Elena POV
I had told Aunt Jenna that it was my afterlife, so I could do whatever I wanted. I was sad for Jeremy though. We were all we had left, we might not have been blood siblings but he was and still is my brother. I packed a bag for at least two weeks, I know Klaus will take care of the rest. After I was all done, I walked down the stairs, Aunt Jenna was waiting for me.
"You don't have to be with him, you know. Elena you can still live a fairly normal life. Like Caroline. She still goes to high school and tries her best to be good. Maybe Stefan could teach you, couldn't he. He did such a good job with Caroline." She pleaded to me.
"I don't want anything to do with him anymore! We are done for good, so just let it go Aunt Jenna! I refuse to forgive him for everything he did to my family and friends. And before you go and compare him to Klaus, he had a choice to all the bad things. Klaus isn't the bad guy everyone wants him to be. He does the things he does for family. His ALWAYS & FOREVER is everything to not only him, but Elijah and Rebekah. He feels like loving them is the most important thing in their immortal lives. Tell me how is that wrong?" she demanded.
Jenna didn't know what to say, she threw her hands up and turned away.
"I love you Aunt Jenna, I will call and let you know how I'm doing when we settle. I kissed her head and walked out the front door.
"Did you mean what you said in there," Elijah asked.
"You guys were listening?" she inquired, blushing.
"I'm flattered Love, I didn't know you cared so much." Klaus smiled.
"Yes you did, I've already told you I LOVE YOU KLAUS MIKAELSON!" she screamed to the skies. "Can we go now, you've got me all embarrassed and red in front of your brother." She turned to see her best friend Caroline.
"Elena." She whispered.
"Oh Caroline, I've been meaning to get in touch with you and Bonnie." Elena sighed.
"You're a vampire? When did this happen? Why is Klaus here?" Words just kept coming out, finally Elena interrupted her.
"It happened a few days ago. I'm sorry I haven't called." Elena mumbled.
"But why are you with Klaus? Did he turn you?" She questioned.
"No he didn't turn me, and Klaus and I are t-together." she whispered the last part.
"We would love to stand here and explain everything to you in detail, but we do have places to be and people to kill. Elena will be in touch with you soon," Klaus hurried the teenage girls.
"BUT ELENA!" Caroline yelled as the trio drove away.
