Fifteen minutes later, Vic had made it to the Escobar International Airport leaning against his vehicle. He sighed, as he missed his opportunity to retain his job as a security guard there, all thanks to the Cholos earlier. Night had fallen, and the lights around the airport shone brightly.

Vic was turned to his right side as he saw an airplane soaring in the sky. He was so busy waiting around he didn't notice his younger brother Lance behind him. Lance, despite being the younger brother, was a tall, lean man, almost half a head taller than Vic, and he had a black flattop hairstyle and brown eyes behind his rounded eyeglasses. Lance wore a red T-shirt over faded blue jeans, and he was leaning against the vehicle behind his brother, who was still oblivious of his presence

"Hey, bro," Lance told Vic from behind, startling the latter.

Lance just chuckled as Vic glared at him, not very excited to see his brother. "Lance!" Vic shouted. "What are you doing here?"

"You don't sound so pleased!" Lance complained.

"I'm not so pleased," Vic replied.

"Thanks, bro," Lance told Vic sarcastically. "Who was you expecting? What a greeting man..."

"Not you" Vic replied bluntly. "Someone useful."

"So what am I?" Lance asked. "A handicap, huh? Your dumb ass, low life, no good brother?"

"Something like that," Vic answered curtly.

"Yeah, well," Lance responded turning back, "I'm not the one who got kicked out of the army."

"No - you're the asshole who got kicked out of the boy scouts," Vic retorted.

"Oh come on, man," Lance complained facing Vic. "I come all this way to see you and you treat me like I've got herpes."

"Maybe that's because your whole life, you've gotten us into trouble," Vic shot back.

It was true. Ever since they were children, Lance had gotten himself and Vic, as well as Pete on occasions, into trouble due to his antics. It was bad enough they were punished by their aunt for their troubles, but the trouble really got worse in high school, when the first time Lance attended high school with Vic back in Virginia when he was in the 9th grade and Vic was in the 11th grade, Lance gave Vic his first detention when he used Vic's science project to "help" improve it, which caused the whole lab to explode with bubbles, which inundated the lab and even failed Vic's science project, giving him his first 'F'. Vic has vowed to stay away from Lance during high school after it, and he hasn't been comfortable being around his younger brother ever since.

"Oh, gimme a break, man!" Lance pleaded. "I've changed!"

Vic stared at Lance. It was difficult for him to take his brother seriously due to his idiocy, and during adulthood, he wasn't sure if he would trust Lance with his empires. However, he still cared for his brother deep down, and maybe Lance had matured a bit ever since. So Vic made his decision.

"Okay," Vic agreed reluctantly. "I'll give you a chance. One chance."

"Yeah, yeah!" Lance cheered like a child excited to be at a fun park. He walked up to Vic to give him a hug. "Hey, come here man... You won't regret it, baby..."

Lance then stepped back to face Vic. "I love you, man, and love can change the world," Lance told Vic. "But Vic..."

"What," Vic asked.

"I have got herpes," Lance answered facetiously.

"Get off me man!" Vic growled shoving Lance off of him. "Just get in the damn car!"

Lance just laughed. "I was just kiddin'," he said.

Vic just shook his head. He had known Lance all his life to know that he was acting like an even bigger idiot than Martinez, which was definitely saying a lot considering what Martinez has been doing to him throughout the days. Despite what Lance claimed, Vic knew he was going to regret it anyway.

Lance got into the driver's seat of the Stinger while Vic took the passenger's seat. Vic then looked ahead to find the Cholos' vehicle up ahead.

Where the fuck those guys come from? he thought.

"All the Cholos have been looking for you Mr. Big-Shot," one of the members told Vic as he and the other member hopped out.

"What do you want with me?" Lance asked.

"I'm not talking to you," the member told Lance. "I'm talking to him!" He pointed at Vic, who had already taken out his machine gun. "You killed plenty Cholos... Now, we kill you plenty."

