Ch 19

To the beach

Few days have passed seen the festival happened and those that got to go to the beach were getting their bags ready for the trip. Lucky I was able to invite along Ino and Hinata too as I head a small village near the beach is having a small festival so me and all the girls decided to bring kimonos as well with us as all five of us went shopping for swimsuits. After trying on thinking of what types we wear we all picked one and were all happy in what we just picked out.
Once everyone was all set, we were to meet up at the village main gate for us all to head off together. Once I got my own bag sorted and tended to my garden so it be fine on its own for a while I say goodbye to my parents and heads off. I soon arrive and greets everyone as it was just Kakashi and Guy sensei team to come as Gaara team was here. I walk over to Ino and Hinata who just arrived now as we three chats a bit.

After a bit the rest shows up as we now head off with the three Jonin leading the way now. Guy sensei wanted us all to race to the location as him and Lee were just about to run off ahead when Kakashi and Baki hold them both shooting them glares as they give out to Guy for being reckless. We keep walking at a group as me and the girls walks in a group chatting together on what we like to do on the beach.
Tenten" we could go diving under the water to see coral and the fishes too that be neat." She smiles thinking of it. Ino" I'd like it if some cute boys hit on me, aww would that be so romantic." She gets a dreaming look picturing a guy at the beach chatting to her. "well with all us together other guys might get the idea were all together Ino. But who knows?" She pouts hearing this thinking that might happen.

Temari "well I'd like to take a dip in the water, nice change from living in a desert my whole life" she smiles a bit as we laugh a bit at this agreeing. Hinata"…umm.. I like if we all have fun in the water too…." I smiles at her nodding."yea your right, we could swim and play around in the water Hinata. This beach trip will be a blast." We all smiles really looking forward to it.
Most of the guys were looking forward to it but some were curious on what kind of swimsuit I be mostly wearing. Some had sneaky dirty thoughts they couldn't get away with from their minds quick enough to get a reaction from. After walking for a while longer we soon arrives at the small village just by the beach as from the entrance we see a view of the sea as it was clear skies today.

Kakashi" me Baki and Guy will get us set up in a nearby inn for us, the rest of ye can explain the village for a bit and we all meet at the beach entrance in about 30 minutes ok. Stay in groups, no one go off on their own. Also no causing trouble either."he glances at Naruto and me for that last part as Naruto laughs looking away as I just whistles as he sighs as the three jonins head off now.
We all thought and as a group it be best we stick together for now not seeing any reason to split up now with only a little bit of time. We heads down the streets of the village many of us stopping to check out the different stands they have as they were starting to get things ready for the festival, as we found out would be starting tonight with some fireworks too.

After walking around the village a bit we soon gets to the beach gate a bit early as we wait around for our sensei's as were able to see a nice crowd of people already this. Ino"sweet I see some cute boys on the beach girls." She smiles already think of boys as I sighs beside her. "Ino its kind of clear why guys would chat up girls at the beach, and it's not to ask if they want shaved ice. Which is defiantly something we got to get."
The girls laughs at what I said as we agreed to get one if their some selling nearby as our three sensei's soon comes back as we got three large beach tents for each team as we got umbrellas, towels, some beach balls, and even some drinks in a cooler. Each team goes to their own as Ino and Hinata comes to the one I'm in as we wait outside as the boys get changed first inside.

Once all the boys changed me and the girls go and change as Guy sensei was already trying to get everyone do some stretches with him but only Lee joins him. Some of the others pull out the umbrellas and set the towers and got some chairs to sit in the shade and relax a bit and soon all the girls come out in their swimsuits as all the boys look as some blushes at what they see.
Temari and Hinata went with simple one piece swimsuits as Ino and Tenten went for two piece swimsuits. I does the same but my bottoms was shorts with a skirts and the top had ruffles as I ties my hair up."Alright! Its beach time!" holds a beach ball as Temari goes to relax under the shade as me and the others go into the water to pass the ball around with each other and splash water too all four of us having fun.

