Cont.

Nardia watches the vault hoping it'll take the form, but it hasn't still shouting for Regma.

Regma finally reappears holding the sword then saw all of them lifeless on the cold sleet ground, "Come on."

Nardia followed Regma next to the key then gave the sword to Nardia. Then Nardia asked, "What do you want me to do with it?"

Regma explained, "You need to tether me with Excalibur so that it can bond my life to it. Don't worry, and it will only activate the Dark One's in me."

Nardia did what she asked as the tip of the sword onto Regma's chest hates this plan, but she wants to bring mom back then noticed Regma's eyes became black briefly.

Regma smiles, feeling the magic back, "that was my magic when I was a kid," then she took back the sword while pointing at the key that is still locked inside, "Push this one last time."

Regma kneeled beside the liquid darkness as she conjured a small knife as she cut her hand to drip her blood into the black liquid. Regma watches Nardia push the key for the last time, but she didn't feel much pain as only a tiny line on her hand begins to burn through her skin. Nardia saw the darkness then gains shape and forms into Regina Mills while both of them hugging and watching mom taking the structure of the darkness in excitement.

Regina Mills held her dagger in her hand as the black liquid slowly started dry her down then saw Regma and Nardia, "What do you think you're doing?"

Regina wishes everyone would just leave her alone then saw her sister, Emma, and Berta with her daughter laying on the snow motionless then growls to herself walking towards them, but Regma stopped her, "they are fine, mom. All four of them did at the same time, but it didn't exactly work …"

Regina turns facing her as she felt boiling rising within her because she doesn't want to go through that again, "You know that is dangerous, Regma."

Regma hugged her tightly, "I just want you back, mom," then Nardia hugs too. Regina would have a serious discussion with Emma, but she embraces back warmly, "It's good to see you both. I missed you."

Regina let them go, so she can hopefully heal them or to wake them up, then noticed Berta's nose that has burses then tilted, "What happened?"

Regma and Nardia pointed at Emma with a gesture of punching, "You know how ma is …"

Regina rolled her eyes while healing her face then lightly tapped her face, "Berta …," then turns to Emma, "Emma …"

None of them woke up, yet then Regina touched Berta's belly as she put her essence in to keep the baby alive. Regina sighs as she stood up, unhappily, "Go home, girls."

Regma and Nardia doesn't want to leave, "but mom, we just got you back."

Regina smiles as she hugs both of them while kissing their forehead, "I promise I'll be home soon." Regina teleported them back to the manor with a sword in Regma's hand. Regina saw the key, so she took it then in black smoke, moving it to her underground vault safely tucked away. Regina put all three of them in a deep sleep until she healed them or found a way to wake them up except for Berta because she is with a child. She teleported three of them to another dome as black smoke surrounded them, then held Berta in her arms, teleported them to her favorite room in the dome, putting her on the bed. Regina hovered both of her arms over her body as a black aura of magic spreading from her hands, healing her with part mark from Dark One's vault key. Berta still lay entirely asleep like a baby, then Regina became sad as she sits next to her with one hand with her magic over her belly to keep the baby alive, "Berta, please wake up …" Regina stroke her hair, and her face was repeating to wake up.

Regina thought about giving electricity to her heart, so she touched her heart through her chest then gave a powerful voltage. Berta flew up when she woke up then Regina smiles remove her hands from her chest. Berta quickly looked down to her belly as teary eyes formed afraid, but Regina stopped her worries, "the baby is fine."

Berta looked around and wondering why she is back in her bedroom, "Where is Razi?"

Regina replied, "She is still in a deep sleep with Zelena and Emma in another dome for now. I wanted to make sure you're ok, first."

Berta quickly hugged her tightly to thank her, "Emma still hates me."

Regina chuckles, "She certainly doesn't hate you because there is a difference between hate and trust in someone. When you trust someone, but it doesn't mean you like that person. Don't worry about her because I will make sure everyone treats you fairly."

Berta decided to sit on her lap, knowing that Regina will be kind to her for the next nine months, "I want to go back to Wonderland, Your Majesty. I am not welcomed here or even in Zelena's house. I need my own space with Razi."

Regina thought carefully at her request while holding her, "I prefer you to be here with me just until after the baby is born, so I can make sure he is properly grown and healthy."

Berta frowned, "Where am I going to stay, and what will Emma say about this?"

