Life Choices Challenges and Changes Part Two

Chapter 47 Last Day Before the "I Do"

Feeling warm, Rory kicked the heavy quilt off. Rory laid there quietly, noticing the daylight seeping under the curtains that Finn had drawn when they went to bed. Finn's arm was wrapped around her waist and tucking her into his chest, where she could feel his warm breath against her neck. Since the day Rory backed into his car, she never felt happier. Her life had been lonely since returning to Hartford, leaving her dream of being a journalist behind and taking the job at Chilton. Everything will change tomorrow, Christmas Eve. She finally will have the family she always longed for. Tomorrow she would marry Finn, the sexy Australian that brought laughter and happiness back into her life. Rory tried not to giggle, listening as the familiar snort turned into the snore she so adored.

Closing her eyes, Rory began her deep breathing exercises her ex-high school boyfriend, a Physical Therapist, and a Doctor of Acupuncture had taught her. With her doctor's encouragement, she began receiving acupuncture treatment that would help her overcome the morning sickness that was plaguing her in her first trimester. Jess showed her how to add deep breathing exercises first thing in the morning to help relax before getting up. Rory needed to relax and not worry about her lists of things to do before the wedding tomorrow. Amanda promised to take care of everything, and Finn reinforced this reminding her of the experience that both Amanda and Lorelai had at planning weddings. They had their Bachelor and Bachelorette party last weekend with the girls going to a spa and taking a class on pole dancing while the men bowled, played laser tag, and enjoyed a quiet meal at a restaurant on the harbor in New York City. Angus and Mia arranged for them to end up at the Omnia, Finn's night club, in New York City before their night had to end, and everyone returned home. Since the evening lasted into the early morning, they all stayed in the city where they later met for "brekkie" at The Little Colin, an Australian restaurant that was Finn and Angus's favorite place to go when they were in the city. While all their friends were together at The Little Colin, Finn and Rory shared the news about their baby. Tonight she would not sleep with Finn; instead, she and her girlfriends were returning to the townhouse for a Gilmore Girl Movie Night.

Rory felt the urge to use the bathroom; lifting Finn's arm from her waist, she slipped out of the warm bed. Rory was standing at the sink, washing her hands when she felt two strong arms go around her waist. Smiling, she looked up into the mirror.

"Mmmm," she said as she pushed back into his chest while Finn began to place small kisses on her neck.

"Are you okay?" he asked her as their eyes met in the mirror. Turning around, she put her arms around his neck smiling up at him.

"I'm fine. Why are you up? "

Pushing his erection into her back, he smirked, "I'm always up."

Rory giggled and turned around in his arms. Running her hands through his hair, she kissed him and raising her eyebrows, she asked, "Seriously, what's wrong?"

"I felt cold when my heater was no longer in bed next to me."

"Heater?"

"Yes, Babe. I've gotten used to having your warm body next to me on these cold nights in Connecticut. You know my Aussie blood needs a warm body beside it, especially your body."

Rory stood on her tiptoes, kissing him again, letting her tongue sweep into his mouth. "Good to know. I love keeping you warm at night."

"Mmm. Are you sure I have to stay alone tonight in my cold bed without you?" Finn asked, pulling her body closer to him as he gave her open mouth kisses up her neck and rubbing his erection against her stomach.

"Finn, the girls are coming over for a Gilmore Movie night, and your brother, Colin, and Robert have plans for your last night of freedom."

"But what about my plans?" Finn pouted, sticking out his lower lip.

"You will survive one night, without me," she said, kissing him tenderly on the lips.

Lifting her, he set her on the bathroom counter.

"What are you doing?" she asked him.

He pulled the oversized t-shirt she wore to bed over her head and proceeded to kiss her neck down to the valley between her breast. His hands massage her breast before his tongue laved against one of her sensitive nipples. Closing her eyes, she wrapped her legs around his waist, feeling the urge to have him inside her. Leaving her breast, he began to leave a trail with his tongue and his lips towards her stomach. Stopping there, she heard, "Good morning. How is our little bean today? You need to be good today and let your mommy have fun."

Rory smiled down at him running her fingers through his silky brown hair as she watched him talk to her stomach. Knowing that she had a lot to do before the girls picked her up, she whispered, "Finn, I need to shower."

"Shower later, you're not dirty yet. " Finn lifted her off the counter and returned to their bed. "I have some unfinished business." Quickly removing his boxers, he hovered over her peppering her face with kisses. Looking into her blue eyes, she lifted her legs around his hips, and he plunged into her with one long stroke. Rory moaned, whispering, "I love you, Finn."

Across town, the doorbell rang at the Huntzberger home. The maid answered the door and asked the young man if she could help him.

"Yes, I am here to see Mr. and Mrs. Mitchum Huntzberger," he told her.

"Follow me. They are in the dining room."

He followed her into the dining room, where Mitchum and Shira were having their breakfast. Mitchum looked at the young man.

"Mr. Huntzberger, I'm Cary Agos from the Hayden law firm. You 've been served." The young lawyer handed Mitchum with the envelope. Turning, he walked out the front door leaving Shira and Mitchum stunned in silence. Shira reached lifted her hand to her throat. "Mitchum, what is it?" she asked.

Mitchum opened up the envelope and looked at the papers.

He glared at his wife and reread the papers. "It is a restraining order. We are not allowed to be anywhere near Finn, Rory, and their family, which includes the Gilmores, and Morgans."

"Wait, they can't do that! " Shira shrieked.

"Calm down, Shira. I'll get to the bottom of this. " Mitchum pushed his chair from the table and quickly walked towards his office, slamming the door behind him.

He picked up the phone, dialing Liam Morgan's number. The phone rang five times before it went to his voicemail. He left him a message, before calling his lawyer Jasper Cox.

Liam was having breakfast with his wife, brother, and family when he heard his phone ring. He pulled it out of his pocket and looked down at the number smiling and shaking his head.

That didn't take long," Liam mumbled to his wife.

"What's the matter, Liam?" Amanda asked, worrying that it might be a message from Finn. The wedding rehearsal was in three hours, and everyone was gathering later.

"Nothing. It's a call from Mitchum. He must have received the papers from Christopher's law firm. Excuse me."

Liam stood up, leaving his wife, his brother and sister in law at the breakfast table. Taking the elevator to the first floor of the Manor, Liam entered his office and sat down at his desk. He looked out of the window at the sparkling snow that had gathered last night and hesitated before returning the call to Mitchum Huntzberger. Tomorrow was Finn's wedding day, and he did not want anything to ruin it.

Punching in the number for Mitchum Huntzberger, Liam waited as the phone rang three times before Mitchum picked up.

"G' day Mitchum. I received a message that you wanted to talk."

"Yes, I received papers this morning from Hayden's lawyers. What is the purpose of this?"

