I know this isn't what Bloom would want to happen. But this is what must happen. My father needs to see that he isn't going to win. Nothing he does will change that. Before he could say anything I just left. I went to say goodbye to my mother then head back to Bloom.

When I got back, I know I need to go find Bloom and tell her what happened. But she isn't going to be happy how everything went down. She wanted me to leave there with some type of connection with my father. But I didn't.

When I was heading inside, I saw Bloom walking the garden. So, I headed over to her. She looked like she was lost in thought.

*Bloom's POV*

I went to the garden to clear my mind. I was thinking about Sky and his father. I really hope everything is going alright. I know everything won't be fixed overnight. But what I hope to come out of all of this is understanding. Where Sky and his father is talking again.

"Bloom." I heard my name called. I looked where it was coming from. Sky was back. He wasn't gone that long. Is that a good sign or a bad one?

"Sky, you are back early? Did everything go good?" I asked.

"Not how you wanted it to be. I am sorry. But I did tell him the truth. The ball is now in his court. I am not losing this and you for nothing he says or does. We will show him if he chooses not to be part of it." He told me.

"Sky, I don't want to be the reason your father and you are not seeing eye to eye." I told him truthfully.

"You won't be. He can't look past his old ways. He wanted to rule my life and I took a way different path then what he wanted for me. He can't see what have did with this." He told me.

"I don't know what you mean." I told him truthfully.

He lead me to a bench we sat down there. He then looked at me and said,

"He wanted me to marry for an alliance. Not for love. He wanted me to be him. He wanted to rule my life the way he has always did. But when I did this experiment. He didn't understand. But here I am married for love and bonus we have an amazing alliance. My father can't except it because it wasn't his idea. He was in the wrong. He can't admit it."

"So, he is just being stubborn then." I said truthfully.

"Yes. So, please don't think for one moment it was because of you. It is hundred percent because of me and my father never seeing the same picture. One day he will. If he doesn't then it's his fault not mine. Because I have tried and never will stop for my mother and you." He told me.

"Thank you. I never want you to stop trying. He is still your father. We can't pick who are parents are. Just love them for them." I told him.

"Come on. Let's finish this walk. It's beautiful out here." He suggested to me.

"I would love that." I said taking him hand.

We then went to finish this walk. But I can't help not thinking like I can do something to show his father that his son has made the decision. He has made a great future for himself and his kingdom. I think I know what we can do. But I am going to need some help.
