Quinn had Finn on the playmat after his bath. He was kicking and babbling away happily. She loved the way he giggled when they played peek-a-boo together and how singing settled him down. She sang their favorite song while she got him ready for bed.

'You are my sunshine, my only sunshine

You make me happy when skies are grey'

She stopped as she heard the front door open.

"I thought I was your sunshine" Antonio said closing the door behind him.

Quinn laughed as Finn's face lit up excitedly at the sound of his Dad's voice.

"You're something alright" She told him "We were just getting this little one settled"

"You can't blame him for being happy to see me" He said kissing Quinn's cheek as he picked up his son.

"I'm happy to see you too" She told him getting up from the floor "How is it being back?"

Antonio had moved back to intelligence from his state's attorney position. It had been a hard decision to make but Quinn knew how much happier he was there. It was all just an adjustment, but they would get there. The first week back Eva had come home distraught seeing the body of a young woman just dumped. Quinn had tried her best to talk to her but had ultimately left that to Antonio. It was a job that weighed on him but one that he loved.

"Good" He said simply rocking Finn back and forth "I'm not really a suit and tie kind of guy"

"I like you in a tie" She told him.

"You'll see me in one soon" He told her.

As if their lives weren't busy enough wedding planning was well under way. She still had to pick out a dress, but they had a date and a venue. Donna had been helping her out. Even Sargent Platt had called round with her wedding book.

"Don't" She sighed "I've got to go dress shopping tomorrow"

"You're not excited?" He asked raising an eyebrow.

"I am" She replied "For the wedding, but I'm not back to my old size yet"

"You are the sexiest most beautiful woman I know" He told her "You're going to look amazing"

"Eww Dad" Eva groaned coming down the stairs "But you will look amazing Quinn"

Quinn smiled. Santana and Brittany were busy travelling but Eva, Gabby and Beth were going to be her bridesmaids. They had a day of dress shopping and a lunch date tomorrow. She was excited to pick out their dresses.

They had settled on something small. They didn't want to put it off much longer. Gabby had offered up Molly's for after the service. They found a beautiful spot overlooking the water for the service. With Antonio being divorced they couldn't marry in the catholic church. It wasn't what she had pictured for her dream day but what really mattered was that they were getting married. It had special memories for them as well. It was the first time they had really spoken outside of school.

"Is Aunt Gabby throwing you a bachelorette party? Eva asked taking her little brother.

"I hope not" Quinn laughed sitting down next to Antonio.

"If she does can, I come?" Eva asked.

"Absolutely not" Antonio answered

"Maybe a bridal shower" Quinn suggested "I hate to think what they're planning for your bachelor party"

"Who said I'm having one?" Antonio asked.

Eva and Quinn exchanged knowing looks. Between Adam, Jay, Matt and Kelly there was no way Antonio was not having a crazy bachelor party.

"It's just poker and beer" He said holding his hands up.

"Tell Adam that" She laughed.

Eva put Finn to bed for them. Quinn couldn't remember the last time she had just sat up with Antonio talking. It was nice to have some alone time together. They'd had a night away a few weeks before, but it didn't happen often. Life always seemed to just happen.

"You know we could just go to town hall tomorrow" He told her.

"Don't tempt me" She laughed "But I'm sure all our friends and your family would kill us"

"I'd risk it" He said "I'm sick of waiting"

Quinn just smiled. Mrs. Dawson did have a nice ring to it, but she was happy with their little blended family just the way it was. She could wait a few more weeks for a wedding they could celebrate with all of the people closest to them. The only thing bringing her down was that her family wouldn't be there.

Antonio noticed straight away the change in her eyes.

"Did you want to reach out to them?" He asked knowing exactly what she was thinking.

"What's the point" She sighed "My Dad hasn't spoken to me since I was 16 and my Mom never has the time"

"It's their loss" He said leaning into kiss her.

Quinn wanted to believe that. She had told herself that so many times over the years. Truthfully, she would give anything to be on good terms with her family. She'd forgive them. She wanted Beth to have a loving Grandfather the way Eva and Diego did. Or a Grandmother she saw more than once a year if that. Neither of them knew Finn or the rest of her new family.

She was walking down the aisle for the first time and she would be walking alone.

"You know we still need to pick a first dance song" She said changing the subject.

"No show tunes or Katy Perry" He told her.

"That's not all I listen to" She laughed hitting him playfully.

"You know that's what came on in my Car when I was picking up Kim, some best of Broadway CD" He told her.

"And what makes you think it's mine, your daughter could have been getting setlist inspiration" She pointed out.

"Stop corrupting my children with your music taste" He teased.

"Oh, because yours is so much better" She said raising an eyebrow "What do you know outside of the Rat Pack and 80's hair metal?"

"Classics" He argued.

"True, but the rest of us have listened to the radio since the 80's" She retorted.

"I get to put up with this for the rest of my days" He said shaking his head.

"If you're lucky" She shrugged.

"I am lucky" He said stealing a kiss.

Quinn loved when their time together was like this. When he let down the walls, he was the sweetest most romantic person. When he was angry or distant dragged down by his work life. She snuggled up beside him as he put on the box set, they'd been watching. Why he wanted to watch a police drama after work was beyond her. All he did was criticize how unrealistic it was but she was happy just to spend time together on the nights when they could.