"The papers are obvious. You and your wife have received a restraining order to keep your distance from the Haydens, Danes, Gilmores, and Finn and Rory. "

"They can't do this! I have called my lawyer, and I intend to fight this."

"Go ahead and call your lawyer, but you know that you both have attacked Rory, causing her injuries. This last injury resulted in her admittance to the hospital with a possible concussion along with bruises, wounds, and scratches. We also have a video of your wife pushing and screaming at her, along with guests who witness your wife's behavior. If you or your wife approach Finn, Rory, or any members of their immediate family, you will be arrested."

Mitchum slammed the phone down and yelled from his office.

"Shira, get in here."

Shira came into the office, looking frightened.

"This is the last straw. Pack your bags. You are going to a rehab facility in Palm Beach for the rest of the winter. You will not come back until you are sober and no longer dependent on the prescriptions pills you have been taking. This will be the last time your behavior will embarrass me at a party.

"Mitchum, what about the New Years' Eve Ball and other events that we have accepted invitations too? What about Christmas with the children? I can't leave now, what about Logan? He needs us."

"I'll have my secretary write our apologies for missing the events. Logan will be fine, and he has Honor." He got out of his chair and walked over to the window in his office, turning his back on his wife. Shira looked at her husband, not knowing what to do. She quickly left the room and pulled out her cell phone, calling her daughter.

The phone rang, and Honor picked it up.

"Hello, Mom?" Honor heard whimpering on the other end of the line.

"Mom, what's going on? Are you okay?"

"Honor," she whimpered, "Your father is sending me away, and I won't be here for Christmas tomorrow with the children." She began to sob.

"Mom, I 'm on my way." Honor ended the call, grabbing her keys she jogged to her car. Pulling out of the driveway, she promptly drove down the street towards the expressway, and fifteen minutes later, she arrived at her parent's home. Pulling in front of the house in the circular driveway, she slammed the car door and walked inside, calling out for her mother. As she was heading toward the staircase, her father walked out of his office with a drink in his hand.

"What's going on?" Honor asked her father.

"Your mother is leaving for Palm Springs," he told her. "My plane is getting ready, and I will bring her there, then I will continue to fly back to London. Tell Logan where your mother is and that I will call him."

Honor glared at him, "For how long?"

"Until she is sober and will no longer embarrass our family.

"What changed Dad? What brought on this decision?"

"It's nothing you need to know. Go up and help your mother pack. The plane will be ready in an hour." He turned around and headed back into his office.

Honor walked into her mother's room and found her crying as she was placing clothes in a suitcase. Honor put her arms around her mother's shoulder and pulled her into her embrace.

"Mom, can you tell me what happened?"

"It's all that Gilmore Girl's fault. She should never have gotten involved with Logan and his friends. Look how sad your brother is when she became engaged to the Morgan boy."

"Mom, what has that have to do with Dad sending you to Palm Springs?"

"Everything. If that girl did not attend the party on the arm of Logan's best friend, he and I would not have had to watch her with the Haydens. That Emily Gilmore, she thinks now that her granddaughter is engaged to Morgan's son, she can lord it over us and become close to the Hayden's again. She acts as if her granddaughter is marrying into royalty."

"Mom, that still doesn't explain why dad said you embarrassed the family."

"Your father is the one embarrassing the family, he with his whores. He wants to get rid of me; that's why he is sending me away. Promise me you will keep Logan safe. He will need us. He will be the face of HPG soon, and he will need a strong, smart woman by his side. Help him find the right woman, Honor."

Honor kept quiet, nodding her head. She did not feel sorry for her mother and realized that her mother's drinking was now a bigger problem than she thought. Whatever happened to cause them to leave the Gilmore party had finally made Mitchum pay attention to his wife, who he had been ignoring for the last fifteen years of their marriage. Honor helped her mother carry the two bags to the front hall, where the maid carried them out to the waiting car. She followed them out the door and hugged her mother before the driver helped her mother into the car. Her father walked over to Honor and kissed her cheek.

"Please tell the boys that I'll call them on Christmas. Oh, and I had the maid put their gifts from us in your car," Mitchum said before he climbed into the car.

Honor didn't respond; instead, she stood glaring at the back of the car as it pulled out of the driveway. Honor needed to speak to her brother. Maybe he knows what's going on with his parents and why the reason they left the Gilmore party early.

Honor walked over to her car and decided that she needed to go and talk to Logan. Pulling out of the driveway into traffic, she headed west toward the interstate that would take her to the rehab center. After twenty minutes, she pulled into the visitor parking lot, where she parked her car and quickly walked into the front door to the main lobby. She didn't stop at the reception desk; instead, she walked straight down the long hallway towards Logan's room. Arriving at his rehab room, she noticed that the door was open but empty. Honor left the room and began to retrace her steps toward the reception area. She heard someone call her name and turned around. Walking down the hall towards her was Lucy and her friend Olivia.

"Honor, are you looking for Logan?" Olivia asked her.

"Yes, I am. Do you know where Logan is?" She asked them.

Lucy looked at the clock in the hall and noticed it was close to one. "I think he might be at his appointment with Dr. McConnell, but I could be mistaken. I'm sure reception would know."

"Thanks. I was going back to ask them, but I think I will wait in his room. Where are you two heading?" Honor asked.

"We just returned from the nail salon. Thankfully Rory was able to keep her appointment. Then later, we will be heading to her house for a Gilmore Girl Movie night."

"What do you mean?"

"Rory went to the hospital after the Christmas party. Luckily the bump on her head wasn't a concussion, and she only had minor bruising and scratches from her fall. We were all worried about her, especially Finn, since he was the one who found her." Olivia replied.

"Concussion? When did it happen? How did she fall?" Honor said in surprise.

"Honor, haven't you spoken to Logan since the party?" Olivia asked, surprised.

"No, I've been busy with the boys and their excitement for Christmas," she answered.

Olivia looked at Lucy before she continued. "At the party, your mother approached Rory and started yelling at her. They were standing in the hallway beside the powder room when your mother pushed Rory, causing her to lose her balance, falling backward, hitting her head on the wall. Finn and his uncle happened to be walking and saw it happen."

"Oh, my God. This explains why my parents are leaving Hartford. Does Logan know?" she asked the girls.

"Yes, he insisted on going to the hospital with us." Olivia reached out and put her arm around Honor.

Honor started to cry. She always liked Rory and was sad when her brother screwed things up. Now she understood why her parents were leaving Hartford and why her father mentioned her mother's embarrassing behavior.

Both girls hugged Honor. "Honor, Rory is fine now. She has had time to recuperate, and we will be celebrating her wedding tomorrow."

The girls walked her towards Logan's room. They wanted to wait with her, but Honor told them to leave. She sat in the chair and instantly sent Rory an email.

From Honor

Rory, I feel terrible, and I want to apologize for my mother's behavior. Please let me know what I can do for you and Finn. H

She pushed send on the message when Logan walked into the room with Seth, walking using only one crutch.

