"When does the wedding start?" Suzaku asked and looked from the floor.
Gino's sighted. "We have less than a day." He said and looked at him. "He's not wasting anytime to hurry the nuptials."
"Schneizel already has complete control over Britannia." He said and stood up. "Why fuss over finding a Queen?"
"You don't find it strange that Schneizel picked her?" Gino's asked with a raised eyebrow.
"I do. And I don't think I like where you're going with this."
"How much do you know about this woman?" Gino asked.
"Not much. Just that she's always been by his side." He said. "She's hardly ever shown herself but I always knew that she was there. I know that Lelouch has to trust her completely."
Gino's nodded. "What if she's just another pawn?"
"To strengthen his grip on Britannia." He murmured. "It's starting to finally make sense."
"We need to make this information known." Gino's stated and looked at him.
"No one is going to believe a traitor and one man." He sighted.
"I hate that your right." Gino's groaned and hit the bars.
Suzaku ran his hand through his hair and sighted. Him and Gino's could spend the rest of his time going back and forth on how to expose Schneizel.. which wouldn't get them very far.
It might even end up condemning Gino's in the process. And he couldn't do that to him. Gino was already taking a huge risk coming down here. But he needed one last favor.
"Gino?"
"Yeah?" He said and looked at him.
"How easy would it be for you to let me out of here?"
"Are you planning on running?" He said and raised an eyebrow. "Why didn't you mention this earlier?"
Suzaku shook his head. "I'm not running. It's actually a mad mans idea." He chuckled and leaned his forehead against the bars.
"Tell me mad man." He grinned. "What's this idea?"
Inside Lelouch's Room
"Don't be scared my dear." Lelouch reassured her, reaching for her hand.
"It's not so much scared." She chuckled and gripped his hand. "There's just so much at stake." She murmured sadly.
"I shouldn't have made you say yes." He said with a sad smile.
"You know I would do anything for you." She said and leaned forward to kiss his forehead. "Even if it meant marrying a potential tyrant."
He nodded slowly and leaned back on his pillows. Ever since he's made C.C say yes to Schneizel for his own selfish wants. It's created terrible knots in his stomach.
He was basically throwing her to the wolves. He knew that she could take care of herself, but he just didn't know about Schneizel. He hated feeling helpless. Especially being cooped up in this room.
"What are you thinking about?" C.C asked and laid her head on her hand.
"Just everything." He mumbled and closed his eyes.
"Want me to read to you?" She yawned a bit.
"It's okay." He murmured and slowly started to drift off. "You should get some sleep also." He said sleepily.
"Right." She chuckled and stood up. Before she could open the door, there was a soft knock.
She raised an eyebrow in curiosity and slowly opened the door. She peaked through the crack to see Gino's. "Yes?"
"I need to see the king my lady." He said.
"My fiancée isn't here." She murmured bitterly.
"Humorous my lady." Gino's chuckled and smiled. "I only serve the true king of Britannia."
"Loyal towards the bitter end." She smiled and opened the door more for him. "Loyal to my friend and loyal towards his lover." She said and looked past his shoulder to see Suzaku standing behind him. "Hurry the both of you."
They walked passed her into the room as she closed the door.
"Tread lightly." She said and stepped aside.
Suzaku slowly walked passed her and she gently gripped his arm.
"He's been asking about you." She whispered.
His eyes grew wide in shock. When he made the decision to come up here, he didn't know what to expect. But just knowing that Lelouch was asking for him made his heart hurt and excited at the same time.
"How long has he been awake?" He whispered.
"Just a few days." She said and let go of his arm. "Sometimes he acts like himself but some other days he doesn't wake up." She sighted sadly.
He nodded and made his way towards Lelouch's bed. He looked down at his sleeping face and smiled. Lelouch hardly changed, except for looking a bit thinner than the last time he saw him.
"What's happened to you my love." He whispered and gently laid a hand on his cheek.
Lelouch shifted a bit and leaned his head more towards his hand. Suzaku slowly rubbed his cheek with his thumb.
"Gino's." C.C coughed softly and made her way toward him. "Walk me to my room please?"
He nodded and held out his arm for her. "Of course my lady."
She took his arm and followed him out the door. Once they were out of the room, Suzaku leaned down and gently kissed his forehead.
"Hmm." He murmured and smiled. "If this is a dream.." He whispered softly and slowly opened his eyes. "I don't want to wake up."
"It's not a dream." He smiled and gently planted a kiss onto his lips.
Lelouch slowly kissed him back and wrapped his arm around his neck. "Where have you been?" He asked in between kisses.
He pulled back a little and pressed his forehead against his. "Don't worry about that." He murmured and gave another kiss. "Just know that I'm here now and this night is just for us."
Lelouch nodded and smiled. "Yes."
"How much strength do you have in your body?" He asked with a mischievous smile.
"Um." He blinked a bit and tried to lift himself up. "Just barely."
"It's okay my love." He smiled and gave him another kiss. "I'll do all the work. Just relax."
He blushed some and nodded slowly. "You don't have too." He murmured softly.
"Are you nervous?" Suzaku teased with a smile.
"N..no!" He yelped and gripped the sheets. "Don't be ridiculous!"
"Hmm." He hummed happily and leaned down towards his neck. "If you won't admit it then.." He said softly and nipped at his neck.
Lelouch shuddered a bit and panted. "You devil."
He chuckled some and slowly ran his hands down Lelouch's sides and lifted up his shirt over his head. He blushed more and looked him up and down.
"You're already hard.." Lelouch murmured and blushed more.
He smiled. "Sorry. I can't help myself." He stated and slowly wiggled his hips in between his legs. Suzaku slowly started to grind against him, just so he can really feel his hard on.

