AN:
At the moment, I have online classes due to quarantine, but I still have work. I was considering skipping to Link VS Cloud, but I got too annoyed at trying to decide what is Cloud's "Best Equipment" since it varies on playstyle.
Due to their minimal story appearances, this match will be using Composites from Main games as of Aug 3, 2012.
I'm also posting polls on my profile page for future stories. Go check it out.
Please visit my profile page to track story progress.
For all those with Guest accounts, I highly recommend getting an actual account so I can PM you guys instead of waiting for my next post.
If any of you want, you can invite me on Discord.

Episode 20: Zelda VS Peach
Wally pressed play for the next episode and Jackthreads was mentioned again and the episode starts playing.
(Cues Invader - Jim Johnston)
"Today, these two damsels in distress enter the arena."
"I swear, they're always nagging at you to do stuff after you save them from getting kidnapped."
Half the room felt an odd chill in their spine while the other blinked at the description.
Artemis was the first to speak. "...I was expecting worse."
"I never understood that trope of princesses from Western folklore," added Diana.
"It's just one of those societal norms and perceptions that developed over time," answered Dinah.
Clark sighed. "To be fair, Lois isn't helping the cause."
"Zelda, Princess of Hyrule..."
"...and Peach, Princess of the Mushroom Kingdom."
"I'm Wiz, and he's Boomstick. It's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle."
Diana shrugged. "In any case, it would be interesting to see how other leaders of kingdoms fare in battle."
Kaldur nodded in agreement. "My King has told our people many times that the rulers should lead from the battlefield rather than from the safety of the throne."
Robin coughed. "To think we were arguing about who was team leader last year."
"Yeah," laughed Wally. "With all the crap that we've had to deal with, I'd rather not be the one on the chopping block."
"Thank you for your confidence in Kaldur," dryly replied Artemis.
The first contestant is a princess with a royal dress with purple and white colors, and she has pointy ears. There are many depictions of her having blonde or brunette hair and she has a wise and respective air around her.
Zelda
BACKGROUND
Full Name: Zelda Hyrule, Princess of Destiny
Race: Hylian
7th Sage/Maiden
The incarnation of the Goddess Hylia
Blessed with Wisdom of Nayru
Possesses the Light Force
Noble Wise
(Cues Ocarina of Time - Zelda's Lullaby *Orchestrated*)
"Long ago, the Golden Goddesses, Din, Nayru, and Farore created the realms of their new world and a sacred treasure known as the Triforce. When they departed, they entrusted the protection of both to the Goddess, Hylia."
Zatanna, Kaldur, and Diana's interests were piqued at the mention of Gods.
"They just came and left just like that?" asked Artemis.
"Would you prefer those old gods take a heavy-handed approach?" countered Bruce.
She went quiet for a moment. "Point taken."
"Next thing she knows, the Demon King Demise and his army show up, trying to get his hands on the treasure."
Oliver frowned. "Did those Goddesses create the Demon King?"
"Possibly. They don't say. But then again, many beliefs have different origins of evil," answered Diana.
"After sending her people to safety, the goddess and her chosen hero sealed away Demise, restoring peace to the land. Succumbing to her injuries, she had a plan should he ever return."
"Yeah, she gave up her godly powers to reincarnate as a mortal. Weak trade if you ask me."
Wally raised a brow. "I was wondering when this Princess Zelda was gonna come into the picture."
"Gotta say. Reincarnated god was not on the top of my list of guesses," added Robin.
"There are many interpretations of reincarnation," stated Bruce. "."
"Thus, the Legend of Zelda and her bloodline was born, with them soon becoming royalty. Princess Zelda would spend most of her life in her studies and helping run the kingdom, even running it on her own at times."
"Wait, if she becomes the only ruler, why is she still a Princess and not a Queen?"
"Political jargon?"
The teens were interested in this, a princess doing all the work managing for her kingdom instead of the king or queen.
Dinah nodded. "I wouldn't be surprised that in trying times responsibility would fall on her shoulders if the King or Queen is indisposed."
