Prompt from young bard: some friendly gency bromance?

"Genji, what's the matter?" Angela had spotted the newly made cyborg in the common room, staring off into the distance. She had just returned from a mission to the furthest regions of Antartica, and had yet to remove her large coat and scarf.

Her hair was still damp from the melted snow, and she was dripping all over the floor.

Silence.

"Aren't you cold?" She shivered in the chill of the room… which was saying a lot after what she was wearing.

Genji just shrugged.

"I was thinking of making some hot chocolate… would you like some?"

Another shrug.

"Genji." She sighed, "You can't avoid everyone forever."

"Yes, I can." Genji muttered, "Now, stop it."

"Stop what?"

"Stop acting like everything's normal."

"Nobody here cares that you're- "

"- SHUT UP!" Genji hissed, shooting to his feet and glaring at her.

"- a little bit antisocial." She finished smoothly, giving no hint that she was going to say anything else, "Now, you're going to come and have some hot chocolate, whether you want to or not."

Genji stood there in shock for a few moments, barely reacting as she grabbed his arm and effortlessly pulled him out of the room.

"Nobody cares." She reinforced, "And if anybody else says anything, tell one of us immediately."

Genji thought about protesting, about saying how it matters to him. He hates this new body of his, and sometimes he wished he'd just been left to die…. But he didn't want to get rid of that soft smile on Angela's face.

And her hands on his flesh arm did make him feel more human than he had since waking up.
