Deku, Callum, and Garnet were running in different directions, Garnet almost jumping too high for them to reach but getting pulled in, Deku running on them and away from them at the same time, and Callum was just running away.
Something was fluttering in Callum's shirt. It must have been the chrysalis. Garnet was being weighed down and was out of commission, and Callum was being pulled in too. Deku tried to punch Tamatoa in the eye, but he was struck down by an entire tree.
Then the vines grabbed each of them and pulled them all in. Tamatoa struck them all in one swoop into his claw and put all of them in his mouth whole and swallowed.
Meanwhile...
Ruby was racing towards Azula, just close enough to see her. Yang was running behind her, quickly losing track of her.
Ruby landed on top of Azula's back and curled her scythe around her and pulled it around Azula. She would have sliced her in half if Azula hadn't grabbed the edge and pushed herself under it. She stopped herself from falling with fire from her feet and flew away. Ruby raised her scythe and swung towards her, almost slicing Azula's spine. Azula noticed this and stopped.
Azula: Where did all this come from? Did I hurt your feelings?
Ruby: Not even. You're not worth the effort.
And then jumped, and swung again. Azula kicked the scythe into the air.
Azula: I doubt you'd actually do it.
Then Yang caught up with them.
Azula: But I will.
Then she made a strand of lighting in her hand and struck Ruby with it.
Yang jumped in the way and caught most of the lightning in her other gauntlet. But Ruby was still struck in the forehead. She was knocked out, and Yang's other Gauntlet was broken.
Azula decided to carry Ruby away as a prisoner, and Yang tried to rip off the white now white-hot metal gauntlet.
Meanwhile...
There was a slight shaking of the warehouse floor and the sounds of footsteps from all directions. They were not marching, but it was clearly footsteps.
Velma: Are you expecting company?
Voice: You don't know the half of it.
Velma: Why are you looking to get this many people here anyway? Are you compensating for your insecurities? Are you a virgin?
Voice: What- uh. I'm not... Aren't you supposed to be probing me for information?
Velma: Yes, That was a question.
Voice: Well, who would want to do it with a multidimensional diety?
Velma: A lot of people. Did you seriously think that was even half a functional excuse?
Voice: Are you aware that you are asking the biggest threat to the multiverse about his sexual history?
Velma: Definitely.
Voice: Just checking.
Meanwhile...
The miraculous superhero team was leading a large crowd to somewhere hopefully safe when they encountered a large blue woman. They couldn't just avoid her now. Ladybug swung her yoyo around a pole that was rather close to her and went around her legs in a big circle and tried to pull on them.
She was getting dragged by the moving legs, but they weren't going to be breaking free for a while.
Viperion: I know a way to get everyone out of the city. I'll be back soon.
Then he ran off and disappeared.
Rena Rouge used her illusion magic to make blue see a box of spikes around her.
Cat Noir: Is there anything you think she might consider personal?
Ladybug: No... I've never met this woman. That's probably why she was chosen for this.
Blue: I was chosen for this because I earned it!
Cat noir: Yikes. I'm gonna go search her for possibly personal objects.
Then he lunged.
Ladybug: Kitty, no!
Then he went straight through the illusion box.
Blue: Wait... You just went through a wall. Is this wall even real!
Then she struck a real wall near her, knocking through it.
Blue: You take me for a fool? Do you think I'll be held back by these cheap tricks?!
She grabbed a slab of real house wall and clapped it on the yo-yo string, and escaped. She kicked ladybug away.
Meanwhile...
Hunk and Bakugo ran away, trying to shoot the monsters behind them and failing most of the time.
Hunk: I don't wanna die.
Bakugo: Shut up and run!
As they ran, they encountered a young fireball of a woman carrying a teen girl by the legs as she flew, a giant crab covered in gold, and a giant blue woman who brought depression and her whole life with her wherever she went. Then they made it to a point where they could see that the demons were in a big circle around them.
Nearly everyone was stuck here.
Meanwhile...
Aang moved a falling rock off to the side and smashed two rocks together, the dust of it sprinkling all over the crowd.
Katara contained a rock in frozen water and narrowly kept it from hitting someone.
Meanwhile, Toph could almost feel something in the plant, until the plant started to convulse, knocking her back and forth.
Back at the subway, there were so many rocks falling that people were getting hit left and right.
Aang: There's only one way to stop this. I need to enter the Avatar State.
Katara: We're too close, that could bring the whole thing down on us.
Aang: It's already caving in on us.
Meanwhile, Toph was bleeding out of her lip and could taste bitter metallic blood.
Wait... was there metal inside her?
Is that what she was sensing in the plant?
Aang stopped a falling rock and raised it over him.
"What is he doing"
Toph tried to pull the metal in. The plant shuddered violently.
Voice: What's happening over there?
Aang dropped the boulder on him, and Toph siphoned all the iron in the plant into a ball of liquid.
The plant finally fell limp, it's leaves writhing and shriveling up.
Voice: Stop her!
Then off in the distance, there was a blinding light and a gust of wind. Rocks had exploded from a space on the ground and rose up. Out of the massive hole came Aang, with his eyes and tattoos glowing blue, encased in a ball of air.
