Long time no see. Enjoy!

I was sat on my bike as everyone got lined up beside me. I was next to Chibs and Sack was on my right. After pulling into the lot with Chibs beside me, I had gotten a questionable stare from Opie, Tig and Sack.

I got up from my bike and walked over to Opie and smiled in greeting.

"Shouldn't you be with your kid?" He asks me as he crosses his arms.

"I could say the same thing to you, Ope." I reply and lean on the handlebars of his bike. "The kids with Mary?"

"My kids are fine, Riley." He dismisses the conversation as he turns his head to look over at Chibs. "Something going on that I should know about?"

"Not until I want you to." I tell him and dismiss that conversation with the same cold tone he took with me. I walk back over to my bike as Jax pulls into the lot. I shove Sack and playfully start fighting with him. I get him into a headlock, and he tickles me, causing for me to let him go as Bobby comes out of the garage on the back of his Fatboy.

"Chitty chitty bang bang." Chibs calls out as the engine cuts out and Bobby gets off the bike. I lean against the front of my bike as I look over the bike that was going to be joining us on the ride.

"What happened to putting her to sleep?" I ask Bobby and he looks at me with a raised eyebrow.

"Fatboy hasn't even reached its prime yet." He defends his bike and I chuckle at him.

"Barely looks like it can reach the end of the lot." Opie says and everyone laughs.

"Best bike for a long ride. And I put it up against any of you pretty dynas." Bobby gestures to all our bikes and I frown at him and shake my head.

"You hitting a gay rodeo on the way?" Jax asks and I burst out in laughter as I look down at the crotchless chaps that Bobby had on. Bobby shot me a look before he got back onto his bike and started her up again. There was a sputter before it kicked up and shot out a load of smoke.

"Ah, come on. I gotta ride behind that thing?" Sack complains as he walks past me and in front of everyone.

"Shut up. Ya should be used to being sprayed in the face, prospect." Chibs says and Sack turns towards him and grabs his sack.

"Eat me Chibs." He says and I laugh again at the antics of the young man.

"See, the thing is, I like a full scrote when I snack on someone." Chibs throws back at him and then kisses his teeth at Sack.

"Tasty." I join in with the banter and walk over to Sack and push his shoulder. He pushes me back and then he looks back to Chibs.

"Yeah?" He starts. "Well, soon you can have that." He smiles. I look at him with a frown.

"You gonna grow a new nut?" I ask him and his once confident stance started to wear off.

"No." He mutters and looks down as the others start to tease him as well.

I step away from them all as I see mom pulling into the lot with Tommy in the SUV. As soon as he was out of the car, he ran over to me and I lifted him up into my arms.

"Oh baby, I'm going to miss you so much." I say as I keep him clung to my chest in a hug.

"Where you going mommy?" He asks as he pulls back and I hold him on my hip.

"We're going to help the children in the hospital baby." I tell him and he smiles.

"Mommy is a superhero!" He cheers and mom laughs at him as she walks over to us.

"She is something alright." She mutters and I playfully glare at her.

"Baby, go say bye to everyone." I tell Tommy and let him down so he could run over to Jax to say goodbye. I turn back to mom and give her a sympathetic smile as she looks down today.

"You going to okay? I can talk to Clay and ask to stay-"

"No baby. You're needed elsewhere. I'll be fine." She assures me and I hug her to keep her from saying anything else.

"Riley! Let's go!" Clay calls me over as I release mom. I look over to him as he was being pulled into a hug by Tommy.

"Duty calls." I tell mom and she tells me to be careful. I smile and walk back over to my bike. Tommy comes over to me and Chibs picks him up before he can reach me; sending my son into a fit of giggles.

"See ya soon lil' man." Chibs says as he puts Tommy down. Tommy then looks up at him and jumps onto him to give him a proper hug before he runs to Sack and hugs him too.

"Bye little brother." Sack says and the pair fist bump. Then Tommy turns to me and I pick him up for one more hug and press a kiss on his forehead.

"Be good for grandma." I tell him and then we pinkie promise. I put him down and he runs back over to mom in the office of the garage.

I mount my bike and put my helmet on as Happy stands in front of where Clay was on his own bike. Happy shoots a couple rounds into the air and Clay leads us out of the lot. I pulled my bike up beside Sack and the others followed behind us.

It was thrilling to be able to ride alongside everyone like this. Car horns blaring from the thunderous rumble of all the bikes and people stopping to look – it was quite fun. Felt like home.

When we got to the highway, we pulled off from the run and headed to where the Irish were waiting with the guns. I was getting ready to wait outside for them to come back but Jax called me in with them.

"Come on. You can help out, squirt." He says as he ruffles my hair and I shove him before we head inside. I follow the others and Clay gives me and Jax a warning look; looks like step-dad had a problem with me being here.

"Shouldn't you be outside?" He asks me as he stops both me and Jax. I clench my jaw and refrain from giving a sarcastic remark.

