ATTN: TITIAN QIN, HEAD GAMEMAKER

DISTRICT ONE MALE: ALSACE CARTIER
Alsace showed a variety of skills, mostly bladed weapons augmented by climbing. This will allow him to operate in this year's Arena. His skills were as high-level as expected of a Career.
STRENGTHS: Physique, weapons skills, alliance
WEAKNESSES: Survival skills, dependence on Cornucopia, grudge against Rigel
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Nothing
ODDS: 11:1 SCORE: 10
NOTES: But it's the Hunger Games not the Kill Rigel Games

DISTRICT ONE FEMALE: ANDROMEDA DIOR
Andromeda focused on barehanded fighting and performed very well. The sparring partners consistently underestimate her, which will be an advantage in the Arena. She also shows mastery of the rapier, which she uses to compensate for her lack of reach.
STRENGTHS: Weapons, unarmed combat
WEAKNESSES: Lack of confidence, unimposing appearance
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Nothing
ODDS: 19:1 SCORE: 8
NOTES: Wow, I voted higher than that.

DISTRICT TWO MALE: SAGAR DEWPONT
Sagar demonstrated prowess in spears and javelins. He had an unexpected guerrilla technique that belied his showy personality.
STRENGTHS: Weapons, practicality, strength
WEAKNESSES: Survival skills, street smarts
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Narcissistic personality disorder
ODDS: 15:1 SCORE: 10
NOTES: Bruh a spear and a javelin are pretty much the same thing. You think you showed two skills but you're not fooling me.

DISTRICT TWO FEMALE: MEDUSA GORGONA
Medusa was scurry. She did this wicked tuck-and-roll thing swinging her scimitar everywhere and then threw like ten? knives I can't tell she was throwing them too fast.
STRENGTHS: Knives, scimitars, rolling
WEAKNESSES: Brute strength, survival skills
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: PTSD and depression stemming from sexual assault
ODDS: 14:1 SCORE: 10
NOTES: Damn this is mean but I kind of hope you don't win because you scare me.

DISTRICT THREE MALE: RYX MARKER
Ryx demonstrated some unimpressive attempts at fire-making, plant identification and shelter-making. He spent the rest of his session rambling about Hunger Games trivia. He didn't even get all of it right.
STRENGTHS: Allies

WEAKNESSES: Survival skills, trivia, cringiness
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Nothing
ODDS: 55:1 SCORE: 3
NOTES: Question: Who was the winner of the 60th Hunger Games? Answer: Not you

DISTRICT THREE FEMALE: ANDREA D'AMOUR
Andrea announced that she was going to show her skill at not getting killed. She called for an intermediate sparring partner and ran as soon as he attacked. She evaded him for half her session, then spent the rest trying out a miniature machete and doing some yoga poses.
STRENGTHS: Not getting killed, flexibility, Zen
WEAKNESSES: Attacking, hard of hearing in her right ear
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Nothing
ODDS: 23:1 SCORE: 6
NOTES: You're not wrong. Not dying is how you win the Games.

DISTRICT FOUR MALE: PERCY MORDECAI
Percy divided his time between throwing knives and lightning rounds with a wrestling partner. He chose one of our more experienced wrestlers and won 6/11 matches.
STRENGTHS: Wrestling, throwing knives, humble
WEAKNESSES: Looked down on by other Careers, survival skills
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Nothing
ODDS: 16:1 SCORE: 9
NOTES: Odds lowered due to high probability of betrayal by allies.

DISTRICT FOUR FEMALE: CYRENE LONGUEMARE
Cyrene opted for a meta demonstration of skills. After a token display of knife skills she wrote her brother's name on a training dummy and destroyed it. We are convinced that whether or not she might have any rebellious inclinations, she knows what is good for her.
STRENGTHS: Politics, shrewdness, knives
WEAKNESSES: Unlikely to get sponsors, target as leader of Careers
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Nothing
ODDS: 14:1 SCORE: 9
NOTE: Wow, politics is everything, isn't it? Sucks to have a fanatic in your family.

