Linda smiled as she held her fiancé's hands, "Danny, the first time I saw you, you were hanging out with my brother and his friends. You smiled at me, and my heart melted. When the guys dared me to make a basket, and I did, you looked pleasantly stunned. And for weeks after, I kept seeing that cute smile of yours. And... I was in the seventh heaven when you kissed me that night."

"Linda, you don't know this-" Danny chuckled lightly, "but the first time I really saw you was when I stopped by your house one time. Jimmy was getting a basketball or something, and you walked past the kitchen. Robe in your hand and nothing but a small T-shirt covering your body. And I thought, 'how come this modest girl, who follows dress code to a tee, wears pajamas like that?'. And then on our first date, at the corner of tenth and university place, the world stood still. And I kissed you, and I knew that I was going to spend my life with you."

"Danny, I love you. And I want to fight for your... everything. Fight for you in sickness and in health."

"Linda, I'm fighting, too. Fighting for you, for your happiness, for your dignity."

"Even in the darkest, grimmest, everything's-lost of times, I will fight to pull you out. To help you see the light in the midst of the darkness."

"To show you that silver lining, that rainbow in the sky. Linda, I'm fighting for you, for all of you. All your perfect imperfections. For your good days and your bad."

"Our dreary Mondays."

"Wacky Wednesdays."

"Fun Fridays."

"Youthful years and grandparent decades."

"For better or worse."

"For richer or poorer."

"In sickness and in health as long as we both shall live, to death till us parts." They finished together.

The priest smiled, "I know pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."

Danny smiled and pulled Linda close, kissing her sweetly. He rested his forehead on hers, both of them beaming.

"We'll never part," Linda beamed at the table, looking at her new in-laws.

"What if one of you dies?" Jack Boyle raised an eyebrow.

"'Death cannot stop true love. All it can do is delay it for a while'." Danny explained, his arm around Linda.

"Dickenson?" Frank wondered who Danny had quoted.

"Westley from Princess Bride." The newlyweds said together.

"I'm just happy my baby finally got married!" Mary beamed, taking out her camera for yet another picture.

"Ma!" Danny complained.

"Yeah, Mary. There was four years of college and Fallujah we had to cross first." Linda said matter of factly. "But we did it, and I'm a Reagan!"
