Thank you for the review, Hun x Mirii 3 and for your comment, Darth Nominatis!

Darth Nominatis: I said that I can't start new stories, until I finish the ones I started. That means no first chapter of anything, until I finished the stories I published so far.

Hun x Mirii 3: I wonder what Hun thinks of those unconsciousness sides. Perhaps with Mirii's initial unconscious side wouldn't be happy...

Alright! To all readers, send in a review or leave in a favorite/follow if you are liking the story so far!

Mirii had her hands on her bended legs, as she was looking at Greta with a kind smile. The two were each behind the small table holding empty yunomis.

"... you know, Mirii" Greta's eyes closed, as she shyly tilted her head over her left side and sparkles surrounded her head. "I'm feeling pretty good, right now."

"Me too." Mirii giggled, as her eyes also closed.

"It's like the Shrine is cleaning the darkest parts of our unconsciousness..." Greta's left hand went on her left cheek. "I'm sure you feel this difference the most..."

Mirii nodded.

"I-I feel so kind, I couldn't hurt a fly..." Her head lowered, as she blushed a bit and smiled. "... it makes me wonder how did I end up being so rebellious..."

"And meanie!"

Kelly spun towards Mirii's back, as she grabbed her shoulders with a small smile.

"Tee hee hee!" Her eyes shut. "Do you get angry, if I make sure your conscious side will never return...?"

"Eh eh." A small sweat drop appeared on the right side of Mirii's head. "I wouldn't mind... but my conscious self would not agree with it."

"It's because your conscious self is also a meanie!" Kelly puffed her cheeks while frowning. "She always thinks about perfection and doesn't give a care about her friends..."

"W-well..." Mirii's mouth downturned, as her eyes reopened and her irises moved over the right side of their respective eyes. "... I think she is letting her unconsciousness side talk more than in the past..."

"Oh?" Kelly kept her mouth open.

"But wasn't your unconsciousness side rebellious...?" Greta rose her mouth a little, as her eyebrows lifted just as much.

"Yes... but I also felt very conflicted..." Mirii swallowed silently without moving her throat. "As if I was mad at something..."

"You could tell us about it, if you want." Kelly smiled at Mirii. "The unconsciousness side remembers exactly why they feel in a certain way, since they are very sensitive."

"... I think I wasn't happy with my conscious self..." Mirii's face darkened a bit.

The other girls held their mouth open.

"... after all, I was forced in the past to think about perfection..." Mirii's fist curled on her legs. "I didn't had much opportunities to... be myself, in a sense."

Greta's right hand went in front of her mouth.

"I had no choice but to adapt... if I didn't, my childhood would have been true shell..." Her hands trembled a bit. "... during that time, my unconsciousness wanted so hard to express itself, but it kept being pushed aside from this forced personality I was growing..."

"So... your unconsciousness became more and more rebellious..." Kelly's eyes went a little watery.

Mirii nodded.

"To the point that my unconsciousness was also affect." The darkness faded away from Mirii's face, revealing her sad expression. "It might not have been clear from the outside... but I wasn't feeling happy at all." She sighed. "I felt like I wasn't myself... that I never my true self to begin with."

"That was the past, Mirii." Greta grew a smile. "Now you are finally yourself..."

Mirii giggled, as she nodded.

"... I'm a much simpler Squid." Her head tilted over her right side. "I would think myself as your average Inkling girl who lives through average days, has average ambitions..."

"But you are not average!" Kelly rose her fists. "You are kind and sweet!"

Mirii chuckled, as she blushed a bit.

"I might look like that... but I don't think I have anything special going on." Her hands, who were now open, were stretching on her legs. "Even though I showed myself as a smart Squid in many occasions, I really couldn't focus my mind as much as my conscious self managed to do..."

"But if your consciousness made it, shouldn't you to?" Greta's left forefinger rested on her left cheek.

"It's really just a matter of mindset." Mirii brought her left hand over her left side, while her eyes shut. "If you manage to think like a smart Squid, then you can easily become one."

"Ooooohh...!" Greta's hands clasped together, as her eyes sparkled. "So inspiring...!"

She rose up on her feet, as she brought her hands on her chest.

"I want to try!" Greta's smile moved over her right side, as her fingers pressed against her forehead, while her head and her eyebrows lowered. "I'm a smart girl... a smart girl who could solve the equations surrounding our existence!" Her head rose back up, together with her eyebrows. "Yes... I'm seeing the solutions! Love is right, hate is wrong...!"

"Wow...!" Mirii's smile grew, together with her eyes. "You are so good with this, Greta...!"

"Aaaah..." Greta's head lowered, as her hands went over her heart area. "I can't stop acting...! My heart races everytime I want to display a new character in front of my beloved viewers...!"

"Uuuuuhh...!" Kelly's fists went in front of her mouth, as her eyes sparkled. "... I think I will not let Greta's conscious side return neither..."

"... ah ah ah..." Several sweat drops appeared behind her head. "... I'm so embarrassed about it..."

"You do?" Mirii's mouth shaped as a small dot.

"... it's so rebellious..." Greta's hands went over her stomach. "And... well..." Her face went paler. "It ignores my shape so much..."

Mirii's irises pointed over Greta's hands.

"... you look thinner than before..."

