here is the next chapter and this one is short for a good reason. So BEGIN!

We go to Cardin already in the ring with his theme still playing as the crowd is booing him. Penny is also in the ring but was at the side along with referee Oscar.

"Cut my music!"

Cardins music fades out.

"I will not give up until I am a competitor for the ion Championship ladder match at ladder War! I WILL be in that match and I WILL become your new Ion Champion and you will all like it. So whoever is my opponent come out of that locker room so you can feel the wrath of Cardin Winchester!"

Cardin hit his mic down as the crowd booed, meanwhile Cardin is in the ring Serious with a lot of confidence.

Wrestling Theme: Abyss Theme (Blackhole)

A tomb bell was heard as the lights went black in the arena while the crowd was cheering.

"Oh no." Oobleck said.

The guitars came as the titantron (the big screen on the entrance stage) showed some interesting stuff like a goat head and a pentagram and then fire exploded out of the stage as the lights in the arena were all red and the wrestling came out.

The wrestler is wearing red because he blends in perfectly with the red lights all except for the black towel covering his head.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, from Hell itself, The Devil" Penny said and she immediately got out of the ring.

Meanwhile Cardin stood in the ring his eyes wide and scared all that confidency and seriousness left him. The devil entered the ring and then he raised his arms up fast as fire exploded on all four turnbuckle and the lights in the arena returned back to normal.

The attire Devil was wearing is a full body suit and the suit represented a skinless person. Devil then removed the black towel reveal a VERY detailed Devil Mask with short horns. Devil and Cardin were facing each other and he is two feet taller than Cardin and Cardin is already a big person.

"Ring The Bell!" Oscar yelled.

Cardin was now scared but he ran at devil and delivered a punch to Devil and Devil did not flinch at all. Cardin and devil looked at the eyes one looking bored and the other scared.

Devil then pushed Cardin back. Cardin Ran at Devil but Devil delivered a big boot to Cardin. Devil the made Cardin get up and Devil then took hold of Cardin Throat, he then lifted him up and slammed him HARD on the canvas.

"Chokeslam!" Oobleck said.

Devil then pinned Cardin

"1! 2! 3! Ring the Bell!"

Wrestling Theme: Abyss Theme (Blackhole)

"The Winner of The Match, The Devil!" Penny

Devil raised his arm in victory.

We got to a Picture of Jaune, Jake, The supposed Jake Austin and The Devil and six black male silhouettes.

"The Devil will join Jake Belladonna and Jaune Arc to fight against Jake Austin in a ladder match for the Ion Championship at Ladder War." Pyrrha said.

"Well can't say I'm surprised by this outcome." Port said.

"Indeed but don't go anywhere as our third match for the evening is going to be a womens qualifying match! Stay tuned!." Pyrrha said

In the backstage area Devil entered and walked to his locker room. While he is walking he got stares from other wrestlers but they looked away when Devil got close. One of those wrestlers were Jaune and Ruby. They looked away once Devil got close and once he walked away from them they both looked at him.

Ruby looked at Jaune and he looked nervous which makes sense.

"He's going to be one of the people you fight at ladder War. How do you feel?" Ruby said to the nervous looking Jaune.

"He's...definitely going to be a challenge. I know there are eight other guys in there as well so I'm not really all that nervous but still, he will be a challenge."

"Yeah."

Ruby then took his. Hand and held it.

"But you know what they say whatever happens, happens. Right?"

"Yeah they do."

"I'll be cheering you on the match. I know. you'll do great in it even if you don't end up being the winner."

"Thanks Ruby."
