Brick: So I finally get to-
Tooney: Don't spoil it, Brick! You'll ruin it for everybody, you jerk!
Brick: *holds his hands up in defense* ooooohhhh, sorry. Just do the damn disclaimor, will you.
Tooney: *sighs* Fiiiiinnnnee...Disclaimor: I do not own the Powerpuff Girls series, nor the characters, they belong to Gendy Tartarkofski, Cartoon Network, and Boomerang. The story however is my idea, because of my idea machine, aka, my brain. There, happy, Brick?
Brick: Nope, but as long as I get Bubbles, I will be.
Tooney: Of course, Brick. This fic is about you and Bubbles, after all.
Chapter 14-I Forgive You
Bubbles POV:
I can't believe it! This is the second time I've been kissed by Brick! But this kiss is different. It feels so...genuine. Like a real kiss to show that he meant it. As I was processing on what's happening right now, my arms wrapped around his neck, deepining the kiss instinctively. Both our tongues were dancing around, just to see which one would win, Brick's turned out to be the victor.
As we continued our make out session, it feels like Brick's hands slid down to my butt, squeezing both cheeks, making me yelp, stopping our kiss with his hands held high away from my butt.
"Heh, sorry. My hands sometimes has a mind of their own," he said with a smug smile, even I couldn't help but laugh about it.
"Yeah, just how many behinds have you groped, Mr. Grabby?" I teased him with a smirk, my hands on my hips.
"Ah, touche," he said, but his face got a little serious mixed with guilt, "listen, with all jokes aside, I'm sorry. I didn't know that when we first kiss earlier when we arrived here, I had no idea that it was your first kiss too. I apologize when I said that the kiss was for show, but it really wasn't for show. I lied about it. You just look like the kind of girl that any guy would go crazy for and have you as their girlfriend. So I thought that...you've already had your first kiss, but it turned out to be me. I'm your first kiss, but yet...I'm honored to be your first kiss, Bubbles. Really I am."
I was shocked. He feels honored to be my first kiss?
"Are you lying to me? I'm still mad about you saying that kiss was for show!" I said angily.
"I know, you deserve to be pissed at me and I'm sorry. I just didn't want them to find out about me and my brothers being vampires is all. To be honest, I...I really..." he explained to me, while his face was burning red with embarassement. My eyes widen.
"You what?" I looked at him, waiting for his response.
"Iyyyyyeeeeeaaaaa..." he said, as his hand rubbed the back of his neck, biting his lip as his face was getting brighter, then he said, "I really like you. Like, a lot. I really want you to be mine. Like...always..."
Did he confessed? No way! He actually confessed! To me, no doubt! My face burns bright red by him, but yet, still a part of me still feels like none of this isn't real. What if he's lying?
"Are you lying to me?" I asked. He shakes his head 'No'. I was at a loss for words. I never had a guy like and kiss me before. Brick is the first guy to ever like someone like me, who doesn't friend zone me.
"Hey." He said, snapping me out of my train of thought.
"Yes?" I asked.
"Look, we'll talk about this later. Right now we've got a birthday to get back to." He said, pointing his thumb to the door. I gasped as I held Alaura's gift from me.
"Oh, gosh, you're right! Plus, Buttercup is gonna kill me if I don't return her baby! She reminds me of Dean, sometimes."
"Who's Dean?" He asked me with his left eyebrow lifted in suspicion.
"He's a character from a t.v. show called 'Supernatural'." I explained.
"Oh." Was all he said, as we leave my room and the house to get back to Alaura's house, before facing the wrath of Buttercup.
-Time skip to Landon and Alaura's place (Brick drove this time)-
Brick's POV:
We finally made it back to Alaura's house after finding her gift from Bubbles, thank Nosferatu. We went inside and notice everyone was dancing to the music. Boomer was dancing with the birthday girl Alaura. Along with Blossom and her nerdy boyfriend Dexter. Buttercup was making out with that guy Jeremiah on the sofa while she was in his lap, Tamar and Landon was in the kitchen making snacks while talking, and Butch was playing Nintendo Switch with Jessica. I think it was Smash Bros. or something.
"Hi, Everyone, we're back!" Bubbles announced. Alaura heard her voice and jumped up, and ran to me and Bubbles with her hands out, waiting for her gift.
"Gimmie!" Alaura demands excitedly with a big grin on her face. Bubbles giggled as she looked in her bag and pulled out her gift.
