When Michelle and Ruby arrived back at Atlas Blake and Yang and Weiss were there to greet them as they got off the airship as they were showered with hugs before Weiss said, "so, how was your day out in Mantel together?" and Michelle gave Weiss a hug as she replied,

"It was...nice spending time with Ruby as it had been a long time since I had a romantic day out with anyone and again I'm sorry you couldn't come with us Weiss."

Weiss smiled at Michelle as she said, "It's fine Michelle, you and Ruby deserve to have some time together as you two dolts don't really get to have much time by yourselves, but I'm glad you two had fun and perhaps next time we could all hang out together."

Ruby then smiled as she said, "Yeah, that would fun as both me and Michelle felt a little bad about leaving you guys out." Before Yang stood there and smiled as she said, "sooo, what did you guys get? Anything good?" before Michelle replied,

"Well, first we went to from dust till dawn where Ruby picked up some parts for her crescent rose and she also ordered some parts for my arm as well which I paid for as a way to say thank you even though I didn't ask her to order anything for me, then we got some lunch before we went to Tukson's book shop where we got some comics and...I got myself some books as well and I was going to pay for it until Ruby wanted to pay for them instead."

Blake then smiled as she said, "I know the books your speaking of Michelle because their the same books I recommended to you aren't they?"

And Michelle smiled as she replied, "Yeah, I figured I would get my own copies instead of pestering you to borrow them from you" which Blake let out a little giggle as she said,

"You know, I wouldn't of minded letting you borrow them if you wanted Michelle but I'm glad you got your own copies and Ozpin wanted us to do some training today so we should probably make our way to the training room."

Then Michelle and her team made their way to the training room where they saw Oscar standing as he switched control with Ozpin as he said, "Welcome ladies, today I think it would be a good idea for you all to do some hand to hand combat today as you might not always have your weapons with you is that clear?" and Michelle and the others nodded before Yang smirked at Michelle as she said,

"This shouldn't be a problem for us hey Michelle?"

And Michelle smiled as she replied, "Yang, just because we are the brawlers of the team doesn't mean we are the strongest as there are gonna be people who are faster and stronger than us so we have to be ready for whatever happens." Before Ruby tugged on the sleeve of her Jacket which caused Michelle to look at her as she said,

"Come on Michelle, let's do this! And umm I normally did this sort of thing with Yang but today umm I want to train with you...if that's ok with you Michelle?"

Michelle then gave Ruby a hug and a kiss on her lips as she replied with a smile on her face, "Of course that's ok with me Ruby as I barely get to train with you and...I didn't exactly want to stop spending time with you today after our romantic day out together." Before they went to find a spot in the training room together so they could spar with each other.

After the training session...

After they had finished their training Michelle and Ruby were holding hands as they were walking back to their dorm room as Michelle looked at Ruby with some concern as she said, "That was a fun training session but...I didn't hurt you did I Ruby? Sometimes I don't even know my own strength." And Ruby smiled at Michelle and gently squeezed her hand with her own as she replied,

"No, you didn't hurt me Michelle, I feel fine and that was a fun training session even if you did kick my butt a lot but that's only because I'm not used to fighting without crescent rose."

However when Michelle and Ruby entered their dorm room they saw some writing on the walls of the room each one aimed specifically aimed at one of them and Michelle slowly walked up to one of the writing on the walls and read it as it said, "I hate Michelle! – Ruby" and Ruby read one of the other writings on the walls as it read "Ruby is really annoying! – Michelle"

And Michelle looked a little sad as she turned to Ruby and said, "Y-you hate me Ruby? I thought you loved me and I thought we had an unbreakable bond with each other?" and Ruby looked equally sad as she turned to Michelle as she said,

"Y-you really think I'm annoying? B-but we had so much fun together in Mantel a-and you even paid for our parts."

Michelle then took a deep breath as she tried not to cry as she said, "L-let's not jump to conclusions just yet, a-and I don't think you're annoying Ruby, I love you...you know I do and I had a lot of fun in Mantel with you a-and I even took you to my mother's grave and you helped calm my nerves when I was afraid of talking to her."

