A.N: Super sorry for the month wait on this chapter. My Uncle surprised me with a universal studios trip and then the following weekend I did the dirty and COMPLETELY forgot to update because of the Tangled finale. But the wait is worth it now because of this fight coming up. Legit this felt like the Smash Bros meme of "everyone is here." Like EVERYONE IS HERE AND KICKING ASS so let's get right to it.
Grim T Reaper: Yep, it's a party. And we are definitely getting close to Aya.

Episode 23: Final Summons, part 3
If a human bystander were to somehow be watching the fight, they would have said it looked like a rave party with the LED lights going absolutely wild. Well, in truth it was wild, but it was no party.
To everyone but Guy at least. "Yyyyyeeeeaaaahhhh!" the red-haired lantern yelled as he put on some football gear and tackled two Black Lanterns. He ended up flying past Saint Walker and Arkillo who had teamed up. Each one giving their on quizzical looks towards the human lantern. "Curious…" Saint Walker said. Then he felt a presence come close to his partner. So Saint Walker jumped over and shot a blast of blue to an oncoming Black Lantern.
It stunned the lantern for a little but quickly recovered and soon two more joined it. Saint Walker aimed his ring again but this time Arkillo towered behind him and aimed his ring as well. The combined blast of energies easily made the black lantern disintegrate into dust.
Then another Black Lantern came towards Saint Walker, but from his left and out of his peripheral vision. Arkillo did see it though. The Yellow Lantern reached out and grabbed Saint Walker around the waist, almost as if he was pulling him into a bear hug. The Black Lantern sped past, missing the two lanterns. Before it could go back and try again, the Black Lantern was suddenly attacked by a blur of brown fur.
Ch'p used a green construct hand to grab the attacker's own hand and use it to punch itself in the face repeatedly. The fast attack made the Black Lantern retreat with the small Green Lantern following behind. He left Arkillo and Saint Walker to sigh in relief.
Then the yellow lantern realized how close he was to the blue lantern. He let go, turning his head the other way embarrassed. Saint Walker smiled, patting him on the shoulder before saying, "Thank you. Now, let us get back to the fight."
And that's how it was throughout the light show over Oa. A fierce, unending fight. Lanterns fighting the empty husks of those who once lived. Just like Arkillo and Saint Walker, everyone was paired up with a lantern from another corp. Something that a year ago seemed impossible.
Nock was spinning his wooden staff around wildly as the bolts of indigo light came from the rounded tip and hit a couple of Black Lanterns. Every once in awhile, Kyle, who was behind the Indigo Lantern, would peak out and aim a shot at to finish of the attackers. The young man would often whisper encouragement to the Green Entity hiding in his ring such as, "Keep it up, buddy, you can do this."
Nearby, Indigo-1 and Carol used their combined energies to either shoot energy blasts at some Black Lanterns or create massive portals to send them far enough away from the fight. Zillious Zox and Brother Warth were one of the unlikeliest of pairs in the battle. Warth even said to him, "I'm surprised your energy hasn't given out around my ring."
Zox scuffed as he made the red energy around him brighter, making it look like he was on fire. "I'm glad someone noticed my essential use for righteous fury. Just… don't tell Razer it worked." Two Black Lanterns came after them, Zox belching out a blast of red energy as Brother Warth's trunk was used as a hose to spit out blue energy. When those two black lanterns were gone, two more replaced them.
But they were immediately disintegrated by red and sapphire energy not far off. From the origin, Atrocitus and Aga'Po were back to back. The Sapphire Lantern jabbing the end of her construct staff into the chest of many Black Lanterns as the Red leader would knock the lights out of others with red metal-like punching glove.
Whenever they were overwhelmed, Atrocitus and Agapo would stay back to back but aim their rings so that their arms aligned. That's when the combined energies would surge forward in a blast of fire and disintegrated several Black Lanterns. Only a curt nod was exchanged between the two before they continued the fight again.
Sinestro felt that he wasn't getting the same fluid teamwork. Larfleeze kept circling around him and creating claw-like constructs in his hands to slice easily through Black Lanterns. The electric orange energy temporarily stunning them. Not one was left without the orange leader yelling. "Mine, Mine, Mine!" in their face.
"Hal, you paired me with this thing on purpose," Sinestro said with a sigh. If he was fast enough to catch it, he'd shoot a blast of yellow energy to combine with Larfleeze's orange energy to help permanently take out a couple of Black Lanterns.
