The next day, at 8:52 AM, Tommy was seen driving in his Infernus through Washington Beach. He needed to speak to Diaz to remind him of where the thief hid his cash last night.

Tommy made a left turn down the road and drove straight down on the bridge leading to Starfish Island, where Tommy made a left turn on the driveway leading to Diaz's mansion. Tommy parked in front of the garage and hopped outside, walking up the long set of steps to the front entrance of the mansion.

Tommy entered Diaz's mansion to find the angry midget talking to someone over the large, white cellphone while walking down the stairs.

"What kind of incompetent fool are you?!" Diaz shouted into the phone. "FOOL! FOOL! FOOL! FOOL!"

He then heaved the phone hard against the marble floor, shattering the phone into pieces that scattered everywhere. Tommy tried his hardest not to laugh. Diaz's temper tantrums were just too funny for him to keep a straight face.

"Tommy!" Diaz called turning to see Tommy approaching ahead.

"What, Ricardo?" Tommy asked calmly.

"These idiots - they always trying to screw you," Diaz told him laying a hand on his broad shoulder. "That's the problem with this business."

He then stared ahead, and his irate temper finally reverted as his face altered right back to anger mode. "What do you think you're doing?!" Diaz roared.

He grabbed the vase sitting on the end of the staircase railing and flung it past Tommy, who barely dodged it. Tommy watched as the vase shattered in pieces as it hit the marble floor.

This guy really needs anger management classes, Tommy thought shaking his head.

"These pricks have failed me miserably," Diaz growled. "Soon any mom and pop will think they can sell Gallo in Vice City! What next, huh? The stinking Mafia?! That gang place is a fortress at ground level. So Quentin here - Quentin! QUENTIN!"

Diaz pointed to the right to introduce Tommy to Lance. Lance had told Diaz that 'Quentin' was his name since the last two years they first met. Lance came up to face Tommy.

"He'll fly you over the area," Diaz told Tommy. "Eradicate them!"

Diaz then looked ahead to see that someone was doing something wrong again. "What do you think you're doing?!" he shouted at the person as he stormed past Tommy and Lance and walked over to the guy.

Without a word, Lance guided Tommy to the helipad on top of the mansion outside to hop inside his helicopter.

"What are you doing here?" Tommy asked Lance as the latter guided the former into the helicopter.

"Hey," Lance explained, "I've been asking around and it's obvious that Diaz jumped our deal and iced my brother."

"And he'll kill you too!" Tommy warned.

"I can take Diaz!" Lance claimed.

"No," Tommy told him. "Listen to me. I'll handle Diaz - he's beginning to trust me."

Lance didn't bother arguing back. He just hopped inside the helicopter to pilot the vehicle while Tommy sat over the edge, ready to take out the other crooks while armed with an M60. Lance still remembered that this was exactly how he and Vic defeated the bikers gang just two years ago, with Lance being the shooter while Vic was the pilot.

Lance then started the engine and began to descend about fifty feet in the air. Tommy looked down below as the helicopter whirled above the city.

"One thing puzzling me!," Tommy shouted through the whirling propellers of the helicopter. "What's with Quentin?!"

"I dunno!" Lance shouted through the noisy helicopter. "I always kinda like it! Quentin Vance... "

"Vance?!" Tommy asked. "Your name's Lance Vance?!"

"Hey! I got enough of that at school!" Lance complained.

"Lance Vance!" Tommy chuckled loudly. "Poor bastard!"

"Where the hell are we headed anyway?!" Lance asked as he flew over the bridge above the ocean.

"Prawn Island!" Tommy announced vociferously.

"You ever fired one of those from a whirly?!" Lance asked Tommy.

"No, I'll get a little practice on the way though," Tommy admitted as the helicopter flew above Leaf Links Country Club.

The helicopter then flew past the InterGlobal Studios, and Tommy saw that there were two helicopters approaching his way. He used his M60 weapon to fire at the two helicopters and shot down each of them until they both plummeted on the ground down below.

"OK, we're almost there!" Lance told Tommy vociferously. "We'll make a couple of passes! So take out as many guns as you can! Then I'll set you down and you're on your way!"

Soon, Lance made it to the neighborhood in Prawn Island, in which he remembered the Mendez brothers' green mansion just up ahead. It was all coming back to him. He remembered when he ran into the Mendez brothers' mansion to kill them for blowing up his Infernus two years ago, and that Vic killed one of the brothers before he ran inside for him and Vic's then-girlfriend Louise.

Lance also regretted showing no remorse for Louise's death during the time, especially since he knew that Vic would later share the same fate just a few days ago by Diaz's men.

He didn't have time to reminisce any longer though. He just flew around the abandoned mansion just adjacent to the Mendez brothers' mansion on the right, and Tommy used his M60 to fire at most of the crooks, known as the Streetwannabes, on top of the rooftop.

"Damn!" Lance shouted as he kept the helicopter hovering for Tommy to get a good shot at the gangsters on the roof. "This is a war zone! Take out some of those gunmen!"

Tommy killed each of the gangsters one by one as they ran around the second floor of the house and even in the backyard. He was really enjoying taking out the gangsters dispersing around the house, even shooting down many TNT explosives on the roof as well.

By the time Tommy killed every last gang member, Lance had flew around the area and whirled around the backyard of the Mendez brothers' old mansion, where more members of the Streetwannabes were scattering around. There were even some driving in trucks.

"We're taking hits here, man!" Lance shouted.

Tommy didn't say a word. He just fired at the truck replete with explosives, blowing it up and killing everyone inside.

Soon, Lance flew around the yard and made his way over to another mansion ahead, where more Streetwannabe gangsters were on the roof shooting at the helicopter.

"This thing ain't cheap to fix!" Lance shouted. "Take them out!"

Tommy continued firing bullets at the gang members down below and even at the TNT explosives, killing all of the members on top of the roof.

Lance circled around the houses and Tommy shot down more members of the Streetwannabes on the roof of the Mendez brothers' old mansion.

"You're on MY turf, asshole!" one of them on the roof of the house on the left side of the Mendez brothers' old mansion shouted. "You're going down!"

Tommy wasted no time as he aimed the M60 at the gang members onto the rooftop, as well as the TNT explosives around them, and every member was wasted, giving Lance time to lower the helicopter at the mansion garden.

"OK!" Lance told Tommy. "You're on your own from here! Good luck, brother!"

So Tommy then exited the helicopter and ran to the abandoned mansion as Lance flew away. Tommy knew he had to locate the money on the roof, and there were still more of the Streetwannabes inside waiting for him. So Tommy held on tight to the M60 he was still holding and warily entered the mansion.

He arrived just in time to spot the Streetwannabes firing bullets at him. Tommy dodged them just in time to take cover and fire back at each member, killing them one by one. The bullets fired through the windows and hit the walls, and Tommy shot down each gang member that were on the second floor.

After each member was dead, Tommy continued climbing the steps leading to the second floor. He slowly crept around to see if there were any remaining members of the gang. He then looked to his left to find a staircase leading to the roof.

Tommy climbed the roof and looked around. There was no one except for a bunch of corpses lying on the rooftop, but there was the case of money just right there.

Tommy picked up the case and looked ahead to see the red helicopter flying back onto the roof. Lance had returned, and he lowered the helicopter onto the rooftop to let Tommy hop inside. As Tommy made his way back inside, Lance flew the helicopter back to Diaz's mansion.
