A/N: Hello everybody and welcome back to a brand new chapter of "Supernatural: Anime Discussion' now this is my first chapter of the new year so here we go.
I have a special announcement I would like to make at the end of the chapter regarding this story so please be sure to read it.
Disclaimer: I don't own 'Supernatural' or any of the Anime that is being talked about in this story, they all belong to their respective owners.
"So any luck on finding Chuck?" Sam asked Eileen who was sitting across from him as he looked up from his computer with an exhausted look on his face.
"No I haven't found anything, he's pretty much off the grid for the time being." She responded back to him just as tired as he was.
The two of them had been searching none stop for several days now for any leads that would help them find a way to stop Chuck, so far each one was a dead end.
"How's your shoulder doing?" Eileen asked out of concern for him.
"Well so far so good I haven't been having any visions lately which is kind of a plus I guess." Sam replied back as he rubbed his gunshot wound.
"Hey there eggheads how's the brainstorming going?" Dean asked entering room carrying two boxes of pizza and some beer.
"Not so good Dean." He told his brother running his hand through his hair.
"You two have been going at it none stop at trying to find Chuck, so I think a little break is order here; which is why I brought us some brain food." He said with a grin as he placed the food down on the table.
"Most people consider fish brain food." Sam pointed out to him.
"Well Sammy if you wanted anchovies then you should have called." Dean shot back at him as he at a slice.
"He does have a point though, maybe we should take a break from trying to find Chuck." Eileen stated as she helped herself to a slice.
"She's got the right idea, come on Sam you know you want it." Dean said playfully waving the pizza in his brother's face.
"Alright, we have been burning the midnight oil lately so I guess it wouldn't hurt." Sam said as he took the slice of pizza out of his brother's hand.
"You know what would go great with this? Some funny Internet videos to binge watch." Dean suggested with big smile on his face.
"I came across a show online earlier and it looked like it would be worth checking out." Eileen said as the video started loading up on her computer.
"What's the name of it?" Sam asked as he and Dean scooted up beside her to get a good look at the screen.
"It's called 'The Disappearance of Yuki Nagato Chan' I think it might be a mystery show or something it's supposed to be a spinoff series." She said before noticing the surprised looks on the Winchesters faces.
"Dean you don't think that."
"Something tells me that it is Sam."
"You guys know who this Yuki person is or something?" Eileen asked out of curiosity.
"Something like that." Sam said not wanting to go into full detail about past events that involved this particular series.
As soon as the first episode started Sam and Dean immediately noticed some differences in the way that some of characters was acting especially Yuki.
"She sure is different from the last time we saw here." Dean pointed out.
"What do you mean by that?" Eileen asked the older Winchester.
"For starters she doesn't have that constant blink, emotionless, robotic look on her face." Dean stated.
"Though you still have to admit that Kyon is still pretty much the same." Sam pointed out to his brother.
"Sounds like you two must've seen the main series before." Eileen said looking at both of them.
"Oh yeah we've seen the main series before trust me on that." Dean stated as a few memories began to return to him.
The trio were six episodes into the show and Eileen couldn't help but listen to how Sam and Dean point out how different everyone was acting compared to the last time that they saw the characters. For starters Haruhi was far less 'bitchy' as Dean put it and much nicer than from what he remembered, he was also a bit disappointed that the older Mikuru wasn't anywhere to be seen which Sam rolled his eyes at.
It didn't take Sam long to figure out that this was an alternate universe which explained some of the changes made to the characters and why there wasn't weird events happening around them or anything.
Then came episode seven with the hot-spring scenes, which also brought back a few more memories for the boys; needless to say they didn't have many objections when Eileen fast forward through those moments.
Though Dean did joke about how her and Sam should try that little match making window thing sometime.
After Yuki almost got hit by a car at the end of episode nine and all the way through to episode thirteen they noticed that she was starting to act like her old robotic like self for a while. They were surprised by the fact that she confessed her feelings to Kyon, something that Dean suspected a long time ago if that was indeed the Nagato from the main series.
The final three episodes pretty much dealt with the aftermath of the other Nagato and seeing Kyon telling her how he feels about her as well.
"I gotta admit that it was alright, kind of mushy in some places though." Dean said as he finished his third bottle of beer.
"The kind of works if you're familiar with the main series though." Sam pointed out as he got up from his seat.
"You two sure did know an awful lot about the characters, and I'm not talking about like in a fanboy sort of way either. It sounds like you two knew them on a more personal level as if you actually met them face to face." Eileen stated.
"Well the truth is a few years back me, Dean, and Cas were members of the S.O.S Brigade." Sam explained to her.
"Why were you members?" She asked him but noticed he was glaring directly at Dean and then it all made sense.
"I'll admit to part of the blame on that one." He said holding his hands up defensively.
"Part of the blame? Dean you were the one mostly too blame for the stuff we went through back then." Sam shot back at his brother.
"I'm guessing you guys don't have too many fond memories of your time as club members do you?" Eileen asked the pair.
"It wasn't all bad, I mean some of the club activities was kind of fun." Dean told her.
"Dean you complained the most out of the three of us." Sam stated.
"Some of the costumes she had was a bit out there." Dean said with a smirk.
"That's because you weren't the one Haruhi was constantly trying to strip down every time she had an idea for a new costume." Sam stated as he remembered all of the times when the brigade leader would try to force him out of his clothes.
"You should have seen the stuff she made Sam wear, it was like he was her personal Ken doll." Dean said which caused Eileen to give Sam a sly grin.
"Plus me and Cas had to cover for you when you got the Mark of Cain and stopped coming to club meetings." Sam explained to him.
"Wait, you two actually kept going to the club meetings?" Dean asked in disbelief.
"Yeah we told her you had to head back to America to deal with some personal issues to keep her from getting suspicious." Sam explained to the two of them.
"How long were you in the club before you left?" Eileen asked with Dean wondering the same thing.
"Well after reliving the same day over and over again for like a thousand times, making that student film for the school festival, and of course the movie that I'm sure this series might take place in."
"There was actually a movie about them?" Dean asked cutting his brother off.
"Yeah me, Cas, and Kyon was sent to an alternate world that Yuki had created; anyway after all of that was over with that was when we left." Sam explained.
"Sorry I wasn't around to help lend you guys a hand back then, but sounds like you had everything under control there Sammy. If you two will excuse me I'm going to go out and get some pie, you guys should probably re-watch a few of the episodes while I'm gone." Dean said slyly as he exited the bunker.
Once Sam and Eileen heard the door to the bunker shut she turned towards Sam with a mischievous smile on her face.
"So Sam what kind of costumes did she make you wear." She asked the somewhat blushing Winchester.
"That... is classified information."
A/N: There you go everyone Chapter 48, now just to be clear on the Mark of Cain thing Cas had gotten his grace back before he and Sam went through the Endless Eight and The movie. It also helps if you're familiar with the main series to fully understand the Yuki spinoff.
I also hoped that you liked the fact that I added Eileen to the Chapter which means that this one takes place during season 15 of the show. Remember each chapter can take place in any of the seasons.
Now about my announcement; well with the show ending soon I decided to end this story as well, but don't worry chapter 50 will not be the last chapter of it. You see I'm going to try and reach 100 chapters, key word here is try I'm almost halfway there anyway and it would be nice to end story there.
Like I said before if you have any Anime you would like the boys to watch just let me know in a review because that would really help me reach 100, and don't forget about Omake suggestions either those are for comedy and are not cannon which means anything can happen in them.
With that aside Read and review and I will see all of you later.
