"So Enya," Hiccup said as I sat beside him for dinner "Astrid's told me about your training today and from what I heard from Fishlegs yesterday, you're making some good progress."

"Well thank you, Hiccup." I smiled as Snotlout sat beside me while the twins sat across the table from us. I cracked my knuckles slightly and gave a sarcastic laugh "Of course, given my family tree it shouldn't come as a surprise."

That earned me an eyeroll as all of us started eating our dinner and talking amongst ourselves.

"Who you going training with tomorrow?" Snotlout asked while shoving food in his mouth.

I shrugged my shoulders and started moving my food around on my plate. "I'm not sure yet. Maybe another lesson with Astrid and practice more of what we did today. Or I may decide to give you guys a day off and go out flying with Hiccup."

"I guess you do care about us." Snotlout said and I gave him a quick punch to the arm. "Some days I do. Oth-"

"Enya!" I heard Tuffnut yell before jumping up on the table, knocking most of our plates to the floor. "Me, you. Night flying training!"

I slowly turned to look at Hiccup and mouthed the word "What?", but he looked just as confused as I was. "Night flying…training?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.

He jumped down from the table and wedged himself between me and Snotlout. "It's training to fly, but at night! And they say I'm the dumb one."

I gave Hiccup another confused look before turning back to Tuff. "Tuff, I've already finished my training with Astrid fo-"

"First rule of training!" Tuffnut interrupted before getting very close to my face, causing me to look into his sharp gray eyes again and feeling my face start to heat up. "You're never done training!" He gave me a crooked smile before pointing at my nose "Have you always had that scar there? Looks like a few pimples too."

I felt my face start to heat up more before quickly shoving off the seat and onto the ground.

"You know Tuffnut," Hiccup said, rubbing his fingers on his chin "That's actually not a bad idea. Learning to fly at night could be beneficial for Enya. During the day we all have all the light we need, but during the night is when Berk's most vulnerable to attacks and she needs to know how to be confident to fly at night."

Tuffnut gave a quick laugh before standing up and putting his hands on his hips. "Would you look at that, missy? Your brother agrees with Ol' Tuffnut." He smiled down at me and I immediately grabbed the long bunches of hair hanging down his front to pull him back to my level, ready to throw him back to the ground. "Enya be nice to your teacher." Hiccup said with a warning tone. "You might not like it, but Ruff and Tuff are the best ones to teach you about night flying and since it was his idea, Tuff's going to be your teacher tonight."

I looked back at Tuff who was giving me another crooked smile. "Wear something nice."

Once it got dark enough, I started walking up towards the twin's house. I could faintly hear the roar of their Zippleback in the distance the closer I got and soon saw two figures standing in front of the dragon.

"Welcome to your first lesson in night training." Tuffnut said as soon as he saw me. "I see you didn't listen to my request to wear something nice, that's a point reduction." I shot him a quick before standing beside Ruffnut. "Is it too late to train with you?"

She gave me a pat on the back and nodded her head. "Now, I want him back by midnight, a lot of minutes late." I gave her a small laugh before walking over to Zippleback. "Hey bud, looks like I'm gonna be riding you properly this time. Both heads gave me an affectionate nudge licked the sides of my head.

Tuff took his usual spot in his saddle on Belch's neck and I sat in the saddle on Barf's neck. "You ready Enya?" Tuffnut said, laughing at me.

"Sure, what do you wan-" Before I could finish Barf and Belch shot up to the sky, causing me to almost be knocked out of the saddle if I didn't grab onto Barf's horns in time. "Tuffnut what are you doing!" I yelled as I held onto the dragon for life.

"Teaching!" He yelled back. The dragon took a sharp turn to the left and I started feeling the sickness in my stomach return. I could start to feel the ocean's wind pick up and giving my hair knots along with slowly causing me to lose my grip on the horns.

I was about to yell something else at Tuffnut before he suddenly stopped and looked over at me, smiling. I tried to form words or just say something, but the sick feeling made it almost impossible to speak. Suddenly, the world around me started dropping and the ocean became closer and closer, but Barf and Belch weren't flapping their wings. My mind immediately went into panic mode and I finally found my voice in the form of a scream. "Isn't this amazing!" Tuffnut yelled out while I kept screaming. Before we hit the water, Barf and Belch started flapping their wings again and their feet started lightly grazing the water. "Hold your breath!" Tuff yelled out before my body went under water. It was only three seconds at the most, but it felt like eternity before I was back above the water. "You should see your face right now!"

Barf and Belch started flying back towards the sky and the sick feeling started getting worse, this time accompanied by a dizzy feeling. "Tuffn-" "Isn't this the best training you've had all week!?" he laughed before Barf and Belch started flying in a twisted motion. I knew it was a mistake the minute I did it, but I looked behind me and saw everything disappear under the clouds. "Oh Gods!" I yelled out as Tuffnut started laughing.

After gods know how long, the dragon began slowing down and the world around me came back into view for the most part. Tuffnut moved Belch's head towards me and he started smiling and laughing. "That was amazing! You're face w-" "Land." I said through gritted teeth, keeping my eyes straight and my hands wrapped around Barf's horns.

Tuff's face instantly dropped and he scrunched his eyebrows together "What d-"

"I SAID LAND!" I yelled. Tuffnut didn't say anything after that and silently flew us back to Berk where we landed in the area Hiccup first discovered Toothless.
