Hello Readers, It's been a while after the delay. I had released chapter 13. It was a rush, but I manage to fix the errors and wrong spellings. Chapter 14 will now start.
"The Rampage Begins.."
Previously In Adventure's Revelation :
"Hi Akari, it's been a while."
Demi Veemon smiled in happiness. Shoutmon, Cutemon Gumdramon, and Damemon hugged Demi Veemon to welcome him.
"Where's Tai and Takumi-kun?" Meiko wondered as Sora began to look at her sorroundings.
"Sorry Guys, we're late. Tai and I are lost when we went back to the bathroom." Takumi sweatdropped.
Akari-chan, what place is this?" Meiko asked the red haired girl.
"This is.. The General's Place. This is where the meetings are always held when trouble comes." Akari answered again.
"General? You mean Mikey Kudou?" Cody, can't help but ask the Xros Heart Team.
"Yes, this is where he held the meetings, this is where he also goes when he's upset." Akari explained.
"Mikey Kudou? It can't be.." Matt breathed while Joe's smile began to fade.
"That's right, this is where Daisuke Motomiya held the meetings. He was also known as Mikey Kudou, The Original General Of Xros Heart Team." Jeremy said
"Yolei look out!" Ken shouted. Yolei was shivering. Virusmon's purple gust made Yolei paralyzed in fear.
Ken pushed Yolei out of the way.
"Ken!!" Yolei shouted in anguish.
"Ahhh!!!!" Ken screamed painfully as he fell to his knees then he lost conciousness.
"Ken!! Everyone shouted.
Guys, I called you for the meeting." Izzy began as he typed on his laptop.
"What's wrong Izzy?" Yolei asked.
"Ken was brought in the hospital earlier.. " Izzy revealed.
"What?!." Everyone gasped.
You did a great job Virusmon, your attack made The child of kindness ill. Continue your work. Your next target is either the child of Miracles or The Child Of Hope." Piedmon smirked evilly.
"Sure thing, master." Virusmon bowed as he disappeared from the shadows.
Present:
The Next Day..
"Ughh.." Ken groaned in pain. He tried his best to breathe, but his illness won't allow him. The doctors tried their best to make his breathing stable. Ken was in pain.
"Poor Ken.." Mrs Ichijouji sobbed loudly as Mr. Ichijouji comforted his wife.
"Mrs. Ichijouji, Mr. Ichijouji, We're here." The voice belonged to Izzy.
The other digidestineds have arrived. Just in time, the nurses and the doctor came out in the room, with an unconcious Ken in the rolling bed.
"Ken!" Yolei ran towards the rolling bed. She was still upset on what she did.
"I'm so sorry Ken, If I had moved, You won't be in this situation."
The nurses brought Ken inside his room, while the doctor talked with Ken's parents.
Meiko comforted Yolei, who was still mourning.
"Guys!" Joe shouted in the hallway. He was wearing his nurse- in- training outfit.
"Joe, what are you doing here?" Cody asked as Joe approached them.
"I'm here because I helped my dad earlier." Joe answered Cody's question.
Later..
The digidestineds are now allowed to go inside Ken's room. Sora covered her mouth when she saw Ken's condition.
Ken was lying in the hospital bed, asleep. He has an oxygen mask on his face. He can barely breath. His system was slowing down.
Kari, Meiko and Mimi gasped, Yolei cried even harder and she rushed towards Ken.
"Ken.." Yolei cried softly as she hug Ken.
Outside..
"What is his condition now doctor?" Joe asked as the doctor's face showed a sign of discomfort and sadness.
"His condition is not good. His breathing was unstable, We managed to bring his fever down, but his pulse was getting weaker. His illness was unknown. This is the first time I've discovered a new illness. We must cure him before his illness gets worse." The doctor explained seriously.
Joe was left shocked. He can't believe that Ken was suffering on an unidentified illness. If this illness made it's rampage, it could kill hundreads of people. where did the illness came from?
He entered the room..
Izzy began to think about Ken's illness. The illness was discovered this day, But when and how Ken contracted the disease? He was fine 4 days ago when they all went to Kyoto.
"How did Ken contracted the disease? He was fine 4 days ago, could it be.. he got his illness after Virusmon attacked him using his purple gust? This is bad." Izzy thought in fear and nervousness.
Suddenly...
Ken started to shake violently..
"Oh no! This is bad! Tai, Matt, Izzy, T. K, Cody, Takumi, hold Ken tight!, I'm gonna go get the doctor and the nurses." Joe said in fear as he rushed outside.
"Poor Ken.." Mimi thought sadly.
Few Minutes Later...
The doctors and the nurses have no choice. They strapped Ken in bed to make sure he won't go wild or violent.
"Ken, pls.. answer me." Yolei cried harder.
"Yo.. lei..?" A weak voice answered.
"Ken? is that you?" Yolei sniffled.
"Yea.. h.. Yo.. lei.." Ken said weakly.
