A/N before I start the story: If you don't ship Kenny X Kelly, that's your opinion and I respect that (please no opinion bashing). We all have our own opinions. One time, the opinion bashing was so bad (over on YouTube) that I was seriously considering on harming myself from all of the unnecessary fuss (yes, people literally said "Fuck you" to my face just because my opinions didn't agree with their's).

Kelly McCormick was nine months pregnant with her and Kenny's child. She was due anytime soon. Kenny was on a business trip and he would be returning home that day while Kelly was just sitting on the couch after she had just finished with the housework. As she sat there, she felt a kick inside her stomach.

"Hey stop, I'm trying to rest so she can take care of you once you're out of my tummy!" Kelly giggled as she rubbed her swollen stomach.

The baby calmed down shortly afterwards. Kelly then got up from the couch to get a glass of water. She poured out some water and then proceeded to drink it. Before she could, Kelly felt a very sharp pain inside her abdomen. She immediately put down the glass of water and clutched her stomach.

"What's wrong, restless?" she asked.

The pain then got even sharper. Kelly then realized that the pain wasn't from her unborn baby kicking, it was from contractions, a sign that she was in labor.

"Eyah!" Kelly yelped.

She fell down and she was now lying on the kitchen floor. Kenny still hadn't arrived home yet, so Kelly had no choice but to hang in there since she didn't have the strength to walk over to the telephone to give him a call.

Thirty minutes later Kenny had arrived home. He entered his mansion only to be shrouded in silence.

"Kelly?" he called.

"Kenny?" Kelly replied. "I'm in the kitchen, please come now!"

Kenny bolted to the kitchen to find his wife lying on the floor, clutching her stomach.

"It's time..." Kelly groaned

Kenny immediately helped Kelly get over to his car and once she was inside the car, Kenny got in the driver's seat and drove off to the Hells Pass Hospital. About halfway there, the car stopped.

"Kenny? What happened, why did we stop?" Kelly asked.

"I'm sorry honey, I think I ran over a sharp object and got ourselves a flat tire!" Kenny replied. "Don't worry, I'll go fix the tire and then we should be able to go."

"Please hurry!" Kelly cried. "It hurts so much!"

Kenny got out of the car and opened the trunk... only to realize that he had no spare tires left!

"I'm sorry, I have no spare tires left." Kenny apologized. "I'll call 911 and I'll call a tow truck too."

The blonde haired male whipped out his cell phone and tried to call 911... only for his cellphone's battery to die out before he could even contact the hospital! He then put away his cellphone and went over to check up on his wife.

"I'm afraid that we can't get to hospital in time." Kenny apologized.

"You what?!" Kelly shrieked.

"Can you just give birth in the car if the pain is too much?"

"Here goes nothing, can I hold onto your hand?"

Kenny held out his hand for Kelly to grab onto, she laid down and then gripped his hand tightly and let out a massive push.

"Oh dear god, my hand..." Kenny groaned as Kelly squeezed it.

About halfway through Kelly's labor, their red fox lady friend, Elita, had unintentionally ran into them. She came closer to them to see what was going on.

"Hey Kenny, looks like you need help. Who do you want me to call?" she asked.

"Call the hospital, Kelly's in labor but my car got a flat tire. My cellphone's battery died, so Kelly's trying to give birth in the car." Kenny explained.

"Okay, I'll call 911. You help Kelly give birth." Elita reassured.

"Ah, Kenny! Hold my hand!" Kelly yelped when she had another intense contraction.

"There, there babe." Kenny comforted. "Just push whenever you feel like you need to."

"Okay, I'm pushing... ah!" Kelly yelped.

She groaned when she started pushing her baby out.

Meanwhile, Elita had finished calling an ambulance.

"Okay Ken, an ambulance is here and I should get going now." she informed as she slunk off.

"Thanks Elita, I can take care of this by myself from here on." Kenny thanked.

He was too late, Elita had already slunk off but that didn't matter since she had already called an ambulance.

"Kenny!" Kelly cried.

Kenny returned to his distressed wife to comfort her as she continued giving birth.

"Nngh..." Kelly groaned when she gave another push.

"I can almost see its head, you can't just give up on me or our child. Just one more push and it'll be out." Kenny encouraged.

"Ahhhhhhh!" Kelly screamed.

Kenny then went over to his car and grabbed a fresh, clean blanket to wrap his newborn child in. Their baby began to cry and so did the new parents.

"Oh, Kenny..." Kelly cried.

"He's so adorable." Kenny beamed.

"He?" Kelly asked. "Our baby is a boy?"

"Yes, honey, our baby is a boy."

"Really, I need to see him!" Kelly gasped.

Kenny handed his newborn son over to his wife for her to see.

The baby obviously had dark blonde hair like both of his parents and when he opened his eyes, it was revealed that he had blue eyes like his father.

"Shhh, mommy's here." Kelly softly cooed.

The baby stopped crying and cooed at his mother. Kelly softly stroked her son's cheek until she felt dizzy.

"I don't feel so good..." she groaned as she felt her forehead.

She then passed out in the car.

"Kelly!" Kenny exclaimed.

Luckily, an ambulance had showed up in time.

"Kelly..."

Kelly slowly woke up to find herself in a bed at the Hells Pass Hospital.

"Where am I?" she moaned as she slowly regain consciousness.

"Kelly." said Kenny. "You're awake."

"Of course I'm awake, what happened? Why am I in the hospital?" Kelly replied, having no memory of what happened earlier.

"You gave birth to a baby boy but you passed out and now you're in the hospital." the doctor explained upon entering the room.

"I did?" Kelly asked.

"Your husband is holding your son, you should talk to him." the doctor suggested.

"Here." said Kenny as he handed their son over to his wife.

"Oh. Now I remember." Kelly realized, now remembering what had happened earlier.

"He still doesn't have a name." said Kenny.

"I'm not too sure, I haven't thought of any names yet." Kelly realized.

"You were pregnant for nine months and you still don't know what to name our kid."

"Ha ha, you're pretty funny."

"Well, it's okay. How about I name our baby instead?" Kenny suggested.

"Sure, go on." Kelly obliged.

"I've always thought about the name, Marcus. I don't know why I was thinking about that name, I just thought about it." Kenny suggested.

"Ken, that name is perfect for our little boy." Kelly agreed. "I mean, he kind of looks like he's full of potential and he definitely looks cocky."

"Okay, then we'll name him Marcus McCormick." Kenny then replied. "But we can also call him, Marc, for short."

Marc then cooed about his name.

"I think he likes it." Kelly softly joked.

The two blondes snuggled little Marc for awhile until Stan, Kyle and Cartman quietly came into the room unannounced.

"Guys, what are you doing here?" Kenny asked, sounding surprised. "How did you know I had a baby?"

"Oh, Elita called us individually and told us that Kelly gave birth about an hour ago." Stan explained. "Don't worry, none of us are really busy today. That's why we came here to visit."

"If you guys aren't busy, then I guess you can stay for as long as you want."

"Fuck yeah!" Cartman quietly exclaimed, careful not to frighten his friend's newborn son.

Now Kenny is also a father. First Stan, then Kyle and now Kenny. All that's left is Cartman.

A/N: This was partially inspired by a Yu-Gi-Oh fanfic. Again, being inspired is okay but full out copying (and switching the names around) isn't.

I was originally going to post this a little later than this but one of my YouTube friends made a drawing for me that showed her Vaporeon and Jolteon OCs dressed up as Kelly and Kenny respectively.

I've also changed Marcus' nickname from Mark to Marc.