DISTRICT FIVE MALE: REMUS RAY (birth certificate name)
Raina's session was unconventional. She threw some darts and identified four edible plants. Then she wandered around for a few minutes, did a funky little dance, burst into tears, and left before her time was up.
STRENGTHS: Four edible plants, can throw a dart
WEAKNESSES: Not actually that good at any skills she showed
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Gender dysphoria. Extremely unusual since misaligned mind-body gender has been statistically eradicated by CRISPR technology.
ODDS: 49:1 SCORE: 4
NOTES: What the heck was that?

DISTRICT FIVE FEMALE: AURELIA JACKSON
Aurelia didn't have much to show. She tied some knots and wove some grass. It doesn't seem like she learned anything in the training time.
STRENGTHS: Rich grandfather who can sponsor her, weaving
WEAKNESSES: Everything else
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Nothing
ODDS: 53:1 SCORE: 3
NOTES: I mean, there just isn't much here to comment on.

DISTRICT SIX MALE: ANTONIO GEAR
Antonio started off by running two laps around the track in a pretty impressive time. He caught his breath in seconds and launched into a very entertaining monologue on why he was the best contestant ever and deserved a twelve, unless we wanted to add a thirteen to the scale just so we could give it to him.
SKILLS: Sprinting, bragging
WEAKNESSES: Humility
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Nothing
ODDS: 20:1 SCORE: 8
NOTES: Unfortunately we couldn't give you a thirteen because everyone else would be jealous.

DISTRICT SIX FEMALE: SIOBHAN HEARSE
Siobhan showed about the only strategy for someone of her age and size: she threw a knife and then ran for it and dove into a hiding spot.
STRENGTHS: Realistic, strong ally, easily hidden
WEAKNESSES: Size, weapons skills, spooky last name
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Nothing
ODDS: 48:1 SCORE: 5
NOTES: Beautiful first name, creepy last name.

DISTRICT SEVEN MALE: RIGEL ASPEN
To no one's surprise, Rigel can use an axe. He beat our expert axe sparring partner with a combination of skill and his size advantage. He then demonstrated his more surprising running skills and ended by creating a simple but effective snare.
STRENGTHS: Axes, actual strength, speed, snares
WEAKNESSES: Huge target, vendetta from Alsace
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Nothing
ODDS: 18:1 SCORE: 9
NOTES: Odds lowered slightly due to high likelihood of death at Alsace's hands

DISTRICT SEVEN FEMALE: KATRINA MOONSHADOW
Katrina showed her true nature as a leopard. She smeared herself in dirt and plant matter, fashioned a snare, climbed our fake tree, and lurked in wait.
STRENGTHS: Camouflage, climbing, snares
WEAKNESSES: Fighting abilities, size
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Nothing
ODDS: 22:1 SCORE: 6
NOTES: Meow. Wait, do big cats meow?

DISTRICT EIGHT MALE: FRYDERK ZELINKSI?
Fryderyk did surprisingly well. He identified a handful of plants, tried his hand with the spear, and ended with the gauntlet. He was noticably tired at the end but he did complete the gauntlet. He also took a few seconds to add that his piano celebrity in his home District would lead to many sponsors.
STRENGTHS: Versatility, not a target
WEAKNESSES: Literally terminal illness, finding personalized items with his name
MEDICAL PROFILE: Fryderyk's cystic fibrosis leaves him out-of-breath and exhausted after minimal exertion.
ODDS: 70:1 SCORE: 3
NOTES: One point added to score for likelihood of sponsors. Also this is terrible but at least you were gonna die anyway?

DISTRICT EIGHT FEMALE: CERISE DUPIN
Cerise had an eclectic approach. She did some knife throwing, identified a few plants, and finished with the gauntlet. She did about as well as an outlier can. I mean, you can't master a skill in three days.
STRENGTHS: Adaptable, alliance, resilient
WEAKNESSES: Rebellious leanings, idealistic
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Nothing
ODDS: 20:1 SCORE: 9
NOTES: Cerise's score was heavily inflated because we want her to die.

