Hello everyone,

I know I haven't updated in a few days but I've been trying to complete the full story, I've changed what I wanted to do with the plot like 3 billion times and I've had to rewrite a few chapters but I think I've got everything under wraps now.

Bella's POV.

"It slipped my mind earlier to ask why aren't you at school today?" Asked Paul.

"How did you even know I wouldn't be at school today?" I asked, not answering my question.

"After I saw you yesterday, I went to talk to Jared because I was feeling confused, he told me he had seen you and you said you weren't going to school. Now stopping dodging my question Swan, why aren't you at school?"

"I just had some trouble with the new kids the Cullen and I ended up hurting my wrist a little, so the nurse advised me to stay home and rest."

I watched Paul's hands clutch the steering wheel a little tighter.

"What kind of troubles?"

"One of them wanted me to be their friends and when I told her no, she told her brother and he grabbed my wrist a little too tightly it was swollen but it's okay now."

"I should come to your school and punch him in the face."

"There's no need Charlie came to school yesterday and put him in jail for the night, the principal suspended him and if he bothers me again, he'll be expelled from school."

"They should have expelled him now, I don't like them, I've seen them when I was in Forks and they are a weird bunch. I did some work at the hospital the other day and saw the father and my spirit just fell off. Avoid them at all costs or I might have to come to Forks and fuck them up, I want nothing to happen to you or our babies."

I wonder how Paul would react when he phases and finds out what they are.

"No need to worry, nothing will happen and I don't like them so I'm most definitely not going to be anywhere around them if I don't have to be, that's why I asked Sue to be my midwife nurse."

He nodded.

While driving we made small talk. When we got to Port Angeles Paul parked in front of a nice restaurant I'd never been to before. He came around to my side of the car and helped me out, then held my hands as we walked inside and sat down at a table.

"Hi, my name is Cassidy and I'll be your waitress for today, here's a lunch menu would you like anything to drink to start."

"Water is just fine," Paul told her.

She placed two menus on the table and left. Opening the menu, I looked at the many options.

"Do you see anything you like?" Paul asked.

"Maybe and sandwich and some soup," I told him.

Cassidy came back with our water.

"Are you guys ready to order?" She asked as I was taking a sip of water.

Putting the water down, we both nodded.

"Okay, what can I get for you guys?"

"I'll have 2 double turkey Parmesan burgers with sweet potato fries and Pepsi," Paul ordered.

"And for you, miss?"

"I'll have the roasted butternut squash and apple soup also can I have a chicken Caesar salad."

"Your order will be ready in 15-20 minutes," the waitress said as she took up the menus and left.

"Are you going to eat two burgers?" I asked Paul.

"I'm a growing boy, Bella I could probably eat a whole cow."

I laughed at the image of Paul trying to eat a whole cow. Paul started flexing his muscles, and I started laughing even harder.

"So, Bella, tell me more about yourself."

"I'm an open book Paul everybody knows everything about me."

"No, I don't know everything about you."

"Ask me whatever you want to know, and I'll tell you."

"Okay, I'll ask something simple, what's your favorite color?"

"Green and grey. What's yours?"

"Brown like your eyes."

I blushed.

"What do you want to do when you leave high school?" Paul asked.

"I want to open a restaurant or bakery."

"That's amazing."

"What about you I know your done high school, what do you for work?" I asked.

"Well, after foster care I was a bit out of control so Jared mom thought it would be good to put all my anger into work so she found this trade school where I could go after my regular classes and on the weekends," he stopped and took a sip of his water. "I started with plumbing and mastered it, then I went on to electricity, construction, flooring, roofing you name it I could do it. The council used some of those courses to go towards my high school credit, so I could graduate at 16, then I went to college for software tech design."

It shocked me.

"Wow," was all I could say.

"Yeah, I know it's surprising most people just think I'm an airhead, but I've got a college diploma and several certifications. It saves me money because if something is wrong with my house, I don't have to hire an electrician I can do it myself."

"That's very impressive," I told him honestly.

He was about to say something, but the waitress came with our food. I couldn't help but dig in, the soup was amazing and so was the sandwich, I couldn't believe I was able to eat it all.

"How was your food?" Paul asked.

"It was good I can't believe I ate it all," I told him.

"Babe you're eating for 3 so it's understandable."

"I will get fat if I don't start eating better."

"You won't get fat and even if you gain a little weight, I will just a little extra to love."

The waitress came to the table with our bill, Paul took out his wallet and paid the bill.

"Where are we going after this?" I asked.

"We are going to the mall."

"Why?"

"Well, I remember you said the jeans you have no longer fit so I will take you to get some comfy maternity clothing."