"Hey, sis, what brings you here?" Logan said in surprise when he saw her.

"Can't I come to see my baby brother?" she responded. Honor stood up and immediately hugged her brother before she turned to hug Seth.

"Honor, it's good to see you," Seth told her. "Your brother is making great progress. He might not be dancing tomorrow at Finn's wedding, but he will be able to walk with the cane."

"No more crutches!" Logan exclaimed, smiling, leaving the crutch beside the far wall in his room. Walking carefully towards the bed, Logan sat down on its edge, smiling over at his sister. "Who would have thought this simple act of walking and sitting would be such a big deal for me."

"Logan, remember, it is a big deal. But you have come through this with flying colors," Seth said, squeezing his shoulder.

"Thanks man, I couldn't have done this without you and your amazing staff," Logan replied, grasping Seth's hand in the handshake that the LDB members used.

"Logan, that is such great news," Honor hugged her brother tightly.

Smiling, Seth said, "Thanks, hiring Jess Mariano was one of the best things I ever did. He is one awesome physical therapist."

"Thanks, Seth. You and Jess Mariano are miracle workers," Honor said, smiling at her little brother.

Seth beamed at her and looked at Logan. "Logan, I will be releasing you later today. Remember to practice with the cane and keep your appointments with Jess. Do you have a place to stay?"

Logan looked at his sister raising his eyebrows.

"Yes, he will be staying with us."

"Great, Logan, will I see you tomorrow at Finn's wedding?"

"I'm not sure," Logan started to say when Honor interrupted him.

"Yes, you will see us at the wedding tomorrow." Looking at Logan, she nodded. Squeezing his hand, she whispered, "It's important for you to go. Finn is your best friend." Logan sadly nodded and skootched up on the bed, lifting his leg, arranging the pillow under it." Once Seth left, Logan looked closely at his sister.

"What's up?" he asked her once they were alone. He could tell she was upset, and her eyes were glassy as if she had been crying.

"I just came from mom and Dad's. Dad is taking Mom to rehab in Palm Springs, and he is returning to London. Logan, were you aware of what caused mom and Dad's sudden departure from the Gilmore Party?"

Logan scratched the side of his face and looked at her.

"Yes, I thought you knew. Did mom tell you?"

"No. All mom said, as she was packing her clothes to leave, was that Gilmore Girl is the problem, and it was all her fault that you were not getting married and were in the hospital. She kept saying that she was trying to protect you and your friends. I just heard what she did at the party, but she is in complete denial."

Logan put his head back against the pillows and closed his eyes

"Honor, she attacked Rory at the party and thought nothing of it. For one week, they never said anything or apologized to Rory, Finn, or their families. Something must have happened for Dad to admit that mom finally needs help."

"I do know that mom's drinking has gotten out of hand, and I'm sorry that Rory had to get hurt before he did something. I have been telling dad for years that mom had a drinking and pill problem, but he just ignored me."

Logan felt his eyes fill with tears. So many emotions were going through him right now. "Honor, I'm not sorry to see her go. Because of her meddling, I lost the only woman I ever loved. Robert told me that Finn was a wreck when he found her on the floor."

"What do you mean, Logan?"

"Honor, Rory is carrying Finn's child. I've lost her forever, and the worst part about it is that I lost her to someone that I once called my best friend."

Honor looked at him, confused, "Logan, this is no one's fault but yours. You listened to mom and dad and never went after her. I told you that one day you would regret not finding her. Why do you think Rory is pregnant? Did Finn tell you?"

"No, I was at the hospital with Robert and Olivia when I overheard Finn and Lorelai talking to the doctor. Lorelai asked the doctor how the baby was, and the doctor told them that the Ultrasound showed that the baby was fine."

"Logan, I'm sorry. I know how much you loved her, but it's for the best. Your marriage would never have worked out."

Honor pulled her brother into her arms and hugged him. " I don't know if I can go to the wedding tomorrow?" Logan sadly admitted.

"We can discuss the wedding later. Let's start packing your things and get you settled at my house because I know two little boys that will be happy to see you."

Logan nodded. Sitting up, he rose from the bed. Using the cane, Logan walks towards the small closet where he pulls his clothes off the hanger tossing them onto the bed. As Honor and Logan continued to talk and pack, Rosemary stood outside the door, eavesdropping on their conversation. Rosemary smiled, hearing this bit of news, she decided that Logan will be her date for the wedding.

An hour later, Lucy was brushing her shoulder-length brown hair when she heard a knock at the door.

"Come in," she said, wondering why Olivia was early.

She turned and grinned when she saw Logan entering her room using a cane.

"Well, look at you all debonair with that cane. Seth and Jess must be happy with your progress."

"Yes, they are." Logan twirled the cane in his fingers.

Lucy giggled, watching him stand tall before he put the cane back on the floor. "What's up?" she asked, sitting down on the edge of her bed.

Logan walked over to the chair across from the bed, sighing as he sat down.

"I came by to tell you that I am leaving. I'm going home today. I will be staying with my sister until I figure out where I want to live."

"That's such great news Logan. I can't wait until I am officially released."

"Where were you the other day?" Logan asked her.

"I was with Olivia. We ended up spending an extra day in the city after Finn and Rory's Bachelor and Bachelorette party. Then this morning, Olivia picked me up so I could join the girls to have our nails done for the wedding. What do you think?"

Lucy held up her hands so he could see her nails that were painted a neutral gold color with metallic sparkles. Taking her hand in his, he looked at her fingers. "Very nice," he told her. " Did everyone get the same color?"

"No, I chose this, and Olivia had fancy gold designs painted on her nails."

"I'm sure Robert will love them."

"Where are your crutches?" Lucy asked him.

"I graduated no more crutches. I stopped by to check up on you and to ask if you mind if I called you."

"I would like that, Logan. Will I see you tomorrow at the wedding?" Shrugging his shoulders, he looked away from her.

"Logan, what's wrong?" Lucy stood up, and using her crutches; she limped over to him. She reached out and placed her hand on his face.

"I don't know if I can. I am sure I am the last person that Finn and Rory want to see, especially after what happened at the Christmas Party last week."

"Logan, you and Finn have been best friends. He doesn't blame you for what happened. They would want you to be there with them to celebrate their new life together." Logan moved away and walked to the window in her room. He stared, looking at the city skyline.

"I'm not sure anymore, Luce. I always thought one day, Rory and I would find our way back to each other. I keep on thinking about what if I never went to Vegas and cheated on her. What if, she said yes to me, we would have a family now. She could be pregnant with my child." Lucy walked behind him and put her hand on his shoulder.