"Perhaps she didn't think of herself as a queen yet and kept the lower-ranking title until later," guessed Kaldur. "It has happened at least one in Atlantean history."
"Anyways, every time as she's reincarnated, there's always some bad guy trying to take over."
"I think that there would always be someone trying to take over regardless," commented Conner.
"Between being waited on hand and foot and being protected by the Sheikah, Zelda has spent time training with her modest arsenal."
WEAPONRY AND SKILLS
Royal Sword
Dagger
Light Bow and Light Arrows
- Destroys Evil
- Can Even Damage Phantoms
Deku Nuts
- Paralysis
Goddess's Harp
Enhanced Senses
Trained in combat by Link and Impa
Trained swordswoman and archer
Master of Stealth
"During one crisis, she was trained under Impa in ninja-like speed and agility. In terms of weapons, Zelda rarely uses a sword and dagger. Her weapon of choice is the bow, and she's a deadly crack shot with it. Whenever Demise's own reincarnation shows up, she can use her magic to make Light Arrows, perfect for demon killing."
The local archers watched in interest. Green Arrow appreciated her weapon preference since he kept getting compared to Medieval Robin Hood over the years. He looked to Zatanna. "Hey, can you and your dad make magic arrows?"
Zatanna shrugged. "I wouldn't doubt that my father could, but I'm still working on my charms and light magic."
"Get back to us on that," replied Artemis. "With our luck, you never know if we might have to fight an actual demon king."
Robin facepalmed. 'Better pull up the demon apocalypse plan for later.'
"I wonder if we can do the simulation thing in a fantasy setting, you know without the whole 'thinking it's real' problem." Wally grinned. "It would be an amazing fantasy roleplay."
Clark chuckled. "That might actually be better than the VR tech Bruce's company has in the works."
MAGIC
The Light Force (Holy Light Magic)
Farore's Wind (Teleportation)
Nayru's Love (Forcefield)
Din's Fire
Telekinesis
Prophetic Dreams
Telepathy
Blessings
"While her physical traits leave a lot to be desired, Zelda is very proficient in magic. While most of her magic is for use out of combat, she is more than capable of holding on her own. She can teleport with Farore's Wind, shield herself with Nayru's Love, and cast pyrokinetic projectiles with Din's Fire."
"She's even got sick mind powers like telekinesis and telepathy and can even infuse her Light Magic in objects like the Arrows and Swords."
Zatanna frowned. "That's not a very offensive magic skillset."
"They didn't say how strong they are, but I agree," added Kaldur.
Clark raised a hand. "To be fair, she is being raised to rule a kingdom, not become a battle wizard."
"I can attest to that," interjected Diana. "My mother was more concerned about my studies than my performance on the battlefield before I left the island."
The screen changed, and they see the sacred treasure they mentioned. It was a magical symbol of three gold triangles formed into a single triangle with one triangle on the left side glowing, while the other two are dull.
TRIFORCE OF WISDOM
1/3 of the Triforce
Divine wisdom
Protects Bearer from Evil
Shapeshifting
- Sheik of the Sheikah
- Tetra the Pirate Captain
A portion of the Goddess Nayru's power
- Amplified Magical power
Healing
Telepathy
Precognition
(Cues Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword - Ballad of the Goddess)
"Remember how Hylia became mortal? That's because the Triforce, which was created by the gods, can't be used by one."
Robin snorted. "Ironic."
"Whenever the Triforce separated into its 3 parts, Zelda would always become the bearer of the Triforce of Wisdom, a testament to her astute mind. As a piece of Nayru's power, this greatly enhances a user's magical power and grants other abilities such as healing and protection. She is even skilled enough to shapeshift as Shiek and evade the Demon King's tyranny for over seven years."
Everyone was extremely impressed by just one piece of the Triforce's power.
Wally raised a brow. "Dude, that's kinda like the Helmet of Fate but with a Lord of Order instead of Goddess."
"Except for the whole sharing a body tradeoff," added Zatanna.
Dinah nodded. "Makes you wonder what the other pieces of the Triforce do."
"Huh. I wonder if a Lord of Order and a Lord of Chaos could combine into a Super Lord or something," commented Conner.
