Chapter 19 is finally here! I apologize for the wait as my life has grown more busy and complicated as of late, and this took a while. As usual I will address certain things (to an extent) before we go into this chapter proper.

From Clarent excalibur, to be honest, I currently have no plans on a story/adaptation/sequel involving Danganronpa 2 at the moment. I don't want to promise something and then recant on it later, but as of right now nothing is planned. As for what will happen later on, that as always will remain to be seen.

From the Guest, I appreciate the many suggestions and that you are appreciating the story. In the future, I would recommend private messaging me regarding all of this instead. But I do like that this story has given you much to say in general and in regards to this.

I want to say thank you to everyone who is reading this story, and I hope you enjoy this chapter.

Komaru was looking at the map, she and Mukuro had on them, while the soldier girl was walking besides her. It was now the next day and the two were back on the streets of Towa City, searching for Towa Library.

"A library… I wonder if they have any manga?" Komaru pondered, while Mukuro could only roll her eyes at what she heard. "I mean, a lot of libraries tend to do,"

"We're here to find a survivor Komaru, not check out books," Mukuro remarked.

"Yeah but I'm sure even you have stuff you like to read, don't you?" Komaru asked, while Mukuro through about what she just heard. "Don't you?"

"Well… admittedly, during some of my free time, while I was serving in my mercenary group, I did like to read whatever was available," Mukuro said out loud. "Like… there was some nice catalogs for ordering weapons that I took advantage of,"

"See? Maybe they got some nice books on weapons you can take out, once this is all over," Komaru replied. Mukuro felt skeptical about that while the soldier girl looked towards her two handguns and sighed.

"I feel like looking for handgun ammo later. I'm all out after yesterday," Mukuro complained. "I mean, I'm still glad I got my knives, but I should try to restock on these, when I can,"

"Well maybe the library will have handgun ammo?" Komaru joked. "I mean… with the city being the way it is, maybe everything else is all over the place as well,"

"You play a lot of videogames or something, do you?" Mukuro asked with a questioning face while Komaru just sheepishly grinned. "Though I technically can't rule out the possibility. How much farther is the library Komaru? I let you have the map today,"

"Oh, look Mukuro! There it is!" Komaru shouted excitedly as Komaru pointed ahead of her. Mukuro and Komaru saw a large building from afar. It had a rectangular design and was particularly very large. "The Towa Library!"

"Good. Let's hope today goes smoothly then," Mukuro said, as she and Komaru headed over to the library's entrance. The two were now inside the library's entrance as they looked around. It seemed to be abandoned with no sign of life. Many books were torn apart, laying flat on the ground, or still remained in their respective shelves. Messy paper that seemed to be ripped and torn was thrown all over the place was also seen. Not to mention the usual dried up bloodstains. They saw that there was an elevator in the center of the library, that could bring one up or down the many floors of the place.

"This library has seen better days," Komaru remarked, feeling a bit nervous. "I hope that martial arts guy is still here,"

"We'll see," Mukuro said. The two began to walk around the library, as they began to explore the desolate place. After some time searching the first floor, the girls opted to use the library and began searching each upper floor. However, after a longer amount of time, they were now on the highest floor of the library, both sitting by a table, resting for a bit. The two had still yet to find anyone in the library yet.

"Either this Kenshiro guy is really good at hide and seek, or he's not here anymore," Komaru said while Mukuro looked at her skeptical. "And I hopefully mean he's elsewhere, and not dead. Just to be clear Mukuro,"

"If he's really not here, we'll just have to look elsewhere," Mukuro replied calmly. "We still haven't explored this library to the fullest though. There's still the basement,"

Komaru nodded and pointed towards the elevator that the two had used before, multiple times to get around the floors to explore the library. The two walked to it, and decided to enter it, and Komaru pressed the button for the basement. The elevator doors soon closed and they waited as it went down briefly… then it suddenly stopped. The lights in the elevator went out as well, leaving the two in a dimmer elevator.

"Is there a power outage or something?" Mukuro asked, a bit irritated that it stopped working. The two waited longer, hoping that it was just a minor issue. After some time, the soldier girl got more frustrated and decided to take matters into her own hands. "Komaru, think you can use your hacking gun to get it moving?"

"Leave it to me!" Komaru said with a grin. She took out her Megaphone Hacking Gun and had it set to use a Move bullet, as Mukuro placed her hands on a panel, that was protecting the circuitry, and had it exposed for the electromagnetic wave about to be shot. "Move!"