On another part of the battlefield, Bleez, Skallox, and Veon were up against 20 different Black Lanterns. Struggling to keep back surprise attacks while trying to get rid of a few others. The three had to retreat by flying side by side each other and together put a fiery red shield up.
Suddenly their backs hit something and the three Reds turned to see three Yellow Lanterns. Felidae, Kabu, and Arbog were also struggling to put up a ghostly yellow shield against 20 other Black Lanterns. At first, they all sneered at each other but soon remembered the bigger problem. They looked back and forth between their unlikely allies and then enemies.
With all their might they all sent a shock wave of their combined energies to destroy every single one of the attackers. Feeling confident, they split into teams of two. A Red and Yellow each… until a little while later… there was a Green.
Skallox and Kabu found themselves teaming up with Ke'Hann. The giant red man with horns made even bigger construct horns. As he leveled himself to aim for the incoming attack, his feet were up against Skallox and Kabu's back. The two acted like rocket boots for Ke'Haan, their red and yellow rings shooting energy out to propel Ke'Hanm forward. As the horns pushed back Black Lanterns the attackers were then hit with the red and yellow energies as Skallox and Kabu flew by.
Veon and Arbog were with Larvox and Chaselon. Larvox would slice through some black lanterns with his many blades while Arbog's vines for hands extended to split each one apart. Veon jumped on top of Chaselon and held on tight as the round green lantern spun like a top. As green energy flew everywhere so did red energy, hitting many black lanterns simultaneously.
Bleez and Felidae got more than a Green Lantern on their side though. "This way!" Laira said as she flew past the two girls. Not knowing what else to do, the Red and Yellow Lanterns just followed the Green one, bringing a large amount Black Lantern's tailing them.
Suddenly, Sister Sercy flew into the middle of the Black Lantern group. The pursuers stopped to see her create a blue sphere around her and get bigger. As the Black Lantern tried to attack they become stuck in the sphere's liquid-like state. It only expanded and allowed room for Karu Sil to fly through the Blue Lantern's shield.
The wild Yellow Lantern put her ring in contact with the shield so that energy began to cover it like cracks on a ceramic. Then when the shield exploded it took out all the Black Lanterns trapped. The light show brought more Black Lanterns incoming. Bleez and Felidae flew ahead but suddenly found themselves with Arisia flying alongside them and Karu Sil's creature constructs charging along with them.
When they got close enough, Arisia yelled, "Sick 'em!" And the creatures went into a mauling spree. As on bit off the head of a Black Lantern, Arisia used the creature's energy with hers to blast a hole through the enemy and permanently take them out. Bleez did the same.
Laira created her staff wip, spinning it so that the sharp end slice through some Black Lanterns while Felidae finished them off her construct claws. Even though that was enough to take out a few lanterns, blaster fire from another direction quickly destroyed those who remained. The girl's looked to see the fighter ships of the droid and robot army fly by in formation. Some diverged away and pursued some black Lanterns.
B-0 was left alone to let some Black Lanterns chase his giant ship. Waiting for the opportune moment, the droid piloted the ship slowly to let the dead lanterns catch up. Once close enough, B-0 killed the engine and maneuvered the ship to make a sharp 180 to face the dead army now coming towards him from the front. He fired several blaster shots, some making enough dents to permanently take out some. Some were still intact.
That is until Mogo let out a huge giant blast that stunned almost every Black Lantern around B-0 and other colored lanterns nearby. Even if Mogo couldn't see it, B-0 saluted the giant planet before starting his ship's engine again and flying off.
It was very different on Mogo's surface. Even though some different lanterns had come to help the Inmates that were on the living planet, they couldn't help but be impressed by the fugitive's skills. Zartok used his stolen Thalian Moon Staff to rip into the bodies of several Black Lanterns. When he was done, he brushed back some loose hair as his one eye scanned the Black Lanterns he dismembered. Even though they slowly started putting themselves together, the Cardonion didn't stop to watch. He just kept going at them.
He heard laughing from a tree above him and he looked to see Drusa sitting back lazily on the trunk. As he stabbed a Black Lantern, Zartok asked annoyed, "Laughing at me or at your lack of fighting skills?"
