, abuse and then toss aside when its convenient for you."

That was what Yami had shouted at him this morning and for some reason Kaiba kept replaying those particular words over and over again.

Why would Yami say that? Why would Yami accuse him of using him and abusing him? He had been nothing but kind and considerate where Yami was concerned. Every time Yami needed something Kaiba had immediately dropped whatever he was doing to rush to Yami's aide. If anyone was using or abusing someone it was Yami using HIM not the other way around. Abusing HIS time and generosity.

Which again is why Yami's whole argument made no sense. In fact, none of what had happened on Saturday made any sense either. Yami pulling the disappearing act was just plain stupid. ESPECIALLY with Akunadin back in town.

Kaiba frowned. And then Atemu turned up at the mansion because YAMI had supposedly claimed he'd come over there and spent the night. But why would Yami tell Atemu? Or tell anyone for that matter that he'd stayed the night with me and not show up?

And then they found him wandering around by Akunadin's hotel. What was Yami even doing there? That was a very long way out of the way for Yami to wander. And a hell of a place to end up by accident.

And to be honest since when does Yami EVER really go anywhere by himself? He and Atemu are usually glued at the hip. So, why did Yami wander off in the first place?

Was it some twisted test of courage? To prove to himself that he isn't afraid of Akunadin anymore? And if that was what it was about...then what the hell was with the fight with Atemu? And the screaming for Kaiba not to touch him?

Did he try and test his courage and end up freaking himself out instead? Did he perhaps see Akunadin even if it was just from a distance? And then end up experiencing more hallucinations or flashbacks that set him way back?

Kaiba sighed. None of this mess made any sense. At all. And quite frankly it was starting to give him a headache. The only way I'm going to be able to figure out whatever the fuck actually happened is if I talk to Yami about it. I'll have to try and talk to him tomorrow to see if I can make any sense of this muddled up mess. Kaiba mused before he shut down his laptop. It was now almost 11 and since it was clear that he wasn't going to be able to get anything done he might as well go to bed.

Tomorrow was a new day and with a new day comes a new perspective. Hopefully then he'll be able to figure out what in the world was going on with Yami.

With Anzu

Anzu sighed as she starred at her computer screen. It was late. Almost midnight and she still couldn't sleep. And since she couldn't sleep here she was staring at the website for Juliard, a webpage that she had favorited on her computer since she was a young girl.

For as long as Anzu could remember she had wanted to become a dancer performing on Broadway. And she had worked hard for her entire life in pursuit of that goal. And yet, here she was...she was so close to achieving it and she finds herself reconsidering.

She clicked off the webpage and onto an email she had actually gotten from a Juliard recruiter. This summer they were scheduling her audition for Juliard. And if she made it then she would be able to be accepted.

Anzu clicked on the email and hit reply.

To whom it may concern,

Thank you very much for your time and your consideration. However, I don't think that I am still interested in pursuing a degree in dance at your school.

Best regards,

Anzu Mazaki.

Anzu sighed as she reread the short message she had typed. She had written it but question was is this what she really wanted to do? If she were to send this then her dream of attending Juliard would officially be gone. Juilard wasn't going to be rescheduling, they would just move on to the next candidate that wanted to audition.

Anzu sighed, it was really late. Late enough for her to know that this was not a decision she should be making on a whim on a sleepless night. Maybe after she was fully rested she could discuss this with her parents and together they could make a decision.

Maybe after her recital?

Anzu sighed before she closed out of her email and crawled back into bed, cuddling the spare pillow against her chest. Is it normal for her to miss Joey this much? He was staying at Pegasus's house tonight and tomorrow he was going to court where more than likely he was going to be sentenced to community service. It wasn't like he was going to be carted off to jail.

But yet, right now she really wished that Joey was here with her. With his arms wrapped around her, her head resting on his strong chest. She'd be able to tell him her thoughts. Her fears. Her doubts and Joey would just listen to her. He was always good at that. And somehow just by being here he'd be able to make her feel better.

Anzu sighed as she tried to go back to sleep. She was tired. And tomorrow as a new day. She just had to wait and see what happened at the trial. But she had faith that her friends would be okay. Atemu would be too.

With Akefia

It was dark. Akefia loved the dark. He slowly made his way up the long drive after he had managed to slip through the bars of the iron wrought gate in front of the Sennen's massive property. After his very enlightening conversation with little Yugi Akefia officially had his confirmation. The delectable boy he had seen was Atemu, just like the person on his fan site had said he was.

Now, this might be absolutely insane but here he was intending to break into the Sennen mansion. Fortunately the Sennen Mansion, unlike the Kaiba mansion didn't have an around the clock security team constantly monitoring the grounds which worked out all the better for him.

Akefia made his way up to the front door and after fiddling with the lock for a few moments the door swung open silently, leaving the entrance way exposed.

Akefia grinned as he made his way inside. Now, all he had to do was track down his delectable lover boy and everything would be perfect.

Indeed. I can't wait to see the look on his face when you give him the heart. I hope he's awake.

Akefia chuckled. "I hope he is too Zorc. I hope he is too."

Akefia slowly made his way up the stairs. The only problem with mansions like this is that there were so many different rooms that he'd have to look through before he managed to find his target. Akefia opened four different doors, all coming up empty. One was a closet. One appeared to be an office of some kind. And two were clearly guest rooms.

The fifth room was yet another guest room, however the sixth room Akefia opened he struck gold. Inside the room were two twin sized beds. On one bed was a boy who was sleeping rather fitfully it appeared. The sleeping boy had pale skin and was tossing and turning as he slept, mumbling something under his breath.

However, it was the other bed where his target was sitting, clearly wide awake. His eyes locked on the boy sleeping in the other bed. His blood red eyes, swiveled to land on Akefia when the door had opened.

The boy frowned before he slowly got to his feet as he approached Akefia. "What the hell do you think you're doing here? Get out." The boy hissed.

Akefia grinned. There was no doubt. This was his fiery Pharaoh from Friday night. "I come bearing gifts your highness. I couldn't get you out of my mind from the other night. So, I tracked you down so we could continue where we left off." Akefia purred.

"By breaking into my house? Are you out of your mind?" Atemu growled.

"As I said, I couldn't get you out of my mind. Consider me a thief in the night. And I couldn't resist the temptation to break into your palace. Especially knowing the treasure that lies within." Akefia purred once more as he took another step further into the room.

"Get out of here. I will not have you endangering my brother." Atemu hissed, taking another step towards Akefia. His posture tense and he looked more than ready to pounce.

Akefia loved it. "I'm not interested in your brother. Its you I want. Its you I want to see covered in blood while you lay sprawled out beneath me. Moaning as I fuck you." Akefia purred.

"And you are one sick bastard. Get out before I call the police." Atemu growled taking another step in Akefia's direction.

"For the situation you are in you don't appear particularly scared Pharaoh. Turned on perhaps?" Akefia purred.

Atemu snorted, "Far from it. I just know better than to cower from monsters like you. You don't frighten me. Now, I won't tell you again. Leave." Atemu replied.

Akefia rolled his eyes before he tossed the package at Atemu's feet. "A gift your highness. I gifted you my heart. And don't worry my dear. We will meet again." Akefia purred.

Atemu's eyes narrowed although he made no move to pick up the box. "No we won't if I have anything to say about it." Atemu growled.

"Oh, you wound me your highness. But, fine if you want to be that way I will take me leave." Akefia replied before he turned and retreated back the way he came.

That was particularly anticlimactic. Zorc whined.