"True, but what if I had stayed with Marty, I probably would be living in a midwestern town and not here at Rory's wedding. Look, Logan, we can't go back and think about the what-ifs. We must take that leap and follow the different paths life takes us on. This might not be the ending you saw when you graduated from Yale, but at least you still have Rory and Finn in your life, and they are your friends. Rory brought us all together. Please come tomorrow and help me celebrate our friend's wedding? At least you still can have them as friends."

Logan turned around and hugged Lucy in his arms. "Thanks, Luce. Your right. I'll see you tomorrow."

"Good, you and I can do a cane dance together." Logan chuckled and said, "Okay.

Save me a cane dance."

"I will," Lucy replied, watching as Logan slowly walked out the door. As Logan walked down the hall towards the lobby, he saw Rose.

"Logan, I heard that you are leaving. That's great news." She gave him a big hug and handed him a packet of papers. "Here is the list of food that you should continue to follow as you regain your strength. I put my number on there so you can call me anytime. Will you be going to the wedding tomorrow?" she asked him.

"I'm not sure why?"

"I received an invitation too, and I was wondering if you want to go with me. I'm not sure if I want to show up alone. I thought we could all sit together. You know the LDB gang?"

Logan grinned, "That's not a bad idea since I know it will be hard for you to watch Finn get married. We can help each other through this. I'm staying with my sister until I get a place, how about I call you later tonight."

"Thanks Logan. I'll look forward to it." Rose watched as Logan waved and walked down the hall out the front door.

The staff at the Manor House was bustling about putting the finishing touches in the main dining room where the rehearsal was to take place. Amanda stood in the middle of the room, watching her staff and Orlando, who was standing on a tall ladder, hook up the lanterns to the arches that the guest and the wedding party would walk through. The bouquets for the wedding will be delivered tomorrow morning before the ceremony, and Rory's wedding dress, along with her dress, Ashlyn, Stephanie, Lorelai, Gigi, and Mia's, were hanging in the bridal suite. The hairstylist and makeup artist she hired would arrive tomorrow morning by ten am to do hair and makeup. Feeling satisfied that she was no longer needed, Amanda looked down at her watch and noticed the time. It was after ten. Lorelai and Luke were arriving shortly, and she wanted to spend time with them. Tonight, Rory was planning a gathering with the girls. Rory had asked Amanda and Lorelai to join her tonight, but they both passed, preferring to stay at the Manor House. Liam and Finn had offered Luke and Lorelai a suite for the weekend at the Manor House, but they decided that they would spend the night at the Gilmore's home.

Walking back to her apartment to change, Amanda checked her messages on her phone. Looking at her phone, she noticed that Sookie had sent her a message.

From Sookie

Amanda,

Jackson and I will be arriving early tomorrow morning to deliver the cake, the decorated Christmas cookies, and the makings for the Hot chocolate and Hot cider bar. You and your staff will not need to set this up. Can't wait for the wedding. See you tomorrow.

As Amanda read the message, she could hear the giggle in Sookie's voice. Amanda and Liam were impressed with Lorelai's bubbly and talented best friend and business partner. She was now Ashlyn's mentor, and already, they had noticed how Ashlyn's skills had grown since she went to work at the Dragon Fly Inn. Changing into her favorite dress by Alexander McQueen, she heard her phone ring in the other room. Carrying her shoes, she went to the counter where she left her phone.

"G' day love, how is Rory feeling this morning?" she asked, slipping into her sapphire sandals that matched her dress.

"She is feeling good. I already dropped her off at the nail salon, and I am heading to the Manor House now. Steph is driving Rory and Gigi over, and they should be there by noon. Has my tux arrived yet?"

"I'm not sure, love. But I am sure your father would know."

"is dad in his office?"

"Yes, he said he was going there. He had a phone call this morning, but he might be with your Uncle Angus now."

"I'll give him a jingle on his mobile."

"Okay, see you soon."

After they finished at the nail salon, Rory and Gigi climbed into Steph's car. It was after twelve when they arrived at the Manor house. Steph handed the valet her keys, and the girls walked into the lobby. Rory was holding Gigi's hand when she saw Finn's father standing at the front desk talking to a handsome man with dark brown hair with a hint of silver. Liam turned and walked towards them when they walked through the lobby door.

"Ah, there you are. Finn just went back to the apartment to hang up his tux. Where have you girls been."

Hugging Liam Rory said, "We have been to the nail salon. You remember Steph and Gigi?" Smiling at Steph and Gigi, Liam pulled them into an embrace.

"Of course, Gigi, are you excited?" he asked her.

The man he was talking to came over, asked, "Liam, who are these beautiful ladies that you are talking too."

"I'm sorry, Angus." Placing his arm around Rory's shoulder, Liam said, "Angus, this is Rory, Finns Fiancée, her best friend Stephanie, and her little sister Gigi. You remember Colin McCrae; Steph is his girl."

Rory held out her hand, "It's a pleasure to meet you."

Angus took her hand in both of his and said, "The pleasure is all mine. We have heard so much about the Sheila that tamed my nephew."

Chuckling Rory replied, "Tame? I'm not sure if I've tamed him or that he can ever be tamed."

Feeling his presence before his arm wrapped around her waist, she heard, "Who are you taming, Love?" Finn pulled her into his chest, then bent down and kissed her.

"Excuse me," Gigi said. "A child is standing here."

All the adults began to laugh when Finn whispered, "Gigi, wait until you meet the right boy. You will be kissing him too."

"No way, Boys are gross," she replied. Rory put her arm around her sister and said, "I used to think that too."

"Finnbar," his uncle said, using the nickname he gave him as a young child, "Looks like you've finally met your match."

Finn smiled down at Rory. "I did, but she wasn't easy to catch."

Colin and Robert walked through the lobby door and joined the group.

"Uncle Angus," Colin said, giving the man a big hug.

"Colin, my boy. You are looking great. Why haven't you been back to "Stralia" for a visit? It's been a while, young man. "

"I know, I need to bring Steph down for a visit," Colin replied, giving Steph a kiss on the cheek.

Turning to Robert, Uncle Angus asked, "Is this Robert?"

Robert nodded, taking Uncle Angus's hand in his.

"It's been a while since you boys were down visiting us. Queensbury has never been the same since your last visit," he chuckled, causing the boys to blush. "Where is the other lad?" he asked them.

"It is good to see you again, Mr. Morgan," Robert responded. "I promise we will visit soon. Logan will be at the wedding tomorrow."

Angus then looked at his nephew and raised his eyebrow. He knew how inseparable Finn and Logan used to be and wondered what was going on. Walking over to his nephew, he said, "You look good, boy. I like to see that the twinkle is back in your eyes. Is she the reason?" Finn pulled Rory close to his side and chuckled at his uncle's commit. "I guess you can say that, amongst other things."

"That's good because Your Auntie Barb was worried about you, and she hated to see you leave."