A green shot fired out and made a perfect hit. The elevator was now active again as the lights went back on, causing Komaru to really grin and for Mukuto to look pleased. This was short lived, as suddenly the elevator began to wildly go down fast as Komaru's face was freaking out while Mukuro's was now scowling. Then the elevator crashed hard at the basement, busting the elevator door and sending it flying, while both girls were on the floor, feeling pain.

"Well… we're not dead at least!" Komaru said in an attempt to be optimistic, as her eyes were now swirly with dizziness, while Mukuro was gritting her teeth, and clutching her head with her right hand.

"But we sure as hell are going to be sore," Mukuro grumbled as both girls slowly picked themselves off the ground. Ahead of them they saw a huge storage area filled with books of all kinds, neatly organized in boxes. They saw an office all the way on the other side that had a closed door, and there were dim lights on the ceiling of the area, that were darker compared to the ones to the rest of the library, but still shed some light. To the right side were stairs that also provided a way to go up, which was definitely something needed after the elevator was now destroyed. "I really hope this Kenshiro guy is in that office,"

Just as they said that, the door slowly opened. Emerged from it was the very person who the two teenage girls were finally looking for. His expression was that of confusion and a bit of hesitation, as he the newcomers and a broken elevator door in front of them.

"Who are you two?" Kenshiro asked, wondering if they were with the people who kidnapped him or not. The young man looked at them, wondering if they were hostiles or allies.

"Let me make this clear now. We're not the enemy," Mukuro stated loudly, as she and Komaru calmly stood where they were and looked towards him. "We're here to save you and bring you to a safe place,"

"How do I know I can trust you?" Kenshiro asked, wanting to be cautious.

"Mukuro… why don't you show him proof that we can be trusted?" Komaru said, as Mukuro nodded to that idea. Both girls slowly walked over to Kenshiro, and when they were finally near him. Mukuro slowly pulled out her smartphone and went to a photo that depicted all of Class 78 together. "See? She knows your friend from Hope's Peak Academy,"

Kenshiro seeing this sighed with relief and sat down on the ground. Seeing this, the girls sat down on the ground too, glad to see he was more relaxed with them around, as all three felt calmer now.

"So, you're one of Sakura's classmates, huh?" Kenshiro asked, admittedly curious to be meeting one of them, as Mukuro nodded to him. "Where is she exactly?"

"She's not in Towa City at all. She's back at headquarters for an organization I'm a part of, called Future Foundation," Mukuro answered. "Sakura is safe and sound,"

Kenshiro looked pleased from what he was hearing. He was about to ask more, but stopped as he thought about what to say. He then said the following after thinking it over.

"Personally, I like to ask more about everything regarding Sakura, this organization, and so on, but I don't think this is the best time for that. You said you know a safe place. Can you talk in detail about that?" Kenshiro asked.

"Of course. Keep in mind that this might be a bit hard to believe but basically, there's a large underground base in the sewers where survivors are. We have lots of people, resources, and a shelter," Mukuro explained. "My friend and myself can take you there,"

"I see," Kenshiro said, as he quietly absorbed all this information into him, with his eyes closed. After some time, he eventually opened them and smiled towards the girls. "Very well. I see no reason to decline,"

"Alright!" Komaru said with a big cheeky grin, happy that Kenshiro had no issues with going with them, as she pumped her first into the air. "Thank you for believing in us,"

"But… there is something I need to address before I can go with you two," Kenshiro said, which caught their attention.

"And what something is that?" Mukuro asked, wondering what was preventing him from leaving with them, at the moment.

"It be better if I showed you. Follow me," Kenshiro said, as he got up from the ground and walked into the door he came from earlier. Komaru and Mukuro walked after him and soon found themselves in a new room. It looked like a large office like room. It had two large worn down brown couch, some supplies of various kinds tucked away in a corner, a office desk and a chair behind it. Various books on martial arts were nearby one couch, while books regarding investigation and detectives were by the other couch. On that other couch was another person that was now looking at the three that entered the room. "Fuhito, we have company,"

An old man with white wispy hair was sitting on the couch, that had books involving investigations and detectives near him, and he himself was reading a Sherlock Holmes book, before being interrupted. He wore thin framed glasses that covered his pale brown eyes, had a mustache that was white and a bit thick, and a bushy white wore a white dress shirt, a purple lavender tie, and black dress pants, and black dress shoes. What the girls noted was that the old man had what appeared to be thick bandages with dried blood that were wrapped around his right knee, on that area of his pants. Beside him on the couch he was sitting at was a silver cane, which was appropriate for someone of his age. Fuhito looked towards the two girls, and looked at them with silence, while they looked back at him.

