Chapter 19

A/N: Now for something completely different… Pokemon

"Don't ignore me." Blue said as I walked past him

"I'm not ignoring you." I said. "I'm wondering why the badge check building is frozen."

"What?" he asked as he walked to my side. "When the fuck did that happen?"

"I can't get in. The entire building is totally frozen." Leaf siad

"Articuno must have done this." A voice said from behind us. We looked to see it was Giovanni. "The legendary ice bird and one of the three bird legendaries. The other two Zapdos and Moltress control the other two elements. Zapdos controls electricity while Moltress controls Fire."

I step forward. "Where can we find them?"

"As Articuno has left Seafoam Islands it is safe to think the other two have left their place of origin too. So I have no idea." He then got a call on his cell phone. "Yes… I can help… they need help too… Okay I'll… send help." He then ended the call. 'Moltres is giving Sabrina trouble in Saffron, Zapdos is giving Misty trouble in Cerulean, and Articuno is causing trouble for Brock in Pewter. Have fun. "Was the last thing he said to us.

"So who goes after what?" Blue said

"Didn't think you would ask for help." Leaf said

"If it was a normal Pokemon I wouldn't but we're dealing with legends." Blue said

"Blue should go after Articuno as he has Charizard. Leaf should go after Moltress as she has Blastoise. I will go after Zapdos as I… don't have any other target." I said

"Don't have a better plan." Blue said

"Neither do I." Leaf said

"Okay 'team' let's get going." I said. Me and Blue called our Pidgeot's while Leaf called her. Fearow and we were off to our birds.

Blue

I landed in Pewter City. "I have to say for once… I'm nervous." There were Ice Beam's everywhere.. Brock called over to me

"I could use your help here." He said

"Yeah yeah don't get your panties bunched up. I'm coming." I returned Pidgeot and sent out Charizard. "Let's go. Aim for bird and fire Flamethrower.." It was a direct hit as it was focused on Brock. "That was easy." Then an Ice Beam came and almost hit Charizard. "What the…" Articuno looked mad. Also not hurt at all.

"I actually thought that would do something. " Brock said. "Onix use Rock Throw," Onix also hit the bird but then it was knocked out with Ice Beam. "Onix return. I'm out of Pokemon Blue. It's up to you." he said.

"I'll take care of it, don't worry.." I said. It was then I remembered something. "Charizard learn Fire Blast." I said throwing the TM toward him and he ate it. I checked my Pokedex and told him to forget Fire spin. 'Now use it." I told him. Another direct hit and this time it looked like it did something. "Well I'm not letting this chance slip by. Ultra Ball let's go." It hit but Articuno busted out. "Charizard Fire Blast again." Another direct hit and another Ultra ball later. "Welcome to the box Articuno." I then had Pidgeot fly me back to Route 22

Leaf

'I wish I knew what Jake was thinking. Sending me a poor defenseless girl on her own." I said when I landed

"I don't know about anyone else but you're far from defenseless." Sabrina said. "Alakazam psybeam." Moltress dodged it

"Blastoise Hydro Pump." It hit directly. "And with a direct hit it does… nothing." I said looking at it. I then thought of a plan and returned Blastoise. "Sabrina is the hole patched up at Silph?"

"The one at top. No why?"

"Give me 5 minutes and then lure it as close to the hole as you can." I ran off waiting for her to answer. When I got to the president's room I sent Blastoise back out. "Get ready to use Skull Bash against that bird buddy." Blastoise nodded and got ready. Sabrina got it 5 feet from the hole. "Now! Blastoise use Skull Bash." Blastoise did and it hit. "Now grab him and use Hydro Pump." At that point Moltress looked weak. I let an Ultra ball slip out of my hand and hit Moltress hard on the head. It bounced off his head and when it stopped bouncing and rolling Moltress was caught. "You were a tough little fucker weren't you." I said and called out Fearow to head back to Route 22.

Jake

"You think you can beat him?" Lisa asked when she landed

"I can try.' I told her

"Well as it has electric powers count me out." She pecked her Poke ball and went in.

"Flying and Electric are a tricky combination." I thought before I heard...

"Are you going to just stand there looking pretty or are you going to help?" Misty asked annoyed.

"Sorry about that." I said. "Paula is probably my best Pokemon for this. You're up Paula. Thunderbolt the Zapdos." She came out of her ball and did just that.

"Why did you do that? That's not doing anything. Starmie Ice Beam." That however did something and froze a wing which caused Zapdos to fly funny till it crash landed.

"Ultra Ball, go" I caught Zapdos easily. "That was too easy. Maybe it took a lot of damage from that crash landing."

"I suppose I should thank you. With that distraction I was able to hit it " Misty said as she returned Starmie to it's ball.

"Zeus." I said and with that Zapdos was sent to the box. "No problem Misty." I said returning Paula and getting back on Lisa.

"Wait. Good luck in the League." Misty said

"Thanks and I returned to Route 22.

Route 22

"So did either of you have trouble?" Leaf asked. "Oh yeah I also caught Moltress

"No problems." I said. "And I caught Zapdos

"Cause we're three for three for catching those birds" Blue said

"Looks like the only thing is to figure out how to thaw out the building without burning it down." I said

"That's where I come in." A girl that had long brown hair and a white dress and sandals came up to us. "Are you three the ones that Oak gave his ?" She asked

"Yeah and who are you?" Blue asked

"I'm Jasmine. The Olivine City Gym Leader in the Johto Region." She said. Then walked past us and touched the ice that surrounded the building. She then threw a Poke ball up. "Steelix, come down with an Iron Tail." The "Steelix" did just that and destroyed the ice with one strike. We were stunned to see that. "There you three go. I have to go but hopefully that helped." She said and left.

"How about the three of us work together to get through Victory Road then we will all take the League down separately?" Leaf suggested.

"Whatever." Blue said.

"I guess." I said. We made it to the League after passing the Road of Victory and we saw the big building. We each healed our Pokemon and then we each ordered Lemonade and food for our Pokemon.

"So who decides the order?" Blue asked.

" I think it should be who got the final badge first." I said. "Meaning I'll go last. But Blue you're the first up."

"Alright then smell ya later." Blue went in and won the league but Leaf lost against Lance.

I made it though the League using type matchups. But then one more person came to mind. 'You must defeat Blue to become the Champion.' Lance told me

"Thank you.' I said and went to claim my destiny
