Regina smiles, looking up and down, "You look handsome, savior," and then she took the flowers from Emma's hand.
Emma smiles back, remembering because she saw one in her office, "You look stunning yourself, my Queen."
Regina bowed, teleporting the flowers into a vase in the kitchen, "Thank you." Regina pulled Emma in kissed her wildly on the lips, but Emma stopped, "We have plenty of time for that, but for now, let's enjoy the ride." Emma moved on the side, pointing at the horses, and then they both walked to the carriage. Emma made the transport go slow magically on purpose. Emma felt joy in her heart that Regina was now utterly drawn to her that they both cannot take their eyes off of each other, still smiling. Emma has half braided her hair up. Regina whispered to her ears, "this may seem impropriated of me, but you look fuckable."
Emma cleared her throat about to faint as heat rises within her, but she needs to focus for an upcoming party and what she needs to say, still trying to find another way, "I don't want to mess your grown, my Queen."
Regina doesn't care because she can fix it, but she misses the heat between them. Finally, she thought, Regina and Emma, are back to normal that they are romantic like before and that Emma has eventually folded. Regina longed for the heat of Emma's body against hers. Regina is teasingly kissing the side of her face then down on her neck. Emma tries to keep in control, smiling as she felt already so wet by a simple touch, breathing hard. When they drew closer, Regina stopped in awe, "Emma, is that Eva's kingdom?"
Regina's face was priceless as Emma beamed in pride, "I have been practicing, and our daughters helped me."
Regina kissed her on the mouth, "You cannot believe you did this for me."
Emma kissed back and then gotten serious, "Regina, umm," Emma started to get nervous but gathered her thoughts, "First, I want to apologize for being an ass when you came back. I should not have had bitterness against you. I am sorry for not having faith in us."
Regina listened then replied, "I am sorry too for," Regina heavily sighs because admitting is not her strongest suit, "I am sorry for cheating on you. There is no excuse that I could not control myself."
Emma shakes her head, "Part of that is my fault because I pushed you into Berta's arm. I take part of the blame. I umm, we have two different dates for both of us. The first one was for you because when I was 16 years old that my grandma wrote me a letter. I don't have a letter with me, but I remember what she said. She said to pick 16 people, and it can be more, but I could never complete it because the first candle is for my partner's parents, and the 16supth/sup candle is for my partner."
Regina smiles thought Emma is amazingly goodhearted then Emma continued, "We haven't celebrated our anniversary this year, and if it weren't for the curse and the time change, we would be married for almost 20 years."
Regina was shocked to hear how long they been together, "Really?"
Emma nodded, "When I thought about our marriage and Merida reminded me that we both have been through a lot together and I never want to give this to concede. I am sorry that I forgot how important you are to me."
"You're not the only one, Emma. I forgot about you and us," Regina was in tears at her earnest words.
Emma lightly kissed her cheek, "We both did. I know we started fresh too many to count, but I would like to try again if you would give me another chance. I promise I'll do better to provide the support you needed and be at your side no matter what throws at us."
Regina carefully listened as she nodded in agreement, "I promise from here and now that I will never cause doubt in you and wane from you. I will remain on your side. I would very much like for you to give me another chance as well."
Emma, in tears, laughs, kissed her soundly on the mouth, "I love you so much, babe."
They already arrived, Emma turns, and "Shit … we are late."
Regina laughs how hurried Emma becomes, "The Queens are never late."
Emma stopped herself from getting out puzzled at that statement, "My god, you're right. You're the Queen, so that makes me …"
Regina asked, dumbfounded, "Just now you realize that?"
Emma laughs to herself, "If the whole time I was the Queen, then why people listen to you more than me even I was the Savior?"
Regina shrugged, "They are more afraid of me than you, so they know not to mess with me."
Emma threw her arms up, "But I gave them all happy ending and their Savior; does that mean anything to them?"
Regina pushed Emma out of the carriage, "Just get out, Emma."
Emma groaned, "Even with the people, and I cannot win with you."
Regina evilly laughs, "You can keep trying, and maybe one day, you get lucky."
Emma smirked, "Yeah, right."
Emma led her into the long hall to the ballroom then remembered her parents, "I have another surprise for you in there. I borrowed them only for a few hours."