"Who are these two?" Fuhito asked calmly, as Kenshiro beckoned Komaru and Mukuro to sit beside him on the other couch, which faced the couch the older man was sitting on.

"Don't worry, they're not our enemy. In fact, they're our allies," Kenshiro calmly explained. The martial artist then turned to the girls. "You two should introduce yourselves to him and explain the situation,"

"Sure. I'm Komaru Naegi! We're here to save people!" Komaru happily proclaimed while Fuhito didn't look convinced.

"I'm Mukuro Ikusaba. My friend here is telling the truth," Mukuro added. "There's a Resistance Base that's hidden underground in the sewers. We have food, shelter, and other people there and the children commanding the Monokumas don't know about it,"

"So, you say. To be honest, I really don't believe you," Fuhito said, feeling skeptical of what they were telling him. "Well introductions are in order from myself as well. I'm Fuhito Kirigiri,"

As soon as Mukuro heard his full name, she suddenly recalled that was a name connected to one of her classmates. In this instance, Kyoko. Mukuro suddenly took out her little notepad and went over her notes regarding the hostages. Sure enough, Fuhito's name was there, and Mukuro mentally sighed with relief.

"Wait what? Why don't you believe us?" Komaru asked feeling disappointed.

"I'm a man that needs proof that shows that I can trust people," Fuhito calmly replied.

"But you and Kenshiro are here hiding together, so you obviously trust him?" Komaru questioned, wondering about that.

"Kenshiro saved my life, from when I was escaping from the Monokumas," Fuhito explained, as the girls looked at the martial artist who decided to continue explaining for the old man.

"So, a while back, when I was escaping from the place I was trapped in when the riots finally started, I ran into Fuhito in the streets of Towa City. He was attacked by a Monokuma, and was about to be killed till I destroyed the robot that was about to be his executor," Kenshiro explained. "After that, I carried him, and ended up finding this library as a shelter. Since then we've been laying low here, and I would occasionally go out to find supplies for the both of us here. In fact, I was just about to head out to look for some more, till I ran into you two,"

"As you can see, Kenshiro has proved to be pretty trustworthy to me," Fuhito explained back. "It is on you two to show proof that I have reason to trust you two,"

"Fair enough. But I do believe I do have proof," Mukuro stated, as she took out her smartphone just like before. She then went to show a photo that had herself and Kyoko in it, as she then showed it to Fuhito who looked at it. The old man's eyes shown some shock, at seeing his granddaughter in the picture he was shown. "That's Kyoko in the picture with me. We were both in the same class in Hope's Peak Academy. You're a relative of hers, are you not?"

"Kyoko…" Fuhito said quietly, as he saw the picture of his granddaughter. "Do you know where she is now?"

"She's safe in the headquarters of the organization that Mukuro works for. The Future Foundation," Komaru said, chiming in. "Mukuro is working for them to save people and get them out of this city,"

"For now, I plan to take all the people I plan on saving to the Resistance Base as my current plan before doing anything else," Mukuro added.

"I see," Fuhito said, taking all this information in himself. "And you two are here to help Kenshiro and I to go to this Resistance Base, right now. Am I correct?"

"Yep! So why don't we go now?" Komaru asked. Fuhito simply sighed and pointed at this right knee that was covered in bandages still.

"This was the thing I wanted to address," Kenshiro said. "When I saved Fuhito from the Monokuma that attacked him, he got severely injured. Over time I found some medicine and bandages to treat his wound, but his mobility is significantly reduced,"

"I can't go out there in my current condition. I would be too slow and leave myself too vulnerable. It would be suicidal and foolish of me to do so," Fuhito added.

"What if we were to act as your guards while we all make our way to the Resistance Base?" Mukuro suggested. "Komaru and I have our ways of fighting off the Monokumas,"

"I still don't feel that's a safe way to get around," Fuhito replied. "Unless I can somehow move around nimbly, I don't feel safe to go out still,"

"What if we… got you a wheelchair or something?" Komaru suggested, trying to think of ways that they could get Fuhito out. Everyone remained silent, as they thought over what the younger teen said. "I mean… Kenshiro could push you around in it,"

"That might be acceptable," Fuhito answered. "But you don't have a wheelchair with you, do you?"