Ruby then wiped some tears from her eyes as she sniffled in reply, "Y-yeah, you're right Michelle let's work this out before we make any decisions just yet, a-and I don't hate you Michelle as I love you because you make me so happy and you care about me just like I care about you...you know I don't hate you because I rescued you from the Ace Ops when I first got to Atlas."

Then Michelle looked at Ruby and wiped some tears from her own eyes as she said, "I...I'm not sure who would do this to us, but I do know that none of our team mates or friends would ever think of doing this sort of thing to us as they are really supportive of us, but for now I...I'm gonna go for a walk alone and try figure out who would do this to us and why." Before she then walked out of the room and Ruby could only look on in tears.

Meanwhile...

Yang went to check on Michelle and Ruby and when she opened their dorm room she saw Ruby sitting on the bed and went to give her a hug and said, "Hey sis, what's up? Where's Michelle gone to?" and Ruby buried her head in her sister's shoulder as she replied,

"Oh Yang, I don't know what to do as someone has sprayed messages on our walls of our dorm directed at me and Michelle a-and I don't know who could have done something like this to us because I love Michelle and I know she loves me because she asked me to try a relationship with her."

And Yang held her sister tight in a hug as she said, "Don't worry sis, when I find out who upset my little sister and her girlfriend I. Will. Break them." Before Yang then lifted Ruby up to look at her as she continued, "Listen to me sis, don't let these messages get to you, whoever is doing this is obviously trying to break you and Michelle up, we know it's been a long time since Michelle had dated anyone since she lost her ex girlfriend and I know she is doing her best to make this the best experience you have as this is your first ever relationship but I will not have these people try and ruin that for you or Michelle."

Michelle's P.O.V

While I was taking a walk to try and clear my head I thought to myself, "who would do something like this to me and Ruby? And why do they not want us to be together?" and I stopped at a balcony and looked up at the evening sky as I said, "What do I do mum? I wish you were here because you would know what to do right now."

Then as I turned around I saw what looked like Ruby standing opposite to me on the balcony as I sighed a little and said, "Ruby...right now I just need some time by myself to think, you haven't done anything wrong I...I just need to clear my head a little that's all." But then Ruby walked up to me and pressed her lips against mine and I went to close my eyes but as I did for a brief moment I saw her eyes were different colours and I pushed her off me.

Ruby then just simply walked away when I wasn't looking as I stared at the evening sky and my cheeks were as red as Ruby's cape and I thought, "I can't believe I just did that! How could I be so stupid! If Ruby finds out I cheated on her she will break up with me for sure! No relax Michelle if you explained what happened to her she might understand and forgive you right?" and as I was getting lost in my thoughts I hear a voice from behind me as it said, "Are...you ok Michelle?"

And I turned around and I saw Blake standing by the balcony and I sighed as I said, "No I'm not ok Blake, I...I think I made a terrible mistake and it's probably gonna ruin my relationship with Ruby." And Blake slowly walked up to me and placed her hands on my shoulders as she replied,

"What did you do Michelle?"

I wasn't sure how to explain what happened to Blake so I just took a deep breath and said, "I...I'm not really sure how to explain what I did but...but I think I may have cheated on Ruby by complete accident and if she finds out she will want to break up with me I'm sure of it."

Then Blake gave me a hug and said, "If it was an accident Michelle then I'm sure Ruby will understand if you explain it to her, but if I may ask who do you think you cheated on Ruby with?" and I took a deep breath before I replied, "I...I think I may have cheated on Ruby with Neo, b-but she looked like Ruby so I thought it was Ruby a-and it wasn't until I noticed her eyes were different colours that I broke the kiss. I'm such a dolt."

Weiss then joined Michelle and Blake on the balcony as she smiled at Michelle and playfully scolded, "What have I told you about putting yourself down Michelle? Like you said it was an accident and accidents happen, and if you tell Ruby it was an accident then I'm sure she will understand and forgive you."

And tears started to build in Michelle's eyes as she looked at Weiss and said, "I know you told me to stop putting myself down, but I'm so afraid that Ruby is going to break up with me and never want to see me or speak to me again but...I guess we know who is responsible for the messages on the walls of mine and Ruby's dorm at least."

Later...