Lelouch slowly touched his face and smiled. "Are you okay?"

He pulled him closer and gently kissed his ear. "I know." He murmured and sat back, pulling him onto his lap.
Lelouch blushed some and shifted a bit.
"Is this better?" He smiled and gently stroked his cheek.
He nodded and leaned down to kiss his lips again.

Suzaku was taken back a bit from his sudden action. But he welcomed it. He slowly licked Lelouchs bottom lip. First he kissed the tip of his tongue before opening his mouth to let in his tongue.

"I feel like that I'm still asleep..." He whispered and felt the tears fall down his cheeks. "That none of this is real... that you're not real."
"Lelouch." He whispered with a frown. Hearing those words broke his heart. Feeling the tears fall down his lap stung worse than anything he's ever felt before. He had no idea what kind of pain he's been feeling the whole time.
He put both his hands on his cheeks and rubbed under his eyes. "I understand what you're feeling, I wish you would have told me earlier."
"I didn't want to spoil the mood.." Lelouch mumbled. "But there's no helping that now."
He smiled and leaned forward to give him a soft kiss. "You didn't spoil anything for me." He said with another kiss. "But." He said slowly with a mischievous smile. "I do have an idea."
"What kind of idea?" He blinked slowly.
"You trust me?"
C.C's Room
"Thank you for keeping me company Gino's." She said as she handed him a drink.
"It's nothing my queen." He said and sat down.
"I'm not queen yet." She chuckled and sighted.
"Just a few more hours.. Then you'd be married as well."
"Don't remind me." She frowned and poured herself a drink. "You should probably be heading back.."
"I should." He said and took a sip. "But I needed to talk to you."
"About?" She raises an eyebrow.
"Does Schneizel know that he's awake?"
"Why do you think I agreed to marry him?" She sighted sadly.
"So he's threatening you with Lelouch." He said slowly and finished his drink.
"Ironic, isn't it?" She chuckled and poured him some more. "I would have never thought I'd see this day."
"To be someone else's pawn?" He raised an eyebrow.
"Darling." She smiled. "We're all pawns in someone's game, I just happen to like who's side I'm on."
"I guess that's one way to look at it." He chuckled.
She nodded and took another sip. "He doesn't know." She said softly. "About Suzaku."
He slowly put his cup down and rubbed his cheek. "You didn't tell him?"
She shook her head. "I couldn't bring myself to say the words."
"He only has until you're marriage ceremony is over."
"I know..." She rubbed her eyes and tried to hold back tears. "After It's over I know that this will break him." She whispered sadly. "That's the one thing I'm not prepared for."
"Have you tried convincing Schneizel?"
"He's one stubborn bastard." She said frustrated. "Excuse my language."
He chuckled and smiled. "I might have an idea, but you need to be on board with me every step of the way."
She smiled back at him and offered her hand. "I'm at your disposal."
Lelouch's Room
"I'm not sure about this." Lelouch gulped nervously.
"Trust me." He said and smiled. "Everything is going to be okay."
Suzaku sat back to admire his work. He never would have dreamed that his lover would ever agree. He was definitely going to treasure this moment. He slowly touched his sides gently, to feel him shudder underneath his fingertips.

"I'm not particularly happy about this.. but we all have to do what we can. And I can do this for him."
Gino's nodded. "Of course my lady."
Soon the ladies began to help her put on her wedding dress. C.C stood in front of the grand mirror and stared at herself. This should have been the happiest day of her life.. but instead it felt like the beginning to an end.
The dress itself was beautiful beyond words. Schneizel must of really wanted to make an impression on her. But she wouldn't take this obvious bribe. What she really wanted was what he had already promised her.
Safety for Lelouch. That was all. The only thing that truly mattered. Now if she can somehow manage to save his lover..
"It's almost time.." Gino's coughed softly. " I should go get him before anyone finds out."
She nodded and walked towards him. She took his hand and gave it a gentle squeeze. "Hurry."
He nodded and brought her hand up to his lips. He gave a gentle kiss to the top of her hand. "My lady."
Lelouch slowly started to open his eyes. But quickly realized that he wasn't alone. He sat up quickly but started to wince in pain from his lower back.