Finn was ten pounds lighter the last time he saw his aunt and uncle and very unhappy. Liam patted his son on the back and led the group towards the entrance of the main dining room that Amanda had been working on all morning. Finn clasped Rory's hand in his as they walked beside his uncle. "How did you meet this rascal?" his uncle asked her. "This young man claimed he was never going to settle for one woman."

"We went to Yale and met when I was standing at a coffee cart. Colin and Finn bumped into my friend," Rory answered.

"Then this September she was at the coffee house here in Hartford when she backed her car into mine," Finn said with a smile.

"I guess you can say we owe it all to coffee." Rory smiled up into Finn's face.

"Yes," Steph replied, " Rory's obsession with coffee brought them together, and in October, Finn proposed to her at the coffee house."

"Now that sounds like a story your aunt will enjoy hearing," Angus said, smiling at his nephew.

Angus spent a lot of time with Finn surfing, talking, and spearfishing when Finn was back at home called Tranquility. They all had been worried about Finn, so Angus cleared his schedule, so he was able to visit him daily, not wanting him to be alone. Angus squeezed his nephew's shoulder, whispering, "This is it, boy. Are you ready?"

Liam opened the main dining room door, letting Gigi enter first, followed by Steph, Robert, and Colin. As they entered the room, everyone stopped talking as they looked around. Amanda and the staff had outdone themselves. This room no longer looked like a dining room. Tables and chairs were removed, and instead, three arches wrapped with Baby's breath and Eucalyptus leaves with hurricane lanterns hanging from the top were placed at the entrance for them to walk under. An aisle lined with white flowers and candles led them to the folding chairs covered in white, arranged in a semi-circle facing the beautiful stone gas fireplace. In front of the fireplace decorated with white flowers, Eucalyptus leaves, and Baby's breath, stood a smaller arch was Finn and Rory would take their vows. Two large Balsam Fir trees decorated with white, blue, and silver snowflakes and tiny white blinking lights stood on either side of the fireplace.

Rory stopped in the middle of the arches and gasped. She finally looked down when Gigi tugged on her hand. "Rory, the look isn't this magical."

Finn put his arm around her shoulder, whispering, "What do you think?"

Tears slowly slipped down her cheeks. "It's beautiful, Finn. It's perfect."

Rory looked up at the man by her side and kissed him again. He pulled her closer, unaware of the people around them until a small voice said, "Eww, aren't you supposed to wait until tomorrow to do that?"

Everyone began to laugh at Gigi, who was now standing beside Liam with her arms across her chest. Finn slowly broke the kiss and lifted his head, looking around the room. He was surprised to see his mum, his Aunt Barbara, Lorelai, Luke, Christopher, Mrs. Hayden, and Rory's grandparents, Emily, and Richard Gilmore had joined. They all stood there, smiling and laughing.

Finn took a step away from Rory and whispered, "To be continued," making her blush a deep pink.

A young woman in a black suit walked up towards Amanda.

"Finn, Rory, this is Peyton, the wedding planner. She is going to show us where we need to go." Peyton held out her hand and shook both Finn and Rory's.

"Follow me, Finn," she said, leading Finn, Colin, Robert beside the Christmas trees. Amanda turned and led Rory, Steph, Lorelai, the Gilmores, Mrs. Hayden, and Gigi into a door that was closed to the right of the arches. Finn watched Rory follow his mother to the back of the room. Peyton gave them directions and told Finn, Angus, Colin and Robert to stand beside the arch in front of the fireplace where Reverend Skinner was standing. Luke, Richard, and Christopher went to the back room and waited for directions. The wedding planner appeared at the back of the room and cued the music to start. Opening the door, she arranged them in the order that they needed to be in tomorrow and had them practiced walking down the aisle. Zach and Brian played the traditional wedding march so the song Rory planned on singing would be a surprise to everyone including the wedding planner. Once the wedding planner was satisfied, they left the room and gathered for lunch in the penthouse. Robert, Colin, Steph, her grandparents, her father, and Gigi left to return to their homes. Before they left, Finn handed Steph the keys to Rory's townhouse so she could get things set up for the Gilmore Movie night.

"Are you sure you won't come tonight to the Gilmore Movie night?" Rory asked her mother again.

"No sweets. Enjoy this time with your girlfriends. Luke and I want to spend time with your grandparents." Lorelai hugged her daughter, kissing her on the cheek. "I'll be over tomorrow to help you get ready for your big day. Enjoy tonight with your friends and Finn's family. We will celebrate together on Christmas morning."

Reluctantly she said goodbye to them, her father, Gigi, and her grandmother Francine. Following Finn from the lobby, they took the elevator upstairs to the penthouse floor. Walking down the familiar hallway, they entered the penthouse, where the sounds of laughter and aromas of spices greeted them. Finn's young cousin, Millie, was the first to see them, announced to the room, "They're here. Now we can start the party."

Amanda came over hugging them both and leading them into the main room where a ten-foot fir tree decorated with twinkling white lights and an assortment of Santa Claus ornaments and figurines proudly stood in front of the picture window. At the top of the tree, a Santa's Hat was placed. Rory immediately walked over to the tree. She had never seen a tree decorated like this before. Smiling, Amanda stood beside her and took her hand in hers.

"When the boys were about two and four, we began to collect ornaments for them. Each year the boys would receive a new ornament in their stocking. Since Santa Claus delivered the stockings, it only seemed right that the ornament that they received had the Santa Theme."

"What a wonderful tradition, so each ornament has a story?"

"Yes, the year we opened the hotel in the Bahamas, Santa brought the boys the Santa wearing the Caribbean shirts. Here you will see one from Hawaii, of course, there is the surfing Santa."

Finn came up beside her handing her a glass of ice water. "Mum," he said, " I thought you lost the Santa holding the Koala Bear," he said, touching the ornament.

"Da found it this year, and it was in one of the boxes marked 1989."

Finn looked at the tree and smiled. He touched the Jim Shore Australian Santa that had the images of "Down Under," painted on it. This was one of his favorite ornaments. His mother gave it to him when he couldn't come home one Christmas. He remembered opening it and running his fingers across the image of the Southern Cross and a Kangaroo.

"Look, Rory. This is a real Aussie Santa. See, he is wearing a bush hat and carrying a Koala Bear Staff. I can't wait for you to see the Koala's when we are at Tranquility at Byron Bay."

"It's beautiful." Rory looked around the room, noticing Santa Figurines in all and sizes along with a variety of snow globes with Santa Claus themes. Finn's eyes followed hers as she looked around his parent's great room.

Finn pulled her close and whispered. "Christmas is a special holiday for the Morgans. It's magically just like your first snow," Finn told her, kissing her tenderly on the lips. Taking her hand, he led her to the large chair near the tree. He placed her on his lap as they listened to the teasing and laughter that filled the room. Angus and Mia were talking to his uncle Angus and Aunt Barbara, along with Mia's parents. Ashlyn called her parents earlier, telling them she and Jess might be over later, depending on if she finished her work.