"Get us out of here Lance!" Vic ordered his brother as he fired at the Cholo members, killing each of them one by one.

Soon, more Cholos in their vehicles were seen driving up ahead. As Lance drove straight down the road, Vic fired at the Cholos' vehicles, which both caught on fire and exploded.

"Is this your idea of a welcome party?!" Lance shouted as he continued to drive straight.

"C'mon, move it!" Vic shouted

"W-wait, where in the hell am I going, man?!" Lance asked driving whimsically.

"Watch the road!" Vic shouted as Lance drove off a slightly steep ramp.

"OH, SHIIIIIIIIIIT!" Vic and Lance shouted together as the car leaped high in the air.

The car landed in the road of Little Havana, and Lance continued driving

"I'm just too pretty to die!" Lance shouted chuckling. "Woo! Look out Vic!"

The Cholos were right ahead. Vic fired at them and killed them one by one as Lance zoomed past their corpses.

"Look out, Vic!" Lance shouted. "There's more of them!"

"I can see that, Lance!" Vic shouted shooting more of the Cholos up ahead.

As Lance made a left turn, another Cholo Sabre came riding up ahead, and Vic fired at the vehicle, riddling multiple bullets in the vehicle until it caught fire and exploded.

"Do you have any friends in this town?!" Lance shouted at Vic.

Vic didn't have time to answer. He just fired at the Cholos, killing each member one by one as Lance continued driving around Little Havana and finally made it through Little Haiti, which had even more Cholos up ahead.

"Shit!" Lance yelled. "They're everywhere!"

Vic just fired at the Cholos and killed several of them as Lance drove off another ramp and into a long drainage, which he drove through. Vic continued shooting back at the Cholos from above the were even some on motorbikes chasing after the Vance brothers, and Lance had finally exited out of the drainage.

Lance continued driving

"One more Lance Vance Chance!" Lance shouted as he drove off a huge ramp, causing the vehicle to leap ten feet in the air, right above the awning of the building.

"LAAAAAAANCE, YOU PRICK!" Vic bellowed angrily as the vehicle soared in the air and slammed hard back onto the ground.

Vic and Lance were unscathed, but the car instantly caught on fire. The brothers quickly exited the car and walked away.

"You're never driving again," Vic growled at his brother.

"I had it wit' you, man," Lance complained. "You put me off! Always treat me like a kid."

The vehicle behind the brothers exploded, and they ran into the Cholos once again. Because Lance was unarmed, it was up to Vic to defend himself and his brother from the Cholos. So Vic ducked out of the gunfire and shot down each Cholo member. Lance crouched behind the fence for cover, and the final Cholo member dropped dead on the ground as Vic fired at him.

"I'd appreciate a ride to my hotel," Lance told Vic. "Palms Hotel in Downtown."

So Vic and Lance swiped one of the Cholos' Sabres and Vic drove away. He drove straight down and made a left turn on the other end of the road, which he drove straight down.

The bright lights from the buildings and headlights of the vehicles shone through the street in the navy, nocturnal sky. Lance turned on the radio, in which Rockwell's "Somebody's Watching Me" was playing in.

Lance had invented his own dance move, which he named the Lance Vance Dance. Being the show-off in school, he showed it off and was teased about his name as well.

Vic finally made it through Downtown and to a hotel named Palms Hotel. He pulled up front and took a view at the edifice. There was a red awning above the front entrance, and it had intricate pillars in between the door.

"Impressive," Vic said. "This place ain't cheap."

Lance just laughed. "I wouldn't know," he said hopping out of the vehicle. "I told them to bill you."

"Wha..." Vic started to ask as he saw his brother enter the hotel.

Vic just sighed in annoyance. I really hope I don't regret this, he thought.

Without any more thoughts, he decided to drive back to his apartment in Viceport. It was a long day for him, and he was feeling tired and ready for some shut-eye.