Regina answered, "Emma and Hook used to own a blue house, but it is vacant now and you …"

"No! I don't want to stay at Emma and Hook's old place," Berta begin to be upset with that solution and thought it was gross to stay at their house.

Regina laughs how Berta takes it so seriously where she wants to stay at, "I'll find a place then, and so don't worry. As for Emma, I'll talk to her."

Berta remembered the sickness, "Regina, there was a moment I felt sick because Emma used her magic on all of us, but Zelena somehow gave me some kind of boost."

Regina thought that was normal, so she explained, "It is because my dark magic touches you, and your baby is directly from me. Emma's white magic touches Regma and Nardia with a mixture of mine so that they can be both. It is not necessarily a bad thing, and don't worry, and it doesn't mean this baby will become evil. You will need a magical boost because this baby drains it to grow properly."

Berta finally understood, "Oh, I see, so that is why you want me to be close, but what if you weren't alive then I would stay with Zelena?"

Regina nodded, still caressing her back, and her legs don't feel any pain at all, "Zelena's blood magic is similar to mine, so you'll be fine with hers."

Berta got up because Regina was ready to wake up, Emma, but she wants to wake her up privately. Regina gave Berta heads up, "I'm going to wake up your daughter, then Zelena."

Berta didn't want it to end, but she sighs to agree, then Regina noticed, "What is it, Berta?"

Berta shakes her head, "Nothing, Your Majesty."

Regina smiles how she misses her as she pulled her in for another hug then kissed her on the mouth softly, "It will be fine, Berta. Since there are more rooms here, you and Razi can sleep here."

Regina conjured a thin black leather bracelet then Berta took it as she put it on her left arm. Regina waved her hands over the bed as black smoke appearing Razi. Regina healed her then cause electricity to her heart. When Razi woke up, she conjured two burgers with all the works with fries and drinks while handing to Berta, "I'll see you both in the morning … you can teleport to my house or anywhere anytime. You are welcome to come in, so don't worry about knocking on my door."

Regina remembered she has a castle while walking away then turns around, "I have a better place to put you both in." Berta beams and Razi got up holding Regina, and then they evaporated in black smoke teleported three of them to her castle. "I have guest rooms on the third floor, and my bedroom is on the second floor, and the kitchen is on the first floor," Regina showed them around then conjured full of healthy food in the pantry and refrigerator with some meat as well, "Berta, please don't buy any cokes or chips or unhealthy food … and no ice cream."

Berta nodded with a frown, "Yes, Your Majesty."

Regina remembered about the vitamins, so she conjured Prenatal Multivitamins with DHA, "Take one every day." Regina teleported back to her house while bringing Zelena back on the couch in the living room then Emma in their bedroom.

"Mom!" Nardia sat in the kitchen, having a late meal.

Regina studied the house, but it seems too clean for Emma's liking, so she asked, "Hired a maid or something?"

Nardia rolled her eyes as she hugged her missed her mom around the house, "We all did try to keep the house clean, but none of us follow the chores chart except for Regma. We end up agreeing to hire a maid to clean every weekend."

Regina arms crossed, not pleased that someone has been here, "What will you think I will say?"

Nardia mischievously smiles while forming words to apologize, "I'm sorry, mom. Regma and I enforced ourselves to find common ground with Ma. It seems like we needed both of you, so I'm sorry about what I said before you were taken away."

Regina hugs her warmly, nodding in understanding, "it's alright, baby. Although I'm not pleased, the maid has been here."

Nardia shrugged, not caring, "Why not? You were Queen at Enchanted Forest, and you had servants cleaning after you and bringing you meals."

Regina laughs, "My point exactly; this my first real home that I had to learn how to cook, clean, paint, and everything on my own." Regina returns to the couch to heal Zelena then eyed Nardia, who is leaving the dishes in the sink, "Nardia," pointing at the tub, "the kitchen?"

Nardia unhappily mumbled to herself, returning to the kitchen started cleaning while Regina did the same to the previous two then waited for Zelena to wake up.

Zelena groaned as she woke up, "That'll be the last time I'll be saving you."

Regina helped her to sit up straight while watched Nardia walking back upstairs to her room, "Thank you for coming, but you didn't have to do that."

Zelena thought about her daughter, so she got up while smirking, "What were you thinking, Regina?"

Regina knew what she was talking about, "I don't know."

Zelena pointed upstairs, "Emma?"

