Danny hummed as he put together a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The peanut butter jar was nearing the end of it's life and the jelly was ten years expired, but hey, it hasn't killed him yet.

He carefully placed one slice of bread on top of the other and set it on a plate next to two bowls of salad with spinach, mushrooms, cucumbers, and tomatoes in it. Turning his head to the left, he yelled behind him and up the stairs.

"Dash! Come downstairs! I'm almost done with your sandwich."

Suddenly, as Danny was slathering the slice of bread with jelly, something came up behind him. This caused Danny to scoop out more jelly than what he intended and he turned around just as a pair of arms wrapped around his middle.

"Danny you don't need to yell, I'm right here." Dash rested his chin on Danny's shoulder.

Rolling his eyes, Danny haphazardly slapped the two pieces of bread together and set it on the plate next to the other sandwich.

Dash looked at the plate and his eyes widened in mock despair.

"What did you do to that sandwich?! It's insides! It's all oozing out!" Dash wailed.

Danny handed Dash one of the bowls of salad and then picked up his own bowl and the plate before walking into the living room. "If you hadn't startled me it would be just as perfect as my sandwich was."

"Meh meh meh as perfect as my sandwich was." Dash mumbled in a high pitched voice, flopping onto the couch. Danny sat beside him and placed the plate on the coffee table. "What are we watching today?"

"Hmm." Danny said, tapping his chin. "I was thinking something about space."

"What other space movies are there? Haven't we watched all of them?"

"Nope! Not even close! This one's more of a kids movie though, it'll be fun."

Danny put the movie on and they began eating. As it started Dash nearly choked on his spinach.

"It's a space movie about flies? Flies trying to go to the moon?"

"Yeah! It's so much fun!"

Dash smiled and shook his head and continued eating with his left hand, grabbing Danny's hand with the other. "Whatever you say."

Danny squeezed Dash's hand as he stuffed a fork full of veggies in his mouth, staring at the tv, captivated by the movie.
