"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHHAAHA!" Eijiro and Hanta burst out their lungs, continuously laughing on the agitated blonde across them. Currently, they're on the cafeteria enjoying their ordered dishes but for Katsuki that isn't the case. They remember the scenario a while ago way back when they're still in their classroom.
.
.
.
.
"Oi, Haru! Where the hell are you fucking going?!" Katsuk caught Chiharu's arm, demanding an answer to her sudden cold attitude towards him. Moreover, having a friendly conversation with Shouto truly throws him off. It utterly pisses him off.
"I told you going to the cafeteria with Shouto." She spat, but the ash-blond isn't really convinced with her reply at all.
He ranted, pointing at Shouto with his index finger,"You visited UA for that guy!? Who the hell is he, anyway? How come I don't fucking know this bastard?" This time, their interactions began to stir a ruckus within the whole class. As Shouta exited unknowingly, everyone's attention is now glued into the two, bickering endlessly. Izuku tried to hush them up but as expected he is totally intimidated with Katsuki's aura. The petrol-blue haired girl realized that she's in a tight situation and that she didn't want to have these people have an impression to her as a loud-mouth and wanted commotion just like Katsuki. So without any further ado, she exhaled exasperatedly, tuning on her steely gazed towards the explosive teen and replied, "Now you have the guts to be pestering me like that after all you've done. You've been avoiding me for weeks, you didn't even reply to my messages at all! Plus the last time you visited me is when Sho-chan's in the hospital. I am NOT your girlfriend, Katsuki. With what I've been doing and whom I've been talking to is none of your business."
With that being said, she gave out a last harrumph, dragging Shouto out of the room. Everyone is speechless to their seats especially Izuku. To him, Chiharu has been too patient with dealing Katsuki but this time he can say that she is utterly pissed. Katsuki also can't reply back, even his loud and cussed mouth has been completely shut by Chiharu. And everyone within the room has been completely shocked by how the little girl in a wheelchair handled her single handedly…
Who the hell is Aragaki Chiharu to silence the infamous angry guy named Bakugou Katsuki?
.
.
.
.
"Aragaki-san really put you in to your place, huh?!" Hanta jeered, snickering to the explosive teen across him as he tried to stop laughing again in front of his face. Of course, it is a huge slap to Katsuki's face. When it comes to pissing Chiharu off, he doesn't have the slightest clue in handling the situation.
"Also, look at his expression when Chiharu-chan rejected his company! His whole face became blank, dude!" Eijirou noted, adding fuel to the fire making him explode in frustration.
Katsuki retorted, completely snapping his chopsticks into half upon hearing Eijirou's remark towards him, "Don't fucking laugh! Why are you all here, anyway!?"
Suddenly, Kaminari appeared out of nowhere, sliding his food tray beside Katsuki as he courageously sit beside him without any worries of him getting blasted in no time, "Man, I can't come closer to Aragaki-chan at all!"
"And I won't let you, Dunce face!" He spat, then added, "Plus, why the fucking hell are you all here with me!? Go fucking dine on your own!"
"Well, I am sure that she has some connection with Todoroki." Eijirou stated, grabbing a bite to his food while he observes the people on the other side of the table that consists of Shouto, Chiharu, Izuku, Ochako and Tenya.
"Why the hell is Haru hanging out with those shitty extras!?" He snarled, pointing towards Shouto, "Moreover, with that fucking Half and Half bastard!"
"You can't help it! She's just too popular to notice us." Hanta tried to reassure Katsuki but it made no impact to him.
"Ugh, it pisses me off. She's downright visited UA for the first time yet she's with that fucking bastard! What the fucking hell!?"
Katsuki ignored all of their extra attention, his eyes red and glowing with rage, fully occupied with trying to burn Shouto to a crisp with their vindictive stillness. Eijirou, Denki, and now Hanta stared at Katsuki, lips thinned in apprehension. Chiharu is with Shouto and Izuku's gang, happily giggling their hearts out, seemingly, having a fun time with each other's company.
"Sorry for calling your first name a while ago… I gave the Sho-chan to him and I don't know what to call you." Chiharu stated, munching over her hamburger as she tries to converse to Shouto beside her.
"It's fine, I prefer it that way." He then added, "I've been looking for you… everywhere…" Somehow, his last word made an impact to Izuku and Ochako. Somehow, they sensed that Shouto is some kind of romantic or something which made them tensed for a bit.
