Chapter 81:

Meredith sighs as she throws away her towel after scrubbing out. She slowly pushes open the door and walks down the hall. Her feet shuffle as they trudge towards the waiting room. She rubs her eyes and yawns. Surprised at how sleepy she was, she glances at her watch. Its only 9:20. Groaning before she rubs her stomach with a smile, Meredith texts Derek to meet her in the waiting room in ten minutes. With one more deep breath, she walks the rest of the way to the waiting room where a worried husband and two little girls wait. "She made it. The aneurysm is clipped and she should make a full recovery." She tells the man who was clutching his daughters.

"Can we see our mommy?" The older girl asks.

"You can." Meredith smiles.

"Thank you, Dr. Grey! Thank you!" The man shakes her hand. He eagerly pulls his daughters towards the recovery wing as Meredith collapses onto a stiff couch. She sits with her face in her hands until she feels a familiar pair of strong hands rubbing her shoulders.

"Derek!" She moans happily now. Not even needing to move her hands or open her eyes.

"Mer? Are you okay?" Derek asks as he sits next to her and pulls her into his arms. His eyes are laced with worry as he looks her over. He pulls her head to rest on his chest, keeping one hand on her head. The other goes to her stomach where Derek had taken to always keeping it these last couple of weeks.

Meredith holds his hand on her stomach and sighs. "I'm exhausted, Derek. I'm so exhausted." She closes her eyes and moves to hug him tight.

"Oh, Mer!" Derek muses, his heart breaking. He kisses her head, letting his lips press against her skin.

"It's not like I can even say it was because we stayed up all night having sex. I fell asleep as soon as Zola did. You carried me to bed.

"You were up throwing up at 4:00." Derek reminds.

"Ugh! That's right. It wasn't much, but still, I only got to sleep a little longer after." Meredith mutters.

"Hmm, are Lila and Lisa giving you a hard time today?"

"No, if they are girls, not those names." Meredith mutters.

"Natalie and Nikki?" Derek hugs her tight.

"No." Meredith mutters. She pulls her head up and glares at him. Rolling her eyes.

Derek laughs and lifts her chin to look into her eyes. She is smiling as he kisses her lips softly. "I'm just trying to figure out names if they are girls." He smiles. "We picked out our boy names."

"I know. I can't believe we picked out names already."

"Me neither. I'm even more impressed that Bailey thought of the other name!" Derek chuckles, remembering his casual talk about it with Bailey at breakfast one morning.

"It's perfect. Especially the middle name. It was like Bailey knew." Meredith breathes, already feeling more refreshed."

"You've never?" Derek looks at her curiously.

"Nope. I really don't know how Bailey thought of it." Meredith shrugs and leans back into Derek.

"I know what might make you feel better." Derek coos after a moment of quiet. Just cuddling his wife.

"Hmm?"

"Wanna go see our babies?" Derek grins with a mischievous grin.

"Which ones?" Meredith plays.

"The ones who won't let us hear their heartbeats. We get to see the waveform, but not hear yet. Maybe they are strong enough now. Let's go hear their heartbeats for the first time." Derek says. Meredith bites her lip with a smirk. The thought of seeing the babies again making her heart soar and mind awaken."

"Let's go see them." She giggles and kisses Derek.

"Feeling better already, huh?" Derek laughs.

"Yes. Now, page Alex." Meredith giggles as they hurry down the hall. Derek grabs his pager as they hurry and frantically sends a message to Alex. "Wait!" Meredith stops suddenly.

"Huh? What's wrong, Mer?" Derek looks at her in concern. He looks at her biting her lips, with a bemused expression.

"Nothing… I um… Just got a really, really strong craving."

"Oh?" He laughs lightly. "For what?"

"Those chocolate Croissants at the coffee cart. That and French fries." She licks her lips.

"Meredith!"

"I can't help it, Derek. It's what Madison and Morgan want."

"Not with those names." Derek scrunches up his face and shakes his head. "Aubrey and Ella?"

"Ella sounds too close to Ellis. For that, Derek, now they want a vanilla milkshake." Meredith says as she collapses into Derek's chest.

"Hmm, I guess we will just have to make a quick stop in the cafeteria." Derek smirks and wraps her in his arms, pulling her towards the cafeteria. She giggles as Derek gets her two of everything and an extra large milkshake.

"Where have you guys been?!" Alex says when they walk into the exam room ten minutes late. "Oh!" He chuckles when he sees Meredith stuffing French fries in her mouth as Derek feeds her the milkshake, holding a brown paper bag.

"I had a massive craving on the way up here, Alex." Meredith says with a stuffed mouth.

"I can see." Laughs Alex. "Come on, let's see those babies." He pats the seat for her to sit down.

"Ready, Mer?" Derek smiles proudly as he puts her food off to the side and wraps his arms around her. Kissing her softly and brushing her cheek with his thumb.

"Yes!" Meredith nods up at him as Alex prepares.

"I can't wait until we can do the topical ultrasound. This part doesn't get any less awkward." Alex smirks.

"Karev, my ex wife is our main OB."

"Mer is basically my sister." Alex laughs.

"They are equally awkward. Just don't look if you can help it. When Addison comes we will get to start using the topical one." Meredith warns, stopping any further discussion.

"Okay." Alex nods and flips on the screen. A beautiful image comes on the screen and they can see the babies. "They've grown a little since two days ago. They're about the size of a cherry."

"Aww, good job." Meredith coos as she squeezes Derek's hand and they look at their children.

"Keep it up, guys." Derek beams.

"Hmm, now let's see." Alex flips a switch. He moves the transducer and suddenly the room fills with the sound of two, strong heartbeats.

"DEREK!" Meredith gasps and brings his hand to her lips. Derek however, pulls her to kiss her passionately. She can feel the tears on his cheeks as he holds her.

"Mer!" He coos in between multiple kisses. "Our babies. We can hear our babies." Derek muses. He holds her close to him as they look back at the monitor. Meredith feels her eyes fill with tears as she watches the two babies float around.

"Oh!" She moans as tears flow.

"Mer? Are you okay?!" Derek asks as he feels her tears on his neck when she lays her head in his neck.

"Yeah. Yeah." I am. Meredith nods, wiping away her tears. "Every time I see them or think about them. I cry, I am so happy." She says as she turns to hug Derek.

"Oh, Meredith!" Derek says in amazement. He smiles as he rubs her hair. "Me too, Mer." His hands move to rub her shoulders and back to soothe her.

"Here." Alex hands them new ultrasound pictures. "I figured you may want today's since it was the first time you heard their heartbeats."

"Thanks, Alex." Derek says as he takes them and hands one to Meredith.

"No problem! Now, if you don't mind, I will be heading back to the floor."

"Sure, Alex. Thanks so much!" Meredith smiles. Alex gets up and walks to the door. As he turns the handles, Meredith stops him. "Are you ready for Sunday?"

Alex shuts the door with a goofy grin. "I'm nervous as hell, but… Yeah… I'm ready."

"She'll say yes, Alex." Derek nods.

"I hope." Replies Alex as he turns to leave. Meredith watches him leave before turning to Derek. He's smirking at her with lust filled eyes.

"Oh, Mer." He hums as he strokes her cheek. "I love you."

"I love you, too." Meredith let's her head drift towards Derek. Her hands gripping his cheeks as she plunges her tongue deep into his mouth. Making him moan with pleasure.

"Mer!" He hums as they pull back.

She is silent for a moment as they pant, gripping onto each other. A familiar desire rises within her. Only this time, it's doubled. Cascading through her like wildfire. "Lock the door, Derek."

"Huh?" He asks as he looks at her.

"Derek! Lock the door now." She orders as her hands claw at his scrubs. Her eyes are dark and she is panting as she watches him. Derek smirks in sudden understanding.

"Yes, dear." He coos and stands. As he locks the door, Meredith rips off her scrubs and lays back against the exam table. Derek laughs sexily when he sees as he rips off his scrub shirt.

"Pants off, now." Meredith demands as she reaches for the waistband of his pants. He helps her push them down before leaning over her to kiss her. His erection rubbing against her clit through his boxers.

"Hormones back?" Derek whispers as Meredith runs her hands up his cheeks and twists her fingers in his curls while she nips at his jaw.

"Yes. They're intense." Meredith pants as she bites his lip. Derek moans happily as his hands roam her body. His fingers graze her nipples through her bra. The sensation making Meredith stop so that she can can catch her breath, closing her eyes with a small grin. Derek laughs as she then presses her chest up towards his hand. Signaling him to take more of her breast into his hand.

"Oh! Oh!" Derek moans as he pushes up her bra so that he can feel her larger breast in his hand.

"Yes! Yes!" Meredith coos as she pulls his curls and she feels the rough skin of his hand against her swollen breast.

"No soreness?"

"Nope."

"Good!" Derek moans as he moves lower. He takes one nipple in his mouth as he rolls the other breast.

"Derek! Derek! Yes, Derek!" She moans loudly.

"Work, Mer." He laughs as he pushes her panties lower and resumes licking and sucking her breasts.

"I need you, Derek!" She says as her nails dig into the skin.

"My Mer. I love these pregnancy hormones!" He chuckles as he looks up from the valley of her breasts. She grins at him as he moves to take off his boxers.

"Fuck, Derek." Meredith says as she strokes his cheek with the back of her hand.

"Hmm, you want it hard? He coos as he takes her hand and places it on his dick that is already throbbing.

"Yes!" She coos as her head goes back and body arches upward into his chest. "Hard!" Her words come out in almost a desperate whisper.

"Okay." Derek coos as he wraps his arms around her waist. Straddling one leg around his waist, Meredith grips her arms around his neck and gasps as Derek pushes inside of her with a proud grunt. He buries his nose inside of her neck while she grips his hair. Derek smirks as he sucks on her neck as he starts thrusting hard. He is panting loudly as he moves in and out. Her head goes back as throaty, pleasure filled moans emit from her mouth. The paper on the patient chair beneath her, crinkles as Derek moves in and out, making her move as well. Meredith gasps as her walls clench around his thick shaft. Her nails dig into his skin.

"That's it, Der!" She coos as he trembles inside of her. His lips find her's as he feels their climax build.

"Come, Mer! Come for me!" He whispers against her lips.

"Oh!" Meredith gasps as she grips his cheeks and kisses him hard. Derek thrusts up once more as they kiss passionately. They moan into each other's mouth as they come together. Meredith now meeting his thrusts as she milks him. "Yes!" She gasps once they've come down and Derek lays her on the exam table. He lays over her, their chests grazing each other's. Remaining connected.

"Hmm!" He smirks proudly at his naked wife. His naked, pregnant wife. "Gorgeous." Derek muses as he strokes her jaw with his thumb.

"Derek!" She giggles before he leans down to kiss her.

"Pregnancy hormones are back?" He laughs.

"Apparently. They're early!" Meredith giggles.

"I'm not complaining. Just in time for Valentine's."

"Oh?!" Meredith coos, intrigue in her tone.

"Hmm, I plan on spoiling you and stocking up for the likely long period of time in which we won't be able to have sex." He laughs hard, making his dimples appear.

"Well… Derek… I won't be able to have sex. But…" Her fingers rake through his chest hair. "I can use my mouth. You know… That thing you love where I…" She looks at him, knowingly.

"Oh!" Derek shivers with excitement. "Can't wait." He murmurs and tugs at her lips. "I hate to say this, but we have to get back to work." Derek mumbles a few minutes later.

"Ugh." Meredith moans. "I guess we don't want to be walked in on, do we? Or, technically get the door broken down."

"Nope." Derek laughs as he stands and helps her follow. Meredith giggles as she adjusts her maternity bra and Derek hands her scrubs to her. "That was an amazing quickie though."

"It was!" Meredith coos as she fixes her ponytail. Beaming proudly, Derek grabs her bakery bag and milkshake before holding the door open for her. They walk past the nurses station, ignoring the looks that they were used to by now.

"Are you feeling better?" Derek asks when Meredith grabs the milkshake and treats.

"Yes!" She takes his hand. "Thank you." Her smile brightens the room.

They reach the Neuro wing and grab charts together. Meredith's arm rubbing up against Derek's as they look. "So, tonight we have to get ready for ZoZo's class party tomorrow for Valentine's Day."

"Okay, we can go right from picking her up from school? Meredith asks.

"Yeah. I will make dinner. Are you craving anything special?"

"Umm…" Meredith thinks. "Chicken! Oh! Potatoes! Wait… Also…broccoli?" She scrunches up her nose at the last one.

"Hmm… One of them gets to be a health nut." Derek laughs.

"50/50 chance, Der." Meredith giggles and nudges him. "I have to go check my patients." She moans.

"Okay. I will meet you in the attendings lounge at 2:45." Derek says as he kisses her lips. "I have surgery at 11:30. Please try to get good food into there at lunch." He jokes as he kisses her again.