"We can find one," Mukuro answered, liking that Komaru thought of a way to help Fuhito to the Resistance Base. "Come on Komaru. Let's head out and get a wheelchair and bring it back here,"

"I guess I'll stay here and keep watch over Fuhito," Kenshiro stated. "You two be careful,"

The girls nodded as they walked out of the office while Kenshiro turned to face Fuhito, as the two men seemed relieved that they could be moving to a safer location. We now see Komaru and Mukuro walking up the stairs and were soon back on the 1st floor of the library.

"But where are we going to find a wheelchair Mukuro?" Komaru asked, wondering where they would find one.

"Same place I found you. In the hospital in Towa City," Mukuro replied, while Komaru's face lit up with realization from hearing that. "I remember seeing some, while we were getting out of there. We better be careful though. I have no doubt that place is crawling with more Monokumas by now,"

Komaru nodded, and both girls slowly made their way to the hospital, where the two first met in Towa City.

Makoto felt his eyes slowly opening. He slowly and groggily began to wake up, as he got off the bed that his captors were surprisingly kind enough to leave him with. He yawned and looked a bit frustrated as he knew this was going to be a routine for a while, as strewn documents and cardboard boxes laid all over the room. Most of the documents were either blank, had crayon scribbles, or were of random subjects that had nothing to do with what was happening.

"A part of me just wants to sleep still. My head feels like it's overwhelmed by everything that's happened," Makoto whispered to himself, feeling foolish still. "I feel like I'm back in Hope's Peak Academy again when Junko tried to get us to kill each other,"

Makoto suddenly heard knocking on the door that led to his room, as his eyes darted over to the door that was locked from the outside. It slowly opened as a Monokuma wearing a maid outfit, pushed in a tray with a plate that had pancakes in the shape of Monokuma on it and some eating utensils to the side. Next to the plate was a black and white coffee mug filled with milk. Makoto just sighed, as the Monokuma soon left, as he stared at his breakfast.

"Well at least they won't let me starve," Makoto said as he slowly began to eat. "After this, I'll rest, and go looking through these documents again. Maybe I'll find something that can help out,"

Makoto looked around at the messy documents strewn about and really wondered if his captors would leave any valuable information lying around. So far from what he found was of no use. Still he felt he had to keep going in his own way, even if it wasn't much. He soon finished his breakfast and began to look through what was left over in the room.

Mukuro and Komaru were staring at the front of the hospital, now back at the place. Upon returning, they've noticed more spilled blood and corpses around the area, which caused Komaru to gulp in fear.

"So where exactly would they be keeping the wheelchairs in a hospital?" Komaru asked.

"I'm not sure to be honest. We'll just have to explore and find one. Maybe in a storage room or something along those lines," Mukuro answered. The two were about to start walking before they heard a sound. Both turned around saw a male Monokuma Kid.

"Huh. What do you want with us?" Komaru asked, feeling concerned and curious. The Monokuma Kid walked up to her, and handed her a SD card. This one had the Japanese characters for the word burn written on it, in red marker. The Monokuma Kid then immediately ran off, wanting to be away from the two girls.

"Hmph. That guy is still helping us," Mukuro said, still concerned about Nagito.

"I don't like him either, but he was the one who gave me all these bullets back for the Hacking Gun," Komaru said, feeling mixed on Nagito herself. She inserted the new SD card into her Megaphone Hacking Gun and flipped the function to burn. "Now this will be useful. Any Monokumas in our way will be cooked!"

"That leaves one more SD card that the Hacking Gun needs, before it's fully restored," as Mukuro made note of that in her notepad. "Let's head in now and let's see if we can find a wheelchair,"

Both of the girls entered the hospital once more, as they entered the lobby. In said lobby they saw a concerning sight. Multiple Beast Monokumas were sleeping in the room as their eyes were closed while Komaru was tempted to scream, as she had yet to see these types of Monokumas and the fact that they looked like they could easily maul her. Mukuro signaled to Komaru with a shushing sign, as the two carefully walked and sneaked past the sleeping robot bears. Once they were in the hospital hallway Komaru found herself whispering.

"I didn't think the Monokumas would need to sleep. They're not actual living bears," Komaru whispered.

"Junko always liked to give her AI some personality for the novelty," Mukuro whispered back. "Lucky for us, it worked out as we didn't have to fight all those Monokumas,"

The two proceeded to keep going, but this time slowly as they explored the hospital. Unlike last time, many more stains of dried blood and corpses decorated the area. The area showed more signs of damage and fighting as floors and walls show signs of claw marks and cracks. Eventually the two came upon a room that had sign that said "Storage," beside it.

"You think there's a wheelchair in here?" Komaru asked. Mukuro simply shrugged.

