Someone asked me if I actually believed in what the Death Eaters believed in, with the racist and blood purity ideas. I don't. I'm just writing it because of plot reasons. I like death, and gore but the Death Eaters and Voldemort's are just messed up. There are other ways they could make the Wizarding World better than condemning kills to Muggleborns and whose blood is not pure.
Before I forget, anything that deals with Harrison takes place hours before right now until after Draco's POV.
Chapter 23
After a couple of minutes, Harrison found Sirius Black in the drawing room, right where the elf said he would be. He kept his face passive as he went and took a seat across from where Lord Black was sitting.. Sirius immediately straightened up at the sign of the presence; Harrison brushed it off and ignored it.
"So what's the plan?" Sirius asked. "I assume you're here because you have news."
"Of course I do." Harrison's response had no emotion to it. "Honestly, do you think that I'd be here if I didn't have a certain object of importance."
"What object?" Sirius inquired curiosity lacing his voice.
Harrison rolled his eyes at Sirius' question before responding, "The philosopher's stone… Here"
He pulled out the philosopher's stone out of his pocket. The small, dark red stone was placed gently on the table. He saw Sirius' eyes flash at the sight of it and Harrison smirked. He was impressed that he managed to get the small stone; it meant that they could now move forward to the next step of the plan: to find the Dark Lord.
"How did you get the stone without raising suspicion?"
"It was quite easy. I was getting annoyed with how Lord Potter was showing favoritism to his son and his precious Gryffindors." Harrison scoffed at that before continuing on, "I asked Fred and George to create a distraction to get Dumbledore out of the castle for a few hours; it worked all too well. Managed to raise suspicion to the-boy-who-lived about Snape stealing the stone and he took the bait.
"It would have looked suspicious if the savior didn't get the stone and if Dumbledore was in the castle. The traps were far too easy that a person with common sense would have gotten through. It was like Dumbledore wanted someone to steal the stone."
"According to the two menaces, Dumbledore wanted to lure the Dark Lord out from his hiding," Sirius interrupted.
"The fucking bastard. That's not really a huge surprise since the bastard did allow a child to go to Azkaban," Harrison commented, before going on to finish his story,
"I met the Potter brat right when I was about to leave the chamber. He acted so surprised and taught him a few lessons." He smiled darkly at the memory; it was something he would never get tired of hearing Saeviour's scream like that.
"Impressive."
"You don't have any idea where the Dark Lord may be located, do you?" Harrison asked, changing the topic.
"Not a clue. I've been trying to find where Quirrell may be located, but he seemed to disappear off the map."
"Fuck.." He whispered to himself.
Sirius casted a silent tempus and shook his head, "I think it's about time that you head back to the castle."
"Shit. How am I going to get back to the castle quickly?" Harrison said. He still hadn't learned to apparate yet; he needed to figure that out soon.
"I'll take you to Hogsmeade. I'm pretty sure you could find a secret passageway," Sirius told him.
Harrison smirked; he knew what Sirius was implying. It wasn't hard to figure that out. He casted a disillusioned charm on himself, and took his hand.
...
Draco opened the newspaper first, and read the heading:
IS HOGWARTS SAFE?
By: Rita Skeeter
The Philosopher's Stone has been stolen! That's right, dear readers. The infamous stone that Nicholas Flamel created is missing. It was kept in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry for "safe-keepings" that Headmaster Dumbledore said to his friend.
But it wasn't safe, was it? Someone or something found out about the stone and managed to get it? And in their attempt they have hurt a first year student who was trying to protect the stone.
"My son (Saeviour Potter-The-Boy-Who-Lived) was attacked last night. I received news that he managed to get hurt. There were obvious signs that someone casted the cruciatus curse on his body. Headmaster Dumbledore found him on the steps of the chamber, twitching from the curse." Lord Potter said in his letter.
Saeviour Potter, also known as The-Boy-Who-Lived (See page 6 for information on The-Boy-Who Lived), who is in his first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry tried to protect the stone. A mere first year? That raises questions on how a simple first year got past the barriers that were keeping it safe.
How was it possible? This is a priceless object that gives life to people which is how Flamel is still living. How was it possible that someone, nonetheless a first year, protected it? Is Hogwarts truly a safe place to send our children too?
Draco felt unsettled. He knew that Hogwarts went downhill as soon as Dumbeldore stepped as Headmaster. The muggle-loving fool was an idiot. His thoughts were interrupted as soon as he saw Harrison sitting right next to him, almost looking breathlessly.
"Where were you?" Draco hissed to him silently.
"I'll tell you later." Harrison gave his usual answer; Draco knew that it was unlikely that he would get an answer from Harrison directly. It was his usual way of protecting his secrets, but it couldn't help his curiosity.
Brushing the comment off, Draco changed the subject quickly.
"Have you seen this?" He slid the newspaper over. He looked at Harrison's expression; of course, it was unreadable.
"Not a surprise," was Harrison's courteous answer.
Harrison went back to his withdrawn self, and Draco stopped questioning him. He wasn't going to get an answer out of him. Draco opened the letter that his mom sent which was checking up on him, saying how things were going back at home, but the one thing that did shock him was the small sentence that Ella was back home.
…
Harrison gave a small glance at Draco's letter. He was quite surprised that Ella was finally let out, and doing well despite the trauma she'd been through. He made no mind of it. It didn't hinder his plans in any way.
As long as they were able to find the Dark Lord and bring him back, then it'd be fine. They were so close in succeeding. They couldn't be arrogant now, or mistakes would happen. Patience was everything in getting everything right.
Slowly, but surely their plans would come together. He would make sure of it. His five years of revenge would start slowly.
"Professor Dumbeldore wishes to see you in the office," Professor Snape said.
Harrison turned around and said, "Of course, professor."
"The password is lemon drops." With that, Professor Snape turned around and headed out of the Great Hall. Harrison smirked. Oh this was certainly going to be interesting. Let's hope his acting skills were adequate; it shouldn't be hard.
As soon as I started writing some of it, a lot of ideas came to me and I'm excited. It took me an hour to figure out if Voldemort disposed of Quirrell and the reasons behind it, and where he would go. He's still a parasite so I'm just going with canon which is Albania. Anyone ready for a shit-load of updates? I just found out Colorado shut down schools until April 17th and that's a perfect time to get out updates.