"W-Well, things didn't go as planned…" She stuttered, glancing over her wheelchair, "And uh, I was now stuck here in a wheelchair..."
"No, it's alright. At least, I got to meet you again, that's enough for me." When Shouto replied, instantly, it felt like the whole environment turned into a lovely pink with sprouting flowers all over the scenario. There were hearts everywhere and noticeably, everything went sparkling just between the two of them.
"What's with this 'doki doki' situation?!" Ochako and Izuku noted in unison, ogling their eyes into their current situation. However, the whole pinkish environment died out and is replaced by the hellish and menacing gaze of Katsuki from afar. The duo didn't fail to notice that piercing aura of the explosive teen, suddenly gulping and holding into their seats. Well, Tenya is still oblivious about the certain exchanges between the two parties.
"Rrrggh..." Katsuki's hands began to emit smoke, gnashing his teeth together as he commented, "What's with that fucking face, Haru?!"
Denki pointed out that his meal is now sizzling by the way he's handling his quirk now. And of course, two seconds or more it might explode the whole cafeteria if they do not shut him up.
"Ah, Bakugou! It's sizzling! It's sizzling!"
"C-Chi-chan is this alright? It looks like…." Izuku finally has the urge to point out their situation. At this moment, they'll be killed by his deadly glare and he won't get past to it, "Ka-Kacchan wanted to murder us right on the spot…
"Shitty nerd!" Katsuki mentally roared to him, making him fidget in his situation.
Chiharu tried to reassure them, "Ah, don't worry about him. He's just a conceited brat." Then, she hurriedly takes out her cellular phone, tapping a few messages for Katsuki to read and eventually sent to him. The ash-blonde received it no time and began to read her messages.

[SUPER IDIOT || 10:58]

[Haru ||10:58]
Let's meet up at Mcdonalds beside Starbucks after dismissal
Is that alriiiiightttt?
Katsuki's sight never left Chiharu as she sat back down to make light chat with Shouto, Izuku, Tenya and Ochako. A heaviness weighed on his chest at what had just transpired, one that was annoyingly reminiscent of uncertainty...insecurity. Feeling his strength suddenly dwindle, he released Denki and the others then proceeded to shove the rest of his lunch aside and abruptly dismiss himself from the table.
"Hey, Chi-chan. When did you meet Todoroki-kun?" Izuku asked.
"Ah, you forgot? He's the one who bought me." She deadpanned, and upon her stating her statement. Tenya's jaw immediately opened really wide, chopping his arms in the air like a robot, "B-Bought?! What's with the nonsense? That's human trafficking!
"N-No, in our sports festival we have this charity auction where people will auction some person to have a date in ther bonfire dance.
"So, the one Kacchan is chasing is… Todoroki-kun?"
"Yes! We rarely known each other but last time I told him that I'll be in UA but as you see…"
Chiharu's comment was cut short when she caught a glimpse of Katsuki stomping to the exit, visibly perturbed. Strange. She also couldn't help but notice a small group of girls giggling after him as he passed by, one of them blushing particularly brighter as the others whispered some things to her.
'Huh,' Chiharu blinked absently as a plethora of questions flooded her. Did that girl know him? Did he say something to her? Why was that girl looking more and more flustered? Is he that popular here? What was with this sudden urge to call out to Katsuki? 'Come here for just a minute.' To say those kinds of things and have him linger around her for even just a moment longer. Chiharu held herself.
[SUPER IDIOT || 11:04]
I fucking hate you
[Haru || 11:04]
Awww thank youuu

"You sure ditched the cafeteria pretty quick. Did the food make you that sick?" Eijirou jeered, snaking his arm towards Katsuki's neck. Then, he continued, "I mean, my lunch was pretty good, I don't know about yours. I would have enjoyed my juice more, too, if you hadn't pancaked Kaminari."
"You fuckers deserved it."
"...And say, did you see that Shouto and Chiharu really knew each other? They were pretty friendly with each other. I wonder what their relationship is-"
"Oy! Kirishima! Shut the hell up already!"
Eijirou's eyes landed onto the back of his grumpy figure, stomping into his tracks. Somehow, just looking at Katsuki's figure just makes him a bit guilty of his assumptions about the ahs-blonde. Now, he knows how he cares for Chiharu so much and his love is great compared to him. And yet, he instinctively confessed to her out of the blue without knowing whether he's worthy of it or not. All of a sudden, Eijirou decided to have a small talk with Katsuki and called out the other two, "Oh wait, Sero and Kaminari. Can you go ahead? Bakugou and I will buy some drinks."
