Kate waited for the connection to go through with the call on her cell. "This is Doctor Davidson how can I help you?" He will say since it's been a while since he had talked with her.
"Josh, It's Kate Beckett. I am sorry to be calling you like this. But I don't know who else I can discuss this matter." She was frantic talking to him over the phone.
"Kate what's wrong?" He will asked from his office of the hospital having just finished his last patient of the day.
"I am sorry to be bothering you. However I need for you to come to the loft and I will explain further. I suggest you bring your medical bag and any type anti agent to counteract any visionary type drugs." She responded with looking down at a out cold Richard Castle.
"Whose been drugged Kate? I have heard through the grapevine that a number of doctors or any others elsewhere have been drugged and killed the past five months. I understand that your precinct and the attorney's general office is investigating?"
"Very true Josh. It's Castle. He had been working undercover with Hayley Shapten an associate and three other couples have been trying to find a link to those deaths. And it happens that Rick had been injected twice. I will explain the rest when you get here." She quipped with her persona nervous as hell wondering why Castle had been targeted again.
"I will come Kate. I just need to let my wife know where I am going to be. I had just finished up for the day and evening. So I will come as soon as possible. But in the meantime I suggest you keep him covered. Is there anything else I should know?"
"Currently he's knocked out Josh. I had to kick him twice in the stomach and hitting his face. He was trying to rape me with his rage and visions he was suffering with. So I might of caused some internal damage to his stomach." She stated with anger.
"I will check it out when I arrive. Just be sure to keep an close eye out on him." He hangs up the phone to dial his wife's number at home to let her know he has an emergency. His wife Elizabeth second wife recently remarried she picks up the phone. She is as well a Nurse at the same hospital for the past ten years. Josh and his first marriage with Catherine just wasn't working out since she was caught red handed with another man so he divorced her.
"Josh what's going on?" Elizabeth will asked working on her laptop with dinner on the hot stove expecting him to come home and eat with her.
"There's an emergency. An old friend had called me with her husband having been drugged while working on an undercover operation for the 12th precinct. You heard me mention Captain Kate Beckett earlier?" He will mention with leaving out the part about once dating many years prior.
"No problem Josh dinner is on the hot stove whenever you're ready to eat when you're home. I don't want you to rush back because of it. And besides I need to sleep some with having an early shift in the morning of the heart wing." She will remind him since lately he's been working too hard to forget the simple of things in life.
Doctor Josh Davidson walking out of his office with turning down his cell phone and pager. While other doctors have taken over in his spot in case of an emergency. He had mention to his secretary that he didn't wish to be bothered.
He was able to find his vehicle on the fourth level of the underground parking lot before heading out. It's been a long time since he had seen her having met during a murder case four years earlier.
He had remembered how to drive to Broome street taking the turn before finding the entrance of the parking lot and meeting up with the valet giving him a number and place. Afterwards he walked up to the main entrance carrying his medical bag. There was someone at the door to stop him as Dr. Davidson said it was an emergency with one of the clients on the fourth floor. He had mention that it was Richard Castle the mystery writer.