Michelle was walking back to her dorm room and she entered where she saw Yang and Ruby and tried to avoid eye contact with them as she laid down on a bed opposite to Ruby and faced away from her so she was facing the wall and both Yang and Ruby looked shocked before Yang said to her sister, "I'll give you two some time to talk alone for now." Before she left the room.

Ruby then sat there on the bed and stared at Michelle for a few minutes before she eventually said, "Hey umm Michelle my love, do...do you want to talk? If not then I'll leave you be." And Michelle didn't turn to face Ruby as she just stayed as she was as she replied,

"I don't deserve you calling me that Ruby...not after what I did and I completely understand if you hate me for it."

Then Ruby slowly walked over to her girlfriend as she said, "I umm I'm not what you mean Michelle, but...you could at least look at me." And Michelle laid there facing away from Ruby as she replied,

"I...I can't bare to look you in the eye after what I did even though it was an accident it still doesn't mean it's right."

And Ruby stood there by her girlfriend as she smiled softly as she said, "well...I'm sure whatever you did can't be that bad right? I-it's like you said it was an accident." And Michelle slowly rolled over to face Ruby but still avoided making eye contact as she frowned in reply,

"you deserve to know what I did and...normally I wouldn't think it was as bad as I make it out to be but...what I am about to tell you could affect our relationship and how you feel about me." Before she took a deep breath as she continued, "Because...I cheated on you with Neo but it was a complete accident because she looked like you so I thought it was you and I didn't realise until she pressed her lips against mine and I saw her eyes were different colours so...if you want to break up with me I completely understand."

Michelle then started packing her things into her backpack before she felt Ruby grab her arm as she looked back at her and saw she had tears in her eyes as she said, "stop it Michelle..." and Michelle looked shocked as she replied,

"But Ruby I-"

Ruby cut her off as she said, "Listen to me, I don't care that you cheated on me, well umm I do a little but the point I am trying to make is that I am not breaking up with you because like you said it was an accident so please...don't go, you make me so happy and I forgive you as it was just that...an accident." Before Ruby then gave Michelle the tightest hug she could muster.

And Michelle sat still with Ruby wrapped around her for a few minutes before she returned the hug and burst into tears on her as she said, "Thank you Ruby...I was so afraid that you would hate me for what I did." As Michelle thought to herself "damn, how can Ruby be this strong? I can hardly breath."

Then Ruby let Michelle cry on her for a few minutes before she finally settled down and let go of the hug as she looked at her in her grey eyes as she said, "Michelle my love, I told you when we were in Mantel together that Neo's disguises are so convincing they could fool anyone so it's not your fault ok? And I'm not angry that you cheated on me with Neo because you said it was an accident because you thought it was me but next time...try to be a little more careful."

Michelle then nodded her head as she wiped the tears from her eyes as she replied, "I...I will try to be more careful next time Ruby because I love you and only you as you are my little rose bud." And Ruby smirked at Michelle as she said,

"That said I still think you need to umm be punished so umm you know not to do it again next time so...umm what do think we should do for your punishment as I never really done something like this before."

Before Michelle then looked at Ruby and giggled a little as she replied, "Ruby...I'm 20 not 10 but I do think something to learn not to make the same mistake again." And then Ruby smiled at Michelle as she said,

"Umm actually I just remembered something Blake normally does with Yang whenever she does something bad Blake puts Yang on a sex ban, maybe something like that could work for your punishment what do you think Michelle?"

Michelle then smiled back at Ruby as she replied, "Well, we haven't really had any sex just yet...well not properly as we got interrupted by Jaune last time." which made both girls giggle a little before Michelle continued, "But if you think a sex ban could work then I guess we could try it." And Ruby tried to hold back another laugh before she said,

"Ok, so starting tomorrow I umm I won't have sex with you for a week, does umm does that sound fair to you Michelle?"

And Michelle then gave Ruby a passionate kiss on her lips before she broke away and said with a smile on her face, "Yes, that does sound fair to me Ruby and now I think we should try to get some sleep, as it pretty late and we have had an...eventful day today, Ruby?" before Michelle looked down to see Ruby was fast asleep on her so she just gently laid down on the bed and gently laid Ruby down next to her being careful not to disturb her before she gave her a kiss on her forehead as she said, "Goodnight Ruby, sleep well my little rose petal." Before she tried to get some sleep herself.