Sasuke" I can't believe she's wearing something like it...damn Suki.." he glances away from me trying to hide his blushing face looking the other way. But Kakashi noticed this as he was in a chair reading his book and chuckles at this. Neji" why can't she be more modest like lady Hinata...not that Suki doesn't look good in.. Arghh what am i thinking!" Neji scowled himself as he was trying to get rid of the thoughts.
Gaara was in the sad with Naruto as he making very detailed sand castles to distract him from me but takes sneaky glances. Gaara" ...Suki is so beautiful. wish I could say it too her.." he keeps focusing back on the sand castles doing much better then anything Naruto tries to make. Lee was too focus doing training with Guy sensei now to thinking about it. After we play around for a while we get a bit tried as we comes back to the shore to rest a bit as we get approached by a group of guys.

Guy1"Hey their ladies you wanna hang out with us?"he smiles and winks at us as the other guys chuckles smiling too as Tenten was creeped out. Hinata was nervous hiding a bit behind us as I just looks at them getting a bad vibe off them as I just smiles."so sorry but we need to get back to our group now if you excuse us." started to walk past them when one grabs my shoulder.
Guy1"aww that's cute playing hard to get cutie. Why don't you and I go get some alone time."He moves closer to me smirking. The guys notice the one near me as this almost made Sasuke, Neji and Gaara go for blood right now as I smiles."sure I'll go with you if you can look up and not be scared. I'll even throw in a kiss." I keeps smiling at the guy chuckles thinking joking but does look up.

What he saw left him and the other guys pale as ghosts now at what they see. As it was a venues fly trap plant that grew from my hair as he was growling at them angrily then lets out a loud roar at them. This causes all the guys to jump back and take off running in fear away from us only leaving dust behind them. I just laughs petting my plant as he goes back in my hair now.
Ino"woah Suki how you know those guys were creeps so fast?" I turns to her."oh no real reason they just gave off the creep vibes, so I was prepared to scare some off. I'm glad I did that was really funny." I smile laughing a bit as they girls sweat drop at me but were grateful for it. The guys calmed down but did wish they got to stand up to those guys to impress me. Me and the girls got back and dried off a bit with some towels as we just sit with Temari now chatting.

We all enjoy our time at the beach as later we decide to go underwater to go diving as me and Tenten, Sasuke, Naruto and Lee wanted to go as Guy sensei comes with us for it as he wanted to use it as a kind of training for us. Tenten sighs at him and Lee as they dive under without goggles as the rest of us get them and flippers as we heads down into the water. Once we go under we were able to see kind kinds of different coral and fish swimming around.
Me and Tenten went to get a closer look at the corals as Guy and Lee swim right to the bottom to try and hold their breath under all the pressure. Naruto was swimming around trying to catch some fish for lunch as Sasuke shakes his head and slowly follows me and Tenten. After swimming around for a bit I get the need for air as I was just about to swim up when I got my foot caught on some coral as I was struggling to break free.

I wasn't able to call for help due to being underwater so I just keep trying but I was losing air faster with all the moving around. However, my struggling didn't go unnoticed as Sasuke notices and quickly swims over and keeps get you free. Thankfully Sasuke got my foot loose and helps me get to the surface as I took in some water. Sasuke puts an arm around me helping me up as we get to the surface as I takes off my goggles and coughs up some sea water.
Sasuke"Suki are you ok?!" he looks at me worried as I takes a deep breath after coughing up some water. "yea I'm fine Sasuke thanks for the save."smiles at him as he helps me to shore now as he lets me lean on him as we walks back to our tent. Kakashi wasn't there as he wanted to go get some food for us all as Baki and Kankuro went with him. Sasuke gave me a towel to dry myself as I takes off the goggles and flippers as I sits back relaxing a bit as Sasuke throws a jacket to me.