Regina replied, unsure, how will Emma react, "we are working on it."

"You … You had a hard time forgiving me when I had a child with Robin, and now you do this?" Zelena begins to wonder, "The apples don't fall far from the tree."

Regina sighs while explaining, "That's different, Zelena. Berta isn't a mistake or someone I deceive of unlike you."

Zelena was astounded at her statement, "You love her … how can you do that to Emma?"

"I love Emma, Zelena, and besides, she's not staying after she had her baby." Regina wants to prove that she really in love with Emma more than Berta. Everyone seems to believe that she doesn't, but what is wrong with taking care of another if someone is planning to kill, she wonders.

"I know you do, but I know you, Regina, and you are walking on thin ice. You need to let her go before it becomes worse." Zelena warns her because she knows how she holds her feelings close to her heart that can be easily crushed and destroyed within seconds.

Regina agreed, knowing she's right, "I'll be careful; I promise Zelena."

Zelena got up, hugging her sister, "I just don't want to see you hurt … I'm going to the Charmings to check on my daughter."

Regina nodded, hugged back, warmly, "I'll see you in the morning." Regina walked upstairs, checking on the girls, and Nardia sitting on her desk doing her homework, "School started?"

Nardia tilted, "yeah … last month, and I have a mountain of homework."

Regina walked in concern for her struggle in school, "Nardia, how are you doing with school?"

Nardia shrugged, "it's ok. I get tutors after school."

"I'm sorry I wasn't there to help you last month, and before summer," Regina stroked her back then looked for the chair then conjured the chair from the dining room.

"It's alright, mom. You got problems on your own," Nardia refocused on her work on English and Math.

Regina decided to stay to help for a while, and then she smiles kissed her side of her head, "I love you, and I am proud of you."

Emma didn't want the girls to miss school, so she had all the teachers to email her the homework while the girls bring textbooks with her and did tests online that the school can easily access them. "What's wrong, baby?" Regina asked, still worried about her.

"How come Regma can feel yours, but I still can't?" Nardia felt unfair because the Excalibur chooses Regma, "I never thought I'd miss it … the energy that you both share."

Regina still has her arms wrapped around her, "I'm sorry, baby. The reason Regma could feel mine is because I'm Dark One. Besides, your ma and I haven't reunited Nardia yet, there are times you will feel like this, but remember, the magic is always within you."

Nardia looked at her like she doesn't believe her, "Really?"

Regina laughs to herself then turns the chair to face her, "I want you to something for me," Regina put her hands on Nardia's hands, "I want you to close your eyes for few seconds and think both of us."

Regina put Nardia's hands atop of hers, preparing for her magic to glow as pure white energy ball size of a volleyball. Nardia opened her eyes completely shocked to see white energy ball when she had no idea, "You always have it in you," Regina spoke proudly.

"Thanks, mom," Nardia grinned from ear to ear.

Regina got up while making the chair go back to the dining room, "Go to sleep … it's late." Regina kissed her forehead, "Good night, baby girl."

Regina walked to the next room, seeing Regma still sleeping, so she walked in to kiss her forehead, whispering, "I love you, my little miracle."

Regina was glad that she had taken care of everybody so she can use all of her time to focus on Emma because when Regina wakes her up first, then it'll be short since she has to make sure everybody is ok. She didn't want that. Regina left Regma's door ajar, then walked to their bedroom and saw that it didn't change much. She couldn't believe she's home, and all of this is real while staring at Emma's, who is still in a deep sleep. Regina sat beside her while stroking her unruly hair then started to heal her from top to bottom. Regina hates to do it to Emma, but she slid her hands into her chest, touching her heart as she gasps to herself how strange it feels to touch her heart while sending electricity to it.

Emma woke up while Regina is removing her hand from her chest, smiling. Emma doesn't know what to say, but she has so many things to tell her as she got up with her eyes locked on hers.

Emma wasn't sure if she's back home because she has seen her in dream twice, and other times Emma dreams about Regina coming home, not caring how dark she looked, "Are you real?"

"I'm home," Regina's eyes soften while grabbed her hands to pick her up like it was nothing, then Emma put her arms around her back.

Emma doesn't know what to believe as she kissed her passionately as she has never kissed on her lips before, and Regina happily returns it as she opened her mouth for entry. Emma backed up for a bit to catch her breath, but she doesn't want to stop, "I thought I lost you for sure … I miss you so much."

