#3. For some reason, the whole text was messed up with codes. I erased them and edited a bit. It should be readable now.

„Eliot is back!" - "Guys he is back" – and so a small town was all over Eliot, trying to hug him, or scold him, slap him, but there were others too, like middle-aged women who cried at the sight of him. The gathering was bigger and bigger while he was busy thanking all of them and apologizing to some of them.
"When the town regained some of their calmness, one of the oldest man arrived and the townsfolk step aside to let him meet Eliot.
„I see you are back." – he said. Eliot looked at him and all he said was.
„Yes."
„Did you steal all that too?" – he asked fiercely, and with a walking-stick in his hands, while he leaned on it, he pointed to a huge bag behind Eliot.
„No." – came the quiet answer.
„I should take that as compensation then."
„It is the payment for the harvest, not for…" – Eliot tried, but the old man spoke again.
„I will count it later." – and two men already took the bag, or at least touched it, trying to pull it up, but the bag was not moving at all.
„Why is this so heavy?!" -asked one of them. "I can't even move it." – "What's this, why so heavy?" – the other said too. The old man looked up, and Eliot talked.
„This is not for you, but the town. Though, we can talk later about my debts." – he said trying to stay cool.
„Well, as it seems my men are weaker than a baby, I have to agree." - he said and closed his eyes. A second later he smiled evilly, saying: - „I hope you haven't forgotten about the rules." – and he left with the two gorillas followed by the angry looks of the crowd. Eliot sensed their anger but didn't like it.
„Folks, please, I have debts, and you know that. I owe you much more though." – and so some of them turned to him.
„Of course you do!" – a few middle-aged men said with a hint of playfulness.
„Folks! Let's take this to the market, okay?" – and so, he lifted the bag up, onto his head, and walked with it (a house-sized bag) among the people. Even those who didn't turn around to listen to him, they all watched him now, with confused looks, as he easily managed the bag, that the two huge bodyguards couldn't even move.
A few houses later, he reached the market square, which was the only square, in the middle of the whole village, and there was a great building next to it, which hosted the best merchandise usually.
Now it was filled to the brim with the villagers and the bag that was literally house-sized just got opened by Eliot.
„This is for you." – he said.
What was in front of the desert suffering poor people was more than satisfying. Fishes of every kind, that was made already into meals, that was good to watch and smell, and hundreds of plates with luxuries like peaches, oranges, and other fruits, a room-sized bottle of crystal clear water and even before they could see all the other stuff Eliot brought, he shouted:
„Let's eat folks!" – and everyone walked slowly to the plates, stacked into one huge wall, that was so welcoming, all of them ate at least five plates of the rich offer filled with fruits, that was never ever seen in these lands.
Along with the children, everyone ate, and had just as much fun, as they had several years before.
Somewhere on the way though... Eliot disappeared. To where, or when? They didn't know, they only found a letter left of him, which was signed by him obviously as: „Your kin". The letter was laid on the place where he was sitting while they were eating.
The terribly unbalanced, and badly written words told the people, he never learned how to write truly. They made the most out though. The letter said:
„I'll take care of the debt of mine, in the bag you will find compensation, part of the value I took /My mom and dad would have loved this day, thanks to all of you!"
But as soon as they read the letter out loud, to be heard by everyone, a cracking sound and the shaking of the ground interrupted them, and they hurriedly caught their children, running from the square along with hurried cries and shouts, and so the cracking and shaking of the ground got intense, and almost damaged the buildings, but it stopped just before that in a flash moment, leaving behind nothing but a wide ditch. Soon the ground moved again, and water came up that filled the ditch, and went into the direction of the sea. What was left of Eliot's bag, was the ditch filled with the liquid life source, in a forever flowing fountain.

Meanwhile in a small shack:
„Sherry, you surely failed." – a Den Den Mushi said. – "Even after I was so generous."
„Failure? No." – the lady said. - "He is easily manipulated, but he acts on his emotions. He collapsed on the way even though, he could have used his power, he didn't. Also, when he woke up, he didn't pay attention when I called him, he was in shock and just left, so fast I couldn't follow him." – she continued.
„So you haven't failed but lost him?" – the voice asked.
„He went back to Misei for some reason, or to another town he knows."
„So you lost him, and have no true lead?" – he asked again, but continued – "You hear that Andrew?"
„Right, right…" – a new voice started, and the girl jolted as she heard it – "you truly haven't changed little girl. I wish I was right next to you now, to…"
„Shut your dirty mouth, and stop making up nonsense. Have I ever failed? Have I ever lost? I won't start it this time." – she shouted and she slammed the receiver, and almost fully red from the anger, she left the shack and started the search for Eliot.