"I pray we never have to experience the result," grunted Batman.
A picture of a man in a blue and white ninja uniform with a red symbol appears.
"Wait, that's a chick? Does that mean she has a..."
"The shapeshifting is very detailed."
Wally shivered at the memory of him asking Megan that question when she transforms into a guy. He's accidentally clicked on that side of the internet.
"Her time as Sheik and Tetra doesn't change her abilities and would naturally be available to Zelda all the time."
"Psh. Who needs ninja tools when you can burn your enemies with explosive fire?!"
Bruce and Robin deadpanned at the unintentional dig at their fighting style.
FEATS

"Zelda is a wise and magical leader, but she has repeatedly relied on a hero to defeat evil. She's never really fought on her own."
"She's really lucky that there are people to do stuff for her."
"To be fair, there are better leaders than fighters and vice versa," argued Clark. He could fight, but he didn't think he could be a proper leader in government.
"Not everyone can be Mike Haggar," added Oliver.
Robin laughed. "Imagine if Bruce was mayor of Gotham."
"That would probably scare criminals more than normal," chided Artemis.
Bruce rolled his eyes. "I'd rather not get tied down with all the paperwork and bureaucracy."
"Aren't you the one in charge of our relations with the United Nations," questioned Dinah.
He groaned. "Don't remind me. I still have to take care of the recent damage reports."
"That's one way to put it. She once convinced a naive young man in his dreams to come and save her and the land."
"Geez. How many times does this guy have to save you? Does she even put out?!"
Wally crossed his arms. "I would like to hope he gets a happy ending after saving her." Some of the others looked at him weirdly before it clicked. "Not that kind of ending!"
They then see Zelda and who is assumed to be her hero standing in the sky. She looks down in shame. "All the tragedy that has befallen Hyrule was my doing... I was so young, I could not comprehend the consequences of trying to control the Sacred Realm. I dragged you into it, too. Now it is time for me to make up for my mistakes..."
Overall, Zelda seems like a very wise princess to rule her kingdom with her heart in the right place. Zatanna and Diana were interested in her magical abilities even though they were mostly utility use. The Triforce had the most appeal as it was a gift from the gods, and they hoped to know more about the other pieces. The local archers appreciated her skill with a bow. It was a unique balance of intelligence and power.
The next contestant is another princess, except she has long blonde hair, a crown, and blue eyes. She wore a puffy pink dress and long white gloves. She seemed to have an air-headed personality. This was the same princess that was mentioned a few episodes back with Mario.
Peach
(Cues SSBM - Princess Peach's Castle)
"Much like Mario, Princess Peach is also a Star Child, born with an extraordinary amount of power. At a glance, she is the stereotypical meek damsel-in-distress."
"And you really wouldn't be wrong about that."
"That is a very pink dress," remarked Artemis
"Reminds me of those old school doll commercials," added Wally.
BACKGROUND
Full Name: Princess Peach Toadstool of the Mushroom Kingdom
Favors Technique Over Power
Classy Graceful
Resourceful Athletic
Generous to a Fault
Star Child
"Raised by Toadsworth, she would become the only ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom for many years."
"Even as a baby, she was getting kidnapped, and it's no wonder since almost all her citizens are these squishy Toads. This bitch has been taken over a dozen times. She should stick to what she's good at, baking cakes in the kitchen as any good woman should."
That last line brought annoyed eye rolls. Oliver snorted. "Wow, that's old fashioned, even when I was growing up."
"The fifty's mentality never seems to go away," commented Diana.
Robin frowned. "You would think that would have some sort of backup ruler by now after so many kidnappings."
Zatanna shrugged. "It's whatever the princess says, I guess."
"Thankfully, Peach had her chances to shine to fight, proving that she is a surprisingly capable fighter."
WEAPONRY
Frying Pan
Perry the Parasol
- Can Transform to Suit Terrain
- Stuns Enemies
Slap Gloves
War Fan
Vegetables
"Peach's unique array of weaponry includes a frying pan, vegies, and gloves to bitch slap he enemies. See, I told you she's good in the kitchen."
