Natalia picks up her kit and camera and walks in the house to get to work. Officer Walker doesn't notice a man in black pants, grey top, and grey shoes approach him from behind. Just as Horatio hung up his phone, the phone rang again.

''Hey Horatio It's frank and I just got word that Natalia's ex husband Nick Townsend escaped late last night.''
''Well then it is possible that he just kidnapped Natalia from her crime scene.''
''What do you mean kidnapped?''
''Frank Natalia was at a crime scene with a uniform. Whoever kidnapped Natalia killed the uniformed officer and took her. Alexx arrived at the scene and found the officer dead and Natalia was nowhere to be seen.''
''Don't worry Horatio i'm going to put out an APB on Natalia.''
''Thanks Frank.''
Horatio hung up his phone and alerted the rest of his team to tell them Natalia was once again kidnapped by her ex husband. When H told them the news everyone face fell because they thought this was over. This bastard just kept coming back to hunt Natalia. Horatio and the others handed over their crime scenes to the back up unit so they could focus on finding Nat and bringing her home once again.

Natalia came to and her vision was blurry. She blinked a few times to clear her vision up and to clear the cobwebs from her brain. As she became more aware of her surroundings she noticed the smell of copper and knew that the wound on the back of her head was still bleeding. She thought she heard footsteps behind her and she went very still. The person behind her bent down and whispered in her ear 'Hi sweetheart, did you miss me?' Natalia instantly started to panic. No it couldn't be. He is supposed to be doing life in prison, he shouldn't be here. Nick walked around so Nat could see him. There stood the sick ass bastard with a smirk on his face.

Nick got so angry at Natalia that he walked over to her and started to beat her. He hit her in the face. He stood up and kicked her and the ribs which never fully healed. Back across town at the first original crime scene the team started collecting evidence to confirm their suspicions that Natalia's kidnapper was indeed Nick Townsend. Ryan tested the blood on the floor in the living room. After collecting four different samples he ran them and they all came back to be Natalia's blood.

Everybody looked at Horatio who looked like he was five seconds from having a mentall breakdown. He was so distraught he couldn't think straight.

Natalia woke once again this time with a servere migraine. She looked around and didn't see Nick anywhere.She knew that if she had a chance at survival she needed to find a way to get out of there fast. She mover her hands behind her and felt for something sharp to cut her hands loose. And at that moment she realised that god was on her side because she found a loose razor blade on the floor. She took it and started to cut he rope that was bounding her hand together. The blade started slipping and she ended up cutting herself in the process. After a few minutes she got her hands free. She brought them to the front of her and she rubbed her wrists. She reached down to take the tape off her ankles. She got up and ran to the front hall closet as she heard him come back through the back door. She felt something in the corner and realised that it was a metal baseball bat. As quietly as she could she picked it up and held it in a swinging postion. Her ribs was protesting her movement but she knew she had to do this. She slowed down her breathing and she heard his footsteps coming closer. He paused outside of the hallway door and put his hand on the handle. He twisted the door knob and opened the door. Natalia jumped out swinging the bat. She started bashing him over the head. Natalia started hitting him anywhere she could. All the pain and anger she felt she took it out on his body. Blood was streaming from multiple parts of his body. She swung again but he rolled to the side. He stood up and lunged at her knocking the bat from her grip. They both fell to the floor. He climbed on top of her and started to hit her everywhere. She lifted her leg up and kicked him right in his dick. She rolled over and spotted his gun. He noticed it too. They both looked at each other and then made a move for the gun. Natalia with all the strength she had left got to it and emptied the clip into Nick's body. Natalia dropped to her knees all of her stength gone. She looked over at him crying. All of the trauma he caused her was finally over for good now. Natalia ended up passing out from the pain. What she didn't know was that at the moment she pulled the trigger that somebody was walking by outside and heard the gunshots. The concerned neighbor called the police.
''911 what's your emergency?
''I would like to report a shooting.''
''May I ask where you are?''
''I am in front of 4952 SANDSHORE DRIVE COCONUT GROVE, FL 33133.
''Ok we will send somebody out now.''

They all raced to Natalia old house and when they got there they ran inside. What they seen made they hearts drop. Nick was on the floor beaten and shot dead. Natalia was on the floor nex to him beaten and not moving. Horatio ran to Natalia and started tapping her cheek and calling her name. She opened her eyes and seen H face and she started to cry. He held her and told her it will be ok. Soon the ambulance arrived at the same time Alexx arrived. They put Natalia on a strecher and loaded her in the ambulance. Horatio climbed in after her and held her hand. Meanwhile back at the house the rest of the team looks at Nick being took out of the house in a body bag. Everybody is relieved that this is all over once and for all.