"Ken, tell us. What's hurting you?" T. K said.
"I.. can't.. breathe.. Vi.. rus.. mon.. did.. this.. t. o.. me.." Ken said his last words before he passed out.
"Ken, stay with us!" Yolei shouted.
"Joe help him pls.."
Joe began to check his pulse. It was getting weaker, His system was slowing down, He need to think a way..
"Everyone.. I'm afraid to tell you that.. uh" Joe swallowed in fear and nervousness.
"What Joe? Tell us." Sora said calmly.
"Ken's condition is getting worse, he was suffering from an unknown illness. It was identified earlier." Joe revealed nervously.
The digidestineds are left speechless.
"How did Ken contracted the virus?" Matt asked. He was fine when we went to Kyoto 4 days ago. "
Ken is right. Virusmon did this. He used to his purple gust to attack Ken 2 days ago. Maybe Virusmon's technique infected Ken.
There's one thing I don't understand. How can the virus affect humans? I thought it would only affect other digimons." Izzy said.
" Hmm.. " Matt thought.
"Follow Me..." The voice spoke in Tai's head.
"Who are you?" Tai asked mentally.
"I'm the wielder of courage, and one of the fallen leaders, my protege already talked to his reicarnation. Before we start, follow me outside." The voice spoke as he went outside...
"Where are you goin'?" Tai said metally as he rushed towards outside. Goodthing none of the digidestineds were outside. He went outside.
"So, who are you?." Tai asked skeptically.
"I'm the wielder of courage and one of the fallen leaders." The voice spoke.
"It can't be.. You're Taichi Yagami" Tai gasped in shock.
"Our conversation won't last long. After this conversation, go back to the waiting room. I know this is your first time, we don't have time left because Piedmon makes his move." Taichi said to Taijou.
"Taichi, am i really you? My dreams are about your past. I saw how you felt towards Sora." Taijou said nervously.
"You.. saw.. my past?" Taichi gasped.
Taijou nodded.
"You're right.. I am you.. and you're me. We're the same and one. We were like splitted into half and speaking of my past, you're correct.
But, about that misunderstanding, it really hits me a lot. I already forgave Sora. I hope she won't spend time, dwelling in the past." Taichi said.
"I trust you Taijou. As long as you're alive, keep her happy..no matter what happens. I trust you.. until we meet again.."
"Wait! Taichi!" Taijou shouted as Taichi disappeared. Ubeknowst to him, Someone was watching him in the shadows.
The watcher used his technique to make Taijou forget thee events that occurred. (only his conversation w/ Taichi, the other events are not included.)
Taijou was feeling a bit sleepy. He went straight to the hospital waiting room and he slept there. Meanwhile the watcher in the shadows gritted his teeth after Taijou went back inside the hospital room.
"That Fallen Leader! He won't stop until he get what he wants! I won't let the fallen leaders make their reicarnations remember about everything including their pasts about them, being a digidestined. I won't let them! They must fall!" The watcher from the shadows said in anger.
"We gotta find the cure for this illness. Who knows what will happen to Ken if we don't find the cure in time." Izzy answered.
"You're right Izzy.." Mimi replied.
"Guys, where's Tai?" Sora asked.
"He was in the waiting area earlier." Meiko said as she fix her glasses back.
"I saw him heading outside but I don't know why. I think he's back in the waiting area. Let's go check." Takumi said.
The digidestineds went in the waiting area (Except Yolei, Meiko, Izzy and Joe.) They saw Tai, sleeping peacefully.
"Looks like he's tired of waiting. He fell asleep." Takumi said as he laughed softly.
"Let's go back.." Matt said.
"You guys go, I'll do something." Sora said.
"Sure.." T. K said as they left the room.
"That Creep.. He used his technique to make Taijou forget about our coversation."
"I know, the creepy clown made his move. We need to help them.. But how? I can't even talk to Kari.. I can't help them."
"Don't lose hope.. Taijou and Takumi are still there to protect them. I trust those 2. I know they won't let us down."
"Guys, We believe on you. I know you can save the world without us.."
Matt was in a deep thought, he was thinking about Tai. He reminds him of Taichi, his deceased friend and rival. People can't just comeback from the dead. It's impossible.
"That's impossible, People can't comeback from the dead. No one can do that." Matt thought as he clutch his hands tight in confusion.
Kari was also in a deep thought. Why does Takumi reminds her of Daisuke? He knows everything about Daisuke. Like Matt, she was also confused.
"Takumi, who really are you?" Kari thought.
That night..
"Takumi.." the voice spoke on his dreams.
"Who's there?" Takumi was alarmed.
"It's me again, Daisuke. You need to tell this to Taijou-senpai." He said seriously.
"What is it?" Takumi asked worriedly.
"Piedmon already made his move. He even sent his minion earlier. The watcher was eavesdropping at Taijou-senpai and Tai-san. He used his technique to make Taijou-senpai forget the coversation he and Tai-san have." Daisuke explained with a serious tone.