"No harm in looking I hope," Mukuro said as she slowly opened the door. The two went in and took a look around. What was inside was wrecked shelves and broken items on the ground. However, the two saw something that made them glad.

"A wheelchair!" Komaru exclaimed with glee before Mukuro immediately covered her mouth with her hands and looked at her as if she was crazy.

"Quiet!" Mukuro whispered loudly and annoyed, reminding Komaru of the sleeping Beast Monokuma they saw from earlier. "I don't plan on being bear food so let's try to keep it down!"

Komaru slowly nodded, realizing that being loud would probably signal their death sentence, or at the very least, make getting out of the hospital very unpleasant. Mukuro let go of her hands on Komaru's mouth, and walked over to the wheelchair. Komaru held the door open, as Mukuro slowly moved the wheelchair out of the room. Once Mukuro was out, Komaru exited herself, and the two looked at the wheelchair.

"I'll push it out of the hospital," Mukuro whispered as Komaru nodded in agreement. Mukuro slowly pushed it, gritting her teeth with frustration and a tiny but of fear as she hoped to god it wouldn't make any noise. Komaru had sweat drip down from her face as she slowly walked after the other girl, hoping the wheelchair wouldn't make any noise as well. They soon found themselves back in the hospital lobby. Both of them slowly moved themselves and the wheelchair around the sleeping Beast Monokumas, careful to not bump into them. They were soon outside the hospital entrance, and both sighed with relief. "Thank god that went alright,"

Just as she had finished uttering those words, a familiar evil "Puhuhuhu," was heard, causing the girls to look forward with either nervous or pained expressions. It was a Siren Monokuma and it was looking straight at them with an evil mischievous grin. Before the two could do anything, the Siren Monokuma's siren rang off, as an alarm sound now blared. The Siren Monokuma then ran away, giggling in amusement. The two teenager girls looked behind themselves and saw the Beast Monokumas were slowly waking up, and looking towards them.

"WE HAVE TO GET OUT OF HERE!" Komaru screamed as Mukuro felt really annoyed by the Monokumas now. Komaru then leaped into the wheelchair, turned to face behind the mobile chair and held out her Megaphone Hacking Gun while Mukuro looked annoyed at the younger girl. "You push me while we move, and I'll fire back at them!"

"It makes sense, but at the same time it feels like you just don't want to run," Mukuro replied really annoyed, as she started to push the wheelchair. The Beast Monokuma were now galloping after them as it looked like a chase scene out of a movie, as Mukuro pushed the wheelchair with Komaru rapid firing back Burn bullets at the robot bears. "I'm going to get us back to the library. Try to take them all out!"

"Got it!" Komaru shouted back as she was rapid firing Burn bullets from her Hacking Gun, as the Beast Monokuma she managed to hit were burning up with heat and slowing down. "Get turned into burning scrap you mean Monokumas!"

Elsewhere we see the Future Foundation Headquarters. At the moment the members of Class 78 were in their meeting room. At the moment they were taking a break from their discussions as they were all having lunch right now. The Future Foundation's cafeteria had various food items, as they each had a plate of food in front of them.

"Hey Hifumi. Can I get some of your Takoyaki balls?" Hiro whined, as he looked at an empty bowl in front of him, as the fortune teller finished his food.

"Why didn't you just get your own at the cafeteria then?" Hifumi whined back as he used the toothpick he had to gobble one of the takoyaki balls he had, in satisfaction.

"The person working the counter said I take too much," Hiro whined. "I mean… I do try to sell the extra snacks like chips sometimes so I don't think they're necessarily wrong,"

"Sucks to be you Hiro!" Hifumi taunted with a friendly smirk as he ate another takoyaki ball, while the Ultimate Clairvoyant let out a whining sound.

"Honestly… eating with people like you two around gives me a headache," Celeste with rolled eyes, as she was drinking a cup of milk, as both Hifumi and Hiro frowned in her direction.

"Tch. If we were back in Hope's Peak, I be eating by myself without any of you," Byakuya stated calmly as he was calmly cutting the steak in front of him.

"That's not nice," Aoi said as she was eating one of many donuts, she got for herself. "We all ate together back in Hope's Peak Academy. Sometimes at least,"

"It was nice and peaceful back then," Chihiro said, as he took a bite of the cookie, he had in front of him.

"I miss the good shit. Not that the food is here bad, but I remember that one of the guys from the class before us, cook for everyone sometimes," Mondo whined as he was eating a cheeseburger. "His food was fucking delicious,"

"Oh yeah! He was the Ultimate Cook or something, wasn't he?" Leon added as he was chewing on some bubble gum at the moment.