Regina wondered who but decided to wait and see still in awe of the entire White Kingdom that looked like the same way from Enchanted Forest. There are two guards by the door preparing to open as they bowed, "Your Majesties."
Emma wrapped around Regina's arms, bracing herself, and then the two guards opened the door. Regina saw every single person in the entire family, including Zelena and Berta, slowly scanning the room until she saw her parents, "Mother? Father?"
Regina ran hugs them tightly speechless, and they told them they were proud of her and happy for her. Everyone catches up, and then everyone started dancing, including Regina and Emma, for hours. Regina never felt more comfortable in their entire life until today, and Regina is amazed at how much Emma goes through for her. This time, Regina and Emma had a slow dance, and then Regina spoke up, "Thank you for doing this for me. I don't know what to say."
"Anything for you, babe." Emma beamed proudly.
The four layers cake came out with fireworks candles, exactly 16 candles, and then Regina eyes' became wide completely surprised how huge this cake. Everyone gathered close to the cake as Emma stood behind the cake with Regina. Regina's parents stood with their arms wrapped around Regina.
Emma cleared her throat started to speak nervously, "I made a promise to my grandma Eva when she wrote me a letter on my sixteen birthday. Sixteen candles exactly for sixteen people and more; however, I never completed lighting all the candles until today.
First, Cora and Henry, there are no secrets that we both didn't like one another. We all made a lot of mistakes, but you both were there for Regina. You wanted to give Regina the best chance to be successful in life. You both taught her never to settle for less than what she deserves. I could never be prouder to call her my wife. I promise to you both that I will always love her until the end of my days, making sure she gets more than she deserves.
Mother and Father, you taught me to hope and fight for what I believe. You gave me the support I needed to chase my dream. You both made me realize that I can put more time into my work and improve myself. Thank you for showing me the light at the end of the tunnel.
My brothers, my sons, and daughters, you all bought joy in my life. I am thankful for your tenderness and kindness. You all have a compassionate soul. You have shown care for the people, so you kept sticking up to them no matter how wrong they are. I loved your wit and your humor that drives people crazy. You always seem to find ways to brighten my day. I am the one who is extremely lucky to have you all. I love you all.
All of my friends and families when I came to Storybrooke, and you all supported me right away. I just want you all to know that I appreciate you and you and grateful to know you. You always gave me your time that I needed. Thank you for those moments that can make the day special because of you all. Thank you for meeting me halfway. I know I was immature, show tantrums sometimes and stubborn, but you all never abandoned me. Thank you for accepting me in your life. I do not know what I did to deserve you all.
Regina Swan-Mills. My wife, my Queen, and the love of my life. I had to pen down my thoughts of what I want to say because I get weak in the knees, expressing my feelings, and I'm never really good at it. I did not want you to miss the chance to let you know and everyone to know that I wish to tell you that I love you till eternity. I am madly in love with you with your gentle smile, the spark in your eyes, and your warm touches, but most of all, and the essence of the bond we share. I have never known true love since I fought for you. You made my world beautiful. You are my life and soul, and always will be mine. You are my first and last; you are my future and present. Loving you is all I ever will do because I need you in my life. Without your love, I know I will never found my way. I will always love you, no matter where life ends up taking us because I cannot live without you. You are all I needed to make my life complete."
Everyone cried and cheered, watching Emma kissing Regina then Emma whispered to Emma's ears, "I love you, babe." Regina's heartfelt heavy with her words that she thought she doesn't deserve her, "I love you too. What will I do without you?"
Emma replied quietly, "Let's never find out."
Emma lighted all the fireworks candles, then everyone backed away, laughing watching the fireworks going off. The young children loved it and wanted to do it again. They all ate the cake with the wine while Emma talked with everyone. When it was time for Cora and Henry to leave because John reappeared privately, so Emma wrapped the party up because it was getting late. Everyone raises their wine of glass towards Regina and Emma, "To the power couple, Happy Anniversary."