"Yeah, yeah." Meredith plays as she giggles and smirks at him. "Derek?" She says as he turns to walk away.

"Hmm?" He says as he turns back.

"I will." Meredith says softly as she holds her stomach and smiles.

"I know, Mer. I love you." He grins proudly.

"I love you, too." Meredith watches as Derek walks to go see his patients before moving to see her's. She giggles as she sees the little spring in his step as he goes. "Daddy and I are so excited." She whispers while looking down at her stomach.

"What are we getting for my party at school?" Zola asks hours later as they pull into the grocery store parking lot.

"Well, Zo, we need Valentine's for the kids in your class, your teacher and we also are supposed to bring in cookies." Meredith says as Derek turns off the car.

"Can we make cookies?" Zola asks.

"Sure, love bug." Replies Meredith.

"Can we do it for people at the hospital?"

"Sure, Bails. That's a good idea." Derek answers as he unbuckles and opens the door. He lets Bailey out as Meredith gets Lexie.

"No! Dada!" Lexie babbles.

"Lexie, dada has Bailey." Meredith says as Derek holds Bailey's hand and helps Zola jump out.

"No! No!" Lexie kicks as Meredith unbuckles.

"Careful, Mer." Derek says as he watches Lexie's foot nearly miss Meredith's stomach. His stomach twisting.

"Yeah, Lex, watch my brudders!" Bailey says in shock.

"Lex, it's okay. Shopping time." Meredith coos as the baby wriggles in her arm.

"No, no! No, no!" Lexie swings.

"Wanna walk?" Meredith gasps, holding her out a bit. Afraid that Lexie might kick her stomach.

"Walk!" Lexie stops squirming and smiles sweetly. Meredith looks at Derek who shrugs as he holds onto the older ones. "Hi, dada!" She grins as Meredith walks with her next to Derek.

"Hi, angel." He laughs as they reach the carts. "Come here." Derek lifts her and kisses her cheeks. "You need to be nice to mama. No kicking her. There are babies in her belly."

"Me baby!" Lexie coos.

"You are my baby. Now we are going to have more babies." Meredith rubs her curls.

"No!" Lexie shakes her head.

"Oh, she'll understand when you have a belly." Derek laughs. "Lexie, sit." He places her in the front seat of the cart.

"No!" Lexie bounces and stomps her feet.

"Oh no." Meredith moans.

"It's that time." Derek groans.

"What, daddy?" Bailey asks as Derek makes Lexie sit in her seat.

"NO!" Lexie screams and starts crying.

"It's the time babies like to start figuring out how far they can get." Meredith explains as she takes Bailey's hand.

"Uh oh!" Bailey says as they stand in the entrance of the store. Lexie is trying to climb over Derek attempting to buckle her.

"Here, Lex." Meredith says as she grabs a Valentine's Day cat from the display close to them.

Lexie sniffles and looks at Meredith and then the cat. She takes it and slows down crying. "Kitty." She shows Meredith.

"Yeah. Kitty cat. You can hold it for a little while." Meredith breathes in relief.

"Good one, Mer." Derek chuckles.

"Hmm, thanks." Meredith nods as they turn towards the Valentine's Day merchandise. "Okay, ZoZo, what do you want to get for your class? Which Valentine's?"

"Oh! Umm…" Zola steps forward and looks at the boxes.

"Can I do some like Zo?"

"Sure, bud. You can pick Valentine's for your daycare class. Then, you both are going to make some for our family." Derek adds.

"Yay! Thanks, daddy!" Bailey cheers and runs to Zola.

"Ah done!" Lexie coos and throws the cat.

"That was fast." Derek mutters. He looks at Lexie's bemused face at what she just did. Lexie giggles as she watches Derek bend to get it.

"Me out?" She says softly to Derek. Meredith shrugs at him in agreement.

"Okay, I will hold your hand." Derek warns. "No running, stay with daddy."

"Have fun with that." Meredith laughs as she takes the cart.

"Just avoiding a meltdown."

"I know, Der." She says with a smirk as Bailey and Zola come back.

"I picked Superman!" Bailey holds up a box of holographic Superman Valentine's.

"I picked Mermaids." Zola shows her's.

"Good choices!" Meredith says as she high fives both kids.

"Ah!" Lexie coos suddenly as she breaks free from Derek's grasp. She runs to a shelf that had bags of chips. Squatting, she plays with the crinkly bags, pulling them down and laughs. She hugs them before tossing them slightly.

"Lexie!" Derek calls and runs over. "You can't do that." He says as Meredith and the kids watch. The baby laughs and lifts the bag up to Derek. "Oh, Lex." He moans and starts putting the chips back. "You're sticking with me." Derek lifts her and settles her on his hip.

"Down, dada!" She squirms against Derek.

"Crap, we better hurry, Derek." Meredith whispers.

"Mmhmm…" Derek mumbles as Lexie tries to climb up his chest, reaching for the ground.

"Come on guys, let's pick out lollipops to go with your cards and then daddy needs to get something that mama really wants." Meredith says as she pushes the cart and Derek occupies Lexie with an old pen he found in his pocket. "Here, just in case." She passes Derek a bag of Cheerios that she had in her purse.

"Thanks." He smirks and puts it in his pocket. They quickly hurry to pick out candy treats for Zola and Bailey's friends. Next, Zola picks out a heart that says "#1 teacher" and some pink and red candy heart sprinkles. "Look guys, conversational hearts!" Derek pulls down a pink bag.

"Huh?" Bailey asks and comes up to where Derek was corralling Lexie.

"They're candy hearts that say things." Derek says as Meredith and Zola join.

"Oh, let's get those." Meredith giggles.

"Okay. I think we have our Valentine's treats. Let's go get the rest." Derek says. Lexie toddles ahead as Meredith and Derek push the cart, keeping an eye on all three of the kids as they walk in front of them. Meredith wraps her arm around Derek's and rests her head on his shoulder. After they make their purchases and head home, they get ready to make cookies and Valentine's. Derek starts in the kitchen putting away groceries as Meredith gets out art supplies. The kids running to the toys.

"So, I will work on Valentine's with the kids while you start dinner?" Meredith says as she spreads out the materials.

"Sure, Mer. Then we can make the cookies and get them in the oven during dinner."

"Okay." She agrees. "Uh oh! Lexie!" Meredith sees Lexie dumping out a big bin of toys. They crash to the ground as everything spills.

"See, mama!" Lexie giggles and holds up a plastic plate.

"Yeah, that's a plate." Meredith giggles.

"Dada! Pate!" Lexie toddles over to where Derek was getting ready to make the dinner. She puts it in her mouth and smiles.

"I see angel." Derek laughs as Lexie runs off.

"What are we doing first, mama?" Zola asks as they sit at the coffee table with their Valentine's and a stack of colored paper and markers.

"Well, do you want to use this list to write your classmates name under the to and yours under the from?" Meredith points out the words and hands her the class list that the teacher gave. "Then we just put a lollipop in the hole."

"Yeah, mama!" Zola nods and grabs a red marker. "I can spell my name! Z-O-L-A!" She shouts.

"Great job, Zo!" Meredith coos.

"Ah, mama!" Lexie babbles seeing Zola get the attention. She grabs a marker and puts it on her head and runs to Meredith. Smacking into her arm with a big smile.

"Do you want to color, Lex?" Meredith asks and pulls Lexie to join.

"She does, mama!" Bailey giggles. "I'll get her crayons!"

"Mama, ay ca!" Lexie looks up at Meredith as she sits in her lap. She shows her a blue marker.

"Yeah, that's a blue marker. Wanna color with it?" She asks.

"Ya!" Lexie nods. Meredith carefully holds Lexie's hand as the baby holds the marker. Lexie giggles non stop as Meredith helps her scribble. Bailey pauses from his art to watch for a moment before continuing. Zola is lost in her own world as she sits on the other side of Meredith making her Valentine's perfect. Derek pauses to look up from his chicken to watch Meredith and the kids. He smiles softly and breath catches as he hears Meredith and Lexie laugh together. He is overjoyed as he watches them. Even more so when Bailey lays his head on Meredith's arm.

"Mama! I did it!" Zola shouts proudly. Her smile is wide and she is bursting with excitement.

"You did! All twenty?"

"Yeah!" Zola points to the cards in front of them.

"Good job, love bug! Tomorrow when you give them out, put one lollipop in the hole before putting them in the mailbox you guys make." Explains Meredith.

"Okay, mommy." Zola says as she jumps up to show Derek.

Meredith turns to watch when Lexie grabs her paper and pushes it into Meredith's face. "Mama!" She calls.

"Oh, let's see, Lex!" Meredith giggles. "So pretty. Who is that one for?"

"Mine's for Auntie Cristina!" Bailey beams as he shows Meredith his that is covered in attempts at heart drawings.

"Tina!" Lexie babbles.

"Oh, Bailey, she will love it. Want to put stickers on it?"

"Ya! Glitter also!" Bailey nods.

"Me, Tina!" Lexie babbles again.

"Lexie yours is so pretty. Auntie Cristina will love yours also." Meredith looks back at Derek with a smirk as Zola sits back down.

"I'm gonna do mine for our Aunties and Uncles!" Zola exclaims.

"Okay, Zo." Meredith says as Lexie grabs another paper. "Careful with the glue, Bails!" He is holding the glue bottle and letting it pool onto the paper.

"Woah!" Bailey laughs as he squeezes the glue.

"Here, I'll help!" Derek wipes his hands and runs over. He sits next to his son and grabs the glue. "The lasagna is in the oven and the bread is ready to go in next." Derek explains as he starts to help Bailey, fixing the glue for him. "Let's spread out this glue puddle." Derek laughs as Bailey scoots up onto his knees. "Mer, I'll help him make his Valentine's and the ones for daycare. Are you okay with helping the girls?"

"Of course." Meredith says as she smiles at Zola, scrunching her nose and leaning down to give her an Eskimo kiss. Zola laughs as she reciprocates the action.

"Okay, come on, buddy, let's put on some glitter." Derek says as he helps Bailey hold the container.

"Lots and lots daddy, it's for Auntie Bailey!" Bailey nods.

"Oh, she will love it." Derek chuckles with Meredith as he helps pour.

"Mama, look at my heart!" Zola taps Meredith's hand to show her the big heart on pink paper. In messy, six year old print, the tip did not look pointy.

"Wonderful, Zo!" Meredith smiles. "Derek, look at Lexie." She giggles as Lexie happily plays with a large heart sticker. Trying to coordinate her movements to get it on the paper.

"Adorable." Derek coos softly.

After continually working to finish their work, they finally reach the end."Did it, daddy!" Bailey cheers as he holds up his last Valentine. They each did one for all of their aunts and uncles at the hospital as well as ones to send to Carolyn and bring to daycare. "I wrote my name too!"

"You did, buddy! How did you spell it?" Derek asks.

"B-A-I-L-E-Y!" He states proudly and Derek pats his back with a ecstatic smirk.

"Hmm, if I wanted him to grow up I'd say send him to first grade." Derek laughs and shares a look with Meredith.

"Well, it's a good thing you only taught him how to spell Bailey. He still has Derek, Grey and Shepherd." Meredith giggles.

"True." Derek laughs. "Alright, guys. Cookie time!" He pulls himself up and holds out his arms for the kids.

"Dada, look!" Lexie babbles and holds one of her pictures up.

"I see, Lex. Its beautiful." Derek grins and rubs her curls. He lifts her and kisses her cheek so that Meredith could move.

"Derek…help." Meredith moans as she looks up at him.

"You okay, Mer?" He puts Lexie down next to them.

"Yeah… Yeah, I'm good, just been feeling a bloated these last couple of hours. I bet I'm going to pop soon." She giggles as Derek takes her hands and helps pull her up. "Crap." She moans again. "I have to pee."

"Hmm, babies are growing." Derek says as he rubs her stomach.

"They are?" Bailey asks.

"Yes, baby, remember the babies are the size of kidney beans." Meredith explains. "They're going to be bigger next week at our appointment."

"Oh!" He nods. "Good job, baby brudders." Bailey coos as he pats her stomach.

"I have to pee." Meredith moans as the urge hits again.

"Go, Mer. We will get ready to start." Derek pats her back. He shakes his head as he guides the kids into the kitchen to set up the baking.

"Ah!" Lexie babbles as she runs to the refrigerator and bangs her hands against it, turning to look at Derek.

"Yes, you can help." He laughs and lifts her high above him as Meredith walks out. "Feel better?" Derek coos as he wraps his arm around her waist.

"Yeah. Let's bake some cookies." Meredith hugs him. "You know, this time next year we will have two more helpers?"