Meanwhile, Eliot met the old man…

„Finally boy!" – shouted the old man – "I hope you brought me what you owe. I waited for this now for long years." – he said, and even when Eliot seemed to want to talk, he just continued rudely:
„So Tenney, tell me how much did I wait?" – he asked one of his men next to him. Now this man started searching. A huge codex was in his hands, that he scrolled backward now. After a minute or so, he stopped.
„Sir. Mr. E…" – he started, but the old man cried out to him:
„Mister?! What the hell Tenney?! This scum and his whole family have no rights, not even to be, or live. They are a dead family-tree. Just call him what he is. Nameless, or Eliot the indebted." – he said.
„As you wish sir! Eliot the indebted borrowed exactly fifteen years and one day ago the sum of 100.000 berries, and since then, there was no repayment. According to the local law, even the started year counts as a full year in economy and so the debt is 65.684.083,56 berries as of this day." – he ended.
„Well-well my dear little child. I hope you have the money, but you see, I will be generous if you don't, and I will let you have that 0,56 berries rot in your pants' pocket. It is perfectly fine to pay the 65.684.083 berries." – the old man said as he rubbed his hands as a rat would.
Eliot didn't say anything. He was just thinking. How to give this debt, how to equalize something huge, is there a way at all? He was not even sure how big that number was. Not even understanding, how much did that change.
„Are there other ways to settle this?" – he asked. The old man asked back: "other ways?" – and was deep in thought, closed his eyes, and flashed an evil smile at him, saying:
„Yes." – and finally, he opened his eyes. – "You probably can't do it, and you might be not much of a fight, but I have a certain marine problem. You could cut him down. The captain I mean" – he said. Before Eliot could open his mouth, he said: "No other ways, and you know that! Money or life." – the man said, but started to think again – "Actually lives… You know, the rules go with one hundred thousand berries per life. I think that Captain not worth more than six hundreds of lives, but if you succeed and kill him, we can talk some more, to settle the debt you'll still owe me." – he ended. Eliot didn't like the whole thing, and he only said:
„I'll go see him." – and he left the palace and went into the direction of a marine camp he sensed when he left the party his town started. As he remembered them, he thought, he should probably go back soon.

Eliot felt the palace he just left. The corners, the walls, the candles, the gold, and the silver, that was wasted on splurging. It was no exaggeration, that the building's mass was ten percent gold, and every few meters, there were paintings on the walls. It showed more wealth than kings' palaces, but Eliot remembered something he heard so long ago:
„I lived more than all the village members together and my wealth is greater than some kings… You can see that, my dear child, but still, I was the happiest when I could be with you."
"His relative was not the only one who he remembered, but another dialogue he heard long ago ringed back:
„Did the royals sell the land to him?"
„I heard it too. He taxed all the villages so hard, they were on the edge of starvation and tried to escape."
„Yes, yes, I heard it too, those poor souls…"
With that memory, even if Eliot forgot all the names, the important stuff remained in him. Those people were talking about this huge house owner, who was drowning in greed.
With a pain in his heart, Eliot was approaching the camp. It was a temporary one. Only ten of the old fashioned marine tents in a circle. Eliot looked at them, and his eyes proved what he already felt, that the circle was just a circle. There was no commander tent in the middle, but it was in the middle of the line of the circle, and on the top of the tent, there was only a small sign to make it resemble, the highest-ranked marine's camp, that said:
„For all bane the truth is medicine"
He walked slowly to the tents. He saw five marines. Three of them were chopping up woods, two of them were in his way.
„Halt! What is your business here?"
"Eliot didn't answer. He looked at the guard and asked:
„Are you here to prove that right?" – and he pointed at the writing on the tent.

