"Grrrrr..." Esther grumbled.

"Honey, are you okay?" Bradley asked.

Kevin and Red just looked at her, both of them were concerned concerned.

Esther was in a mood again. Her husband, Bradley, twin brother, Kevin, and sister-in-law, Red, had noticed this for the past few months. For one minute, she'd be in a good mood but a minute later, she'd get all soft and emotional. Bradley noticed how she'd constantly lock herself up in the bathroom and burst into tears every now and then.

Bradley, Kevin and Red were also concerned about her eating habits. For some unknown reason, Esther was craving things she normally didn't like. She had gained a few pounds (abut five pounds to be specific). Kevin joked about her eating habits, which sent her into a mental breakdown. Kevin tried to apologize to her and tell her that he didn't mean it but Esther refused to accept his apology and broke down into tears. It took about two hours for her to calm down with the aid of her family.

Four months after her changed behaviour and appetite, Esther noticed that her stomach began to swell up. Oddly enough, she didn't feel kicking inside her.

In addition to mood swings, cravings and an extended abdomen, she also seemed to have to missed her period for several consecutive months.

At first, Esther thought she was pregnant but after taking a pregnancy test, the test results were negative. She took another test and the results were (once again) negative. She shook off the thought of being pregnant and decided to book a doctor's appointment.

Just a day before her appointment, Esther woke up and felt a pain in her abdomen.

"Ugh, must've been something I ate last night." Esther thought as she clutched her bloated stomach.

She got up and made some breakfast, just a simple breakfast of toast with jam.

Later in the afternoon of that day, Esther was just ironing the clothes until the pain in her abdomen came back.

"What is wrong with me? Guess I'll take a shower and make some tea."

After she finished ironing the clothes, she made herself a cup of hot green tea and then she took a shower to try and ease the pain. That didn't help, so Esther decided to lay under the covers for awhile, hoping that will make the pain go away. That didn't work either.

An hour later, Bradley returned home from work and he walked upstairs to her room so he could check up on her.

"How are you feeling today. sweetie?" Bradley asked.

"Still feel like sh-" Esther replied but she was cut off.

The very sharp pain in her stomach came back and this time, something warm and wet soaked the mattress beneath her.

"Is everything alright?" Bradley asked, sounding slightly uncomfortable.

"You have to take me to the hospital!" Esther yelped.

Bradley then noticed the wet patch on the bed.

"Could you be pregnant?" he asked.

"Maybe, but all of the tests I took were negative." his wife replied.

"Wait a second..."

"What?"

"Listen, you might not believe this but trust me, it's true."

Bradley whispered into Esther's ear about some things (that I'm not going to bother explaining to you guys because I'm too lazy to bother explaining).

"Oh, so that's why all of the tests are negative and I'm not throwing up... now can you please take me to the hospital?" Esther realized.

"Sorry." Bradley apologized.

He then carried his wife to the car and drove off to the hospital. There, he put her in a wheelchair and took her inside so that the nurses could take Esther to the delivery room to prep her up for labor. As the nurses were doing so, Bradley whipped out his cell phone and called his siblings-in-law, Kevin and Red.

At the Stoley residence, Red was holding her daughter, Clarity, until the phone rang. She put Clarity back into her crib and then she went over to the phone to answer it.

"Hello?" Red answered when she picked up the phone.

"Hello, Red?" Bradley replied. "Esther's in the hospital right now."

"Oh my gosh!" Red exclaimed. "Is she okay?"

"She is okay, she's just going to have baby." Bradley replied. "Yes, you're an aunt, your husband is an uncle and Clarity will have a cousin."

"What, how?" Red asked.

"It's a long story. Can either you or Kevin get here?"

"I'll tell Kevin. We'll try to arrive here as soon as possible."

As Bradley talked with his sister-in-law on the phone, a nurse exited the room.

"Mr. Biggle, you can come in now." the nurse said.

"Sorry Red, I have to hang up now to check on Esther." Bradley apologized.

He hung up his phone and enter the delivery room.

In the room, Esther was in a hospital bed, groaning and crying in pain. Bradley came over to her and stood beside her.

"Brad, I'm scared." Esther whimpered.

"Don't worry, everything's going to be okay and we'll have a baby too." Bradley reassured his wife.

"Okay Mrs. Biggle, just push whenever you feel a contraction." the doctor instructed.

"Oh my god, ow!" Esther cried when a full blown contraction hit her.

"You can do this." Bradley reassured.

"O-O-Okay." Esther stuttered.

Three hours later and Esther was still in labor.

"I can't do this!" Esther screamed. "It hurts so much!"

"Don't give up." Bradley encouraged her.

"I can see its head. Just one more push." the doctor informed.

"I can't, it hurts so bad!" Esther cried.

"Yes, you can." Bradley softly encouraged.

"O-O-Okay... Ahhhhh!" Esther screamed.

Then, the sound of somebody (specifically a newborn baby) crying filled the room.

"Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Biggle, it's a healthy baby boy." the doctor congratulated.

"Finally..." Esther sighed when she slumped back into the back of her hospital bed.

The doctor took their son to another room to examine him and clean him off. He then returned and handed him over to Esther.

"I'm so proud of you, honey." Bradley said.

The blonde haired male then gave the raven haired female a kiss. Esther smiled back at her husband.

The two then looked at their son, he had dark blonde hair, like a mixture of both of his parents' hair colours. He the opened his eyes to reveal that he had heterochromia, a blue eye and a green eye.

"He looks so gorgeous." Bradley commented. "Thank goodness that you didn't drink or smoke during your unknown pregnancy or else we would've lost this little cutie."

"He does, but what should we name him." Esther replied.

"Uh... neither of us knew that you were pregnant, I don't think I've come up with a name for our little boy." Bradley sheepishly giggled.

"I've thought of some names just in case if we'd ever have a baby. Maybe we should name him Miki." Esther suggested.

"Miki? Isn't that a girl's name?"

"Usually, but it can be a boy's name too."

Meanwhile in the waiting room, Kevin and Red had just arrived to the hospital to check up on their newborn nephew. They just waited there until a nurse exited the room.

"Are you the aunt and uncle of the child?" the nurse asked.

"Yes, is my sister okay?" Kevin asked.

"May we see her?" Red asked.

"You two may, but please be quiet." the nurse allowed.

"Yes, she's okay. She just had a baby boy." the nurse said.

Kevin and Red quietly entered the room to find Bradley beside Esther, who was holding her son.

Kevin rushed his sister's side and hugged her, but he was careful not to hurt his nephew.

"Looks like Clarity's going to have another cousin. First Lucas and now, what's his name?" Red smiled.

"Oh, his name's Miki. Sorry for not telling you two earlier." Bradley apologized.

"That's such a cute name!" Red squealed.

Kevin bent down to look at his nephew, little Miki cooed.

"That's one's your uncle." Esther smirked.

"I know we've only been here for about five minutes but we have to go now. You see, we just left Clarity at home to check on you two- I mean, three. We need to check up on Clarity in case she wakes up." Red apologized.

She and her husband left the room and went home.

Esther fell back into the back of her bed and fell asleep. Bradley just stayed awake for sometime, while holding Miki.

A/N: I know this part doesn't really make sense but I loosely based this off of TLC's I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant. Some of the women on that documentary don't seem to have the typical pregnancy symptoms (Esther didn't have morning sickness or any movement inside her womb).

It's not officially confirmed that Kevin and Esther are siblings but a handful of fans like to head canon them as fraternal twins (including myself).