Another wave of irritation washes over the room.
"More recently, she wields Perry the Parasol, a sentient umbrella capable of powerful strikes."
"...How does that?..." began Oliver.
"Their clouds have eyes on their world, so it's best not to question it," answered Wally. He figured that magic was the predominant system there compared to actual science.
"Even when unarmed, she got an ass that's a force to be reckoned with! She booty bumps so hard that something down there explodes."
"Talk about killer moves," laughed Conner.
Clark couldn't help but blush at the memory of Lois slapping his "buns of steel."
HEART POWER
Floatation
Healing Spell
Mute Spell
Sleepy Time Spell
VIBE POWER
- Joy: Wind-Powered Flight, Cyclones
- Gloom: Increases Speed and Jumping, Damaging Tears
- Calm: Creates a Healing Bubble
- Rage: Invulnerability, Increases Weight
WISH POWER
- Wishes made to Star Sprites
- Granting Time Varies
(Cues Mario Strikers Charged - Peach's Theme)
"Peach's own unique magic is known as Heart Power. Its uses include floatation, healing spells, and summoning lambs to put her foes to sleep."
"Trust me. Don't pet that sheep. Last time I woke up in a white van."
Robin and Artemis gave hollow laughs. It was a story all too true for those from Gotham. Some of the privileged kids at Gotham Academy would joke about that happening to those in the lower class districts as well.
"It also naturally dispels evil magics, which is one of the reasons why Bowser always kidnaps her."
"Is the other reason because of... well..."
They see eight little Koopalings of different appearances including one named Bowser Jr. kidnapping Peach inside her birthday cake.
The speedster had eyes on other things, mentally drooling. 'That's a big cake.'
"Yes, it's been implied, actually."
"Ugh. Gross."
Zatanna made a face. "That Bowser guy has kids?"
"Maybe they're adopted?" guessed Dinah.
"Villains don't really a great track record on being good parents," cringed Oliver.
"She also has a unique connection to Star Sprites granting her wishes."
"Yeah, it is their choice if they will grant her wish, so that's technically outside help."
"Really? No wonder my wish for a shotgun that never needs to reload didn't work."
Megan turned to Zatanna and Diana. "Are wishes a real thing?"
The young magician made a face. "Kinda."
"In a sense," answered Diana. "While there are gods that may answer the prayers of mortals, you may have heard of Genies or Jinn." She received several nods. "They grant wishes but they usually turn on the wisher."
"It's similar to the Monkey's Paw story," answered Robin.
"That would be an appropriate comparison."
"Anyways, after she was touched by the power of the Vibe Scepter."
Most of the room went quiet at the name of the new item.
"... Did he just say?" began Robin. Zatanna glanced at her boyfriend with a curious expression.
"Hold up! The what touched her?!"
"The Vibe Scepter."
"*Hold in laughter*"
"Wow. That's the actual name," questioned Zatana.
"I don't get the reference," a confused Diana stated. While she and the other Amazons are aware of traditional sexual practices, learning of current society's toys was not at the top of her list.
Dinah leaned over and whispered. "I'll explain it later."
"With it the power of Vibe, she can channel her emotions into different abilities. With Joy, she can fly and create cyclones. Gloom gives agility and powerful tears. Calm heals her. Rage creates a magical fire around her and creates earthquakes by jumping at the cost of speed.
Dinah frowned at the strange display. "That doesn't look healthy."
"You know, I understand those being emotions, but I never understood how willpower is an emotion for Green Lanterns," commented Wally.
"I thought that as well, but I surmised that it was a representation of cosmic free will than actual emotion," answered Bruce.
"Huh, weird. We should have asked Hal and John while they were here," shrugged Clark.
"Are you sure it's this vibe thing, and not that time of the month again?"
"Hrk." Wally started coughing up his drink. Several others also made faces at the bold question.
"I'm... pretty sure it's not that."
It seems the female opinion of Boomstick is on a constant decline.
"I am not surprised he went there?" asked Dinah.