DISTRICT NINE MALE: ARTHUR HARRINGTON
Arthur's skills were unexpected for someone of his age and District. He demonstrated how to wire a bomb and then listed a series of poisons.
STRENGTHS: Determination, under-the-radar
WEAKNESSES: Size, age, fighting skills
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: OCD exacerbated by childhood
ODDS: 48:1 SCORE: 5
NOTES: That's really heavy. What happens to a 12-year-old kid to make him volunteer?

DISTRICT NINE FEMALE: CAMILLE IGAWA
Camille started off normal. First, she tied some knots and made a fishhook. Then she made a snare. No problem there. Then she picked up a sickle. Things went downhill from there. She launched into this speech about how she picked the sickle because it represents the downtrodden and poor in Nine and how she wished she had a hammer as well and kept going on until time ran out.
STRENGTHS: Talking, sickles, knots, fishhooks, snares
WEAKNESSES: Knowing when to shut up, discretion, reading the audience
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Nothing
ODDS: 24:1 SCORE: 2
NOTES: You didn't suck that bad we just don't like you.

DISTRICT TEN MALE: ANGUS PASTOR
It must be cool living in Ten. Angus knew how to purify water and identify a lot of plants. He also informed us he was a veteran animal tamer. Pity we didn't have cows in the room.
STRENGTHS: Survival skills, likeability, ally
WEAKNESSES: Fighting, ruthlessness
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Nothing
ODDS: 22:1 SCORE: 6
NOTES: Handsomest male this year. Prettiest girl is Katrina BTW.

DISTRICT TEN FEMALE: QUEENIE HESPERALOE
Queenie sat still for ten minutes.
STRENGTHS: Durability, levelheadedness, able to derive food from sunlight
WEAKNESSES: Is a plant
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Does not possess a psyche
ODDS: Null:1 SCORE: 0
Notes: The cactus parade outfit was adorable though.

DISTRICT ELEVEN MALE: PIKNEY REYNOLDS
Pikney threw throwing knives. He is also really tall and buff, though he did not demonstrate any skills that highlighted this.
STRENGTHS: Throwing knives, muscles, ally
WEAKNESSES: Lack of aggression, unlikely to get sponsors
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Nothing
ODDS: 20:1 SCORE: 8
NOTES: Okay maybe you and Angus are tied.

DISTRICT ELEVEN FEMALE: RACHEL LARSON
Rachel made a makeshift crossbow out of various materials, which was pretty cool. She didn't hit everything but she hit some things. She ended her session with the gauntlet.
STRENGTHS: Crossbow, improvisation, agility
WEAKNESSES: Pugnacious, impulsive
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Oddly extreme panic response resulting in splinter personality
ODDS: 21:1 SCORE: 8
NOTES: It's like that really old movie where the guy is a spy but doesn't know it.

DISTRICT TWELVE MALE: JAY WINCENTY
Jay did camouflage. It took up most of his session, since camouflage just plain takes a long time, but he had time to spark a fire before he was finished.
STRENGTHS: Alliance, camouflage, fire
WEAKNESSES: Size, age, fighting skills
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Nothing
ODDS: 27:1 SCORE: 5
NOTES: Not gonna be Twelve's year I don't think

DISTRICT TWELVE FEMALE: HARPER NEWMAN
Harper did not seem to be entirely present. She wandered around the room examining weapons seemingly at random and occasionally trying them out. She showed no logic or planning in her actions.
STRENGTHS: Intimidating, literally an Amazon woman (she's 6'2")
WEAKNESSES: Coherent thought, planning, survival skills
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Harper suffers from severe psychosis and delusions brought about by head trauma as a small child.
ODDS: 65:1 SCORE: 2
NOTES: That's just... kind of tragic, really.

TO THE DESK OF TITIAN QIN, HEAD GAMEMAKER

CRISPR is a developing technology where a section of the DNA sequence of a cell is snipped out and other genetic material is sewn in BTW. It's in its infancy now but will probably do mind-blowing things in the future. In this context it was used after the genetic source of misaligned biological and psychological sex was identified and selectively eliminated in the next generation. Panem sucks but on the bright side, no one has to deal with misaligned gender! Except Raina because I do still accept forms like that if people send them. There are always people that slip through the cracks.