Derek looks around from Meredith to Zola and Bailey who were grabbing the flour and measuring cups, to Lexie who was playing with an empty plastic bowl and wooden spoon in her chair. He smiles at the thought. "I can't wait. It will be a lot crazier than this, but I can't wait." Derek says, placing his spoon down and turning to pull Meredith into his arms. He grins in awe as his eyes take her in, her small grin, rosy cheeks and bright green eyes. He softly tucks her hair behind her ear. Derek kisses her, stroking her cheek and peppering little kisses along her jaw. He laughs with her and nuzzles her cheek before letting go to start making the cookies. They make enough heart shapes for their classes, family and themselves before decorating them with red frosting and tons of sprinkles. When dinner is had and the kids are in bed, Derek and Meredith fall asleep cuddled together as they rest their hands on Meredith's stomach.

MDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMD

"So… How does this work, Derek?" Meredith asks as they walk down the hall to Zola's classroom, hand in hand.

"Hmm, it's simple really. We just sit there and listen to someone else admit that our daughter is the smartest girl ever." Derek laughs and smirks at Meredith.

"Well, I wouldn't know." She giggles.

"What?" Derek stops and turns so that they are facing each other. He takes both of her hands in his. "Ellis never had conferences for you?"

Meredith snorts in disgust and rolls her eyes. "She went to one in kindergarten. Out in Boston. The teacher said I was quiet and didn't play much sometimes. This was three months after my mother tried to kill herself."

Derek gapes in shock, shaking his head. "What did Ellis say?"

"That the teacher was wasting her time and if she couldn't make me be extraordinary, then someone else would."

"What?!" Derek almost shouts. Anger filling his veins and heat rising in his chest.

"Funny, that was my favorite teacher. She would always hug us three times a day. Once when we got there, once after nap and then right before we went home." Meredith smiles.

"That's sweet. I don't think we have to worry about Zola." Derek says as he moves to open the door.

"Me neither." Meredith finishes as they walk inside.

"Mama! Daddy! I'm over here!" Zola calls when she sees Meredith and Derek standing in the front of class, holding hands. She's in the back of the class in a room filled with parents and children. She has on a handmade cardboard hat with paper hearts glued all over.

"Hi, Zo!" Meredith beams as she and Derek walk back to Zola. She bends down to hug her and Zola sinks into her arms.

"Hey, Princess." Derek coos next and lifts her up high. Zola's pink converse covered feet dangling in the air.

"Daddy!" She giggles as her pink "Daddy's Little love bug" shirt with a big, sparkly, red heart gets wrinkled as he hugs her. "Are you done working?"

"Yes, Zo. We came for the rest of your party and then we have a conference with your teacher." Meredith explains.

"Huh?"

"A conference is a meeting to talk about how you are doing in school." Derek smiles.

"Oh, why?" Zola looks up at him while holding his hand.

"Just so we know things and make sure everything is going well." Derek replies.

"Not bad?" Zola scrunches her face as she looks at them.

"Unless there's something you're not saying and we know you tell us, then I'm sure it will be good." Derek kneels down and holds her sides.

"Nah, daddy. I listen to Ms. Davis, only Kenny and Jaden don't listen. Sometimes Lia doesn't either." Zola giggles.

"Good." Meredith giggles. "Now, we didn't miss much did we?" She brushes Zola's braids.

"Nope, Ms. Davis said when our mama's and daddy's get here we can get treats. She got us pizza for lunch!"

"That's sweet, Zo. Did you say thank you?" Meredith asks, Zola nodding her head.

"Come on!" Zola says, waiting long enough. She pulls their hands to the dessert table. "Where's Lexie and Bailey?"

"They're with Auntie April. We thought we'd spend a little time with our ZoZo." Meredith coos as she holds hands with her daughter.

"Yay!" Zola clutches both of Meredith's hands and smiles at her. "Look, mama! Cupcakes! Candy love bugs!" Zola points to little, pink packs of M and M's wrapped with a pipe cleaner to look like a butterfly. "Heart fruit wands, pink hot chocolate and heart brownies!" She points out several other treats.

"Wow, Zo! Look at the pink and red sprinkles on the marshmallow pops!" Meredith points. "I like the pretzels." She points at the little pretzels covered in a little chocolate and a conversational heart.

"Yeah! There's Cupid crunch too!" Zola giggles. They look around at the other heart shaped treats including healthy options like fruit. "I can't decide!" She shakes her head in awe.

"Come on, Zo." Derek laughs and leads her over to pick several treats, including their cookies.

"Come look at my stuff that I did!" Zola pulls them to her desk. "I did candy heart counting and we read words on hearts. We made crafts, look! A heart caterpillar, slime, mama!" Zola holds up a case of pink, glittery slime with foil pieces inside.

"Woah!" Meredith laughs. "That looks fun!"

"Look what else." Zola shows them several other Valentine's themed worksheets. "I also made you guys a card!" She pulls out two cards. One red and one pink. There is a heart cut out of the middle with a picture of Zola with her arms opened wide. It says "I love you this much."

"Aww, thanks, Zo!" Meredith says giving her a hug.

"We love it!" Derek follows.

"Daddy, look at all my Valentine's! Sarah made me one that says that I'm her bestest friend. Makenzie gave me a kitty cat one and.. Mikey gave me one and gave me an extra bag of candy!" Zola says next as she pulls out her mailbox covered in pink hearts.

"What?!" Derek says, looking alarmed. His hands go to his waist and his eyes are bulging in fear as he stares at a smirking Meredith.

"Dadddyyy!" Zola whines when he wasn't immediately responding the way she wanted, "Mikey is so cute! He only gave extra to me! He even said that he only gave it to me! That means he likes me!"

"Oh…oh… Oh yeah?" Derek chokes. Meredith holding his arm. Trying not to laugh at his nerves. Only she can see the sweat on his brow.

"Derek…" Meredith calms. She rubs his back with one hand and his arm with the other. "They're six."

"Mer…" He chokes, gasping for breath as he watches Zola stare at the Valentine from Mikey in her hand. "She's talking about a boy. A boy liking her!"

"So? She's a beautiful girl." Meredith stands with her hands on her waist.

"Yes. But, she's my beautiful girl." Derek runs his hands through his hair. Closing his eyes and throwing his head back.

"Oh, Derek." Meredith sighs. Her mood changing, thanks to the hormones, to a more understanding one.

"I thought we had ten years at least." He whispers as they see Zola hug the valentine.

Meredith giggles. "Derek! It happens way before sixteen. I had boyfriend in the fourth grade. My first crush in third."

"What?!" Derek gasps with a feeling of jealousy rushing through him.

"Yes, Der. Didn't you have a little girlfriend in elementary school?"

"No, Mark scared them away."

"Figures." Meredith giggles. "Don't worry, it's cute."

"You think that." Derek mumbles making Meredith glare at him.

"Zola?" She says sweetly as she kneels down to her daughter.

"Yes, mama?" Zola smiles as Meredith hugs her close.

"That was very sweet of Mikey to think of you like that." Meredith smiles and Zola nods. "He seems like a nice boy."

"Yeah, he doesn't let no one say mean things to others. He always sits by me at lunch and shares his crayons with me."

"Wow!" Meredith says in awe. "Do you like him?"

"Yeah, mama! I wanna marry him!" Zola exclaims and Meredith has to fight to keep a straight face as she hears Derek moan and collapse into the chair behind him. Meredith reaches back to rub his knee.

"Aww, that's great, love bug." Meredith says as she hugs Zola.

"Zola?" They hear a little voice behind them as they pull away from the hug.

"Mikey!" Zola gasps and squeals as she turns around. Meredith smiles at the little boy. He had dark curly hair and was wearing a nice, red dress shirt with a little, white tie with red hearts. He had on dark jeans as well. His blue eyes twinkling.

"Hi." He murmurs, shy when he sees Meredith and Derek.

"This is my mama, Mikey." Zola pats Meredith's shoulder.

"Hi." Meredith waves.

"Hi." Mikey blushes. "Zola… I brought this special for you." He says as he holds out his hand. They see a big, heart shaped cookie with pink frosting and red sprinkles. "My mommy and daddy brought it with them when they came today. They're over there." Mikey points to two people talking with the teacher. "We baked them last night." He smiles.

"Thank you!" Zola gasps. She takes it in both hands and looks at Meredith. When Zola and Meredith look back at Mikey, he is standing a bit closer to Zola. Derek, who had been watching from the chair behind Meredith, sits up a bit more. His eyes bulging again. Meredith reaches and grips Derek's leg as they watch Mikey lean forward and kiss Zola on the cheek.

"Bye, bye. Happy Valentimes day." Mikey whispers and runs back to his parents. Zola watches as the little boy runs over to his mom and hugs her legs.

"Mama…" Zola whispers, holding her cheek. "Mama?" She turns to see Meredith sitting on a chair up close to Derek, holding him close as he breathes hard. His eyes are closed and his face is buried in Meredith's neck. She is stroking his curls and kisses his head. "Did you see that?"

"I did, Zo!" Meredith smiles and Derek groans. "He must like you too!"

"He kissed me!" Zola giggles. "He gave me a cookie, too!"

"That's so sweet!" Meredith nods enthusiastically.

"Yeah!" She nods. "What's wrong with daddy?"

Meredith looks at Derek's head cradled against her, his arms wrapped around his waist. "Oh, daddy is being silly. Why don't you go ask if Mikey wants to come play sometime?"

"Okay, be right back!" Zola runs over to Mikey and his parents.

"Mer…" Derek whimpers.

"Der…" She giggles back.

"My baby. It's not too late to homeschool… Lexie and Bailey aren't in school yet." Derek whines.

"Derek! It's okay!" Meredith giggles, clearly amused at Derek's nerves. She strokes his cheeks and smiles as she looks into his eyes.

"You try to say that when its Bailey." Derek laughs softly.

"Hmm, no. Bailey will never have interest in girls." Meredith says firmly.

"Okay." Is all Derek says.

"Mama, daddy." Zola returns with Mikey following her with his parents.

"Oh, hi again, Mikey." Meredith stands and pulls Derek to follow. The little boy smiles and sinks into his mom's legs. "Hi, I'm Meredith and this is my husband, Derek." She goes ahead after noticing Derek already checking out whether or not the little boy was okay for his daughter. Meredith just groans inwardly at her husband.

"Hi, I'm Lisa and this is my husband, David. It's nice to meet you." They exchange greetings, even Derek quits brooding for a second to say hello. "We just moved here from Chicago about two weeks ago, Mikey has really been taken by your little girl." She says.

"Oh yeah? Zola was just telling us how nice he is. I think she was in shock over how much he actually cared for her when he brought the cookie and gave her a little kiss." Meredith giggles.

"He did?! Oh, I hope that was okay. I knew about the cookie and extra candy." Lisa laughs.

Meredith quickly kicks Derek's ankle lightly as she hears him mumble something. "Oh, of course. It's adorable." As Derek nods as well.

"Good. Now, we came over to make sure setting up a play date was okay?" The dad notes.

"Yes!" Meredith nods and leans into Derek, her arm wrapping around his arm.

"Definitely." Derek finally adds softly.

"Great! Let me write my number down and we will have to find time to get together." Lisa says as she grabs some paper out of her purse. "Here you go. I hope we can get together soon."

"Definitely. It was nice to meet you." Meredith smiles and waves as they turn to leave.

"Bye, Zola." Mikey waves as he runs after his parents.

"Bye, Mikey!" Zola waves. "Thanks, mama!" She turns and hugs her.

"You're welcome, sweetie."

"Yeah… Um… He's a nice kid." Derek nods and holds out his arms for Zola.

"Daddy, you will always be my daddy." Zola coos as she hugs him as if reading him. Derek gasps and glances up at Meredith. She is giving him a sly, knowing smirk.

"I know, ZoZo." He whispers.

"Hmm, it looks like people are almost gone." Meredith says as she rubs Derek's shoulders and looks around.

Derek looks around. "Guess so, Zola, bring us to Ms. Davis." He says. "We should probably start the conference."

"Come on, daddy." Zola grabs his hand. "Mama, do you have my cookie?"

"I do, ZoZo."

"Good, I wanna eat it in the car."

"Okay, Zo." Meredith giggles as they reach Zola's teacher.

"Oh, Dr. Grey, Dr. Shepherd, just in time." Ms. Davis says as the last group leaves.

"We saw that people were leaving, so we figured it was a good time." Derek says.

"It is, come sit down. Zola, would you like to go play while I talk to your parents?" She bends down to Zola's level. "You get free range of the pretend play area." Zola nods and runs off to play. "That's her favorite center." Ms. Davis explains.

"Yes, she loves that at home too." Meredith laughs while they sit together.

"I'm sorry this took so long to happen. But, it was a crazy first half of the year!" Says Ms. Davis.

"It was, sorry for all of that." Meredith says.

"No worries, I'm just so glad you're alright. Zola was so sad when you were in the hospital."

"Thanks. I know, they all were. It made so much of a difference when they got to come see me." Meredith says and cuddles close to Derek.