Suzaku smiled sadly. He didn't know how much time he had left, before Gino's came back for him. It only made him hold onto Lelouch tighter.
There's so much I need to say. He thought and sighted.
"Come back to me." Lelouch said softly and put his hand on his cheek.
He leaned his head into his hand and smiled. "Everyday I pictured that you'd wake up and I would be here for that." He whispered and kissed his palm. "It was my only wish."
"Why does it sound like your trying to say goodbye." He frowned.
Before he could answer, Gino's bursted in and quickly closed the door behind him.
"We gotta hurry." He stated and started to throw his clothes towards Suzaku.
"Going?!" Lelouch frowned and grabbed ahold of his hand.
"Screw It." He said and cupped his face with his hands. "I'm out of time.. But never forget how much I love you!" He said and kissed his lips deeply. "You're going to hear a lot of things about me my love." He said in between kisses. "Don't believe any of it! I left something for you.. go to Gino's for it." He said and took one last kiss.
He quickly got up and started to get dressed. It took him everything he had to not look at Lelouch's face. Because the moment he did, he knew that he wouldn't leave.
"Please don't go!"
Suzaku stopped dead in his tracks. "I love you Lelouch. I always have and I always will; till the rest of my life."
With that him and Gino's finally left the room. It took whatever strength he had to follow him down the hall.
"We're gonna have to be careful getting back down there. Especially since the wedding should be starting pretty soon." Gino's said and ran his hand through his hair.
"You should just leave me." He said and leaned against the wall. "No reason for both of us to go down."
"Are you kidding?!" He shook his head. "We're in this together."
He nodded and kept walking behind him. After many hallways later they came across the balcony that peaked into the ballroom.
"We shouldn't.." Gino's started and gripped his arm.
"I have to see this." He said and took his arm back.
Soon the music started to play and everyone stood up and look towards the doors. As they opened up C.C slowly made her way up towards the altar, where Schneizel stood with a small smirk. Once close enough he offered her his hand to help her up the small steps.
The priest coughed softly and opened up his bible. "Lords and noble ladies of Britannia! We are gathered here today to join this man and this woman in marriage!" He said before turning a page. "If there is anyone among you who thinks that this couple should not be wed, please speak now!"
There's was quiet murmurs amongst the crowd. Gino's held back Suzaku and covered his mouth. He was fuming with rage.
"Do you Schneizel take this woman to be your wedded wife? In sickness and in health? Till death do you part?"
Schneizel nodded. "I do."
"And do you.." He said with a brief pause. "C.C take this man to be your wedded husband? In sickness and in health? Till death do you part?"
She took a moment and breathed slowly. "I do."
"By the power vested in me and with the blessings from the Holy Britannian empire! I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."
Schneizel leaned forward and lifted up her veil from her face. He planted a gentle kiss on her lips and pulled back.
"Here is your new king and queen of Britannia!"
Everyone stood up and started clapping and cheering.
"All hail the newlyweds!"
Schneizel took her hand and started to wave at the crowd. She shifted uncomfortably on her feet and but her lip nervously. The priest started to put the crown on Schneizel and soon she felt him put the tiara on her head. It felt so heavy on her head.
"I have another present for you." He whispered.
"You shouldn't have my lord." She murmured and looked at him.
"Trust me dearest." He chuckled and squeezed her hand. "Your going to want this gift." He said and turned his attention to the crowd. "Please enjoy the reception friends! Me and my beautiful bride have an important affair to deal with before we come and join you!"
He walked off the stage with C.C behind him. She felt everyone slowly touch her arms and the congratulations from both sides. She couldn't help but feel sick to her stomach. The worst part was already over but there had to be something else that she had no idea about.
He opened the door to the library and stood aside. "Your gift is right in there."
She looked at him carefully and grabbed fistfuls or the dress and walked past him. She stood dead in her tracks in the middle of the doorway. Inside there was Suzaku and Gino's on their knees, tied up; surrounded by soldiers.
Schneizel closed the door behind him and walked beside her. "Surprise love." He chuckled . "Three traitors in this room."
"They have nothing to do with this!" Suzaku snapped and tried to get up. He was quickly shoved back down with a gun pointed at his back.
"Your right." Schneizel said and took C.C's hand, pulling her close to him. "My new wife deserves the benefit of the doubt. But that just leaves you two. The former Knight of One and the Knight of Three."
He walked towards one of the leather arm chairs and sat down. He snapped his fingers for C.C to come to him. She did reluctantly and stood by his side.