FEATS
Eager to Assist in Battle
Fought alongside Mario and Bowser
Defeated King Boo
Defeated Bowser
Saved Mario and Luigi
Bakes Really Big Cakes
"Peach has defeated Bowser single-handed as well as King Boo. While she has assisted Mario in battle several times, Peach still needs rescuing most of the time."
"Seriously, all she gives back is a kiss and a cake to her hero. Is she ever gonna put out for someone?"
"She might have or will have, but that's a complicated story for another time."
They see another blonde woman in a blue dress that looks similar to Peach.
"Huh. Might be a relative of hers," commented Megan.
They see Peach and Mario in front of the castle with two toads. "Listen, everybody! Let's bake a delicious cake... for Mario."
Peach came off as a meek damsel-in-distress, but she seemed to have proved her worth. Clark and Dinah were curious about the Vibe Scepter's powers. To harness the powers of more specific emotions was useful. Diana and Bruce were wondering to what extent could Peach wish with the Star Sprites. Dinah couldn't help but notice that the rapid shift in her Vibe abilities was like an extreme case of bipolar disorder. Megan and Zatanna thought she was cute while the others saw her as sweet. Wally was really in the mood for cake now.
Onto the battle.
"Alright, the combatants are set. Let's end this debate once and for all."
"It's time for a Death Batt-"
"No, wait, wait, wait we got to do an ad first."
"What!?"
In terms of who would win, it was a little ambiguous so far. Zelda seemed to have more magical spells at her disposal; however, she didn't have as much solo combat experience. On the other hand, Peach had more offensive magic and weaponry. Peach was able to go on her own adventures and fight enemies like Mario. Lastly, her Heart Power would be effective in a fight.
In the end, Artemis, Oliver, Dinah, voted for Zelda, and the rest voted for Peach.
"It's time for a Death Battle!"
The screen changes to a rural area with green pipes and bridges in the background. Princess Peach is shown strolling down a path, parasol in hand.
"Must be the Mushroom Kingdom," guessed Robin.
Peach was just heading back to her castle from her morning walk. Toadsworth had complained to her about staying home while the Mario Brothers were on Yoshi's Island, but she insisted that she would be fine. It's only been a week since her last kidnapping, but Bowser usually takes about a month before he tries something else. Just a few feet from a bridge, a whirlwind green light shimmered above, causing her to pause.
In a final flash, the light disappears leaving behind a brunette woman to drop down to her level. Princess Zelda had teleported onto the scene with Farore's Wind. The Hyrulean princess locked eyes with the blonde and took a fighting stance for an unknown reason.
"Zelda?" Peach asked, but the other didn't respond. The blonde frowned. 'Must be one of those days.' Knowing that she would have to take down her friend, she twirled her parasol to loosen her arms. "It's sad that we come to this."
"Just another day in the life of Peach," snarked Wally.
Now to see who is the better fighting princess.
FIGHT!
(Cues Super Mario RPG - Through the Tree Stumps and Mushrooms *Remix*)
Peach quickly squat and yanked on two plant stems with both hands, pulling large turnips from the ground. Whipping her arms, the vegetables flew like bullets at Zelda.
Wally chuckled. "The irony of vegetables being good for your health."
Zelda placed both hands on her chest, and a blue prismatic shield formed. Nayru's Love rotated rapidly, protecting the Hyrulian princess from the force of impact and reflecting the projectiles back at Peach.
Robin turned to Zatanna. "You think you can replicate a spell like that?"
She rubbed her chin. "It may not have the same effectiveness, but I think I can work out something."
Whipping out her War Fan, Peach unleashed a flurry of air bursts, forcing Zelda a few feet back. She closed her eyes and focused. Extreme sadness filled her mind as she started to cry. In her daze, Peach ran towards Zelda in tears. Not only did the magical water block Zelda's vision, but the puddles forming kept her from maintaining a firm stance. Seeing her opening, Peach pulled out her frying pan like a baseball bat and swung with vigor, striking Zelda dead on.
Wally huffed. "Yeah, someone would have to be superhuman to use those giant fans to that effect."