"That guy was a pervert. I don't want to remember him," Toko said with a scowl as she was eating some instant ramen. "That guy always tried to flirt with everybody and get into their pants!"

"Well I did discipline him sometimes when he did such actions, whenever I ran into him acting such a way," Taka said proudly as he took a bite out of the fried chicken leg he held in front of him. Everyone else either just rolled their eyes or just stayed silent. "But I do agree he made amazing food,"

"Anyway… I hope Makoto and Mukuro are also eating fine at the moment," Sayaka commented as she was eating a salad.

"Agreed. Not to mention our loved ones," Sakura stated, as she was calmly drinking a cup of tea. "I miss my times sharing a meal with Kenshiro,"

"Kenshiro? Who's that Sakura?" Aoi asked, curious who this person was. Sakura smiled as memories of her friend replayed in her mind, before she answered her swimmer friend.

"My rival in martial arts. I hope he's safe. He was the hostage taken to Towa City for me," Sakura replied. "As of late, his physical condition isn't the greatest and the last time I saw him he was rather skinny, so I hope he's eating well,"

"I can relate. My grandfather was taken there as a hostage," Kyoko said quietly, drinking from a cup of coffee. "In his old age, I can only hope he's keeping up with his health,"

"That's great and all, but can someone lend me some more food? I'm still starving?" Hiro whined, as everyone looked at him with mixed reactions. "No? Fine… I'll go to the cafeteria and get some more,"

"I'll go with you. I want to get some more Takoyaki for myself," Hifumi said, as he just finished his current meal, as the two got off their seats, and walked together.

"When you two come back and finish your food, we're starting our next discussion," Kyoko stated, as she sighed and then drank more of her coffee. She hoped her classmates and her grandfather were doing alright still. The Ultimate Detective whispered quietly to herself the following, as she and the other waited. "I already lost my father... I don't want to lose you too grandfather,"

Back in the office, in the library basement, Kenshiro was meditating on the couch he was sitting on with his eyes closed, while Fuhito was resting, sleeping on the other couch, as both waited to see if the girls would return. This peaceful silence was soon interrupted as the door to the office they were in was kicked open. Mukuro looked as if she ran a marathon, and while she was in top physical shape in general, was still sweaty and breathing very hard. Komaru in comparison was less sweaty but still was out of breath, due to what just happened to them.

"Looks like you two found a wheelchair," Kenshiro commented, as Mukuro nodded, taking a water bottle out of her backpack and drinking it with relief.

"I assume you two ran into some sort of resistance while doing so," Fuhito presumed, as Komaru got out of the chair and sat on the ground feeling tired herself. "But I do believe you two have provided a wheelchair as you said you would,"

"So, will you please go back with us to the Resistance Base?" Mukuro asked, as she was drinking her water and catching her breath.

"I will. Kenshiro and I were considering looking for a different safe haven, as we had discussions whether the library be safe for the foreseeable future or not," Fuhito answered. "It's time we leave this library and move to a safer place,"

"I agree. Let's head out soon after you two girls get some rest," Kenshiro said in agreement, as Komaru and Mukuro rested and ate whatever food had on them, as Kenshiro and Fuhito did the same with their own supplies of food. Shortly afterwards, Kenshiro carefully helped Fuhito up, who made sure he grabbed his cane. Fuhito sat down in the wheelchair, as Kenshiro slowly pushed him out of the office they were in while the girls walked out of the office as well. "Let's head over to this Resistance Base of yours,"

"Finally," Mukuro said as she felt so glad to get two more hostages rescued. Komaru nodded in agreement as this seemed to be smooth sailing so far. They were all outside of the library and now back to the outside of the city.

"It's been a while since I've seen the outside… still as gloomy as ever," Kenshiro commented while Fuhito chose to be silent, just observing.

"Come on. We'll take you to the Resistance Base," Mukuro motioned as she and Komaru walked ahead, with Kenshiro pushing the wheelchair holding Fuhito behind them.

Nagisa was in a dark room that belonged to him, sitting on a bed. The lights were all off as sat there, just sitting on his bed, looking at the floor. The whole room was in darkness so it was hard to see what else was apart of it, at the current moment. His eyes were blank as he barely felt anything since what Monaca did to him. He was silent as he was just blankly staring at the floor, doing seeming nothing aside from that. In a different area, we see Monaca in what appeared to be a security monitor room, keeping track of Nagisa. She smiled, pleased by the way he was acting.

