Steven after managing to escape from Emerald spends some time trying to work the controls of the escape pod.
"Maybe this does something?" Steven thought as he touches one of the buttons on it and brings up a panel to type in coordinates.
"Oh, coordinates. I just have to know the coordinates of Earth or Homeworld" Steven thought to himself while guessing a coordinate.
Over on Homeworld the gems just sit in silence for a few minutes after the meeting ends before Lapis speaks up.
"We failed to help Steven, We don't even know what they're doing to him" She says holding back tears.
"Wait I fought alongside Garnet, Maybe she can use her future vision to see if Steven is okay" Rose said in a slightly hopeful tone.
"That's a good idea Rose, Let's go" Minty Pearl says as the three say goodbye to the two diamonds and Zircon and head to Earth.
Once on Earth they run into Greg, Garnet and Amethyst in the living room.
"So about Steven, Is he okay?" Greg worryingly asked.
"We're not exactly sure, We were hoping to ask Garnet if her future vision could tell if Steven is okay or not" Minty Pearl said to Greg.
"Well Garnet, Is Steven safe?" Greg asked Garnet.
"Yes, he escaped and is currently heading to Homeworld" Garnet said to a cheerful excitement from everyone in the room.
About a day later Steven flies into Homeworld but ends up landing near the abandoned Kindergarten. After landing without a scratch Steven gets out of the escape pod and starts looking around.
"Where am I" Steven thought to himself as he walked around looking for any gems.
After a while looking around Steven ends up bumping into a fusion and notices several other gems behind her.
"P-Please don't hurt us" Rhodonite says to Steven.
"I promise I won't hurt you. Who are you guys anyway?" Steven asked.
"We're the Off Colors, We were banished from Gem society long ago" Fluorite said.
"But why are guys still down here?" Steven asked.
"Because it wouldn't be safe for us up there" Fluorite responded.
"But it's not like that anymore, everything is much better on Homeworld. Also if you don't feel comfortable on Homeworld you could start a new life, On Earth" Steven said to the Off Colors.
"You mean we can leave the Kindergarten and live without being hated or banished" Rhodonite said with hope.
"Well of course" Steven replied.
"So, when should we head to the surface?" Fluorite said.
"Let's head there right now, You could even take a visit to earth and see what it's like there" Steven said as he and the Off Colors started heading to the surface.
After eventually getting to the surface, the Off Colors decided to go to Earth with Steven since they had plenty of bad memories on homeworld and ran into Minty Pearl before warping to Earth.
"Steven! You're alright. We thought you were a goner after Emerald ended the meeting" Minty Pearl said hugging him.
"I'm doing fine, Anyway I met these gems that call themselves the Off Colors. They were gonna live on Earth at Little Homeworld" Steven said introducing them to Minty Pearl.
"Another Fusion, Openly fused without fear of shattering. Everything really has changed on Homeworld" Rhodonite said in a happy tone.
"Of course, We've been allowed to live like this for years" Minty Pearl said to Rhodonite.
After arriving back on Earth Steven goes to the Beach House to let everyone know that he's okay before he and Minty Pearl bring the Off Colors to Little Homeworld to show them around.
Over on Homeworld, White and Yellow Diamond are talking about the recent events revolving around Steven when They get a surprised meeting with Emerald.
"Ah Yellow Diamond, White Diamond. I have a proposition for you two" Emerald said to them.
"Don't be silly Emerald, There is no proposition you can give us" Yellow Diamond replied.
"Well just listen to it" Emerald said.
"Alright fine" Yellow Diamond said in an annoyed tone.
"Why don't you join us. With a Diamond or two on our side, We could take over Homeworld and make it just how it used to be" Emerald said.
"Why we'd never do such a thing, We're changed gems" White Diamond shot back.
"Alright then but think about it, We could make Homeworld how it was before, You could have your old positions back ruling Homeworld and returning it to it's former glory. Just think about it and message us if you care to join us" Emerald said ending the meeting.