"She was very happy after that happened. She couldn't wait to tell me everything." Laughs Ms. Davis. "Now, I know that I've sent you little things. But, I just wanted to say how delightful Zola is to have in class. She is one of the sweetest, smartest kids in class. One of my top students."

"Thank you!" Derek and Meredith say in unison.

"She knows all of her letters and their sounds. Zola is one of the highest readers."

"Zola loves to read." Derek boasts. "She wants to try reading at bedtime every night."

"That's wonderful! She understands it as well. Which is the most important."

"It is. She can actually give us the steps on how to perform a craniotomy. She tries to read his Nero textbooks." Meredith laughs and looks at Derek.

"Well, she will make a great surgeon someday." Ms. Davis laughs. "Which reminds me, she told me that you won an award?"

"Oh." Meredith blushes and Derek wraps his arms around her. "I did. Well, Derek and I did for a treatment we came up with for malignant brain tumors."

"That's incredible, congratulations." The teacher says.

"Thanks." Meredith whispers and cuddles close to Derek.

"Sorry, I just had to say that." Ms. Davis says as they both smile in response. "Now, let's talk about math." She moves to the next topic. "She can count to 100 and backwards from 25. She can do simple addition and subtraction with and without manipulatives."

"That's my girl." Derek boasts.

"She is definitely ready for first grade." The teacher finishes.

"Yes. But we don't want her to go." Derek laughs along with Meredith.

"I know, it's hard." She consoles. "Zola is so wonderful to have in class, I wish I could keep her here."

"We're glad she's so good in class." Meredith says as she squeezes Derek's hand. "She loves school."

"Daddy, can I have my cookie?" Zola asks and reaches to sit in his lap.

"I thought you wanted to wait for in the car?" Derek asks.

"But I can't wait no more!" Zola fake collapses against his chest.

"It's okay, we're about done here, sweetie. I'm just going to show this file of your work." Ms. Davis pulls over a blue folder with her name in big, red letters. "She loves to draw her family."

"Aww, look at those, Zo!" Meredith coos and tickles Zola, making her laugh.

"Here's some reading, writing, math and science work."

"Oh, I remember when you told us about the pumpkin seeds!" Meredith says as she eyes the science experiment with the seeds. They look at a bit more before Ms. Davis sends them on their way.

"See? It was all great things." Derek laughs as they walk out, holding hands. Zola holding one of Derek's as she bounces along. They decide to get some smoothies and some French fries and just relax before going to pick up the other two. In order to have special Zola time. Something that before long would be hard to find.

Derek slowly opens his eyes Sunday morning. He closes them again as he turns to his side and runs his arms along the sheets. Stopping when he doesn't feel Meredith close. His stomach plummets for a moment before hearing a familiar noise coming from the bathroom. "Oh, Mer." He murmurs and shoots out of bed, throwing on his boxers.

"Oh… Not today guys…" Meredith mutters to herself as she clutches her stomach and heaves over the toilet.

"Mer?" Derek asks as he stands in the doorway.

"Der…" Meredith moans and her face crumbles into tears.

"Hey! Hey, Mer! It's okay!" He rushes to sit besides her and pull her into his arms. "Shh… Shh…" Derek soothes as he cradles her head against his chest. He plays with her curls lightly, brushing them away from her face. Then, he kisses her head as she grips him.

"No… It's not…" Meredith moans as she cries into his chest.

"Are you okay, Mer? Are you hurt?"

"Not hurt." She sniffles.

"Are the babies okay?"

"Yes." Meredith says as she cradles her stomach.

"Then you're okay. The babies just wanted to say Happy Valentine's Day." Derek coos.

"I… I… I wanted to wake you up with sex… Now that was ruined." She grips onto him and cries more.

Derek smirks proudly. "No it's not, Mer. Not at all."

"Yes!" She argues.

"Mer." He pulls her jaw up and gazes at her with his sparkly eyes. Wiping her tears before kissing her softly but passionately. "It was not ruined, Meredith. Not at all."

"You still want sex?" She mutters.

"Wha?!" Derek gasps. "When have I ever said no to that?!" He looks at her incredulously.

"I'm all pukey and gross."

"You're carrying my children. Just like you gave me three others." Derek strokes her wet cheeks with reverence.

"Derek." She smiles softly.

"Do you still want to have sex? Or are you sore?" Derek asks.

"Derek, my hormones are so crazy right now that I can't tell if I want to cry more, screw you or if I need to puke more." Meredith groans.

"Hmm, I think they say option number two. But, we will do a lot of that tonight, so if it's options one or three, then I will hold you the whole time." Derek laughs and rubs her naked body. Meredith giggles and smiles up him, much happier.

"I love you." She beams as he wipes the last tears away. "Option number two." Meredith finally whispers as she gets lost in her husband's loving eyes, fire suddenly bursting inside of her. She sits up more from her position in his lap and kisses him with a huge hunger.

"Hmm, okay!" Derek coos as he holds her jaw and kisses her back.

"Oh!" She moans and leans back. "Let me brush my teeth. You meet me on our bed. Make sure these are off." She fidgets with his boxers.

"Yes, dear." Derek smirks and runs his hand along her body. Kissing her head. He stands and helps her before smiling at her and heading to the bed. Meredith hurries to brush her teeth and wet her face.

"Derek." She coos as she stands in the doorway once she was done. Derek turns and gasps. His wife looked like a goddess. Just standing there in all her naked glory against the doorframe.

"Meredith!" He coos and reaches his arms out for him to come to him. She giggles as she hurries over to the bed and eagerly straddles him. "Oh!" He hums as she pins his arms to the bed, kissing him hard.

"I need you, Derek." She says between hot kisses. Both of them already panting.

"I need you, too." Derek replies, pulling her face up to hold it in his hands. He smiles softly as he guides her face back down to kiss her.

"Happy Valentine's Day, Derek."

"Happy Valentine's Day, Meredith."

"Hmm, we've finally got the Valentine's sex thing down while having kids." Meredith giggles as Derek tries to turn them. "No… My turn, Dr. Shepherd."

"Okay!" His eyes sparkle with laughter. Her hands roam his body. Feeling every crevice and strong muscle. She cups his balls as she bites her lip at Derek's head going back in bliss. Her nails trail his long, erect cock as she kisses him. "Oh! Oh!" He moans as her hands move to his curls and her body splays on his to kiss his neck. "Yes!" Derek shouts.

"Shh… Don't wake the kids." She covers his mouth with one finger.

"Mer! You're amazing! Yes!" He pants as his wife moves her tongue and lips along his hot skin. His eyes close in bliss as he pants hard. He wants Meredith to sink onto him, he's desperate. When he opens his eyes Meredith is leaning over him, rubbing his chest. Her breasts teasing his hungry lips. He makes eye contact with her as he slowly moves one hand to her breast. Squeezing it, rolling it making her gasp in delight. He can feel her get wetter by the second. "Mer… Please!" He begs.

"You're ready, huh?" She coos and takes his face in her hands.

"Meredith." He calls. "Yes!"

"Hmm." She giggles and places her hands on his chest for balance. Her eyes train on his as she lifts up and sinks onto his cock. "Oh!" Meredith moans in bliss and Derek thrusts up to completely fill her. She lays back against his chest as they thrust very slowly. Just enjoying the connection. Meredith kisses up and down his neck, biting every so often. He rubs her back, moving down to her bottom and then up to her hair. Derek tugs her hair so that she will lift her head back so that he can lift up a little to kiss her neck. Once he is satisfied with his kisses there, Meredith sits up so that her full body was on display for him. "Ready, Derek?" She scrapes her nails in his curls. He nods with his dark, lust filled eyes as his hands roam her body up to her much larger breasts. She giggles at him as she watches Derek roll them as they begin to bounce from her thrusts.

"Oh, oh!" Derek moans as Meredith rides him. "That's it, Mer!" He coaxes as he hardens more inside of her. Derek loves watching her come undone on top of him. He smirks as he squeezes her breasts and Meredith gasps.

"Derek!" She gasps as she rests her hands on his shoulders, digging her nails into his skin. Her movements get harder and harder as she then begins moving in figure eights over him. He thrusts up to meet her before moving his legs so that they were bent on either side of her.

"Mer! Mer! Mer! I'm so close!" He moans and grips onto her.

"Come for me, Der!" She coos and runs one hand over his stubble, smiling as she sees his orgasm wash over him. Then, she lets herself go as her orgasm crashes with his. "Derek!" Meredith moans and collapses onto him. His arms immediately wrapping her into a tight, tight hug. He kisses her cheek as she cuddles into him.

"That… Oh! That… Damn, that was incredible!" Derek pants.

"Yes!" She moans out of breath.

"I love pregnancy sex."

"Me too." Meredith giggles.

"I love you." Derek pulls her face up to look at her. His thumb tenderly stroking her cheek.

"I love you, too." Meredith says in reply. "Cocoon?" She asks.

"Absolutely, Meredith." Derek murmurs and pulls up the blanket. He kisses her head as they lay together. Their limbs in their tight, warm cocoon. A while later, Derek's alarm beeps.

"Huh?" Meredith moans from her spot in Derek's neck.

"Time for me to wake the kids. We have a special Valentine's breakfast to make." Derek murmurs as Meredith looks at him, confused. "Or Bailey and I do. It's going to be a tradition. The Shepherd men make our girls breakfast on Valentine's Day." He laughs.

"Bailey will love that." Meredith giggles as Derek smirks with pride. But, I don't wanna move!" Meredith groans.

"Hmm, we will have loads of cuddle time later. But, now…" Derek flips them over so that her naked body is in full view again. "It's time for a special… Oh!" He stops and gasps as his hand roams her stomach.

"What?!" Meredith frantically sits up in worry.

"Oh!" Derek coos and rubs her stomach. "Meredith!" He whispers in awe.

"Derek, you're scaring me."

"No… No, Mer… It's good! I can tell… Your stomach is rounder." Derek coos and moves lower so that his face was over her stomach. A huge smile present as he kisses her skin twice.

"You can tell?" Meredith asks.

"Come here." Derek says as he throws off the blanket. He scoops Meredith into his arms and runs them to the bathroom. Next, he places her down so that they could see her side profile.

"Der!" She gasps and covers his hands with hers where he was holding the slight curve. "The babies are growing!"

"They are! Abigail and Emily are growing." Derek tries as he kisses Meredith's head.

"No. Stella and Stephanie?"

"Stella maybe. Stephanie, no." Derek laughs.

"Derek." Meredith coos as she leans back against his chest. His arms around her from behind and hands resting on her stomach. "It's small, but our babies are growing."

"Hmm, they are!" Derek moans as he kisses her, making her giggle.

"Each time it gets more amazing and earlier apparently." Meredith giggles.

"Well, there's two in there this time." Derek laughs and hugs her close. "Damn, I love you." He whispers.

She spins in his arms. "I love you more."

"Not possible." Derek laughs and kisses her.

"Hmm." She coos and rakes her fingers in his hair.

"Oh! Oh!" Derek moans. "Mer… Gotta get breakfast." He groans.

"Fine. But we better continue this tonight."

"Of course, Mer. One more thing." Derek coos as he kneels in front of her, cupping her tiny bump that was only visible to them. "Hi, babies! It's daddy. We just wanted to say, we are so glad that you are growing. You're nine weeks old today. We cannot wait to see you again. Mama and I love you so much!" Meredith watches as she holds her bump. Happiness coursing through her. Derek smiles as he stands, pulling Meredith into a hug.

"They're bigger!" Meredith laughs as he hugs her tight.

"Hmm, they are! I am so excited!" Derek beams.

"Me too!" Meredith kisses him and looks at him in awe. Not wanting to look away.

"I'll be back as soon as I can, Mer." He cups her cheeks, kissing her over and over. "I'm going to get the kids."

"Okay, I'll cover up at bit. Even though I don't wanna." Meredith grumbles.

"No clothes tonight, Meredith." He reminds and laughs before hurrying out of the room.

"I can't wait." She muses with a smirk as she pulls on her pajamas that Derek had gleefully thrown across the room the night before. "Hi, guys." Meredith smiles as she rubs her stomach while waiting for Derek and the kids. She can hear Lexie in her room, babbling as Derek most likely changes her. Next, she hears Lexie's little feet toddle next to Derek as they go to wake Zola and Bailey. Several minutes later, Zola and Lexie run in with Derek following with Bailey in his arms.

"Mama!" Zola squeals. "Happy Valentine's Day!" She runs and dives onto the bed. Her arms immediately grab Meredith in a hug.

"Up! Up! Up!" Lexie stands at the edge of the bed and holds her arms up for Meredith.

"Hang on, Lex. I got her, Meredith." Derek offers protectively. He kneels with Bailey and pulls Lexie up and onto the bed.

"Hi! Hi!" Lexie kneels and waves.