"Monaca is so happy Nagisa is like this," Monaca proclaimed with glee to herself. "Big Sis Junko be so proud of me,"

Monaca's eyes then diverted attention from the screen that focused on Nagisa, and to the one that depicted Makoto Naegi in his prison. The boy was going through the left over cardboard boxes in the room, trying to find anything useful out of what was in there.

"Mr. Makoto Naegi is still trapped like a bird in a cage here," Monaca said pleased. "Monaca should let Big Sis Junko know about him being trapped here, when Monaca has the time,"

Monaca then switched to screens that showed areas of outside Towa City. She scanned and looked through all the different screens, as she was searching to see if a certain Warrior of Hope was present in any of them. After looking through them all, Monaca frowned, not pleased to not be seeing a certain someone.

"Where did Kotoko go?" Monaca questioned to herself, as she was aware that unlike Masaru and Jataro, the Monokuma Kids didn't manage to punish her, despite losing just like the two Warriors of Hope before her. "Oh well. It shouldn't be a big deal. Maybe Monaca will see her again, maybe she won't. Anyway… oh Mr. Servant! Monaca want a milkshake!"

Nagito walked into the room, carrying a tray with a mint chocolate milkshake on it. He held the tray near Monaca as she grabbed it and began to drink it.

"Thank you, Mr. Servant. Monaca appreciates your service still," Monaca said with enjoyment. "Now… Mr. Servant. Monaca is thinking going to implement Nagisa's plan soon. The one he told me about in the past,"

"The one involving the Resistance Base?" Nagito questioned as Monaca nodded.

"Yep! Not tomorrow but definitely sometime soon," Monaca said. "Monaca think it'll make things more fun, interesting, and possibly really despair inducing! Big Sis Junko would love it!"

"Is that so?" Nagito questioned, wondering how this would affect his own plans. "Well I guess we'll see when it happens, won't we?"

Monaca simply nodded as she kept drinking her milkshake, while Nagito walked away. Elsewhere, we see Nagisa still sitting in his room. Staring blankly still at the floor, remaining silent. As if he had no real whims of his own, now just living to trying to please Monaca's expectations.

The scene switches to the sewers as Mukuro, Komaru, Fuhito and Kenshiro, as the four were staring at the ladder that led to the entrance of the Resistance Base. Fuhito and Kenshiro frowned as you obviously couldn't push someone up a ladder in a wheelchair, while Mukuro and Komaru wondered themselves.

"I guess it's time you go for a piggyback ride Fuhito," Kenshiro said, as he slowly and carefully helped the old man out of the wheelchair, as Fuhito just sighed. Fuhito had Mukuro hold his cane, as they prepared to climb.

"Just please don't drop me, or I'll be facing a permanent retirement into the afterlife this early," Fuhito commented, as Kenshiro carefully had the old man on his back. They all slowly and carefully made their way up the ladder as they went up it, and soon found themselves standing in front of the metal gate to the Resistance Base. "Despite the short time I had with it, I'm going to miss that wheelchair,"

"Well when all of this is over you can get one for yourself," Komaru suggested casually as the gates to the Resistance Base slowly raised. "And here's the Resistance Base as we promised,"

"Nice job girls. We're very appreciative of this," Kenshiro commented with a smiled. "This should be way safer than that library office,"

"Yes. I have to agree," Fuhito said, amazed such a place even existed underground.

"Can you walk?" Mukuro asked, giving Fuhito back his cane, wondering if his injury from the Monokumas in the past was that severe. The old man nodded, as he still had his cane with him. Fuhito slowly hobbled his way using his cane towards the Resistance Base, while Kenshiro kept by his side, wanting to make sure he was safe. The girls followed after them and went into the Resistance Base themselves. Mukuro then pointed to the building that was larger than the others, that was on the opposite end of the entrance, where they entered from. "Over there is where the leader of the Resistance Base is normally. Both of you should head over there and meet with him. He'll give you two a place to stay here,"

"Thank you so much," Kenshiro said to the girls, as Fuhito nodded in agreement. "We'll head over there, and meet this individual,"

Kenshiro and Fuhito began to walk away, leaving Mukuro and Komaru back to being by themselves. Both girls sighed, relieved that they got two more hostages back at the Resistance Base and that they could call it a day. Before the two could say more, the two heard a familiar voice call out to them.

"Looks like you two girls found some more survivors," said the familiar voice of Hiroko as she walked up to them. "I also got something for you two girls again,"

"Let me guess, another hit list card?" Mukuro asked, as Hiroko nodded to her.