"She needs to know what she's doing." Clay's attention turns to Jax as he speaks for me. "Better she is in the loop than not." Clay grunted and then turned to follow the two Irish men into the back room.

I merely stand silent as I help load up the handguns into the bedrolls and listen to everyone else talk. I would bide my time to when I spoke out, but right now I was just a prospect and needed to know my place. It wasn't until it were brought up that Jimmy O would be coming state side that I looked up. I shared a quick look with Jax before looking over to where Chibs had been standing. The room was quiet, and I locked eyes with Chibs for a moment, I gave him my best reassuring smile before he looked to everyone else again.

"Tiocfaidh dr la. Their day will come." He says and then walks out of the room. I turn to Jax as he and Clay finish up talking to the Cameron and his son Edmund. I help finishing up with the bed rolls before carrying a few outside.

I walk over to Chibs as he was leant against his bike and smoking a cigarette. I don't say anything to him as I put the bedroll on the back of his bike. Once it was secured to the bike I look up at Chibs as he throws the end of his cigarette.

"You okay?" I ask him as I cross my arms against my chest. He looks at me and nods his head.

"Aye." He stands up and taps my left arm. Nothing more was said, and I couldn't try to pursue him with everyone else with us. I'd wait until later when we could have a moment alone together. I walk back over to my own bike and we are off again along the highway.

Riding next to Sack was entertaining at least as we continued along the highway. We played rock, paper, scissors before I lost and stuck my middle finger up at him. He laughed at my actions and then I decided to try something that I had tried once as a kid with Jax.

I slowly start to ease my legs up along the body to press my feet into the seat. The bike wobbled slightly but I kept myself balanced as I began to lift myself up. I kept a tight grip on the handles as I stood up on the seat of my bike. Sack was laughing and cheering me on as I stood on my bike. This caught the attention of the others up front. They turned their heads to see me standing on my bike. They too started cheering and laughing at me.

My own laughter sounded in my ears as I continued to balance on my bike. There was a splutter of an engine and I looked down at my bike to make sure it wasn't mine. I started to panic slightly as smoke began blowing into my face. This wasn't from my bike. Looking back up and crouching back down on my bike, I saw that Bobby's Fatboy was dying.

He shot backwards and I had to think fast. It was either I was going to be hit by Bobby's bike, or I would have to dive off my own. I chose the latter. I was thankful for the leather jacket that kept my arms from being ripped to shreds. I rolled a few times before laying on my front.

I groan as I use my forearms to push myself up a little. But my arms don't hold me up long before the pain shoots through my ribs. I roll onto my side as I hold onto the right side of my ribcage.

"Riley!" Jax ran towards me after everyone had stopped their bikes. I saw Sack running up behind Jax as the others ran to the other side of the road. Someone else had been hurt. My tension eased some when I saw that Chibs was on his feet and fine.

"Riley? Can you hear me?" Jax asks when he skids to a halt and crouches down to me. I nod my head and sit up with a groan. Sack is instantly behind me and supporting my back as Jax helps me to my feet.

"What happened? Who's hurt?" I ask as I try to move past Jax but hunch over in pain again. Even though my body had been saved from being shredded, I had still crashed down hard on my side. Make matters worse, it was the side that I had banged up when I jumped from the truck with Jax and Opie.

"Tig ran off the road. But don't worry about him, let me look at your ribs." Jax ushers me over to the bikes. I'm made to lean against his bike as Sack goes to pick mine up from the road. She was still in one piece, minus the new marks along her body.

I unzip my jacket and pull it off. I put both the jacket and my kutte on Jax's bike and lift my white shirt up enough for him to look at my ribs.

"Shit," He mutters as his eyes scan over the purple area that covered most of my right side. "Let me grab Chibs to make sure they ain't broke." Jax then wonders off to the others and I let my shirt fall down my body again.

I some how convinced Jax to not let me get into the ambulance that had come to get Tig. He was much worse than I was, and the run couldn't afford another man down. Chibs came over to me as I sat on my bike as I held onto my jacket and kutte.

"Let me have a look at ya." He holds his hands out. I put my jacket and kutte down on my seat beside me and hold onto his hands. Groaning once again through the pain that shoots through my rib cage. Chibs instantly notices my discomfort and lifts my shirt gently. He frowns at the damage along my right side. He looks at my face, almost as though he was begging for permission to reach out and touch me. I nod and brace myself for the pressure he was going to put on my ribs.

"Nothin's broken." He assures me as I grip onto his forearm as tears brim the bottom of my eyes.

"Good." I gasp out. He lets my shirt fall back into place. I take a moment and stand still. Holding onto Chibs as though he were my lifeline. He helps me sit back onto my bike and to put my jacket and kutte on. As I slip my left arm into my kutte, Jax comes over to me. Just behind him was Sack.

"Everything alright?" Jax asks as he stops besides Chibs.

"Knock on the ribs, but nothin' broken." Chibs tells him and I smile up at Jax. "She's too lucky for her own good."

"Luck's a bitch." I mutter and earn a chuckle from the three of them.