"Alright. See you in the room!"
"Ha? I'm not fucking buying with you, dumbass!" Katsuki retorted, while Eijirou tried to calm the raging explosive teen.
"Bakugou, I am… I am the guy from the hospital. You know, the one who confessed that I li—"
"I FUCKING KNOW!" He shouted, "Now, you let me stay behind that because of this!? I'm fucking leaving!"
"Ah err. Wait, since when did you know?" Eijirou couldn't believe what he heard, "I know you didn't recognize me at first."
"Of course, I'll fucking know! Anyone who has a fucking brain will know if you keep on spouting Haru's name as if you fucking now her ever since she's a brat, dumbass!"
"A-And…? You won't beat me up?" He stuttered, glancing over his crimson eyes that will murder him anytime he wants. However, surprisingly, Katsuki replied, "What you fucking want me to? Thank your sorry ass that I'm cool as fuck."
"I plan to get my answer… later…" Eijirou paused, biting his lip upon waiting for his answer. When the ash-blonde heard about 'the answer', he looked dismayed and went silent for a bit. Tossing his eyes from left to right, then finally, he turned his back away from the red-head and walked away, "Tch, do what you fucking want."
"E-Eh? You're not going to curse me like the way you did?"
He stopped into his tracks, glancing back to him as he rolled his eyes, cursing him,"I told you to do what you fucking want!"
"But you like her, right? Chiharu-chan?
"HA?! What makes you fucking think that!? Listen, I am her fucking best friend and I have to protect her from all the assholes getting near her, that's it!"
"What if some other guy snatches her away from her? For example…." He paused, gulping all his courage down and added, "…Me? I really like her. I really like Chiharu-chan…"
"Like hell, I know. I will beat any bastard that will hurt her." He then continued walking, leaving Eijirou alone in the corridor, "Keep those sappy words away from me, dumbass."
"My priority is Haru. I'll do anything to make her happy… even if it's not with me…"
Eijirou sighed, smiling upon his retreating figure, "See… You like her Bakugou… and… you deserve her… stupid.
"Chiharu, go home without me. I have to finish some documents. Perhaps, I can have one of my students to walk you home." Shouta told her while keeping his eyes glued into his laptop screen. He is certainly behind all the school stuff because of his absence to heal his injury. As Chiharu nodded in agreement, she drives her wheelchair outside the faculty and tried to leave the school premises on her own. While she has an appointment with Katsuki, she better hurries herself to drag someone with her outside to be able to not activate any UA security system, since she's an outsider herself.
As she's strolling down the corridor, she accidentally meets Eijirou out of nowhere. With a giggly personality, she greets him enthusiastically. However, his reaction to her greeting isn't something she expected. With a loud heave, he replied back formally, "Hey, can we talk?"
And at this moment she knew he'll talk about the confession…
.
.
.
.
She couldn't believe that her heart is thumping violently in her chest, and in any minute it might jump off her chest because of her nervousness. She wants to slap herself internally for not thinking through his confession all this time and that she may be too insensitive of his feelings.
"U-Ummm…" She breathe, still avoiding any direct contact with Eijirou's red eyes. This is bad for her. She's making things uncomfortable all because of her silliness. Ever after all the things that she went through, she utterly sucks in responding to confessions.
"Chiharu-chan, it's about my confe—"
"E-Eiji is so cool!" She spouted out of nowhere making the other side confuse to her sudden outburst, "C-Chiharu—"
"Ei-Eiji is so cool, really cool! You are really something..! When I'm in the hospital, I felt confused and lost because I don't know whether I still have things to do on this world. I wanted to stop being the happy girl they used to think. B-But when I met you, when you saved me…. I thought I come face to face with the 'sun'."
"W-Wait.. Chihar—"
"You're so bright…! You're so bright that I couldn't think head straight on… Your presence encouraged me a lot and I'm so thankful that you stood by my side always… T-that's why, Eiji is something I couldn't let go off… But when," She takes all the courage within her, and gulps heavily to the next few words that she'll about to say," y-you c-c-c-c-onf-es-s h-ho-w g-great I am in y-your e-eyes… I-I'm really at lost in words… I didn't k-know that I made s-s-omeone l-like t-that when t-the real p-person who is r-r-r-r-really cool is Eiji… It's you…"
Eijirou exhaled deeply, squatting down as buried himself to his knees, "What's with that?" It made him really happy… If she can hear the sound of his heart beating when he heard her compliments made him fall in love with her all over again…"It's getting hard to do this…"
But he already decided, he can't back down. Because he wanted Chiharu the best as well, he will do this even if it crushes him. Standing up straight, he tried to make his gaze unfazed towards her, "Chiharu-chan, I really like you! I really really like you! From the moment I l-land m-my eyes on you, I know for sure that there is something within you that makes me fall for you so hard!"
