No Way Out: 15/2/2009

No Way Out was live at the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington. The event opened with the Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Championship involving Edge, Jeff Hardy, Triple H, The Undertaker, Big Show and Vladimir Kozlov. Edge and Hardy were the first two entrants. Almost three minutes into the match, Edge attempted a Spear on Hardy, who pinned Edge with a Small Package to eliminate him. Kozlov entered at #3, Big Show entered at #4, Triple H entered at #5 and Undertaker entered at #6. Undertaker performed a Last Ride on Kozlov to eliminate him, becoming the first man in the WWE to pin Kozlov. Undertaker then superplexed the Big Show from the top turnbuckle, following which Triple H performed a Pedigree on Big Show and Hardy performed a Swanton Bomb off a pod on Big Show. Triple H then pinned Big Show to eliminate him. Undertaker performed a Tombstone Piledriver on Hardy to eliminate him. Undertaker performed a Tombstone Piledriver on Triple H, who placed his foot on the bottom rope to void the pinfall at a two count. Triple H performed a pedigree on Undertaker for a near-fall. Triple H performed a second Pedigree on Undertaker to win the WWE Championship for a record-setting eighth time, his 13th World Championship overall.

The second match was a No Holds Barred match between Randy Orton and Shane McMahon. During the match, a trash can, an exposed turnbuckle and a Kendo Stick were all used as weapons. Shane hit Orton with a television monitor, causing Orton to bleed. Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase interfered, attacking Shane. Rhodes attempted to hit Shane with a chair but accidentally hit Dibiase with the chair, allowing Shane to perform a DDT on Dibiase onto the chair. Shane performed a Coast-To-Coast into a Trash Can was placed in front of Rhodes. Shane attempted a Leap of Faith on Orton through an Announce Table but Orton avoided it and Shane fell through the Announce Table. Orton performed a Superplex on Shane through a Table for a near-fall. Orton performed an RKO on Shane to win the match.

The third match was for the ECW Championship between Jack Swagger and Finlay. Throughout the match, Hornswoggle, who was in Finlay's corner, attempted to distract Swagger. Swagger performed a Gutwrench Powerbomb on Finlay to retain the title.

The fourth match was between Shawn Michaels and John "Bradshaw" Layfield. Michaels performed Sweet Chin Music on JBL to win the match.

And the next match was for the World Heavyweight Championship.

The main event was an Elimination Chamber match for the World Heavyweight Championship, scheduled to involve John Cena, Rey Mysterio, Chris Jericho, Kofi Kingston, The Jackal and Kane. Before the match, Edge attacked Kingston, performed a Con-Chair-To on the steel steps on him and locked himself in a chamber pod, replacing Kingston in the match. Jericho entered at #1, Mysterio entered at #2 and Kane entered at #3. Kane was eliminated by Mysterio after a Diving Seated Senton off a chamber pod.

Jackal entered at #4 and dominated everyone in his path. He ended up eliminating Mysterio, Jericho, and John Cena so it was down to him and Edge. Jackal dominated Edge and made sure to hurt him badly and began setting up for the Jackal's Bite, but just as he did so...

OOOOOOWHOOOOOO!

The fans popped at the wolf howl as the lights went out for a few seconds and when they came back on...THE BLADEWOLF WAS IN THE RING! He runs...AND HITS JACKAL WITH A SPEAR! Bladewolf gets Jackal into a fireman's carry...BEFORE HITTING THE WOLF'S HOWL!

Bladewolf stands and watches as Edge puts an arm over Jackal! ONE! TWO! TGREE! EDGE IS THE NEW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!

Edge's theme plays as Edge quickly gets out of the Chamber while Bladewolf was glaring down at Jackal. The Demon Wolf looks at the WrestleMania 25 sign then looks down at Jackal before pointing at it. The challenge was made: Bladewolf wanted Jackal at WrestleMania 25.

Bladewolf then left the ring as Jackal slowly began recovering. No Way Out 2009 went off the air with the two glaring back at each other.

Sorry for the short PPV chapter but these kind of returns have happened before. Anyway, I was going to have Bladewolf get into the Edge vs Big Show vs John Cena match at WrestleMania 25 but decided that maybe Jackal and Bladewolf needed a WrestleMania match.
