"Not bad," said Happy with a small laugh. He was watching the news feed/Iron Patriot flight data. "You definitely sent a message." He shut it down. "The Mandarin though... Jesus, that changes everything." "I reviewed your intel before engaging the enemy; Tony's fought him many times before; but only barely defeated him each time." "Yeah; he's a freaking demon. We've always had to have the likes of Thor or Strange help us fight a cat like this; but he still latches onto Tony because the struggle between Mandarin and Tony is still ideological - communist versus capitalist. Mandarin mentally is like a weird cross between Che and Mao put together."

I nodded while taking a few steps away from him in thought. "I've had many experiences with the Chinese people - imperial and communist. Granted, the Mandarin is a new villain for me to deal with, but his MO and power levels are not. I've dealt with many Chinese mythology supernatural beings, good and bad. The Mandarin is just the latest in a long string for me to deal with." He nodded. "That's another reason why I sought out your help with this. Not only because of your power level but also because of your sheer experience." "A wise precaution."

Tony entered the large maintenance bay we were located in. "Somebody's been busy..." "I asked for her help Mister Stark-" "No Happy; it's all good here. Now we know who's turning the wheels - my biggest anti fan; Mandarin. You like the suit?" I lopsided grinned/nodded. "I love it." He scoffed. "Since you're a certified Iron Person now it only makes sense for me to give your Webhead hubby one too." He touched his watch and a wall slot turned around to reveal an iron man suit that looked just like Pete's cloth spider suit. "Iron Spider; my latest masterpiece." I walked over to it and touched it. "Very nice." "Of course it is; I did make it myself after all." I scoffed. "Thanks Tony. Pete will love it." "Consider it something of a belated wedding present...and a thank you to my top superhuman employees for looking out for their boss." "I'll make sure Spider-God gets the message." Tony winced at that alias. "Just don't let that go to his head like it did mine." "No Iron God huh?" "You really think Pepper would let that go...?"

He then grew unusually serious and leaned in close to me. "Whatever you need to nail this bastard...let me know; and its yours." I nodded once. "I will Tony. I must tell you though - this could easily have international ramifications. This could cause heightened tensions between the US and China. It won't stay between you your company and the Mandarin." He nodded. "I know; he's done this many times before." "True, but the stakes are higher now with China wanting to displace the US as the dominant power. And with magic at his disposal he's likely to push that more aggressively than before." "I have to agree with Diana sir," said Happy. "This is new territory for us all."

"All noted. Well then, you two and anyone else that wants to help with this - keep doing your magic then. I've got battles to fight on my end; political ones." Tony rolled his eyes and left.

Happy sighed with definite relief. "Well, the boss knows now; that ninety percent of it." He hadn't wanted to do this behind Tony's back; but that was also before we found out Tony's top baddie was behind it. "Do you want your husband in on any of this next stuff?" "Not for now. He's really happy working in the lab. Show him the suit and keep him on backup for now." Science was what Peter wanted most right now in his life (me too at heart!); I wouldn't take that from him; plus we were Olympians now; we could take care of ourselves, individually and together.

There were still many commie targets needing dealt with right here in town; they would be my next to hit. I expected to encounter Mandarin or his cronies at the next ones. Then the real bout would begin...