"Ju-just a little bit!" Sweat jumped out of Greta's head. "I-I admit that sometimes I sneak inside the kitchen and prepare myself a giant sandwich...!"

Mirii stared at Greta, sealing her mouth.

"N-not to mention, I-I finish entite chocolate bars during my free time...!" Greta sighed. "No matter how much I move around... I-I can't still make the type of progress I want..."

Her irises moved over her left side.

"I also regret putting piercings on my ears... and just being a tomboy." Greta's eyebrows lowered. "I-I really would force myself eating more salad... and moving around more!" She nodded. "If I could go back in time, I would try participating in running contests or even playing another sport other than Turf Wars!"

"I looooove dancing!" Kelly began dancing in place. "Tee hee hee!"

"... even dancing!" Greta's eyes sparkled again. "Am I too late for that?!"

"No no!" Kelly ended up balancing on her right foot's toes, while opening her arms sideways. "Everyone can always dance...!"

Greta opened her smiling mouth.

"I'm back."

She twisted behind, as her face blushed: Carlson was near a large trolley full of various weapons, while smiling at the girls and looking at them through the opened shoji.

"Barsyyyyy!" She dashed towards him.

Kelly... rose her mouth a bit. Carlson hugged the girl, while blushing as much as her.

"It took a while..." He closed his eyes. "But I gathered most of the weapons we could use."

Mirii's right fist went on her chest, as her eyebrows moved upwards.

"Did you pick up the Slosher?!" Greta's head turned over the weapon-filled trolley.

"I made sure I picked most of the important weapons..." Carlson chuckled a bit.

Greta dashed over the trolley, as she almost dived in, grabbing the Slosher with her hands and lifting it away from the trolley.

"Yaaayy!" She hugged her weapon.

Mirii sighed, as her head lowered a bit.

"... Carlson grabbed that Blaster, didn't he...?" She held her breath for a moment. "... I said that when my unconsciousness self was affected by all that negativity... and now that I'm my true self... ..."

Her face darkened.

"I-I'm not sure I can use one well..." She shook herself a bit. "Wh-what am I going to do? If I can't use that weapon well, I-I would never be able to stop those Stingrays... nor I could save Hunley..."

"Is everything alright, Mirii?"

The called girl rose her head back, staring at the smiling, tall boy.

"... you know we are glad to help you out." His eyes shut.

"... well..." Mirii looked away. "... I..."

"Do you want to use the Blaster?" His right hand grabbed his right side.

"... I-I don't feel so sure about it, anymore..." Her hands went down on the middle. "It's... well..."

"Don't worry."

"Huh?" Mirii looked back at Carlson, who was keeping both his pose and his facial expression.

"... I had a hunch you wouldn't want to use the Blaster anymore." He winked with his right eye.

Mirii blushed a bit, as she kept her mouth a bit open. Kelly puffed her cheeks, as she grabbed Mirii's right tentacle and lifted it while grasping it a little.

"You see, since your unconsciousness changed back to its original form..." His left hand moved around. "... I figured your mindset would too."

"... th-that was a clever thought, Carlson..." Mirii's eyes sparkled, while her mouth was kept open.

Kelly spun Mirii's tentacle twice, while puffing her cheeks towards her.

"Ha ha!" Carlson's right hand went behind his head, as a small grin grew out of his mouth. "I wasn't sure about it... but I didn't had anything to lose, so I did my best to gather the most important weapons I could possibly think of..."

"That's my Barsy!" Greta's hands latched onto the boy's right shoulder, as the top-left side of her head touched his right side. "Clever and strong!"

"Indeed!" He blushed. "To think my conscious self is... ... a bit lazy." A sweat drop appeared near his head's left side.

"Don't worry!" Kelly was curling Mirii's right tentacle, while slightly scowling at him. "Your lazy self will never return under my watch!"

The three older Inklings laughed.

"So..." Mirii smiled at Carlson. "I should choose a weapon that feels right for me..."

"Yes." He nodded.

"... wouldn't we waste too much time, though...?" Her eyebrows went a bit up, same for her neutral mouth. "We have to return inside the Stingrays' base and"

"There is no hurry." His left hand waved a bit around. "The teleportation paper connected to their base is still here." His irises aimed at the drawn paper resting on the floor. "We can"

"Wh-what if Hunley is being held inside their base?!" Mirii bended herself forward, as her fists went on her chest.

The boy had his mouth open, but still.

"We still don't know the full picture..." Mirii lifted her posture. "There might be a collaboration in between the Stingrays and the Demon Squids we don't know about..."

"... you can be just as clever, Mirii." Carlson smiled at her. "Thank you for sharing such possibility."

Mirii smiled as well, blushing a little.

"Still, I think you have enough time to decide which weapon you want to use." His eyes shut. "It's very important, since we must defend ourselves properly."

"You can do this, Mirii." Greta rested her chin on Carlson's right shoulder. "You will find your ideal weapon in no time."

"Tee hee!" Kelly let go Mirii's right tentacle, as she stretched her arms upwards. "You just can't go wrong with Mirii!" She paused. "... Mirii's unconscious side!"

Mirii looked at the youngest girl, smiling at her and petting her right tentacle a bit.

"... everyone is cheering me..." She giggled. "I will not disappoint!"