I blinks confused by this as I looks at him as he glances away with a slight blush on his cheeks. Sasuke"you might catch a cold wearing something like that. Put that on alright Suki." I was more confused by this."huh why I'm not cold and what's wrong with my swimsuit anyways Sasuke?" he flinches really wishing I didn't ask as he keeps looking away. Sasuke"nothing at all Suki...it's very nice on you."
I hears this from Sasuke and smiles at him as I gets up and walks over to him and hugs him which shocks Sasuke a lot, causing him to flinch."aww you're so sweet Sasuke. I knew you weren't just a sour guy their some sweetness way down deep in you." Sasuke starts to blush more now from this as after a minute or so he slightly hugs me back now still really embarrassed by the hug and what you said about him.

I soon pulls back but hands back the jacket to him. "it's nice your concern for me but I'm not a damsel in destress, most of the time." laughs a bit to myself remember small times when I did some stupid things." so treat me like the ninja I am Sasuke, alright?" Sasuke looks at me and takes a deep breath as his face goes back to normal as he nods at me now. I smiles at this and turns grabbing his arm to head back outside into the sun again to have more fun at the beach with everyone.
Soon after a few hours pass by we all changed and gets our stuff and heads to the inn as the boys were in one room the girls in another and the sensei's had their own room as well as we were going to head off to the festival as me and the girls were changing into kimonos for it as we took a while longer to get ready as everyone else waits outside the in for us. Soon we start coming down as you hear a lot of thuds and a loud bang too as you see a sandal coming flying down the stairs."ooowww I hurt my pride you girls."

while coming down stairs one of my sandals slips off my feet and thankfully instead of falling forwards I fell back landing hard on my butt on the stairs, which Tenten and Ino helped me get up as we finally comes out now. I was slightly hopping with my one sandal as I gets to the other and gets it back on."urghh no one ask me to run, because I can't in this thing." I keeps whining as the other girls sigh at me but some of the guys blushing seeing me in my kimono, all thinking the same thing.
Kakashi chuckles and walks over patting my head. Kakashi "just enjoy yourself Suki, you look very nice in your kimono"he smiles at me as I smiles back as some of the guys shoot sneaky dead glares at Kakashi now. After this our sensei's said we should break up into groups as I whispers to Kakashi as he agrees with my idea as he lists out the teams. One group is of Neji, Tenten and Ino, another is Lee, Kankuro and Temari, also was just Naruto and Hinata and last was me with Sasuke and Gaara.

All three sensei's warns us not to cause trouble. Kakashi looks at me and Naruto and tells us our curfew is after the fireworks show as we all nods as each group heads off as I gave Hinata a thumbs up having gotten her to be with Naruto as I goes another way with Sasuke and Gaara. Both were happy to be with me but mostly wanted me to themself as I walks in the middle as both shoots glares at each other.
We walks around as I gets us to stop at some stands as I wanted to get some food and play some of the games too and hopefully win some prizes. Sasuke and Gaara both saw a chance to impress me as each went to a different stand with a game and with all their ninja training and without being caught cheating each one a big stuffed animal. Sasuke ends up getting a large black cat plush with black beady eyes. Whereas Gaara got a red panda bear plush.

I was at a food stand getting some yakisoba for each of us to each as both Sasuke and Gaara comes over and hands me their prize they one at them same time."aww your giving me these, that's sweet of you two. Thank you Sasuke and Gaara" I smiles at them as I takes each plush and gives them their yakisoba as we all goes to a bench to sit and eat our noodles now."you know the plush you gave remind me of you two."
They both stop eating and glance at me as I'm sitting in the middle."the black cat is so like you Sasuke, your cool and calm, can be mean but is really soft." I giggles elbowing him gently which causes him to look away embarrassed a bit." for you Gaara, you can be as scary as a bear but your kind, and the way you look, mostly your eyes are like a panda with your red hair." this too causes Gaara too look away embarrassed.

But both guys were happy hearing this as they had small blushes on their faced but had smiles too as just a moment later the fireworks go off as we looks up watching the, enjoying the noodles as both guys are glad to be in my company as I'm happy too.