Kaldur approved of her use of tears to destabilize the opponent.
Robin smirked. "I remember using a frying pan the same way during a break-in at a supply warehouse. I can see why Alfred prefers titanium cookware. Very durable."
The Hylian is sent flying over a nearby cliff. After falling a hundred feet, she managed to recompose herself enough to teleport right in front of Peach, surprising the Mushroom ruler.
"Teleporting would be so much easier than using a grapple," said Artemis.
"True," replied Oliver. "But it would be a lot less fun and dramatic than swinging from building to building."
With a backflip, Zelda kicked Peach into the air. Her gloved hands encased in red magic. Thrusting her arms forward, multiple blasts of Din's Fire sprouted and struck Peach several times. With the grace of a Sheikah warrior, she quickly moved up close to relentlessly attack the princess once more, flying her back.
Diana nodded at the Godly Flames. "They burn with admirable intensity."
Megan appreciated the fire attack as much that a Martian could.
Zatanna hoped that she improve her offensive spells like that.
Reaching a stop, Peach got back up and dusted herself off. She looked more irritated than hurt. She placed her hands in a praying position and called upon her Heart Power. From above, Sleepy Time Sheep descended and launched toward Zelda, but the Hylian Princess deflected with Nayru's Love once again and sends it back. In another change of emotion, Peach smiled brightly while flying out of range. With a pirouette, a string of cyclones encircled Zelda.
"," added Conner.
Unfortunately, Zelda wasn't fast enough and got sucked into the vortex, getting whipped around loose debris. As the wind died down, Zelda breathed heavily and glared. Standing back up, she strutted forward. Just as Peach was up close, Zelda raised her right hand and slapped the pink princess across the face.
Wally and several others went wide-eyed. "Oh, shit. She went there."
Peach looked back slackjawed at her in disbelief. Narrowing her eyes, Peach slapped the bitch back twice as hard. The princesses' eyes met as they stood still for a few seconds.
"Oh, it's on now," laughed Artemis.
Peach and Zelda proceeded to trade blows and slap the shit out of each other. Suddenly, Peach rears up and backhands Zelda. As Zelda nearly doubled over, two heels were left from where she once stood.
"Ooh... That is one strong backhand," cringed Oliver.
Artemis burst out laughing. "She got slapped out of her own shoes." Others soon joined in.
Peach considered using her War Fan again chose otherwise. Instead, she pulls out her trusty frying pan and slams Zelda in the stomach and onto the nearby bridge.
(Cues Final Demise - The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword)
The Hylian finally rolls to a stop. After taking a breath, she raised her left hand as the Triforce of Wisdom glowed in all its glory. The cuts and wounds faded away as the healing magic washed over her. Back to fighting condition, Zelda targetted Peach about 150 feet away. With a wave of her hands, a magical bow and arrows appear. Drawing the string back, Zelda fired a volley of standard arrows. Zelda took a breath as her body glows gold as Light magic coalesces into an arrow.
Artemis and Oliver watcher her skill in action. Thankfully, she was holding the bow and arrow in the proper orientation compared to what popular culture depicts. Both still hoped to get their hands on magical arrows if their teammates were of any help.
In anticipation, Peach opened her parasol, blocking the first few arrows. With a swing, the next ones were broken into pieces.
Robin blinked. "I can see the appeal of Mr. Cobblepot having a weaponized umbrella."
"I wouldn't be surprised if secret agents had one of those armored umbrellas too."
At this point, Peach's inner fury burns as she slowly charges at Zelda surrounded by fire.
"One would assume that the drawback of her rage vibe would be a reduced sense of control," commented Bruce.
Conner decided not to comment on that topic, but Clark did. "It must speak volumes of her anger management."
The spell completed, and Zelda released the Light Arrow in a blaze of glory. In a flash, the magic strikes Peach in the midst of her strut down the bridge. The opposing energy of Peach's Vibe Power and the Light Arrows causes a massive explosion that shatters the stone bridge into a million pieces.
Many of them were eager to see how this fight would play out even more.