"Hi, baby." Meredith giggles and brushes her curls back like she does to Derek. "Come here, girls. I love you." She hugs them as Derek watches with proud, longing eyes. "Happy Valentine's Day!"

"Love ya, mama!" Zola coos and snuggles on one side while Lexie does the same on the other.

"I wanna turn!" Bailey raises his fists in the air.

"Come here, buddy!" Meredith coos.

"Yeah, come on, Bails." Derek smiles and walks over to sit on the bed. He sits and watches Bailey crawl in between his sisters as they all hug Meredith. Meredith looks at all three kids in their matching red, "Loved" pajamas with red hearts on the legs before kissing all of them. Derek is unable to resist pulling all of them into a larger hug, kissing their heads. The kids giggle at being squished before Meredith and Derek both smile at each other.

"This is better than any surgery." Meredith whispers to Derek.

"It really is." Derek agrees as he runs his fingers in her hair with one hand and rubs Lexie's back with the other. He kisses her forehead softly and Meredith leans into his lips on her head.

"Guess what!" Bailey pipes. "I'm helping daddy make breakfast for you ladies." He tells Meredith, looking up from his spot on Meredith's chest.

"You are?!" Meredith exclaims.

"Ya! Because it's a specially day!" Bailey nods seriously.

"That's right, buddy." Derek laughs as he kisses Meredith's cheek once more and stands to lift Bailey. "We have to make our ladies breakfast!" He tosses Bailey up in the air. Catching him safely.

"What do we do now, daddy?" Bailey turns to Derek with both arms bent, palms facing up.

"Well, the girls stay in bed while we go cook." Derek laughs as Bailey looks at him seriously. He looks at Meredith sneakily. Smirking as she holds Lexie up as the baby bounces between her legs. "Bailey, tell this to mama." He whispers to his son who covers his mouth, trying not to laugh.

Bailey nods and turns in Derek's arms to face Meredith. "Mama." He starts. "Stay here, don't move, wait for us!" Bailey giggles and Derek smirks and looks right into Meredith's eyes.

"Okay." She giggles as she bites her lip and shakes her head at Derek.

"Come on, bud." Derek laughs and carries Bailey out of the room into the kitchen.

"Daddy, this is gonna be so, so, so much fun!" Bailey cheers as Derek pulls over a chair for Bailey. Derek nods as he listens. "They're gonna love it! Does Lexie even get to eat it also?"

"She does, Bailey. She may not want the cinnamon roll or the other sweet . But, she will like the pancakes, fruit and eggs."

"Cool! We're making lots and lots?" Bailey looks up at Derek with his inquisitive, blue eyes.

"Yes." Derek answers as he pulls out a bag of cookie cutters shaped like hearts.

"Yay! What are we making?"

"Well…" Derek begins. "First, we're going to get the heart shaped strawberry cream cheese breakfast pastries ready and into the oven. Then, we are going to make omelet muffins that are shaped like a heart."

"How?" Bailey wonders.

"By using a heart cookie cutter." Derek explains, holding up a metal cookie cutter. Bailey's little mouth forms a little "O" as he gasps in reply. "Then, we are going to make the heart cinnamon rolls."

"We need some more fruit, daddy." Bailey adds seriously. "I mean, we have strawberries, but unless we put a lot, we really need more."

"I know, bud. I'm getting there." Derek ruffles his hair and picks up another cookie cutter. "You see this heart?" He kneels lower to make eye contact. Bailey nods slowly. "You are going to push it into the watermelon that I cut so that you can make heart shaped watermelon." Bailey squeals and bounces at the idea. "Then, when we make pancakes, we're first going to spell out words like, I love you and XOXO. But, then, we are going to put chocolate sauce and strawberries on them. I am also making them as oatmeal pancakes so that they are healthier."

"Yay, daddy!" Bailey cheers. "I love those!"

"Good! Let's get to work!" Derek gives Bailey a high five and begins to pull out pans and ingredients. He watches as Bailey pulls ingredients towards him and scoots his body closer to him. His heart swells when Bailey giggles and claps his hands. He hopes again in this moment that the babies will be boys and also look just like Meredith with the same giggle. Then, he would have "his boys" to camp and do guy things with. As he relishes in the thought, he pulls out the dough that he made the other night when Meredith had fallen asleep at 8:00. "Here, buddy. Let's lay this out." Derek pulls over a tray and rips off a sheet of parchment paper. "First, lay this down." Bailey takes the paper and puts it on the tray. Derek then moves behind Bailey and helps him open up the dough. "Pick it up, here we go!" He says softly as he helps Bailey lay it on the tray. Bailey gasps with pride as he turns and smiles at Derek. "Good job!" He beams, brushing his hair. He cuts the larger slice into a piece for each of them and one small one for Lexie. "Now, I'm going to get our strawberries that we use on pancakes to put inside and mix with the cream cheese." Derek gets the strawberries and prepares the cream cheese filling.

"Can I scoop?" Bailey asks.

"Of course." Derek chuckles, handing him the bowl and spoon.

"This is fun, daddy!" He scoops out a big spoonful and plops it onto the dough.

"Good!" Derek smiles.

"Daddy…" Bailey giggles and sneaks his little finger into the filling still left in the bowl at the end. Derek pretends he doesn't see and goofs around as Bailey sneaks a taste. "Yummy!" His giggles turn to laughs as Derek pulls him close and tickles him. Their identical blue eyes sparkling with laughter.

"This is for stealing my breakfast." Derek plays as he spins Bailey as he cradles him to his chest, still tickling him.

"I… I… I… I'm sorry!" Bailey gasps with laughter and wriggles in Derek's arms.

"Good!" Derek mock glares at him and sits him back on the chair. Kissing his head.

Bailey is still giggling as Derek pulls him against him and they get the pastries folded. "It's a heart!" Bailey gasps as he sees Derek shape the dough before putting them into the oven.

"That's right, buddy. Want to do the watermelon while I set up the other food?"

"Yeah!" Bailey nods. Derek goes to take out a bigger watermelon slice and shows Bailey how to cut out a piece. "So cute!" Bailey muses as he looks at the little watermelon heart. Very carefully, he takes his and pushes it into the fruit. "One, two, three! I did it, daddy!" He cheers as he pulls out the perfect heart.

"That's great, Bailey!" Derek cheers and hugs his son.

"I did it!"

"I knew you could!" Derek says as he keeps holding Bailey, kissing his head.

"I love you so much, daddy!" He says softly and rests his head on Derek's chest.

"I love you, too." Derek's eyes water as Bailey grips him tight. He kisses Bailey's little cheeks over and over in reassurance.

"Mama's gonna loooveee this!"

"She will, Bails." Derek laughs. He gets back to work and begins working on the omelet muffins. Bailey keeps working on his watermelon. Carefully pushing in the cookie cutter and then pulling out while counting. Derek smirks as he pauses to watch his son's precision. He can already see the surgeon in him. After Derek gets the omelettes in the oven, he does the cinnamon roll hearts.

"It smells so yummy!" Bailey moans as Derek pulls out the strawberry hearts and switches them with the rolls.

"They do, buddy."

"I finished the hearts!" Bailey points.

"That's great, buddy. Let's put them in this bowl." Derek pulls out a big, red bowl. "Ready to help make the pancakes?" Bailey nods eagerly and bounces. He smiles as they move over to find some clean space.

"How we gonna make words?"

"With these." Derek holds up the metal cookie cutters. "What should we use? I love you, I heart you or XOXO?"

Bailey taps his chin. Looking carefully at his choices. "Ah… I love you and I heart you. Because we really, really love mama, Zo and Lex." He nods seriously.

"Ha ha! We do, bud." Derek laughs as he begins preparing the pancakes. Bailey insists on helping, he grabs the cup of flour out of Derek's hand, spilling most on the counter. "Bailey!" Derek gasps.

"Sorry, daddy. Can I help?" He giggles and looks up sweetly. His smile soft, making Derek melt.

"Of course, buddy." He ruffles his hair. They mix together all of the ingredients while Derek stands behind Bailey, holding him as he helps. When everything was ready, Derek pulls over the heated griddle. Bailey watches as his dad lays the cutter on the griddle and pours in some batter. Soon, there is a plate of "I love you" and "I heart you" pancakes along with heart shaped ones. "Hmm, I think we need to make a strawberry sauce." Derek muses as he places the pancakes next to the Danish and cinnamon rolls.

"Okay! Goes more with the chocolate!" Bailey nods. Derek smirks at that and soon they are ready to set up the breakfast tray. He pulls out a large breakfast tray. He sets up a plate for the cinnamon rolls, the strawberry hearts pastry and the omelette hearts on the tray. He places the bowl of watermelon hearts next to them. On a smaller tray he puts four red plates shaped like hearts. He puts some of the strawberry sauce on them and then a few of the pancakes. Making sure they each had one of each of the phrases and a heart. After, he covers them in chocolate. Giving Meredith the most. Then, he puts a pink heart plate on as well and gives Lexie three pancakes with some strawberry sauce next to it with more strawberries than sauce. All of his kids loved strawberries, so he figured that Lexie would still like these even if they were sweeter than normal. Derek puts the juice for him and Meredith and some strawberry milk for the kids on the big tray. The last thing he puts is a purple vase of lavender on the big tray. "Mama's flowers!" Bailey giggles as he watches Derek.

"That's right, bud. The only flower that mama likes." He looks down at Bailey who was staring up at him in his Valentine's Day pajamas, standing on his red socked toes. "You ready?"

"Yeah!"

"Okay, here. You can carry this tray." He hands Bailey the smaller, lighter tray.

"I got it, daddy! Look at me!" Bailey coos happily as he holds the tray.

"You do." Derek laughs as he grabs the bigger tray. "Let's go." Bailey comes to walk besides him as they head to the bedroom. Derek pushes open the door and stops as he sees Meredith and Zola cuddled together with Lexie straddling Meredith's waist. He hears them singing "Old Mac Donald." Zola loudly imitates the sound of a pig, making Lexie laugh loudly.

"Hi, mama! Lex, ZoZo, we made you breakfast!" Bailey coos.

"Wow!" Zola gasps.

"Oh, Derek!" Meredith gasps.

"Hmm, we came back. Happy Valentine's Day." Derek hums as he sits his tray on the foot of the bed and helps put Bailey's in front of his. He sits next to Meredith and pulls Lexie into his lap before reaching to pull Meredith close.

"You always come back." Meredith whispers as Derek hovers his lips right over her's. "Hmm…" She moans as Derek cups her cheek and kisses her hard and she stumbles back a bit. Her hand reaches to stroke his stubble.

"I love you." Derek murmurs when they pull back. He's panting as he stares into the green eyes that he loved so much.

"I love you, too." Meredith says as she fixes his curls.

"Daddy!" Zola bounces on her knees. She sits with Bailey on the opposite side of Meredith.

"Oh, I love you too, Princess! My angel too!" Both little girls get pulled into his arms as Bailey falls into Meredith's arms.

"I love you, buddy." Meredith giggles as she wraps Bailey tight.

"Love ya, mama!" Bailey says as he hugs her back. Cuddling deep into her as she kisses him. Meredith smiles at him before turning to look at Derek with the girls. He almost senses Meredith looking at him and his eyes twinkle as they meet. Derek's arm goes around Meredith and soon all three kids and Meredith were wrapped in Derek's arms.

"Love you girls." Meredith says as she snuggles closer to Lexie and Zola as they hug.

"Lub, lub." Lexie claps her hands and reaches to Meredith. Her wide smile showing off her little teeth.

"Love ya, mama." Zola reaches for Meredith as well. "Lex and Bails, too." Meredith giggles as she takes Zola's hand and kisses the fingers.

"We made you ladies breakfast cause daddy and me love you so much!" Bailey exclaims.

"Yeah?" Meredith squeezes him more. "Well, it looks delicious."

"Let's eat before it gets cold." Derek smiles, pulling Bailey's tray closer.

"Der!" Meredith muses as she looks at her pancakes with strawberry sauce and chocolate. Her tongue licks her lips slowly as Derek places the plate in her hand.

"Only the best for my girls." He smirks as he pulls over the other trays. "My boys too." Derek adds as he nods to Bailey grabbing a cinnamon roll and handing it to Zola and then rubbing Meredith's rounder stomach.

"Oh, so they're boys now?" Meredith giggles as she takes a bite of strawberry, chocolate and pancake.

"Hmm, well. I was thinking as I was cooking with Bails, that it would be great to have three boys all to go camping and hiking and fishing with." Derek adds as he gets Lexie's plate as they all move to start eating.

Meredith laughs before looking at Lexie eat her pancake, slowly using her fork to pick it up. "You do know that Zola and Lexie wouldn't let you go without them and since they would coerce you, then I would go since I don't want to be without any of you." She raises her eyebrows at Derek.

"True. Okay." He nods as he laughs with Meredith.

"Mama, look, I made watermelon hearts! Daddy showed me!"