"E-E-E-Eh?! W-W-Wa—"
"You are so great in many things. When I'm so down to myself and really hated my quirk for not being a 'quirk for heroes', the one that is there is you! I'm so close to quit being a hero because I was afraid that time when a villain attack and I was so scared to death then I realized that I'm not capable to dream that way, the one who gave me a push is you! The first one who complimented me for who I am, the first one who complimented my quirk and the first one who acknowledge me that I am capable of being a hero… is you, Chiharu-chan!"
It felt like someone had suddenly turned on an internal heater inside her system, and her pale skin slowly turned from a ghastly white to a shade of a ripe strawberry. The warmth had now bloomed into a full blown, sweltering heat wave bursting through her pores, "W-W-Wait, I-I ca-can't k-keep—"
"I like you, Aragaki Chiharu!"
"E-E-E-Eij-j-I, w-wait-!"
"Hey," He stopped yelping out how he felt towards the petite young lady, turning silent for a while as he locked gaze with Chiharu's fully-red face. He chuckles slightly, knowing that the next few words will make him regret his decision, "Can you forget that my confession even exists?"
"H-Huh?"
He tried to stand firm with his decision—to fully support Katsuki in his journey to love—yet here he is trying not to break down in his own statement, "A guy once told me that he will always prioritize the happiness of the girl he likes… even if it's not with him. I'm always judging him for being so apathetic and ill-mannered but I'm the one who's selfish here…" He paused, trying to sound that he's fine with his decisions, that he's fine without having her by his side, "The man who will make you totally happy is… not me."
However those words pierced me down to his core. It hurts. It hurts telling her that he'll never be enough and he'll never be that person beside her. Because the one that is suited for her after all is a rash and an explosive ash-blond.
"Eiji, no, I'm the one who's—"
"Don't." He said, trying his best to lift up a grin to her. It hurts. It hurts. It hurts. He has to leave any moment or else he'll regret everything that he said. "It makes me regret my decision, you know? Thank you, Chiharu-chan… See ya!" He began to sprint out of the area, leaving a confused Chiharu behind.
Goodbye, my first love.

"Aragaki-san?" Shouto called out, making Chiharu snap back to reality.
"O-Oh, I'm sorry. I'm just tired, that's all. " She lied to him. Pondering upon the recent scenario with Eijirou, of course, she knows that he's deeply hurt by that. She hasn't even replied a single thing about the confession it's just that love is something she couldn't bear to think at all. And when the red-head left her a while ago, coincidentally, Shouto happened to see her alone within the area and that brings them to this. He's accompanying her towards the Mcdonalds where she made a promise with Katsuki.
"Aragaki-san, I may not be the most suitable person whom you can rely on but… I'm willing to listen to your problems." Shoto said, which made Chiharu feel guilty again. How dare she play with these people? Obviously, she's been the one who's apathetic and insensitive to what other's feel. And she doesn't deserve these people's concern and care.
"Sorry."
"No, it's alright."
Biting her lip in frustration, she instinctively slaps her cheeks together, leaving a red mark beneath it. Her actions made Shouto surprised thus asking her what's wrong. Instead, she receives a smile and a piece of reassurance from her, "I'm alright! Sorry for worrying you."
"No, it's alright."
"Ah, the traffic light for the pedestrian lane turned green." She pointed out, then continued, "It's okay to leave me here. Thank you, Shouto! You're a nice guy." She stirs the wheelchair to the pedestrian lane and continued her path towards the Mcdonalds across the road. Before leaving, Shouto watched her go over the other side to assure her safety. But then, his eyes lifted up towards the road and his eyes widened in surprise. A huge truck is rushing towards her and the driver is seemingly try to hit the brakes but can't. Immediately, Shouto realized what was happening, as if someone was rewinding a tape in slow motion.
It's happening again!