Regina kissed her again, "It was torture to be away from you, Emma."

Emma got up to turn her around to be top of her continuing romantically, kissing her like crazy, but Regina kept her anger in check because she needs to stay this way during Berta's pregnancy. Regina was more in tune with herself that she doesn't feel as much compare to before because she accepted her fate while hearing people calling for her from all over at the same time feeling something wrong with Berta.

They stopped when they felt earthquake shook the entire Storybrooke, then Emma got up, "What was that?!"

"Mom!" both Regma and Nardia ran in their room, terrified while Emma grabbed her red leather jacket with her badge and gun, "I'm going to find out."

"Stay here!" Regina stormed out of the house onto the street

Emma took her iPhone out of her pocket to call Merida to see if there any news, but Merida hasn't seen anyone yet standing in the middle of the street then started running, followed by Regina. Regina tries to make sense of where it comes from then pinpoints to her, mausoleum, "It's at my vault, Emma."

Regina quickly teleported as black smoke faded in front of Mills Mausoleum, seeing Berta cataleptic in her silk pajamas on the grass nearby. Emma teleported behind Regina a few feet away from Berta, "Is that Berta?"

Regina ignored her question while investigating the area than the tall woman with long wavy blonde hair with lime green robe covered in gold with gold crown-like walls of the city.

"I see you come back, Dark One," the woman spoke in a direct tone that you could not tell if she's happy or upset about the news. She walked like royalty towards Berta, but Regina walked to be close to her while remaining silent.

Emma drew her gun, "Who are you, lady?"

She quickly threw her gun off the hand, "I am the goddess of Destiny, and I am here prerequisites of the future societies about Berta's offspring. I wanted to meet her personality before I come to a decision."

Emma stood beside Regina while Regina stood close to Berta in protection mode.

"Her fate will be immovable, and it is undetermined," she stood few feet away from the vault and Berta, "there are many against you both, but very few who want it to happen to search for a way to be human."

Regina asked in a worried tone knowing that she cannot kill a god unless she's a god herself, "What are your plans with her when you come to a decision?"

Goddess of Destiny disappeared in thunder that the ground shakes before she could answer.

Emma asked, looking down at Berta notices a word, offspring, "she's pregnant?"

Regina nodded, "I didn't know, and I wasn't planning to because I do not want both of us to have more issues, but Black Queen beat me to it by mixing with my DNA markup," she picked Berta up with her arms, "I'll see you later, Emma. I need to make sure the baby is alive."

Emma stood in stun, watching Regina vanish in black smoke, even though she doesn't want anything wrong to happen to Berta. Regina teleported to her castle on the third floor where Berta sleeps in, with brown maple wood four bedposts with a cozy fireplace that has an enormous armchair. It is a simple room that could fit for a princess or maid for that matter.

"Regina! mom …," Razi stopped when she saw Berta on the bed in relief, "will she be ok?"

Regina nodded with her sad eyes, "Yes, Razi. You can go back to sleep. I will stay with her for remaining of the night."

Regina waited until after Razi left to begin healing her for the second time, then she kept her right hand on her belly so it can absorb her essence. Regina wonders what she meant by her fate is sealed, which cannot be right at all. She is getting tired of every bomb throws at her that she has to prevent, but sometimes she doesn't see it coming. Regina's eyes soften while stroking her hair while studying her face, who seems to be sleeping peacefully, "Berta … you have to wake up."

Regina made a mental note to go back to the vault to see what's missing or if there's something she needed, but haven't taken then sighs heavily, "Berta … wake up, please."

After a few minutes, Berta finally woke up seeing Regina resting beside her, "Regina, what happened?"

"You don't remember?" Regina asked, puzzled.

Berta doesn't understand the question, "Last time, I remember I went to sleep, then I went black."

Regina nodded, "You scared me for a moment … it doesn't matter as long you're fine, and you'll be staying with me at the mansion until I find out what is after this baby this time."

Berta felt Regina's magic on her belly touched on her skin, "Is the baby still alive?"

Regina smiles warmly, "The baby is perfectly healthy as far as I know."

Berta felt huge relief thankful that the baby still unharmed, then Regina continued, "You can go back to sleep … sorry to wake you."

Berta is too scared to go back to sleep alone, "You'll be here until I fall asleep?"

Regina promises she will still haven't removed her hands from her belly.