"It's wonderful, sweetie! Thank you!" Meredith smiles at her son.

"Strawberry hearts!" Bailey shows the danishes they had made.

"Strawberry milk too!" Zola points.

"It's wonderful guys." Meredith smiles.

"Yummy!" Lexie giggles as she scoops up the strawberry sauce and the strawberries inside of it.

"I'm glad she likes the sauce." Derek laughs.

"I'm surprised." Meredith nods as they watch Lexie slap it and then hold her hands up to show her parents.

"So, what are we doing today?" Zola asks as she eats a watermelon heart.

"Well, tonight you have your sleepover with auntie Cristina." Derek nods.

"While daddy and I have a date night." Meredith giggles, watching Derek as he swallows some cinnamon roll. Fire in his eyes as he pictures Meredith tonight.

"Yuck!" Bailey gags and scrunches his nose.

"It's romantic, Bailey!" Zola gasps.

"That's right, Zo." Derek gives her a high five.

"Where are we going, Derek?"

"Hmm, like I'd tell you." Derek laughs.

Meredith shrugs. "As long as it's not Italian. Anything Italian has made me want to barf lately. Even the thought of pizza makes me…" Meredith stops to catch herself as bile rises in her chest. She clutches her chest.

"Breathe, Mer. It's not Italian." Derek rubs her back. "Breathe." Meredith collapses against Derek's chest to calm herself.

"Thanks, Derek. I didn't mean to react like that. This breakfast is too great to get messed up by getting sick." She moans into his chest.

"I know, Mer." He laughs. "Here, let's take your mind off of it." Derek pulls over the baby name book.

"Girls names?!" She laughs.

"Yeah! Hey, kids, want to pick our girls name?" Derek looks at the kids.

"No. We have brudders." Bailey insists.

"Yeah, the babies are brothers." Zola adds and goes back to her strawberry pastry.

"Well…" Derek raises his eyebrows at Meredith. "Lexie, do you wanna help name the babies in mama's belly."

"Me baby." Lexie babbles from her spot between her parents and stabs her omelette muffin, trying to get it on the fork.

"Hmm, I guess we won't do that." Derek chuckles. He smiles at Meredith and drifts his hand to her stomach. His hand rubs the small bump. "Did the kids notice anything yet?"

"Nope." Meredith shakes her head and looks down at her stomach. "I think I'm ready for the strawberry cheese thingy."

"Oh yeah?" Derek smirks and lifts a pastry from the plate. He watches her take it and lick her lips before taking a bite.

"Oh! Oh!" Meredith closes her eyes and moans as the strawberry and cream cheese flows together. Warm and gooey.

Derek's breath catches as he watches her moan in bliss. "You like?" He moans with a husky voice.

"Derek!" She gasps as she takes another. This time a bit of jam remains on her lips.

"Hmm." He laughs as he immediately moves lower to kiss her lips, licking the jam off. "Mer!" He hums happily at the taste of her mixed with the sweet. She giggles against his lips as he continues his soft kisses, slipping his tongue inside. "Oh!" He murmurs into her mouth. His hand stroking her cheek.

"I can't wait for tonight." Meredith coos as they pull back and rest their foreheads against each other.

"Why, mama?" Zola asks.

Meredith and Derek freeze at Zola's question. They look at each other in shock. "Umm, because, Zo… It's a special mama and daddy night." Derek offers.

"But, what are you doing special?" Zola asks this time. "That mama can't wait for?" Derek clutches Meredith at that question.

"Oh… She can't wait because she doesn't know what we're doing yet. I'm keeping it a surprise." Explains Derek.

Zola looks at him skeptically. "Okay." She nods and goes back to eating.

"That was close." Meredith whispers, cuddling into Derek.

He nods and kisses his wife's head. "It was."

"Dada!" Lexie babbles and reaches towards the milk.

"You want milk?" Derek pulls over her cup. He gives it to her, but she pushes his hands away when he tries to help hold it for her. "Wow, look Meredith!" He points as Lexie lays back to drink, holding her cup.

"Oh, good girl!" Meredith tickles her belly. Lexie looks up at her mama, proud as she continues to drink. "So, what do you have planned for today, Derek?"

"Maybe a go for a walk on our land and then take a ferry into Seattle to bring the kids Valentine's to the hospital? Then it will be time to drop them with Cristina and Richard."

"I like that!" Meredith murmurs. Derek kisses her head before they finish breakfast. After they finish, Derek and Meredith get the kids dressed. Zola and Lexie have on matching red sweaters with pink and purple hearts with the words "sweetheart" on the front. They have on pink jeggings and their matching pink converse. Bailey is wearing a red shirt that says "Future ladies man, current mama's boy" and jeans. "Derek! Derek!" Meredith screams as she is finishing getting ready in their bathroom.

Derek drops the diapers he was packing to run into their bathroom. Zola and Bailey look up at their mom's nervous screams. "Mer? What is it? What's wrong?" His face is white with panic as he looks at Meredith standing in only a shirt and panties.

"Derek." She begins to cry and falls into his arms.

"Hey… Shhh… What's wrong?" Derek coos as he rubs her back, cradling her head. He kisses her forehead, letting his lips linger.

Meredith sobs heavy, gasping for breath. "My… My…"

"Mer…you're starting to scare me. Please tell me."

"My jeans don't fit." She cries into his chest.

Derek silently shakes his head as he hugs her tight. "Meredith."

"I know… I know… I know it's stupid."

"No it's not. Not at all." Derek murmurs as he rubs her back. "Damn, I love you so much." He whispers and kisses her as his hands roam her body, sneaking the chance to squeeze her bottom.

"But, I don't have any pants." Meredith whispers calmer. "My stretch pants are dirty."

"You can wear mine. I love you in my clothes, I think it's sexy."

"Yeah?" Meredith whispers as she looks up at Derek, resting her chin on his chest. He is looking down at her with a dark, longing look with his classic smirk. Their look that makes Meredith weak in the knees.

"Yeah." Derek says as he leans lower to kiss her. It's a kiss full of heat and passion, making them moan in bliss.

"Oh!" She coos when they pull away. Her eyes filled with lust and her body craving more.

"10:30… Five and a half more hours to go." Derek says as he cups her cheeks.

"Hmph!" Meredith grumbles, making Derek laugh.

"LEXIE!" They suddenly hear the kids shout. A loud, crashing sound coming from the living room.

"Uh oh… I better check on that." Derek says nervously.

"I'll be right out." Meredith replies as Derek nods and runs out of the room.

"What happened?" Derek gasps as he runs out into the living room.

"Me pa yaya!" Lexie claps as she pulls down another bucket of their toys out of the cubes in the play area.

"Oh, Lex." Derek mutters as he goes to where Lexie had plopped down and was beginning to put plastic tops over her head like it was raining.

"She didn't listen, daddy!" Zola says.

"Ya, we told her not to!" Bailey crosses his arms.

"It's okay, guys. She didn't do anything wrong. As long as she isn't doing something that could hurt her or others." Derek smiles and explains as he starts cleaning up some of the mess.

"Everything okay?" Meredith asks as she comes out. She has on Derek's navy sweatpants and her shirt is starting to get snug already.

Derek feels his breath catch as he sees his gorgeous wife. "Yeah… Lex just decided to make a mess." He gasps and licks his lips. His eyes roaming her body. Meredith notices and smirks.

"Okay then. Are we ready for our walk?"

"Yeah!" Zola and Bailey cheer for joy.

"Well then, let's go! I packed the diaper bag so that we can just grab it and go after." Derek says as he stands. "Come here, you." He coos as he holds his arms out for Meredith.

"Der!" She giggles and falls into his arms. He kisses her frantically all over while slipping his hands inside the waistband of her pants. Making Meredith laugh more.

"Damn, I can't wait to have you alone!" He muses while they hug. "You look so hot!"

"Thanks, I can't wait either." Meredith coos.

"But, for now, it's kids time." Derek nods.

"Come on, Bails." Meredith agrees and holds out her hand. Bailey runs to grab her hand while Derek lifts Lexie and Zola takes his other hand. Meredith carries a bag with the water while holding Bailey's hand. As soon as they get outside, Derek lifts Lexie more to put on his shoulders. He takes Zola's hand since Meredith had Bailey.

"Let's go, guys!" Derek coos as he looks at his family. The mid morning sun is not too warm, sitting as to cast shadows across the land. As they walk onto the lawn, they feel the cool breeze that comes as they go under the trees. Meredith smiles up at Derek as she takes his hand. Her other, holding Bailey's.

"Hey." Derek coos at her while walking slowly. Lexie kicking her feet as she rides on his shoulders. Zola bouncing next to him while holding his other hand.

"Hey." Meredith smiles and moves to lean against his chest as they walk, still holding hands. Just the sounds of their older children's giggles can be heard amongst the blowing wind and the sound of their creek in the far, opposite distance.

"Badibe!" Lexie babbles and points to a bluebird flying past them.

"Cool stick!" Bailey cheers and bends down to pick it up further into the woods.

"I wanna see butterflies!" Zola looks all around.

"It's still early, Zo." Meredith says as they keep moving.

"Aww!" Zola grumbles and kicks a bit of dirt.

"Hmm, let's stop here for a minute." Derek says after walking for a while.

"Oh, I love this view." Meredith says as Derek turns them to look out over the top of the hill. He wraps his arms around Meredith and Zola. Meredith hugs his waist and brushes Bailey's hair. Trees surround them as they look out at a different level and angle over Seattle.

"Ferryboats!" Bailey coos and points.

"Yeah, bud." Derek laughs.

"I remember the first time we came out here." Meredith murmurs.

"Hmm, me too. It was a couple weeks after the house of candles." Derek replies.

"Yeah, we had wine and carbs out here as we watched the sunset over the ferries."

"We wanted to get away from the roommates." Derek laughs.

"We spent the night in the trailer and called in sick the next day."

"Why?" Bailey asks.

Derek and Meredith share a smirk. "Because daddy and I stayed up really late." Meredith giggles.

"We had a lot of… Catching up to do." Derek whispers and laughs huskily into her ear. Making her shiver with desire.

"Oh!" Bailey nods. He runs forward to start playing on the rocks at the edge.

"Bailey." Meredith calls, her stomach rising as jumps on and off.

"He's okay, Mer."

"Derek, it's so close to the edge!" Meredith gasps.

"Look, he's only staying on the ones farthest away from the edge."

"Still, it makes me nervous." Meredith murmurs.

"Bailey, be careful." Derek warns finally when Bailey wavers a bit and Meredith gasps.

"Okay." Bailey calls while Zola and Lexie play with some flowers. "Wee!" Bailey jumps hard onto the grass from the rocks.

"Is it time for lunch, daddy?" Zola asks a bit later.

"It's 12:04" Derek says as he looks at his watch.

"We should head back." Meredith says from her spot cuddled against Derek's chest. Their hands resting on her baby bump that was big enough to make her jeans not fit.

"Okay." Derek kisses her cheeks and reluctantly unwraps his arms to pick to Lexie and place her on his shoulders. This time, Bailey grabs his hand not in Meredith's and Zola grabs onto Meredith. They head back to the house to grab food before heading to the hospital.

"Can we eat on the ferry?" Meredith asks as they walk inside.

"Sure, we can ride it back and forth until we're ready to get off." Derek replies and heads to the kitchen. Meredith takes the kids to clean up and make sure their crafts are in order while Derek makes a quick, special Valentine's Day lunch. He pulls out his and Meredith's gifts for the kids once his treats are packed away. "Mer!" He calls.

"Ready?" She asks as she carries a freshly changed Lexie. Zola and Bailey behind her.

"Yes, should we give our gifts?"

"Sure." Meredith nods. "Kids, look, daddy and I got you something because we love you so much." She kneels down to their level.

"Thanks, mama! Oh, wait!" He pauses in thought. "We gots something for you, too!" Bailey nods.

"I'll go get them!" Zola runs back into her room. She comes back a few minutes later with several papers.

"This is from me!" Bailey hands Meredith a pink Valentine and Derek a purple one. "It says I love you to pieces, love, Bailey!" He shows them the words on their paper. It was a big heart filled in with colored tissue paper "Then, this!" Bailey hands them each a ladybug craft with Bailey's picture. The wings said "I love you, happy Valentine's Day."

"Oh, Bails. I love it! Thank you!" Derek kneels to hug and kiss his son.

"Me too, bud! I will keep it in my office." Meredith follows and hugs and kisses Bailey as well.

"I made it in daycare!" Bailey says as he is hugged by his parents.

"You did great!" Derek coos.

"Happy Valentine's Day!" Zola hands them each a card that she had colored. She also hands them a handprint butterfly with her picture in the middle. It says "From your little love bug."

"Oh, Zo! This is perfect!" Meredith coos.

"Because you are our little love bug!" Derek adds as Zola gets hugs and kisses from her parents.

