19. Chapter 19 - Down the Rabbit Hole

Present

3rd POV

Percy has been following the White Rabbit for the past five minutes in silence.

"Excuse me, Mr. Rabbit?" He calls.

The little thing jumps as he realizes how close Percy is. Before Percy can apologize for startling him, the rabbit is sprinting away.

"Wait!" Percy shouts, running after him.

The chase goes on for about an hour, the rabbit disappears from view.

"What? Where did he go?"

As he gets closer to where he disappeared, he notices a large hole in the ground. After thinking for a minute Percy decides that he'll follow the rabbit down the hole.

His Fate is sealed the moment he jumps down.
