Guest (1) - Lena will have similar advice for Maggie in this chapter.
Jennifer Baratta - Kara and Alex will form a better double act soon, but it won't end well.
Guest (2) - I've made a note of it.
Guest (3) - You may be overestimating the amount of thought that goes into this. I tend to find a spare hour and type the first thing that comes to mind. But I am not against taking prompts, I just don't know if/when I'd be able to use them. But I have made a note of your idea and if I can use it I will.
"Hey Roomie." Lena greeted as she entered her apartment.
"Why are you so happy?" Maggie asked looking over to Lena. "Have they done something?"
"Alex and Kara? Probably. But I don't know, I've not seen them."
"Then why are you happy?" Maggie asked suspiciously.
"Am I not allowed to be happy?" Lena asked.
"It's weird. And not the reaction most people have to uninvited guests."
"You forget, you are pretty much the only person who has ever wanted to move in with me. Even Jack had concerns about moving in with me when my mother and brother were out there."
"Your family doesn't scare me." Maggie shrugged.
"In your case they are probably not the ones you should be fearing." Lena said.
"Are you finally accepting that Alex and Kara are insane?"
"No. What I mean is I am happy for you to stay rent free and feed you whilst you are here. But I am surprised you are happy with that arrangement."
"Why?"
"Won't it look bad? Kind of like you are taking bribes from a Luthor."
"Are you trying to scare me into moving out?"
"No. Like I said I am happy for you to be here." Lena said. "But Kara is my friend and if you get fired that will upset Alex and therefore Kara."
"If you were that concerned about Kara, you should be doing more to stop her and Alex choosing the crazy path that will end up with them both in prison."
"Who says they are the crazy ones?" Lena asked.
"Any one who has the ability to reason." Maggie replied.
"For the record, I am routing for them. Because I will so enjoying seeing the look on your face if they are proved right."
"Of that I have no doubt. But when I am proved right I am looking forward to the apology."
"You can never be proved right. No matter how strong the body of evidence, Alex will never accept it. Regardless of Landon's true intentions you are going to lose. So if you want my advice-"
"I don't." Maggie jumped in. Ignoring her Lena continued.
"You need to support Alex."

"Therapy is pointless. We don't trust him and after the stunt you two pulled we never will." Alex said to J'onn the next day.
"Alex, therapy is mandatory. If you want to take it up with the President you can. Otherwise you will go to the session each week."
"That's the mandate? To go?"
"Yes." J'onn confirmed.
"Fine."
"Fine?" J'onn questioned frowning.
"If the mandate is to go, we'll go."
"You will?" J'onn asked suspiciously.
"We will follow the mandate to the letter."
"By which you mean you will attend but not participate?" J'onn asked.
"Did you read my mind?"
"I didn't need to." J'onn said. "What happened to taking therapy seriously."
"For you, I tried, kind of. But now I know you aren't behind therapy there is no need. If I have a problem I will talk to Maggie-"
"Isn't she staying with Lena?" J'onn cut in.
"That's a short term thing." Alex said. "But if I couldn't talk to Maggie I'd talk to Kara, or failing that you. I don't need a therapist with an ulterior motive. So for you I will attend the sessions with Kara, but I am not confiding in Landon."
"Fine, but no bloodshed and no violence."
"No promises." Alex said leaving.
"Maybe it would just be easier if I pretended to be Alex and attended the sessions for her." J'onn mused to himself.

"Well?" Kara asked when Alex entered her apartment that evening.
"We still have to go, but we don't need to engage."
"So what's the plan?" Kara asked as she sat with Alex.
"Well he seemed okay with us sitting in silence." Alex pointed out. "So we go and sit in silence for an hour."
"Yeah, but I don't like silence." Kara said.
"I noticed." Alex said dryly.
"I'm serious."
"It's only an hour." Alex reminded her. Seeing she looked uncomfortable she asked. "What is it?"
"It's nothing."
"No, it's something." Alex pressed. "What's wrong?"
"Being in silence, it reminds me of being in my pod." Kara confessed.
"I'm sorry, I should have thought about that." Alex apologised.
"It's not your fault that I'm broken."
"You are not broken." Alex said as she hugged her. "Why did you never tell me?"
"It doesn't normally come up. I mean I normally put on music or the TV."
"Perhaps that is what we can do in the next session." Alex said.
"Watch TV? I mean I am all for it. Although Landon may ruin the show, but I don't think he'd let us watch TV."
"I meant listen to music. I mean he can't really object to that can he?"
"I guess." Kara replied.
"Especially if it is for meditation."
"So not your type of music then." Kara said.
"Cute. And if he does object we'll do something different." Alex assured her. "But no matter what happens you are not alone. I'm with you." Alex reminded her as she hugged her again.
"Sorry, am I interrupting?" Maggie asked entering Kara's apartment.
"Maggie? What are you doing here?" Kara asked pulling away from Alex.
"I thought it was time we talk."
"Do you want me to go?" Kara offered.
"No, this is about both of you." Maggie said walking towards them.
"That sounds serious." Kara said.
"Well if you didn't want to hear it you could have locked your door." Maggie pointed out.
"So what is it?" Alex asked.
Taking a deep breath and looking like she was regretting her actions Maggie looked at Kara before saying.
"I don't know if you agree with her out of loyalty or insanity. But we are where we are. And you two clearly aren't going to change. So here is what is going to happen. You two keep conspiring and scheming, just don't break the law and don't talk to me about it and then we're all good."
"That's it?" Alex asked thinking she was getting off lightly.
"For Kara, yes. For you? No. You have so much making up to do."

"How did it go with Maggie?" Kara asked Alex as they walked towards Landon's office. "Actually do I want to know? I mean I have delicate little Kryptonian ears."
"I'll spare you the details." Alex said.
"But you two are okay?" Kara pressed.
"We are." Alex said as they reached the door. "Ready?"
"No." Kara said miserably as Alex entered the office.
"Alex, Kara. Come in, sit down." Landon said. As usual the duo sat silently and without enthusiasm. When Landon didn't speak Alex said.
"If you have nothing to discuss we can go."
"I am assuming if I pick a topic you will think it is part of my masterplan-"
"Is that an admission that you have one?" Alex jumped in.
"Not in the way you mean it, no." Landon said. "But as I was saying, to save false accusations why don't you pick the topic? I assume you already have a way to throw me off my game?"
"We were thinking of not talking. Maybe we will meditate, so we just need some music."
"You want to sit here listening to music?" Landon asked.
"To meditate." Kara reminded him.
"Nice try, but I'm not falling for it. Alex, you want to sit in silence to avoid your issues. Kara you don't like silence and have finally opened up to Alex, who has suggested listening to music. But we are not listening to music. If you don't want silence we can talk."
"Why? Because you want to talk about your cannibalism fetish?" Alex asked.
"I can't believe you said I had an eating problem, when you want to eat us." Kara said.
"For the record, eating you technically wouldn't be cannibalism." Landon pointed out.
"So you are only targeting me out of hatred towards Kryptonians?" Kara asked. "That's sick."
"That's not what I said." Landon said.
"You are really stooping to new lows." Alex commented. "And you really need help because easting people-"
"No one is eating anyone." Landon shouted over Alex, immediately regretting raising his voice. Before either sister could comment the door flew open and Pam stormed in.
"What is going on in here?" Pam demanded.
"Bullying, threats, false accusations." Alex listed.
"I have had it with you three. This Saturday, you and all non rostered staff are to report to the seminar room at 9am."