Both Princesses began to fall, and the two continued their fight. Zelda teleported to gain the high ground before launching another blaze of Din's Fire.
Bruce nodded. "A simple tactic, but quite formidable."
Her dress a bit singed, Peach reached and pulled out the war fan and threw it straight into Zelda's forehead, knocking her back. Peach tries to strike Zelda with her parasol, but she manages to block it with her bow. With the fall nearing its end, Peach used her parasol, and Zelda teleported to land safely on the ground safely.
Artemis crossed her arms. "This should be the final round now."
(Cues Staff Roll from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Strike)
"If the Light Arrow didn't work, I don't think Zelda has much of a chance," judged Dinah.
Turning back to each other, Peach and Zelda once again clashed. As Zelda cast more of Din's Fire, Peach pulled out her frying pan again, catching each flame as it grew in the skillet. Seeing the danger, the Hylian used Nayru's Love just as the massive fire magic was returned.
"An excellent counter-attack." Diana had also used her lasso to throwback enemy projectiles with greater force.
Meanwhile, outside of the frame, something was falling down as the two princesses kept fighting. Unfortunately, Zelda was too focused on Peach to notice the growing shadow around her.
Megan raised a brow. "I think I know where this is going."
Just as Zelda was about to cast another spell, a Sleepy Time Sheep from before and it successfully landed on Zelda, sending her to sleep.
Oliver sighed. "Yup, it's all downhill from here."
(Cues Mario Strikers Charged - Peach's Theme)
Peach smirked at her opening. "Alright!" The Mushroom Princess springs into action and leaps into the air. With a swift twirl, Peach lunges her rear towards Zelda, blasting her with the Peach Bomber. The impact was so hard Zelda flies away in pink smoke into a nearby mountainside.
Clark blinked. "Her... butt certainly packs quite a punch."
Embedded into the rock, Zelda's vision blurred from the blood loss and shut finally closed, the large hole in her chest being the obvious reason.
Wally cringed a bit. "Yup, that'll do it."
K.O.!
Peach walked to the mountain and heaved the corpse of her fellow princess over her shoulder. "Now, let's get to the bottom of all this." With that, she made her way back to the castle, prepared to find a green mushroom.
Those who voted for Peach cheered at her victory and those who sided with Zelda clapped in respect for trying.

"BOOM BABY!"
PRINCESS ZELDA
Less Solo Combat Experience
Limited Combat Magic
Wisdom Does Not Grant Better Instincts or Combat Skill
Light Arrow's Magic is Only Deadly to the Forces of Evil
Triforce of Wisdom Magic Are Better Suited Out of Combat
"While Zelda had more formal training, her offensive arsenal is relatively limited and predictable compared to Peach's."
PRINCESS PEACH
More Solo Combat Experience
Abundant Diverse Arsenal
Stronger Endurance
Just as Clever and Resourceful
Rage is Convenient Invulnerability
"Peach's diverse abilities and practical experience gave her a leg up. King Boo and Bowser are beings with stellar levels of power, placing Peach on about the same level as Mario."
The senior members agreed that practical experience trumps individual training most of the time. It made sense that Peach proved her strength to be on par with Mario.
"In contrast, the peak of Zelda's power comes from the Triforce of Wisdom. While there is limited knowledge of this piece of the Triforce, it should be some degree weaker than the Triforce of Power. On one occasion, the Triforce of Power was used to bring eternal night by stopping the planet's movements."
That feat was certainly surprising for the room. If that's what one piece could do, what would a complete Triforce be capable of?
"Too bad that's still not enough for the broad because Peach hit Zelda so hard, she went boom."
"That's one way to put it, I guess..."
"Peach sure overthrew Zelda in this fight."
"The winner is Princess Peach."
Overall, they enjoyed the episode. Diana and Kaldur were pleased to see other rulers stepping up to protect their kingdoms, even though they have their particular faults.
Now to the last episode for today.
"Next time on Death Battle."
They couldn't see anything as it was dark until large flashes of thunder and lightning appeared and on a shadow silhouette of a hammer appeared.
They stretched for a bit before Wally inserted the next disk and pressed play.