"Ya!" She giggles.

"Thank you, guys." Derek says as they pull back. "Your turn." He smiles as Meredith hands him three bags.

"Come here, Lex." Meredith says as Derek hands her Lexie's bag.

"Cool, a doggy!" Bailey says as he pulls out a brown stuffed dog with a red bone that says "I woof you!"

"Aww! A lion!" Zola giggles as she pulls out a stuffed lion with a big, pink heart.

"A book!" Bailey smiles as they each pull out a book about love and kindness.

"Look, Lexie got one too." Zola points as Meredith pulls out Lexie's book.

"Lex, look at your bear!" Meredith shows her the bear in her bag holding a stuffed candy heart.

"Bea!" Lexie takes it and hugs.

"Thanks, mama. Thanks, daddy!" Zola smiles.

"Yeah! I love it!" Bailey hugs them. "Can we bring them for Auntie Tina's?"

"Sure, bud." Derek laughs. "Come on, let's get to the ferry, I have a special lunch for you."

"Yay!" They cheer and run to the door. Derek pulls Meredith back before she stands up completely.

"Your gift is tonight." Derek coos.

"Derek, I don't need…. Oh… I…"She gets a nervous feeling in her stomach. Adverts her eyes. "I'm never sure what to get on this day. For you…"

"Meredith." He beams and cups her cheeks. "Listen to me." He instructs, making her eyes meet his. "You see those three kids over there?" He nods to where the kids were running around by the door. "See these two?" He rubs her belly with pride. "You know what's above our bed?" Derek raises his eyebrows and Meredith nods. "That's all that I need." He coos and kisses her, making her moan.

"Derek." She blushes. "That…was…cheesy." She giggles.

"Don't care. This is the one day that I get a free pass." Derek laughs. "I love you, happy Valentine's Day."

"I love you, too. Happy Valentine's Day." Meredith leans forward to kiss him.

"Come on, let's go." Derek pulls her to her feet a moment later. She nods and they head to take the kids to the car. Once they get to the ferry, they get out with the basket that Derek brought and find a nice bench near the railings.

"Yay, I love this spot! You can feel the water splash, splash!" Bailey giggles as he sits next to Meredith.

Meredith agrees as she sits with Lexie in her lap. "Just be careful with Lex." She murmurs to Derek. A wave of protective hormones rushing through her.

"Mer, she'll be fine. We always sit here." Derek says as he wraps an arm around her.

"I know… It's just so close and you never know with the waves." She bites her lips in worry.

"Mer, we're right here." He kisses her head.

"Ugh, I think my hormones are making me worry." She snuggles into Derek.

"Hmm, I understand. Let your hormones focus on something else. Like…screaming my name." His hot breath fans her ear.

"Oh!" She moans and her breathing quickens.

Happy with making her hot and bothered, Derek bends down to open the basket. "Lunch time!" He calls the kids. They hurry over as Derek pulls out a Tupperware for each member of the family.

"Heart peanut butter and jelly!" Zola squeals.

"They say words." Bailey looks at his.

"Yours says I heart you. Mine says sweetie and Lexie's says U R cute!" Zola laughs.

"What's yours say, mama?" Bailey asks as Meredith giggles at hers.

"It says soulmate." Meredith smiles at Derek.

"What that?" Bailey scrunches his nose.

"That means someone who is meant to be with you forever and ever." Derek says while keeping his eyes on Meredith. "That mama and I were meant to be."

"Oh!" Bailey nods.

"I agree!" Zola giggles as she takes a big bite of her sandwich, getting covered in strawberry jelly.

"Me too." Meredith coos as she nuzzles into Derek's neck and he kisses her head with pride.

They silently eat while watching the waves. Derek holding Meredith, laying his hand on her stomach while he eats. The kids eat their heart shaped strawberries and their heart shaped vegetables. "Have the kids noticed your stomach?" He asks.

"No. It hasn't really impeded them." Meredith says.

"Let's see. Because I can tell and I love it."

"Derek!" She laughs.

"Zo, Bailey, come here." Derek calls and grabs Lexie from his feet to lift her onto his lap. They come and stand in front of their parents. "Look guys, do you see anything?" He says as Meredith lifts her sweater and pushes her pants under her belly. Zola tilts her head in wonder and Bailey squats to study Meredith's belly.

"Mama's belly?" Bailey looks up and asks.

"It's a little bigger, isn't it?" Meredith smiles softly. The kids nod slightly.

"Our babies are growing." Derek smiles and places his hand on Meredith's stomach. Zola and Bailey follow suit as Meredith covers their little hands with hers.

"Good job, babies!" Zola cheers.

"Lex, look at mama's belly. The babies are growing!" Derek takes her hand and puts it on Meredith's stomach next to Zola and Bailey's.

"No baby. Me baby." Lexie babbles.

"Uh oh." Meredith murmurs.

"It's still early." Derek soothes.

"Yeah, mama. She jus don't unstand." Bailey placates.

"I hope so." Meredith groans.

"She will, Mer." Derek kisses her lips softly. "Hey, guys! Ready for your treats?" He diverts the nerves. The kids jump with excitement as Derek reaches into the basket. "Well, first, I have a couple of…kisses for you!" He laughs as he hands all three of them two Hershey kisses.

"Yucky!" Lexie spits hers out when Derek gives her one.

"Worth a shot." Derek laughs and pulls out a container.

"Cookies!" The kids cheer as Derek pulls out a container of chocolate cookies with pink and red m and ms and sprinkles mixed inside and one of heart shaped cookies with frosting.

"Yeah, daddy and I made them last night." Meredith coos as she pokes Zola.

"Thanks!" They cheer as they take a cookie.

"Let's enjoy these and then get in the car." Derek says as he grabs a cookie. Bailey nods as he climbs into Derek's lap. Zola climbs into Meredith's while Lexie squeezes between them. When they are close to shore, they get back into the car.

"Time to deliver Valentine's." Meredith says as Derek drives off the ferry.

"Woohoo!" Zola claps.

"Hmm." Derek smiles at Meredith and takes her hand. He keeps it there for the rest of the ride.

"Here! Here!" Bailey says, pointing to the hospital.

"Let's go!" Derek laughs and stops the car. He gets Lexie and the bag of Valentine's while Meredith grabs the kids overnight bags and Zola and Bailey.

"We'll take the Valentine's to Cristina last." Meredith says as they walk inside.

"Okay then. Let's see who we can find." Derek says as they walk by ogling nurses.

"Seriously." Meredith rolls her eyes at them.

"I know, Mer. It's going to get more again." Derek whispers as he looks at her stomach.

"Mm hmm." Meredith groans.

"Auntie Callie! Auntie Callie!" Bailey calls and runs up to his aunt.

"Hey, dude!" Callie kneels and opens her arms, hugging both of the kids.

"We made Valentine's for you!" Bailey says as he moves to dig in Meredith's bag.

"Lexie did some too!" Zola hands her the hearts that they decorated.

"Oh, wow! Lexie, you colored!" Callie tickles the baby, making her laugh. " Thank you guys! They're perfect! Sofia has some for you, but she's with a sitter today and tonight." Callie grins.

"Ah, night off?" Derek laughs.

"Yes! I'm going to meet Arizona now." She squeals with a large smile.

"Oh, have fun!" Meredith giggles.

"You too. I hear Cristina and April are helping with the kids?"

"Yes, it will be time to meet Cristina and Richard, who is driving her, by the time we are done." Meredith says.

"Nice!" Callie says.

"Auntie Callie, can you give these to Auntie Arizona?" Zola holds out her Valentine's.

"Aww, sure sweetheart." Callie says and kisses her forehead. "These are beautiful!"

"Thanks." They blush but smile widely.

"Happy Valentine's!" Derek waves as he leads them away. They find Alex next as he was hurrying to leave for his proposal. He calmed long enough to cuddle all three kids into a big hug for twenty minutes as he raved over their Valentine's. Then, he gave them a stuffed animal and candy each.

"Good luck, Alex." Meredith hugs him as they part to go look for the next person. Alex smiles sheepishly as he hurries out the door.

"Uncle Jackson!" Zola calls. "Auntie April!" They see the two cuddled at the nurses station.

"Hello there!" April coos, hugging them and grabbing Lexie out of Derek's arms.

"Happy Valentine's Day!" They coo and hand both of them their Valentine's.

"These are adorable!" Jackson says as he takes his and looks at them.

"Thanks!" Bailey smiles.

"We have some treats for you too. But I will give them to you tonight." April explains.

"Thanks again for watching them." Meredith smiles.

"My pleasure. It makes it easier to handle this one working tonight." April rolls her eyes.

"We celebrated last night, Apes." Jackson rubs her back.

"I know." April smiles softly. "Are you taking them to Cristina?"

"Uhh, we still have to find Miranda and Richard." Derek nods. "Oh, and Amy and Owen."

"Miranda is in surgery and Weber is in his office. Amy and Owen were in the cafeteria a bit ago." April says.

"Thanks." Derek says before they move away from Jackson and April. They find Owen and Amy in the cafeteria. After the kids give their Valentine's, they are loaded with candy and more treats from Owen and Amy. "Let's go find Weber. We may not be able to get Auntie Miranda, guys."

"Aww, man!" Zola whines.

"She's in surgery guys." Meredith says.

"I know, but it's a bummer!" Bailey moans.

"Hey, how about we put your Valentine's in her box. It will surprise her!" Meredith exclaims.

"That will make her so happy!" Derek smiles.

"Yah!" They cheer and go to find Miranda's box in the attending lounge.

"Time to meet Cristina." Derek says as they head to Richard's office, which is where they planned on meeting anyway.

"Hey, guys!" Cristina says as she walks over in her scrubs. She has a bag in her hands.

"We were just coming to meet you!" Meredith giggles and hugs her friend.

"Good. I was just headed to Richard's." Cristina says.

"re just coming to meet you!" Meredith giggles and hugs her friend.

"Good. I was just headed to Richard's." Cristina says.

"Great!" Says Meredith.

"Happy Valentine's Day!" Cristina says shyly as she pulls out two squishy hearts for Zola and Bailey and a soft heart for Lexie.

"Cool!" The kids squeal.

"Thanks, Cristina." Meredith smiles as Derek knocks on the door.

"I wanted to." She smiles.

"Here! We made these for you!" Bailey coos and hands her the Valentine's that they made just as Richard opens the door.

Cristina looks at them in shock. "Thank you." She finally says sincerely and hugs them both and goes to kiss Lexie.

"Hey." Says Richard after a moment of hugging.

"Uncle Richard." The kids giggle and get embroiled with Valentine's from him.

Ten minutes later, Derek whispers to Meredith. "It's time."

"Are you sure?" Meredith asks hesitantly as Derek calls the kids over with Richard.

"Don't worry, Mer. We'll have loads of fun!" Cristina says as she smiles at Zola and Bailey. "I got this." She has an unusual tone of confidence about kids in her voice.

"I will help her get settled and then I have dinner with Cathrine." Richard nods. "Then April will be there since Jackson has to work."

"Thanks, Richard." Derek smiles.

"Okay, angel, mama and daddy are gonna go now. Time to hang out with Auntie Tina." Meredith kisses Lexie's head and sways back and forth.

"Mama." Lexie whines and clutches Meredith when she tries to hand over Lexie.

"It's okay. We will be back tomorrow." Meredith says, confused at her daughter's sudden change in demeanor.

"Mama." She whimpers and squeezes her.

"Oh, she's having some separation anxiety." Derek rubs Lexie's back.

"Are you sure this is okay, Derek?" Meredith worries.

"Yes, Mer. Completely normal."

"We'll be great, Mer." Cristina encourages.

"Come here, Lex." Derek wrangles Lexie out of Meredith's arms. The baby starts screaming and Derek hurries to secure her in a hug. "It's okay, baby." He coos and kisses her and gestures to Meredith to do the same. She kisses Lexie once more before Derek hands the crying baby to Cristina.

"You sure you're okay?" Meredith asks as she watches Cristina trying to manage the squirmy baby. Derek wraps Meredith in his arms as Meredith feels her chest fill with worry. She bites her lips with nerves.

"Yes, Mer. I have Richard here and soon April. Besides, you two need to go stock up on…things." Cristina laughs as Lexie reaches for her parents.

Meredith is hesitant for a moment. "Okay… Mama and Daddy will be back. We love you." She takes Lexie's hand and kisses her. The baby lurches forward, trying to get to Meredith.

"Love you, Lex." Derek does the same and then they both hug and kiss Zola and Bailey good bye. With one last nervous look, Derek takes Meredith's hand and leads her out of the hospital. Once out of the main hospital doors, Meredith collapses into Derek. He immediately wraps her into a hug. "It's okay, Mer." He coos as she sobs into his chest, holding him close.

"I know, Der. It's just so hard. She's so sad!"