Liam circulated the room, making sure that everyone had enough food and drink. Finn's cousins came over teasing and joking with them about the adventures they had with Finn when he was younger. Suddenly they heard a loud whistle, and the room fell quiet. Liam stood in the center of the room with his arm around Amanda's waist.

"Thank you, everyone, for joining us this year in Hartford in our new beautiful hotel. When we began this project, I had no idea we would be spending the holidays here in Connecticut and celebrating my son's wedding tomorrow." Liam looked proudly over at Finn and Rory, who were now sitting beside Angus and Mia on the leather couch.

"We are usually sitting on the beach in our home in Queensland, but next year we can celebrate there," Finn whispered to Rory.

"Since Finn and Rory will be leaving on their honeymoon, Christmas morning, Mum and I decided that we would exchange gifts with you both now. The rest of you will have to wait until Christmas morning."

"That's not fair," Angus shouted, tossing a pillow at his brother, "Dad always liked you best." Finn threw the pillow back at his brother, causing a pillow fight to erupt. Rory quickly got up off the couch, ran across the room where Mia had retreated and was standing beside her father laughing.

"Is it always like this?" Rory asked her.

Putting her arm around Rory's shoulder, she said, "This is nothing."

Amanda put two fingers in her mouth and whistled loudly. The boys stopped and looked at their mother with sheepish grins on their faces. "Children, behave."

The boys looked at each other, and in unison, said, "Yes, Mum," before they broke up in laughter. Looking over at her two daughters-in-law, she added, "They are your problems now, and God help you both if you have sons."

The room burst in laughter, and the two men went to stand beside Mia and Rory. Uncle Angus came over to Rory and said, "I'm sorry, love, you do know that you will have your hands full with him."

"I know what I' 'm getting into," she responded. "Finn was like this at Yale too." Finn's uncle looked at Finn and rolled his eyes.

Finn gave him a cheeky smile and said, "There are no secrets between us. She has seen me in all my glory." He wiggled his eyebrows, causing his Uncle to laugh and Rory to choke on the sip of water she had just taken.

"I'm sure about that," his uncle chuckled. Finn gently patted Rory on the back.

"Everyone, before my two grown sons, interrupt us again, we have something special we want to give Finn and Rory. "

Finn smiled at his parents and pulled Rory close to his side.

"You don't need to give us gifts, just marrying your son is gift enough," Rory responded.

"Yea, he's the gift that keeps on giving," one of his cousins yelled. The room broke up in laughter as Finn sat beside her with a grin on his face.

"Rory, you say that now, but just wait, in less than three months, you will be calling me and asking me if you can return him to my parents," Angus teased.

Finn threw the pillow at his brother, who immediately threw it back.

"Just a reminder, Rory, no regifting," Amanda said to them.

Laughing, Rory poked Finn in the ribs and got up and walked over to the tree, where Finn had placed the gift they had for his parents. Handing the box that was covered in blue paper with a silver bow to Liam and Amanda, Rory hugged them both.

"Don't worry; I knew Finn a long time before I said yes." Amanda kissed Rory's cheek and took the gift from her.

Opening the package, Amanda looked at the album that Finn and Rory made for them. Lifting the cover, she looked at the first page, where she saw the image of their future grandchild. It was the ten-week ultrasound photo that was taken last week while Rory was in the hospital. As they flipped through the pages, they found a collage of pictures of Finn and Rory from their childhood, their time together at Yale, which included Finn's favorite movie of Logan, Rory, Finn, Colin, and Robert. Robert had come up with the idea and included an 8X10 photo of their engagement photo. Under the album was another photograph, a canvas of the two of them gazing out the window in Robert's apartment. It was a copy of the picture that hung in Robert's gallery. With tears in her eyes, Amanda walked across the room where Finn and Rory were sitting. "These are beautiful kids." Amanda hugged them both and then went under the tree. Finding the package she was looking for, she handed her son a small gift. Finn removed the wrappings from the box and looked up at his mother in surprise.

"Mum, these were Pops," he looked down at the sapphire blue cufflinks that matched Rory's engagement ring.

"Yes, your granddad had them made when he had the ring made, along with these." Amanda then handed a box to Rory. "This, love, is for you," Rory thanked her and opened the package where she saw the matching sapphire earrings.

"Oh… these are beautiful." Rory stood up, hugging Amanda she started to cry, "This… you have done so much for me. I don't know what to say."

Amanda moved the hair away from Rory's face and said, "When Finn brought you home to meet us, I knew you were the one for him. We are the lucky ones to have you become part of our family."

A large pop from a bottle of champagne brought everyone's attention towards Finn's brother Angus, who was busy pouring champagne in glasses while Mia passed them out. She handed Rory a glass of sparkling grape juice and took one for herself.

"All kidding aside," Angus said. "I want to welcome Rory into our family. I must admit that I am proud of my little brother for finally taking a chance. Rory, you make my brother happy, and because of that, we all thank you. He has found his perfect match, his soul mate, and I wish them both many years of happiness."

Everyone raised their glasses to the happy couple. Christmas music started playing, and soon stories were told of other Christmas celebrations that the Morgan Family had celebrated throughout the years. Finn's phone buzzed at six. It was a message from Ashlyn reminding them it was time for them to go to the townhouse. Finn and Rory stood up and walked over to Liam and Amanda.

"It's time to bring my bride home," he told his parents.

Rory hugged them both. "Thanks for everything. The wedding, the gifts, I never can thank you enough." Embracing them both, they walked them out to the elevator.

"Get some rest tonight. Love, and we will see you tomorrow." They hugged them one last time and waited for the door to close.

"I will," she told them as the elevator door closed.

Finn pulled her into his arms and held her close.

"Tomorrow you will be Mrs. Morgan," he told her as he kissed her deeply.

"I can't wait," she said, kissing him gently on the lips.

"Don't forget to call me tonight," he told her.

"Maybe," she said, teasing him as he pulled her in for another deep kiss pushing his tongue into her mouth.

As they stood at the lobby waiting for the car, Mia and Angus joined them.

"Mia, I have something for you." Finn handed her a piece of paper with a list of things to have available for Rory in case she woke up with morning sickness, including suggestions for her breakfast. Mia opened the paper and started to laugh. "Finn, I'm not following this," she whispered to him. Finn shoved the paper in Mia's coat pocket.

Angus looked at Mia, "What was that all about?" Mia walked over to her husband, giving him a kiss. "You and your brother are daft."

Finn opened the door of the car Finn giving Rory one last kiss. "Until tomorrow."