Regina hugged her parents before they departed with John while Henry and Cora told Emma to keep Regina happy. The illusion of Eva's castle as resumed to Charmings' castle because Emma didn't know how to make it permanent fantasy like Regina does. Everyone had gone home while Regina and Emma had to make sure the girls stayed with grandparents for the night. Emma secretly planned Berta and Razi to sleep in the mansion, so they both have their privacy at their castle and in the bedroom. Emma did suggest that they could sleep in her parent's castle, but Berta and Razi didn't want to because they feel the Charmings are trying to kick them out of Storybrooke.
Emma felt fulfilled to light all sixteen candles in honor of her grandma Eva as she thought about her quietly while Regina and Berta chatted. Emma doesn't care what Berta is doing anymore while she watches them talking intimately. When Regina left to speak with her daughters, Emma teleported both of them to the mansion without thinking how her magic affects her baby. Berta didn't want to tell her, but wonders why Regina hasn't told Emma about this specific information.
Regina returns to where Emma stood alone in the corner, waiting for her, "Penny for your thoughts?"
Emma shrugged, "I was just thinking about my grandma. I had my fifteen princess party like every other royalty in the family, but grandma wrote to me on my sixteenth, so sometimes I wonder what the wait."
Regina listened then explained, "When a lady turns fifteen, so there is a grand party because it marked that she become womanhood, but Eva was counting your milestones."
Emma's eyes crossed, "What? What is the difference between 15 and 16 years old girl? I'm telling you there not one difference."
Regina tries not to laugh, "At sixteen years old is when she is an adult because it ends of the person's major puberty and emotional swings. A sixteen years old girl can reason logically and have certain cognitive abilities that adults have, so in reality, they can make some decisions in the heat without consultation. Thus, sixteen years old girl, adolescents exhibit some of the adult maturity."
Emma pointed at the eaten cake, "That makes sense, so that is why she wrote about being wed to someone and among other things."
Regina tilted, seeing candles on the table beside the cake, "You finish all sixteen candles. How do you feel?"
Emma smiles, "It feels good, but it proves that she was right."
Regina asked, started to walk down the hall with Emma, "How so?"
"She wrote that I could light it, but don't do it to honor my sweetheart until this person is mated to me for the rest of my life to avoid being heartbroken. I am glad I waited because that will become meaningless if I do it with my sweetheart, who we might never end up together. Every time I light my candles for my birthday, I never showed appreciation to my past sweethearts and their parents. When I light the first candle to honor your parents, and I felt the world is bigger than I am. I never realize the peculiar detail has a huge meaning to life than I thought. So I'm glad I waited because it was worth the wait. You were worth the wait, so my grandma was right."
Regina embraces her warmly while kissed her cheek, "She loves you very much. I am sure she was watching over this anniversary party.
Emma hugged back tightly, "Ready for the next date?"
Regina rolled her eyes, "Why do I feel like your mind is always in the gutter?"
Emma shot back, laughing, "Because I always am."
"Not pizza and sex."
Emma rolled her eyes this time, "That may sound good, but no. It is more than that."
Emma reaches out her hands for Regina to grab, and then they evaporate in white smoke teleporting to their castle in their bedroom. Emma laid out strawberries and fruits along with other few things, but Regina doesn't know what the point of this is. Emma explained, "This is our home in the beginning at the Enchanted Forest. I promised you that you can always do whatever you want, and anytime you need to break down, then I'm yours."
Regina tries to understand what Emma is saying, "I see, so you're saying that you're ok with everything, and I can work with you?"
Emma beamed from ear to ear, "Let's play a game like we usually do, but this time with your style."
Regina stopped her unsure because she's mainly afraid to hurt her, "Let's go slow, and we'll need safety word because I know I need one."
Emma respected her wish, "Unicorn will be our safety word then."
Regina's eyes wide how fast she replied, "You went to bed thousands of times aroused for the past few months, I'm sure."
Emma nodded in honesty, "I thought about this millions of times, I admit. You always make me wet no matter what you do around the house."
Regina understood, but since she is more tuned in herself that causes her sex life to decline because she focuses all her time on taking care of Berta and her baby to make sure everything turns out alright. Regina and Emma played their own game, but Regina kept it slow and softy. Emma was frustrated how Regina is withheld of herself but she was patient with Regina knowing she needs to take her time to gain trust. Emma wanted Regina to trust her in every area of their lives.