A few Lanterns came to join the ones Zartok was already fighting. The female alien rolled her eyes and jumped down from the tree. As she landed in a crouch, she gently threw out in front of her to small metal spheres. As the objects rolled close to the feet of the dead lanterns, they let out an electric pulse that stunned the attackers.
Zartok's jaw dropped as he looked to Drusa who smirked and said, "No, I'm laughing at you AND your lack of smarts."
That's when Tomar'Re came flying in with Goggan wrapped around his back. The fish man created a net around the Black Lanterns before they could recover. Then he flew up to the sky and threw the net high in the air. With one good aim of his trident, it punctured a hole in the net. Like a balloon it exploded and Black Lanterns were sent flying in all directions.
Goggan cheered, raising a tentacle hand like a fist and yelling, "Yes! Now, onward!"
"I don't need to be told this, thank you," Tomar'Re said sarcastically.
Mogo wasn't the only planet ravaged by Black Lanterns. Some had broken through the blockade overt Oa's atmosphere and reached the surface. Iolande and her warriors were ready. Whereas the men put their muscle into every attack, a punch to the face, a kick in the back, a cut by their spears, Iolande was more agile.
One Black Lantern came from behind tried grabbing her but she grabbed their hand and threw them over her head and into the ground. Another approach from the front, blasting black energy bolts after another. Iolande ducked, spun, or stepped away from each attack before she saw the Black Lantern try and kick both feet out towards her face. She grabbed their left foot and spun them so that they were sent flying into Kothak's spear.
The man nodded before tossing the lantern aside and getting back to another fight. Iolande nodded back, but she didn't realize another Black Lantern was coming behind her until she heard a familiar war cry. A large red scythe came down between her and a Black Lantern that had a spear of its own. The wooden weapon broke instantly and the attacker looked at the owner of the scythe. Ragnar landed on the ground and spun the scythe over his head before he jabbed the sharp end into its chest.
Iolande thought quickly and created a hammer with a long handle. With sheer force, she brought it into the Black Lantern. The red and green energy combined destroyed the attacker, leaving the siblings there to stare at each other. Iolande began to speak, "Brother…."
"Only this once, Sister." And he turned his back on her, not only to avoid her disappointed look but to cover her from behind as more Lanterns came. "For our people." With what little hope she got from those words, Iolande nodded and backed him up with her construct hammer.
Above them, the giant blimp glided gently over the fray bellow them. From inside the cockpit, Nigel was controlling one of his automatons that were on top of the blimp. The automaton had been equipped with blasters to fire lightning-like strikes into the Black Lanterns that surrounded the ship. Often times Nigel would look through the screen yelling "Take that! And That!"
Along with the automaton was Gil Broome doing his best to keep back others. He'd give a punch or two before blasting green energy into a dead lantern. Often times he would stop to look curiously at the Blue Lantern assigned to them. Brother Hymn was playing his construct blue guitar, sending out shockwaves of blue energy.
At one point Hymn was strumming hard enough that Gil experienced a sudden feeling of immense energy in his blasting arm. The canon was glowing bright green, looking to be smoking as if on overload. Taking the chance Gil fired what he intended to be a small shot. Immense energy came out, passing Hymn by a hair and taking care of some Black Lanterns permanently. "Blimey, that's got a kick," Gil exclaimed.
Some Black Lanterns that didn't recover fast enough fell all the way down to the surface where the Gor were waiting. Whether they had wooden clubs or spears, Galia's people didn't let up for a second.
Using their spears and sheer brute force they managed to push a large number of Black Lanterns into a corner. Then Galia and Killowag came down and went, as Hal would say, Hulk Smash Mode. Not one Black Lantern was left standing after the two had used hammer constructs on them.
"Heh, easy peasy," Killowag said as he put his hammer to rest on his shoulder.
Galia saw a few more incoming on foot and held her hammer up front, "I agree, but we mustn't get complacent."
But as the Gor were just getting ready to face more, Black Lanterns all seemed to stop moving, as if a silent command went through them without anyone noticing. "What the Gnorts?" Killowag exclaimed.
A.N: Oh shoot, the biggest part is only just arriving. But for now, I give you Endgame final fight style sequence. Crazy! So yeah spot your favorite character because who knows if they'll live to see the next chapter. Hahaha just kidding, or am I? We'll see, in two weeks. I'm KikaKatTIOI, peace out!
