With the curse of Decken broken, Shirahoshi was freed from the chains of the past that kept haunting her over the years and the heart was filled with happiness as she melted into Naruto's embrace.

Even though the cost was high in a place where there was so much water and people could flood places but the power was worth it and it grew from each generation.
The fruit absorbed everything from the user once the user died and grew stronger while even getting part's of the personality.
This was the reason it was called the devil fruit because some of the original users had been psychopaths that led to the third generation users going insane.
With the death of the user, the fruit usually appeared in a random location since no one had the Otsutsuki blood to disable its safety protocol.
But with Naruto's luck in gambling and lottery activated, the fruit appeared only a few feet away from him.
Naruto already knew about these fruits from his studies about the history of the world and he could say that he was the first person from Konoha to get their hands on one since it seemed like the fruit kept away from the Shinobi and never appeared on the main land.
It appeared in completely random places far from the main land and got in the hands of weaklings, and the only fruits on sale were worthless to anyone so Konoha along with other villages bought them for research only.
This wasn't something he was really interested in since the water weakness was brutal, there so many water users and get hit by water would start weakening your body.
He was confident in his own powers to even think about getting rid of Kurama once the body had reached a state of power that was enough for him so why would he care about a devil fruit that came with worse weakness.

It also worked with Shiro but the boy had good skills to make him better than Tenten so they could only give her this fruit to push her higher.
Naruto couldn't tell which generation this fruit was since the only way to know was if people had known the users of said fruit but this fruit was one of the unknown so he didn't know that it was now a fifth gen and its ability had evolved to a higher stage.

He expected to spend time learning new things and practicing Fish-man Karate and Jujutsu but Neptune with his plan to marry Shirahoshi to Naruto.
The marriage was done with much fanfare and Shirahoshi didn't decline as she had been enchanted by him through their week long dates and especially the fight against Decken.

With this marriage, they were backing him while he was backing them with his future powers and authority.

To him that wasn't a big thing since he could read people and do what they liked most, and slipped through their defenses.
He had been doing this with the people of Konoha that he needed since there was no point on using it on everyone.
Who had the time to waste on useless people?
Regardless of his composure throughout the process, Naruto was enchanted by the luxury and the sights. The castle, the decorations and the people everything was beyond his imaginations.
He couldn't keep the smile of his face as everything passed by and ended up in the bridal chambers. This was the place he didn't leave for three days.

While Naruto was enjoying his life, Sai sat on top of the walls of Atlantis and drew the different scenery along with the people.

She had long red hair, ruby red lips, green eyes that twinkled with curiosity and a body that made men crazy.
Her lower half was green fish form but the scales were dragon scales that could cover her whole body when needed.
She was mermaid since the Dragon King had married the sister of King Neptune and had Ariel but the more had been unable to survive the birth because of the differing nature of the species.
Like all mermaids she wore sea shells to cover her chest and nothing else.
From his observation at the wedding and talk with some of the entourage members, Ariel was a bright, spirited, and headstrong mermaid princess with a strong passion for adventure and exploration. Her tendency to explore the more mysterious depths of the ocean (or more importantly, the world beyond the ocean) can lead to an array of problems to both herself and her friends, and in the confines of her personal life - as seen when she gets into an argument with her overprotective father. He wasn't like any man so wasn't enchanted by her looks that surprised Ariel since people always treated with care and gave her all the attention.
Naruto was similar but he had Shirahoshi so she understood but this boy was alone. She was bored with the people around her and Shirahoshi was with her husband so Ariel ended up here since she wanted to more about them.
"Why not use bright colors instead of the darker ones?"
"Do you want someone to talk to?"
"Was I that obvious?" Ariel giggled as she sat down on the wall
"Very much so, if I didn't know any better I would think you were a thot thirsty for some action."
"What?" Ariel understood nothing from that sentence and Sai realized what had slipped though his lips
'A bad habit might be developing.' Sai thought as he decided to fix the problem as it could disturb his mission
"Nothing just thought you were very much obvious from your body language."
"Please could you tell me about the outside world? I am very curious to know about what is up there." Ariel looked at with those big bright eyes
Sai nodded as he didn't mind since getting a connection with the daughter of the Dragon king was very useful for Konoha.
"I don't mind but I am not a good story teller."
"No problem, you can use your drawings to make it better."
Sai nodded as he added that to his mind since it was a good idea, 'Learning possibilities can come at strange times.'
"Then I will start with the history of the shinobi and explain the people and the locations according to my knowledge that I am allowed to share."
Ariel nodded with enthusiasm as she listened to him carefully.
His voice did lack the emotions but his appearance and style was really good. Sai was one of the most attractive guys she had seen in a different manner.
He was a pretty boy unlike Naruto who was very much a masculine type.
Listening to exciting a story from a pretty boy was definitely a good way to pass time and she even tried to make him react to see if she could actually get him or not.

All the characters will get their own power ups and Sasuke will get his rinnegan and EMS but the abilities will be changed since they were trash in canon.
Sasuke literally has the worst Sharingan and Rinnegan abilities. Sharingan ability: Amaterasu and flame control. This is just a poor copy of Itachi because Itachi at least had the Tsukuyomi.
His rinnegan ability was switch. Something you could so with substitution jutsu while Madara could make invisible clones, Momoshiki could double the power of an attack he absorbed etc.
Naruto is stronger than most because we are using his abilities to his best potential unlike Canon where he was weak because of plot. Very obvious after the time skip where Sakura was equal to Naruto.
You know realistically of that had happened, Naruto would have exploded with rage as someone that was an ant was his equal even if he would have been happy for a moment before realizing the situation.
Tsunade was the hokage, the head of the hospital and trained Sakura while Jiraiya and Naruto were together all the time.
Even without clones, Naruto should have been a lot stronger than what we got and the power ups later felt like gifts instead of feeling like he earned them.