Mia gave Angus a saucy grin and climbed into the car. Finn tapped the hood of the vehicle to let the driver know it was time to go. Angus put his arm on Finn's shoulder and said, "She's in good hands." As they turned to go back into the lobby, Finn heard someone call his name. Turning, the brothers saw Jess, Colin, Robert, and Tristan leaving their cars. The boys stopped as Colin jogged over to them. Colin put his arm around Finn's shoulder as the men entered the hotel together, heading towards the bar where his Uncle, Father, Christopher, Alec, Harry, Doyle, Zac, Seth, and Aidan waited for them. "What's this?" Fins asked when he saw everyone there.

"I thought it would be fun to have one last night together," Robert said, taking a picture of Finn's surprised expression on his face.

"Shots for everyone," Colin said, approaching the bar with his best friend beside him.

The men held their shots in the air, and Colin said, "To our best friend and brother. To Finn!"

Everyone shouted in unison, "To Finn," as they threw their shots back. Finn looked at his two best friends in the world and felt a deep sadness when he realized he was missing one person as he drank the shot and then slammed it on the bar.

The girls arrived in the Town car fifteen minutes later in front of Rory's house. The driver opened the door, and the two girls climbed out. Mia looped her arm in Rory's and walked up the walkway to the front door with the driver following behind, carrying Mia's overnight bag. "I'm looking forward to this Gilmore Girls night," Mia said.

"I was hoping that Ashlyn would be able to join us."

"No worries, Ror," Mia said as Rory's front door flew open with Ashlyn standing in the doorway.

"What are you doing here?" Rory exclaimed, hugging her as she walked into her home. Suddenly she heard the word surprise, and she noticed "Pecker" shaped balloons of all colors hanging in her main room. As she walked in, she was immediately surrounded by her friends which included, Olivia, Lucy, Paris, Lane, and Harry's girlfriend Jocelyn.

"Who did this?" Rory asked, looking around at her close friends. Standing with two drinks in her hand, Steph came over to her. "Welcome to your hen party, Reporter Girl."

Rory took the glass of sparkling cider from Steph's hands and placed it on the coffee table. She then hugged her best friend.

"Let's get this party started, " Lane shouted, leading Rory to a chair. "It's payback," she whispered and placed a sash around her neck and shoulder. Rory looked down and saw Bride to Be, printed in gold letters. She then placed a pink penis fur headband on her head and handed her a massive glittery gold dildo.

"What's this?" Rory asked, looking at the dildo.

"It's your scepter," Lane giggled as Lucy took a picture of her. She then quickly forwards the photo to Finn. Lucy grabbed Rory's hand and led her over to the table that was placed against the wall under a banner that read, "Same Penis Forever" in gold letters. Lane was standing behind her DJ equipment, playing the song "Ladies Night," moving to the music with her headphones on. Rory stood there and watched Mia, Ashlyn and Steph carry out trays of food from her kitchen. Paris walked over to Lane, who handed her the mic and stood beside a chair decorated with condoms of all sizes that were tied to it.

Olivia and Lucy led her to the chair, where she sat down, holding her scepter and wearing the sash and pink penis headband.

"What is this?" she asked, laughing.

"This is your hen party," Paris continued, "Tonight we drink, dance, and celebrate your last day before you begin the dick diet of the same Penis Forever."

The girls all cheered, laughing as Rory blushed a bright pink. Juliet started a video as Lucy began to take pictures on their phones.

"Thank you," Rory said when the laughter died down, "But girls, I have been on this diet now since September. And Steph, Juliet, the rumors we heard about Finn at Yale are all true," Rory started wiggling her eyebrows and grinning.

"Oh, really?" Steph laughed.

"Yes, let's just say, Finn has more than his share and knows how to use it."

Ashlyn put her hands over her ears and yelled, "That's my big brother your talking about."

"Good choice of words," Steph shouted as all the girls roared with laughter.

"Girls, girls, enough about Finn and his member," Paris said into the microphone. "Since the Hen Party was Mia, Jocelyn and Ashlyn's idea they decided to provide the food giving Lane and I the awesome challenge to provide the entertainment. Mia made me promise not to hire strippers tonight, so Lane and I decided the next best thing would go with a themed Gilmore Girls Movie night.

Lane took the mic back from Paris and continued, "For those of you who are Gilmore Girls Movie Night virgins, there are special rules. Lorelai and Rory started the tradition of Movie Nights when we were kids in Stars Hollow. Lorelai and Rory would order a ton of junk food and candy and rent movies. Tonight Rory, you get to guess the theme."

"Oh no, I can't even imagine.." she laughed, looking at the balloons and the banner. "You didn't get porn, did you?" The girls started to laugh again.

"Okay, Rory, this might give you a clue," Lane said.

Mia and Ashlyn carried over two covered trays of assorted food and walked in front of Rory. Ashlyn lifted the cover off her platter, and Rory could not hold back the laughter that escaped from her. The other girls roared with laughter when they all saw the sausage and cheese tray. Even Rory pulled out her phone to take a photo of the platter that Ashlyn placed in front of her on a small table. Rory looked at the plate where a summer sausage without its skin was centered on a bed of curly parsley. Perched on the summer sausage was a brunette Barbie Doll dressed in a bikini. Around the base of the sausage were two cheese balls covered with nuts and on the tip was a creamy white substance.

"OH MY," Rory squealed in laughter. "What's this white stuff?" Rory put her finger on the tip of the sausage where Ashlyn decorated it with white onion dip with her pastry bag, so it looked like it was squirting out. Rory stuck out her tongue and tasted it.

"So, how does it taste?" Steph yelled out. Rory wiggled her eyebrows and sucked on her finger. The girls roared with laughter and Steph instantly sent the picture of Rory with her fingers in her mouth to Colin.

"So that you know," Mia said. "I used Angus as a model for this platter."

Ashlyn squealed, "Not you too… you girls are placing images in my mind about my brothers."

"Don't listen to her Rory, it was all Ashlyn's idea," Jocelyn yelled as she placed another bowl of chips and crackers on the table.

"A Hen party is no fun without drinks," Mia said as she removed the cover of her tray. "For your drinking pleasure, we have jello shots, cocktails, and some sparkling virgin cocktails for those of us who the Morgan brothers have already planted their seeds." Lane and Mia began to pass them out to the girls as they clapped their hands.

Jocelyn came over and placed another platter in front of Rory. "We also decided to use Ashlyn's talent to come up with some unique desserts. Keeping with the theme, we have blue balls; penis pops on a stick, frozen bananas on a stick, and these lovely Kama Sutra cookies inspired by this book. This will be your new bible."

At this point, Olivia came over, handing her a copy of the book Kama Sutra.

Rory opened up the cover and read, "Rory, I don't remember if you have a copy of this book, but I decided that you and Finn might enjoy this book. Asher gave me my first copy. Love, Paris"

Rory looked up at the book then looked at the cookies. Her eyes met Paris, and a slow grin crossed their faces. She opened the book and began to look through the pages. Her blue eyes got wide as she flipped through the pages of the book. "How… Oh my…. Oh dear… Paris really… you did that?" She turned the book upside down and looked at one of the pictures. Paris nodded her head. "Twice. That's Doyle's favorite position."