„I asked you what is your business?!" – the marine said a little louder and certainly ready to take action, and even those who were chopping wood were looking at the scene now stopping their other works.
„I'm here because I want you to lock up someone." – he said. The marine got his sword out in a second and put it next to Eliot's throat. That alerted all the guards and were aiming at him with guns.
„I ask you for the last time youngster, you don't want to die, I hope." – he said a little annoyed, but started to talk again slowly and calm – "Tell me, why are you here!"
„To talk to that man." – he said and raised his hand, pointing at the one, who was certainly the highest rank. The guard looked back quickly and saw who Eliot was pointing at.
„My name is Log." – the guy said and ordered everyone who was looking at him to rest.
„I am Eliot."
„Come to my tent and tell me what you want." – he said, and so, Eliot followed him into the tent, while all the guards watched.
A minute later, Eliot was on a chair next to a small table and face to face with Log.
„What do you want Eliot?" – he asked, and so Eliot said simply:
„I have a debt and I can't compensate." – the marine seemed only a bit older than Eliot, had a small mustache. He touched it thinking a bit.
„Zebedaia right? But you have no chance to pay back…" – he said simply.
„This debt must be taken care of, and he is right. I owe him, but the money is too much to give." – Eliot said.
„I have no proof against him. Just a guess, but neither has you... right? – the marine asked, and Eliot did not answer. - Right, like the others." – he ended.
„The proof to put him in cells... It is in his warehouse, and you should check that out. That is what I'm here for." – Eliot said.
„But what reason do I have for that?"- Log was calm and not negative, only a bit passive. He was only looking at this stranger and listened.
„I ask you to come with me. If there will be a chance, you do what you have to." – he said.
Log looked into the eyes of Eliot, and there was silence for one whole minute. The battle was calm, silent, with the ending of Log saying:
„With a legal chance, I'll do as you asked."
„Come with me!" – Eliot said.

An hour later…
"Eliot and Log were walking next to each other silently. Only their and the soldiers' footsteps were hearable. Long before they arrived, they saw the palace and a garden. In the middle of the desert, it was a good indicator: rich man ahead.
The path was easy and wide, and some of the guards were already waiting for Eliot. The alive marine elite was a surprise though.
"I am here to collect the debt. – Eliot said. Barely, but the guards' eyes twitched, and maybe they even clenched their weapons but after another moment, their eyes rounded and looked with disbelief.
"Would you let us through, so you would be true, to the government? – Log asked, but there was no answer.
„I am displeased boy" – a voice said, but the source was not known, only to Eliot, the guards, and the speaker. The marines were looking everywhere, until they realized, where Eliot was looking at. – "It is truly wrong to pay the kind with lies. It is… right?"
„Of course, it is!" – said Eliot, somewhat angry, to the den den mushi on the door, straight in front of him – "But this is not payment for the kind, and these aren't lies, just look at your warehouse Zebedaia!" – and just as he told, everyone looked at the warehouse on Eliot's and the marines' right side. It was in front of the palace. But actually the warehouse was missing. It was only what was left of it. Plain ruins. The whole building was grazed to the ground, totally destructed.
„What are you talking about boy? What's with that warehouse?" – Zebedaia asked, as he was looking at the screen, that the den den mushi showed to him, but it was only the marines he could see because Log commanded them, to surround it, and they didn't step aside.
„Zebedaia, let me investigate what happened there." – said Log, and the marines were walking there not even waiting for an answer.
„What? Why? What happened there, fools?!" – he cried out, only then the marines left from the view, and he saw what everyone already saw.
"The marines started to search in the ruins. For a few minutes, they searched and looked under every single wooden plate that was there. Some of them even started digging.
„Eliot, where is that proof?" – Log asked, just before one of Log's men cried out:
„Boss, I found something."

Half an hour later…

„I'm sure he won't be seen by anyone you know and will serve the rest of his life in a prison cell." – said Log.
„What about the rock?" – Eliot asked.
„It will be taken care of, no need to worry, and with this, I think all his belongings are the world government's now. I don't want it though, to have another boss come here, so I will give this whole place to the village closeby." – Log said.
„I will tell them, and thank you." – Eliot said but looked at Log still and smiled. – "You see, I heard of truth, right and goodness all the time from the marines, and everyone talking about the world government like God, but this was the first time, and you the first one who proved anything about all that." – he said. Log moved a bit, scratching his neck's back.
„You see, we are not holy, not right, not even close to good. Only the beginning was like that. At least some say… For the ancient ones, we are a disgrace and similar criminals like Zebedaia. At least he was not hiding it, nor using countries to clear his mess." – Log said and they were silent for a moment.
„But hey, you can always kick the ass of a few fools." – Eliot said, and smiled.
„True."
„I'll be going now, and if you know Salud, tell him I'll meet him." – and so, Eliot disappeared in a second, leaving behind a sound of a bomb, with the shock of leaving, and a huge amount of sand in the air.
„Who is this boy…? For real…"

„Admiral!" – a man cried out, and so a youngster turned to him.
„The poneglyph is gone!" - he cried again.
„What?!" - he cried back.