Eventually, he's taken back to that certain time from when he's a little kid… It caused him emotional turmoil, and he can't forgive himself for letting him take Ryuuji away from her. Every day, he wanted to punish himself for acting like a selfish brat; for leaving their house and search for his mother. But then, his cockiness resulted into Ryuuji's death and he can't forgive himself at all.
Adrenaline rushed throughout his veins. He should do something! He has to do something! He won't let Chiharu die! He promised Ryuuji to protect her until his last breath. For a bit, he heard it… He heard all the mocking tones and voices of the people telling him that it's all his fault that Ryuuji died—that he is a trash, a selfish kid who lets other people die in his stead… Anxiety rushes to his nerves and his heart began to beat vigorously…
Stop… Stop… Stop!
I have to help her! I promised him!
I have to do something!
Don't take her away…
Please… Please…
However, his train of thoughts vanished when he heard of that familiar voice at the back of his head. Abruptly, he could visualize Ryuuji's smiling face with his gentle purple orbs and messy black hair. His soft hand caressing the top of his head as he spouted out some words to the 'Shouto' when he's a kid.
"Todoroki-kun is a sweet child because you come all the way to see your mother. With that attitude of yours, I'm sure you'll be a great hero in no time… When that time comes, I hope you support my daughter, Chiharu, in all circumstances…"
Abruptly, his mind flashes the warm and radiating smile of hers. Something soothing, gentle and calm—something radiating? He couldn't describe the warm feeling in his chest as he look out her dumbfounded.
There's no time to be taken aback, Shouto!
He hurriedly hurls his bag from his shoulder towards the ground, resounding a loud thud. He bolted down to the road, his feet landing and kissing the ground with a loud tap. Desperately trying to reach her fragile body into an embrace—to save her from this nightmare. And without noticing, he screamed her name as if his life depends on it, "Chiharu!"
She turns around to him, confused with that's happening, "Shou…to?" He dives into her, enveloping her with his tight embrace, rolling away from the commotion. Upon hitting the ground, they can hear all the gasps and frantic screams of help coming from the people around the road. Currently, Chiharu is on top of Shouto and absolutely caged within his strong arms. She can feel him breathing hysterically, which made her anxious about his current situation.
"S-Shouto! Are you alright!? I was able to lift and the truck with my qu—" As she's about to leave his embrace, she only finds her getting pulled by his arms, as he clutches desperately to her fragile body. And oh, she can hear how loud his heart is beating right and she couldn't help but worry.
"Sorry! I'm sorry! I'm so sorry…! Please forgive me! Sorry…" He repeatedly apologize like its his mantra, with every word cracking with his voice. He sounds desperate, clinging for his own life. Shouto was so scared. He knew it was dumb to be scared, but he couldn't help it. His hands continuously tremble and his eyes waters from the sudden events.
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"
"Sh-Shouto? I'm alright, I put the truck down already. Nothing's hurt! No one is hurt!"
"Sorry… Please forgive me Ryuuji-san…"
Chiharu is a bit taken aback. How did Shouto knew about her father…? Moreover, calling him by his first name. Maybe, he's associated with her father but she knows this isn't the time for thinking about this. She needs to calm him down. He sobbed into her chest unceasingly, hands clutching at her tightly. She held him in silence, rocking him slowly as his tears soaked her chest.
Ryuuji-san, please, give me one more chance to prove myself. Give me the chance to be friends with your daughter…
I'm sorry for everything…!
Meanwhile within the premises of Mcdonalds, everyone's eyes are focused into the accident within the pedestrian lane in front of it. Murmurs and several chatters from the people within the vicinity, and it really ticks the ash-blond off. He's been waiting for god-knows minutes already and Chiharu hasn't answering any of his calls either.
"Ah, fuck! Why the hell are you all goddamn noisy as fuck?!" He shouted, glaring upon the people who's been staring the glass windows for ages. Squinting for the suspiciousness of the people, he assumed that maybe there's a villain and hero fighting there. Well, he doesn't care. Where the hell is Chiharu, anyway? Sighing exasperatedly, he glances towards outside and when his eyes caught someone familiar he knew something is definitely wrong. Rising up to his feet as he clatters his table, his eyes widens upon the people affected by the accident. Moreover, he can see from afar basing from their actions, Chiharu is in the fucking ground without her wheelchair, continuously screaming desperately and is being embraced someone. And when he has a glimpse of the white and hair strands of hair, eventually, he is surely enraged by it, tightening his fists together as smoke began to emerge from his knuckles.
"Fucking… HALF AND HALF BASTARD!"