"Let me see," Lane squealed, taking the book from Rory. "Paris, really, you can do that?"

"It's easy, and I recommend that you take some yoga first; first, you need to get…" Grabbing Rory's hand, Paris got down on the floor and began to demonstrate. The girls howled with laughter as Juliet caught the whole interaction on her phone as Rory yelled, "I'm hiding this book from Finn." Quickly Juliet sent the video to Tristan and typed, "What do you think of your Mary now?"

The men were sitting at a large table where they were watching a soccer game on TV when their phones began to buzz. Colin was the first to look at his phone and started laughing. Colin quickly showed the phone to Robert and Seth.

Finn looked at him and asked, "What's going on?"

"You don't want to know Finn." Tristan opened up his video clips from Juliet and playing it loudly, Finn heard Rory say, "How…Oh my…. Oh, dear…Finn is not going to see this book." He quickly typed the emoji with tears coming down its face.

"Let me see?" Finn said, trying to grab the phones as the guys sat there laughing.

Suddenly Finn heard Mia say, "Rory, here's the knife; you need to cut off the tip. By the way, is Finn circumcised?"

"I'll never tell, but remember he has so much more…." Finn grabbed the phone from Tristan and hit replay and watched the video clipped. He watched as Rory wearing a headband with two penises on her head, took the knife and cut the sausage then licked the tip with the onion dip.

Colin and Robert were standing at the bar, laughing as they watched Finn, Tristan, and Angus watching the video. Jess was bringing a tray of shots and beer to the table where he heard Rory's remark.

"I wish Logan were here," Colin said, turning to Robert.

"I know. Who would have thought Mother would get into this Hen Party," Robert said, laughing.

"Remember she is dating Finn," Colin replied, looking over at his best friend. Both boys began to laugh and wonder what book Rory was going to keep from Finn.

"Do you think Logan will get over his jealousy? I mean, he was the one that left Rory and moved on," Robert asked him.

"I don't know. I hope so. It is strange not having him here with us." Robert looked back over at the table when he heard Finn ask Angus a question about their sister.

"Angus, did our little sister make these?" Angus looked at the images of the Kama Sutra cookies and said, "So that's what Mia and Ashlyn were doing in the bakery these last two days. I walked in on them, and they quickly threw a towel over a tray giggling."

Colin and Robert walked back to the table, looking over Finn's shoulder at the image on the phone.

"Interesting, Olivia, and I tried that once," Robert said.

Finn looked up at Robert and said, "Fair dinkum? No way."

"Hey, don't knock it until you tried it." They heard Rory ask Paris, "Paris … you did that?" Then Paris's reply. "Twice. That's Doyle's favorite position."

The guys looked at Doyle, who was sitting beside Jess drinking his beer.

"What?"

Finn showed him the video, and Doyle's face lit up with a big grin.

"Of course. That's how we conceived both kids. Finn, you are going to love that book, and I can guarantee Rory will never be bored."

"Where can I get that book," Harry and Tristan said in unison, causing everyone to laugh.

Colin poked Robert in the ribs and said, "How come you never shared that book?"

"You should know by now; I never kiss and tell." Colin shook his head and shouted to Finn and Seth. "He's been holding out on us brothers." The men roared with laughter. Colin and Robert sat down at the table, laughing, and teasing Doyle and Finn when Alec, Liam, Christopher, and Uncle Angus came over. Colin showed a few pictures to them from his phone, when Christopher stood up and said, "Guys, this is something no father wants to see. I will see you all tomorrow and thanks for including me." He shook Finn's hand and left.

The party continued at Rory's townhouse with the girls playing games and watching Magic Mike and Magic Mike XXL, until midnight when Rory finally yawned and leaned on Paris's shoulder.

"Thanks for being here," Rory said to Paris.

"I wouldn't miss this for anything. If you need anything, don't hesitate to call," Paris told her, squeezing her hand. Lane stood up and turned off the Magic Mike XXL movie and started to get ready to crash in one of the bedrooms. Mia took Rory by the hand and led her to her bedroom.

"Here, Finn gave this to me before we left."

"What is it?"

"It's a list of things I need to remember to do for you, from your future husband."

Rory looked at the list and started to laugh. "He must think I have memory problems. But what's this about a box under the bed?"

"I think we should check it out," Mia said, leading her to their bedroom.

Above their bed hung a banner that read, "This is where the magic happens."

"Oh no, don't tell me that Finn hung that?" Rory exclaimed.

"No, I did, " Ashlyn said, following her two sisters-in-law into the bedroom. "Do you like it?"

"Yes, very much. Thank you both for putting on this amazing Hen Party." Rory said, giving them both a hug. Rory got on her knees and looked under her bed, where she saw the box.

"What are you doing?" Ashlyn asked.

"Finn left her something under the bed and wanted her to have it," Mia explained to Ashlyn.

Rory pulled out the box and lifted it. She put it on her lap and looked at the beautifully wrapped box that had a note on it.

"Don't open until tomorrow morning."

"Well, I guess I better save that for tomorrow."

Looking up at Mia and Ashlyn, who were standing side by side leaning against her dresser, she suddenly felt emotional. Rory stood up and walked over to them and took their hands. "I've always wanted to have sisters, and I couldn't have chosen two as beautiful, kind, and loving as you two are."

Mia and Ashlyn pulled Rory into a group hug. Standing there for a few minutes, they broke apart when they heard Rory's phone ring. Rory looked at the caller ID and smiled. "It's Finn," she told them.

"That's our cue to leave. Try to get some sleep tonight, and don't forget to let us know if you need the ginger ale in the morning," Mia said, wiping the tears from her eyes. Rory squeezed their hands and answered the phone when they left the room.

"Hey kitten, it's midnight, and you haven't called yet. I 'm missing you, especially after I watched you on the video that Mia sent Angus."

"Oh no, what did they send you. I want to say that your sister is worse than you. She and Mia made all the food."

"Wait, my sister made the penis on the stick, blue balls, the cookies, and the sausage tray?"

"Yes, you Aussie's are very naughty?"

Finn chuckled, "Looks like you enjoyed it. I heard you say something about I have more than my share?"

"Yes, then Mia said she used Angus as a model for the sausage tray."

"So that you know, you got the bigger share."

Rory started laughing, "Finn, you're incorrigible."

"Are you complaining, love?"

"Never. Finn… I miss you." She whispered.

"I miss you too. I'll see you tomorrow. I will be the one standing under the arch waiting."

"I'll be there."

"Babe, don't forget to wear what is inside the box and pack the book."

Rory started laughing. "I love you, Finn. See you tomorrow."

"Goodnight, babe." Rory hung up the phone and crawled into bed, wearing one of Finn's t-shirt and falling asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow.