"Right now, yes. But, this is how she learns. Soon she will learn that Auntie Cristina is fun and knows a lot of surgery. She will love listening to Cristina talk about her first surgery back in a couple of weeks."

"True." Meredith murmurs as her face hides in Derek's chest. "Then Cristina will try to sway her to Cardio."

"She would never." Derek laughs. "Plus, ZoZo and Bails will help." Derek adds as he lifts her chin to kiss her.

"Okay." Meredith agrees finally. With that, Derek smirks and pulls her to the car. They head home while teasing one another with their hands and sneaking longing glances. The drive goes quick and Derek immediately scoops her up and guides her to their bathroom.

"Der?" She asks, confused as Derek runs through the house with her and turns on the tub once he places her on her feet in the bathroom. He pours in her lavender bubble bath and dims the lights. Ignoring her confusion. He lights some candles that he had placed around the room. A soft glow fills the room as he finally turns to Meredith. "Derek?"

"Hmm, Mer." Derek smirks as his hands find her waist. He leans forward to kiss her softly. "You're going to take a relaxing bath while I get everything else ready." He explains as he runs his hands along her sides and her stomach.

"But… I want you in with me." Meredith rakes her nails down his chest, leaning close.

"Oh… You will… I plan on doing the bendy thing as many times as I can tonight. This is just the beginning, Meredith." Derek leans in to her ear to say this. His breath fanning her skin.

"Ohh!" Meredith moans as Derek sucks on her earlobe and pushes her pants down. Making her head fall to his neck. She grips his shoulders as he moves her red, lace panties down to the floor next. He sticks two fingers inside of her folds making her gasp.

"Hmm, so wet already, Meredith." Derek says with a heat filled tone. He removes his fingers and lifts her sweater over her head.

"Derek!" She wines at the loss of contact, but gasps when Derek cups her breasts. She shudders as he rolls them while watching her with a fiery gaze. He throws off her bra and holds her waist as he places one, lingering kiss in the valley of her breasts.

"Bath time, Mer." He coos as he looks at his hot, sexy wife, licking his lips. After Derek shuts off the water, he turns to help Meredith into the foamy, bubbly water. "Careful." He says as she steps inside. "I will be back. Just relax." Derek bends to kiss her lips. She nods with a large smile, her eyes twinkle as they meet his and watch as he walks out the door. Meredith sits back against the tub and closes her eyes and inhales the lavender. Every sore muscle immediately relaxing. Derek sets to work getting everything ready. Just as he is about done, the doorbell rings. "Perfect." He murmurs and answers the door. After putting the final touches on his romantic evening, Derek goes back into the bathroom to see Meredith resting peacefully, her hands on her stomach. The edges of her forearms on the edge of the tub. "Mer?" He coos and kneels besides the tub.

"Hey." Meredith coos.

"Hey." Derek kisses her forehead softly and brushes her hair. "Meet me outside in five minutes. Put on what's on the bed." He says and kisses her once more before leaving her stunned. Meredith looks around at the beautiful candlelit bathroom before standing to carefully get out. She takes the purple towel and wraps herself inside. She brushes her hair before going into the bedroom where she gasps. Derek had dimmed the lights and filled it with candles everywhere. There are lavender petals covering the floor and bed. A tray was set up at the foot of the bed with fondue with strawberries and whipped cream. A big box of chocolates sat on her pillow, right above what Derek mentioned.

"Derek." She giggles. Throwing off her towel, she puts on the black, crotch less teddy that only had a strap to outline her breasts. Surprised that it fit, she then places on the matching, see through silk robe. Tying the string, Meredith follows the path of candles from the bedroom door. The rest of the house is dark, the only light coming from the candles and the fire in the fireplace. The candles go through the propped open door down the deck. It was a nice, warm night as she finally sees Derek as she walks down the steps. A path of candles lead her to where he stood right where you could look out over Seattle. Right in front of their house. The spot where the living room overlooked. "Hey." She calls and Derek looks up from placing a bottle of apple cider on the blankets he set out with a picnic.

"Damn, you look sexy!" Derek muses as he sees her walk closer. The bottom portion of the robe flying in the breeze. The deep valley of her breasts poking through the top.

"Thank you for it." Meredith coos as she presses her chest against him and hugs his waist. He hums as he lowers to kiss her.

"You're welcome." Derek murmurs as he kisses her hard, his hands squeezing her bottom. Meredith moves her arms up to wrap around his neck. Sinking into his warm arms. "Happy Valentine's Day, Meredith. I love you."

"Happy Valentine's Day, Derek. I love you too." She smiles.

"You're not too cold are you?" Derek says as he runs his hands up and down her back.

"Nope, I'm perfect."

"Good." Derek muses and pushes back her hair. "Because we're going to eat dinner out here and part one of dessert…"

"Dessert?" Meredith bites her lip and plays with his curls.

"Hmm…" Derek growls and kisses her hard, making her loose her footing for a moment.

"Oh! That dessert!" Meredith giggles when they pull back.

"Yes, Mer." He coos and cups her cheeks.

"Outside?" She cocks her eyebrows.

"Yes." Derek hums with heat lacing his tone.

"Oh! All of Seattle will hear."

"You like?" Derek asks, kissing her cheek.

"Oh, I do! I can't believe we haven't before." Meredith giggles.

"Me neither." Derek says. "Come on, let's sit." He gestures to the blankets with food containers set out. "I ordered Greek, is that okay?" Derek asks as he pulls her to sit next to him. Right up close.

"Sounds delicious!" Meredith giggles. "Anything but…" She shakes her head.

"Well, at least we know that these two will be health nuts." Derek laughs with Meredith and rubs her belly.

"Your youngest girl doesn't like sweets." Meredith reminds.

"She's half and half." Derek argues as he hands her some food, not wanting to mention that Lexie likes pizza like Meredith typicality does. He puts his food by him and then takes the bottle of apple cider. Pouring two glasses, he hands her one.

"This is delicious." Meredith moans in between bites.

"It is." Derek laughs.

"Do you think the kids are okay?"

"Yes, Mer. Cristina volunteered, so she is up for it."

"She what?!" Meredith gasps.

"Yeah… I originally went to ask Amy or Weber, but she said that she wanted to." Derek shrugs.

"Holy crap!" Meredith says in awe.

"She's better, Mer."

"She really is." Meredith muses. She leans against Derek's side as they finish their meal on their hill. Overlooking the twinkling Seattle skyline with the sound and the ferries roaming below. The sky is almost completely dark creating gorgeous pink and gold hues. Derek immediately tosses his plate off to the side when he's done and wraps Meredith into his arms.

"I saved room for dessert." He coos as he kisses her slowly.

"Yes." Meredith hums as he lays her back against the pillows he had brought out. He puts her plate off to the side as well and she rakes her hands in his hair. "Derek!" She coos as he unties her robe and straddles her waist.

"Gorgeous." He mutters and roams his hands all over with a smile. Meredith smiles back up at him and rubs his stubble. She sits up a bit so that Derek holds her upper back as she kisses him, one hand gripping his curls. Their lips dueling for control.

"Clothes off, Derek." She moans as her hands rip at the buttons of his shirt. He laughs as she fumbles with them before moving to his pants. Both get tossed to the side, followed by his boxers.

"Just your robe." Derek coos. He maneuvers it off so that Meredith was just laying in her teddy. With only a few strips covering her and one lacy patch on her stomach. Meredith moans as he bends down to kiss her, his body pressing against her chest.

"Yes!" She cries as Derek's lips move along her jaw, nipping at the skin. He goes lower to the skin on her neck and sucks hard.

"You're amazing." Derek coos as his tongue trails her hot skin. Meredith squirms beneath him as her orgasm builds.

"Der!" She whines.

"Not yet, Meredith."

"Please!" She begs as his lips find her breasts.

"I'm taking advantage of these while I can." Derek laughs as he takes one into his mouth and rolls the other. Pressing her nipples in between his fingers.

"Yes! Yes! Oh, yes!" She cries out and arches up to him. Digging her nails into the skin of his back. He smirks at how much she's yearning for him. Each time he runs his fingers along her skin, she gasps and clutches him tighter. "Derek! Derek! Oh! Oh!" She moans, her orgasm already about to burst. "I need you!"

"Not yet, Meredith." Derek teases as he rubs his cock against her thigh.

"Derek!" She grips his ass to try to push him to her. Her hormones making the desire triple in her case.

"Meredith." He coos and kisses her. She grips his curls making him growl. They kiss intensely, touching every inch of each other's bodies with desperation. Derek grinds against her when he hears her gasp.

"DEREK! DEREK!" She screams as her orgasm spills over. Derek sits up to his forearms to watch as she writhes beneath him.

"Mer!" He coos as his kisses her forehead. His cock throbbing hard. "Hmm." He hums as he nuzzles her neck as he enters her.

"Oh! Oh! Ahh!" Meredith moans as she is still coming while he pushes into her.

"That's it, Mer. Yes." He pants as he thrusts hard and she instantly tightens around him. Derek looks at her, still in her teddy and her breasts bouncing against the strap around them. His mouth forms a smirk as he moans along with her. "Oh!" He coos as he moves.

"Harder, Derek! Harder!"

"Yes! Yes!" He calls as Meredith begins screaming loud in ecstasy.

"Oh, I love when you scream like that!" Derek says before kissing her cheek. Meredith wraps her arms and legs around him, digging her heels into him. "Oh! Yes, I'm coming, Mer. So close!"

His thrusts get faster and more sporadic. She moves her hips up to meet his. Feeling his dick tremble inside of her. Her hands move to his balls as he nuzzles into her breasts and braces himself on one arm. She squeezes them as he continues to thrust. "Come, Der."

"Yes! Yes!" He shouts as he spills into her. Meredith moans as she clutches him, rubbing his back as his thrusts get frantic for a moment before slowing down.

"That's it." Meredith coos as he finishes. She smirks as he heaves against her chest. "I love you, Derek."

"Love you, too." Derek coos.

"That was incredible." Meredith says as Derek sits up just a little so that he could look at her. He hums in agreement as he kisses her. "I like outside sex."

"Me too. We should do it again." He pecks her nose.

"Derek?"

"Hmm?"

"I…I'm ready again." She giggles.

"Really?!" Derek laughs as she pushes him so that she is straddling him, remaining connected. Her hair fans her face and she runs her hands down his sweaty chest. His eyes sparkle as he looks up at her and cups her cheek.

"Take me for a ride, Derek." She giggles and kisses him. Her insides quiver as he already starts to harden as she rocks against him.

"Yes, dear." He murmurs as his head goes back and he arches up into her. His eyes close as he moans in bliss. He runs his hands along her sides, pausing to rub her tiny bump as her hands rest on his chest. Meredith begins thrusting, making mewls of pleasure emit from her as she closes her eyes and throws her head back.

"Der!" She coos as she feels his cock deep inside of her.

"Oh! Oh! Yes, Mer! Oh! Oh!" He screams as she moves over him. Meredith chants his name as she pulls his hands to her chest. He licks his lips as he massages her breasts.

"Derek! I need… I need your mouth on me." She gasps as she rides him.

"Meredith." He smirks and pushes up so that he could hug her as he buries his nose into her chest. His tongue licking the hot skin. "Yes! Yes!" He hums as she rocks over him. "You're so close."

"Oh!"

"Come for me, Meredith." Derek commands and moves his hands up to tangle with her curls. Her rocking gets harder as they both scream in bliss.

"Yes." She gasps as they crash together. Her face goes to snuggle in Derek's neck. He strokes her back as their chests pant. Derek finally falls back with Meredith on top.

"Wow!" Derek laughs.

"Amazing."

"As soon as my legs can move, I'm going to take you into the bedroom to make love to you some more."

"Yes!" Meredith gasps with longing as she hugs him, her hands messing with his messy curls. "This was an amazing Valentine's."

"Hmm." Derek agrees as they lay in the silence. He lays there, stroking her body while Meredith rests one hand on his chest. The other rubbing his thigh. "Let's go inside." Derek murmurs huskily a while later. A dirty smirk upon his face.

"Ok." Meredith giggles and rubs her nails across his stomach. Derek smiles as he lays her on the blanket before throwing all of the garbage and their clothes onto a different blanket. He wraps it all in the blanket and hurries to put it on the porch.

"I'll get it tomorrow." He laughs as he scoops a laughing Meredith into his arms in the blanket they had been laying on during their love making. She cuddles into him, arms around his neck as he hurries back into the house. He lays her amongst the lavender covered bed before he then kisses her. He reaches over and moves the box of chocolates. The lavender is soft beneath her as she looks up at him, creating an extra special sensation. Meredith sees the pure love and desire in his eyes as her own eyes fill with love, admiration and desire.

"Make love to me, Derek." She instructs as one hand roams her body, removing the teddy. Derek smiles widely as he kisses her and begins to make love to her once more. Celebrating their love for each other into the night.