Alaura savagely ripped open the wrapping paper piece by piece, tossing the poor wrapping paper on the ground. When she opened the box, her expression was filled with happiness when she saw the two butterfly necklace.
"Oh, Bubbles it's so pretty! I love it!" She said as she was wrapping the necklace around her neck, as Bubbles helped her put it on. After that, they smiled and gave each other a hug.
"Thank you, Bubs, I love it!" She said while hugging her.
"Happy Birthday, Alaura. Glad you love your gift," Bubbles said, also still hugging the birthday girl.
I couldn't help but smile at the scene. Then I looked at everyone else to see that they're all having a good time. Bubbles and Alaura broke away from the hug as Alaura told Bubbles that she was gonna show her necklace to everyone, turned away and left to show her necklace around and also wanting to dance with Boomer some more, leaving me and Bubbles by ourselves.
"Hey, Brick?" She called to me in question.
"Yeah?" I inquired.
"Um..." her face was bright red once again, full of nervousness. I find that cute on her.
"What is it?" I inquired again, but in amusement with a smirk.
"I, uh...wanted to say thank you for helping me find Alaura's gift. And for letting me come and see everyone today. And I forgive you," she said with graditude as she smiles brightly.
I was smiling fondly from her graditude, then smirked once again as I say, "Wanna go play Nintendo with Butch and Jessica?" I said while pointing my thumb at the two of them.
She looks at them, then smirks evily as she looked at me, "Sure~Let's double team on them and kick their butts! I'm good with everyone, especially with Pikachu and Kirby!" She said with enthusiasm. God, I love her~!
We nod our heads as we join Butch and Jessica in a game of Smash Brothers.
~1 hour Later~
Bubbles and I were on the red team and Butch and Jessica were on the green team. I was playing as Mario and Bubbles was Kirby, while Butch was Ike and Jessica was Marth. It was a tie breaker and everyone who was dancing and partying was watching the four of us playing our match.
"Go, Brick & Bubbles!" Cheered Blossom, Buttercup, Alaura, and Dexter together.
"Go, Butch & Jessica!" Cheered Jeremiah, Tamar, Boomer, and Landon.
"Ha! Bubbles and I are kicking both of your asses!" I taunted, seeing Butch get annoyed.
"You won't win, Brick!" Butch assured, "Jessica and I are gonna-" Butch was interupted when the front door bursted open, revealing five uninvited guests that Butch and Bubbles recognize already, the game already forgotten. It was Ace and his crew. What the fuck do they want!?
"Oh, no, Ace!" Gasped Bubbles quietly so no one hears her.
"Ah, shit!" Cursed Butch quietly same reason as Bubbles.
"Well, well, welly, welly, well, guys..." says Ace, looking around the house, as the others looked worried, scared, confused, and serious. Then, Ace turns to look at Butch "...looks like our good friend Butchy, his little maid, and his brothers are here partying."
The Green Gang chuckled mischiefly, but it was forced due to following their leader's orders, not liking where this is going. What's Ace planning? Fuck, not only other vampires, but demon minds are another being my brothers and I can't read!
"What do you want, Ace?" Butch demanded through gritted teeth. Ace took his glasses off mock dramaticly as he looked at Butch with a mock hurt look. God, what a fuck face.
"Why, Butch. Buddy. You came to a party? Without inviting me and the guys? I'm hurt." Ace said, pretending he was affended, then snorts out laughing.
I looked at Ace with malice, while pulling Bubbles up close to me as Bubbles looked away not wanting to look at Ace, while Boomer bares his teeth, still keeping calm, trying not to let his fangs show in front of everyone, Butch and I were doing the same.
At that moment as everyone was watching what was happening, Ace snaps his fingers.
"Hey, Snake!" Ace called for Snake, as he came up to Ace's side.
"Yessssss Acccceeeee?" Snake inquired.
"Show these people that trick you do."
"Oh, you mean the one where I unzip my pants and-" Ace bonks Snake on the head.
"Not that trick, Dumbass! The other trick, with your eyes!" Ace points to his eyes.
Snake's eyes widen, getting what Ace ment. Nodding his head, Snake stands in front of everyone as they watched him wearily. Snakes eyes were closed, then they were opened as they gleam. Wait, what's he...
Everyone except me, Bubbles, Jessica, and my brothers, were looking into Snake's eyes. Oh, shit!
"Everyone don't look!" I warned, but it was too late. Nobody was moving, because they were turned to stone.