"So that's why he went outside. Alright, I'll tell him about the events." Takumi assured.
"Thank you, Take care.." Daisuke said his last words before he faded away.
Meanwhile with Tai and Sora..
Sora was fast asleep. She was leaning in Tai's right shoulder. She must be tired.
In Tai's dreams...
"Where am I?" Tai thought nervously.
He walked in the shadows.. When he entered the darkness, he saw something familiar.
"Leave me alone Tai! I already told you! That anniversary was over! Leave me alone! Matt and I have so much to talk about!"
"Is.. that.. me?" Tai gasped as he continued to watch the shadows of past.
"Sora...why?..You..broke the promise.."
"Tai, leave us alone!!"
"Oh my god...Who's that guy? why do he look so much like me? And that girl must be Sora..Why are we arguing?" Tai gasped again in shock.
"She doesn't care about me! Why?! She really had changed." The boy ran away.
"Do you want to end your pain?"
The boy looked at his sorroundings.
"I.. want.. to.. end my pain.." The boy cried.
"Then, you must set the fire to the rain."
"What do you mean?" The boy sniffled.
"You must take revenge, She hurted you so much, She thinks that you never exists.
She stayed with that so called friendship. He stole Love and Love betrayed you. You need revenge, revenge that will burn them, Revenge that will left them rot to death. I'll give you power. The power that will lead them to the fires of hell."
"I want to end my.. pain.. I'll set the fire to the rain. I'll take revenge. They hurted me so much, I'll burn them until they rot to death. They didn't even cared if I felt sad or depressed. I'm the fire and they are the rain. They must suffer, They must feel how I felt when betrayed." The boy said mixed of anger and sadness.
"This dream.. It can't be.. I already saw this dream..Why this felt so real this time? Is this my past? Why?" Tai gasped in shock. He fell down to his knees.
"Will I take revenge against my friends?! Will I do this in the future?! I can't do this to my friends.. no.." Tai said again.
Tai clutched his head tight. He was really confused now. Who was he? Who was that guy?"
"No!"
"No!" Tai screamed. This caught the attention of the other people who are also in the waiting area. Thr nurses grew worried on the sight of Tai, who seemed traumatized.
"Tai, are you okay?!" Sora asked worriedly.
The brunette didn't respond. Instead, his face shadowed and he clutched his head tight.
"Tai, are you alright?! What happened.." Sora asked the brunette in a wortied tone.
"My dream.. it.. felt so real..
Meanwhile with Matt and the others..
" I think I just heard Tai's scream.. " Takumi wondered. The others grew worried.
"Something must've happen to them.. " Joe panicked.
"Hmm.. Let's go check them.." Matt was still alarmed. What could have happened to Tai and Sora?.
"My dream.. It felt.. so..real.." Tai continued.
"What is it Tai?! Tell me!" Sora shaked Tai's shoulder. Tai's face shadowed.
"I dreamn't about Taichi Yagami." Tai answered in a fear tone.

Finally, I had finished chapter 14. I used Virusmon as the new enemy. Virusmon appeared In Universe Appli Monsters. (See Digimon Fandom. com : Virusmon.)

So, I have to use Virusmon as the primary Antagonist in my story. This season has a deep connection to something and it was already happening in real life. Chapter 15 will be released soon..

For The Summary:
Izzy contacts the other digidestineds. He revealed that Ken was brought to hospital,
shocking the group.
The chosen ones went to the hospital, meeting Mr. and Mrs. Ichijouji. The doctor and the nurses came out along with an unconcious Ken in the rolling bed.
Yolei was traumatized. She can't bear seeing Ken in this condition. Crying and hoping were the things she was thinking.
Meiko comforts the purple haired girl.
Meanwhile, Joe and Ken's doctor was talking to each other. Ken's doctor revealed that Ken's condition was unstable. Unknown illness was detected within him. This made Joe worried.
Few minutes later, Ken started to act wild, the only choice was to sedate him and strapped him in bed, this made Yolei cry more.
Taichi called Taijou to talk with him, this made Taijou wonder. Taijou followed the voice and he landed outside.
Taichi explained everything about his past.
After their conversation, The watcher in the shadows used his technique to make Taijou forget the conversation.
Daisuke warned Takumi, and told him to tell Tai everything about the conversation.
That night, Sora, Matt and Takumi found Tai, sleeping in the waiting area. Sora told Matt and Takumi to leave first. She stayed with Tai and she also fell asleep.
In Tai's dream, He saw Taichi's past and how he was consumed by his own revenge and darkness. Tai's nightmare made him scream, causing the other people in the waiting area to stare at him.
The other chosen ones who are in Ken's room noticed Tai's scream. This made Joe worried. Matt and Takumi came to check if Sora and Tai are okay.
Tai then tells the truth about his dream. He dreamn't about Taichi Yagami, The former leader and also a fallen leader as well.