"Ooh! Let me see!" Komaru said excitedly, feeling energized by seeing the hit list card. Hiroko handed it to the younger girl, as the teens now looked at it. It depicted a middle-aged man who looked as if he wasn't sleeping well as he had some bags under his eyes (along with some thick eyebrows), greying hair a bit of stubble around his chin and mouth, and a serious expression. His so-called demon name was "Takaakix," and his actual name being Takaaki Ishimaru, and his apparent location listed on the card was the Science Memorial Hall. Komaru then took a deep breath as she began to read the description on the hit list card.

"A Demon who was a policeman in the Demon World. Maybe carrying the item "Gun," so be very careful when you hunt it! Also, its father is a super rare Demon who's a former Prime Minster. If you can hunt it down while leaving some body parts behind, your friends are gonna be so jealous! Tickle its weak spot, the sides, then kill it when it starts laughing!" Komaru finished reading out loud.

"Who would have thought the son of a politician be here?" Hiroko noted while the teenager girls looked at her. "I heard on the news this guy got heat for something his father did. Tough world we live in,"

"Tough world indeed," Komaru said. "I wouldn't want to get trouble my way, because of something someone else did.

"Thanks. Komaru and I will look for him tomorrow," Mukuro said with relief, as she recalled that was one of the hostages behind held. In this case, Kiyotaka's father. "We're about to call it a day. We're pretty exhausted after everything today,"

"Alright. You two girls get a good night's sleep. Later," Hiroko said, with a smile, as she walked away. Komaru and Mukuro were back to by themselves.

"Too bad you didn't find any handgun ammo at the library there, earlier?" Komaru asked while Mukuro just shrugged. "I mean you did want to restock on handgun ammo,"

"We found two hostages today instead. I call that a more productive gain in comparison," Mukuro said with a slight smirk.

"Speaking of hostages... is this guy on the hit list, Ms. Hagakure just gave us, another one of the hostages you have to save then, Mukuro?" Komaru asked to the older teen, as the black-haired girl nodded to her.

"Yes. Including him, I only have two hostages left," Mukuro replied. "So, at the very least, we'll be finding one more hostage soon with this hit list card hopefully. After that, we'll discuss what to do next,"

"Well I know what I want to do next," Komaru said as she yawned and stretched, as both girls began to walk to their place in the Resistance Base. "Take a shower, eat dinner, brush my teeth and clean up, then sleep. I am beat for today,"

"Agreed. Let's call it a day Komaru," Mukuro said as the two continued to walked to where they were staying at.

Elsewhere, we see Makoto in his prison, still going through the boxes and various documents. He was getting tired as it was getting late, and the repetitive task of sifting through all the paper and documents left in the boxes in his prison, had grown weary for him. Makoto kept going, as he decided to go through one more box of paper, before deciding to go to sleep.

"So far, still nothing," Makoto said with a yawn, as he opened the last box of documents he decided to take a look at. He removed the cover of the box, and curiously enough, found a large manilla document folder, labeled classified on the front. His eyes piqued with interest, as this may have been something of interest. He opened the folder up, and upon seeing the words on the front document, felt both concerned and surprised from the revelations he was reading.

"Production of Robots as Domestic Helpers & Emergency Aid Workers?" Makoto said to himself as he saw that was titled on the first of the classified documents, wondering what he just found. He flipped the first page as he continued to read. The more he read, the more his eyes began to flip out even more from what he's seeing, making himself even yelling the following.

"There's... there's a factory that's making the Monokuma's here!?"

To Be Continued

So what did you guys think? Some notes as always.

1. Fuhito wasn't wounded in the original game (at least from what we know) as he and every other hostage were saved off screen (for the ones that didn't perish that we know in the game. Fuhito does have a cane normally from the source material regarding him but he normally doesn't need to use it, under normal circumstances.

2. Kenshiro is another of the hostages, and like a majority of them in the original Another Episode, was not met in the original game. He is the hostage connected to Sakura Ogami.

3. The specific documents that Makoto found, were not among the collectibles found in the original game. In this story though, said new documents detail something very significant that anyone who has played and completed the original game will know of.

4. The Ultimate Cook that the Class 78 students mentioned, is Teruteru Hanamura, who is from Class 77.

That's about it for now. I hope you all have been enjoying this chapter and story so far. As usual if you guys have anything you wish to comment, say, point out, etc, don't be afraid to do so. Though I will say for future reference if it is significantly long, I will also accept private messages as well in regards to feedback. Till next time!