"Paul please no, I hate shopping."

"You need something other than sweatpants to wear so let's go no complaints. Let me take care of you just this once."

"Okay," I said even though I didn't want Paul spending money on me, but the look he was giving me told me I had no choice.

Leaving the restaurant, we got into the car and headed to the mall. Finding a parking spot close to the mall entrance, we left the car and went inside the mall.

My phone rang looking at the caller I saw it was Sam.

Hey, Sam, what's up

Hey, Bella, I was just checking on you, Jared came by and didn't see you

I'm in Port Angeles I'll be home probably around 3

Okay, I wanted to make sure you were safe just let us know when your home

I'll call when I'm home

Hanging up the phone I looked at Paul he took my hands in his and we started walking around the mall we came across a maternity store Mommy R Us; Paul gently squeezed my hands.

"Hello, my name is Mary how can I help you lovely couple find anything today," someone asked as soon as we walked in the store.

"My girlfriend here needs some new pants," Paul told her.

I was going to say I'm not his girlfriend, but I kept quiet because hearing him call me his girlfriend felt nice.

"Okay, dear, why don't I show you where we have our stretch pants."

She walked us over to a rack filled with multiple colored pants.

"So, what I'd suggest is getting these because of the stretch, but also because it's very comfortable."

Going through the rack, I chose a few pants I liked.

"Anything else you need dear?" Mary asked.

"I'm not sure," I told her honestly.

"First pregnancy?"

I nodded.

"Okay, so you'll need some new bras, some shirts, dresses, and maybe some shoes."

Paul stood away from us while Mary and I walked around the store picking up all the stuff I would need.

"I think that's everything, would you like to take everything to the front and cash out?'

"Yes, please."

Paul took everything from my hand and brought it up to the front, I stood behind him while Mary rang up the purchase.

"Your total is $650."

I was about to take my purse out and pay for it, but Paul beat me to it and handed her a debit card.

"You don't have to do that," I told Paul.

"Yes, I do now stop complaining."

Paul took all the bags from Mary, thanking her, and we left the store.

"Are we going home now?" I asked.

"Sure, if you're ready."

"Actually, can we go to the food court? I want ice cream and a cinnamon bun."

"Anything for you little Swan."

After getting ice cream and the cinnamon bun, we walked outside to the car. While driving, we talked a lot about a little of everything.

"Before I forget, I have a doctor's appointment with Sue, would you like to come?" I asked Paul.

"Of course, I want to come I already told you I want to be here for you and our children, I don't want to miss a single moment. What time is the appointment?"

"In the afternoon."

"Okay, I'll be there."

I smiled and placed my hand on my stomach. This pregnancy might not be so bad.

Looking at the time on my phone I saw it was 3:00 pm as we were pulling up to the house, I know Charlie won't be home for a few hours, which is good because I wasn't ready to introduce Paul to him as yet.

Paul came around the side of the car and opened my door. He had been such a gentleman today; I hadn't expected it. He took the bag from the trunk, and we walked into the house.

"I had a nice time today," I told him.

"I did too, I enjoyed spending the day with you Swan and I can't wait to spend more time with you."

"Me too."

"I know you said you want to take this slow, but I'd like to take you out on Friday night, how does that sound?"

"That sounds great," I said with a smile.

"Hand me your phone so I can put my number in it," I handed my phone to him.

There was a knock on the door. Walking from the living room where Paul and I were relaxing, I went to open the door. I was hoping to see Sam or Jared, but I found Angela.

"Hey Bella, I brought your homework."

"Come in," I told her stepping to the side and allowing her to come in.

"Oh, I didn't know you had company, hey Paul."

"Hi, Angela, I was just leaving."

Paul got up from the living room and walked to where I was standing at the door.

"I'll see you tomorrow, my little Swan," he said. He bent down and kissed my stomach and then stood up, kissing the top of my head. "I'll text you when I'm home."

I watched as he walked to his car and then closed the door.

"Oh my gosh, Bella, did Paul just kiss your head and stomach? So that means you told him? Are you guys like together now?"

"Angela slow down."

We were both sitting in the living room.

"I told him yesterday, but it shocked him, so he said nothing, and I walked away this morning he came to apologize, and we went for lunch in Port Angeles."

"So, are you guys dating?"

"We are taking it slow and getting to know all about each other before the babies are born."

"I'm so happy for you Bella that's amazing."

"How was school today?" I asked her.

"I honestly hate the Cullen's."

"What happened?"

"So today we are sitting in the cafeteria Alice Cullen comes over to our table and started talking to Jessica how she made a mistake asking you to be her friend and how she wanted Jessica to be her friend instead and Jessica should come over to her house for a makeover and they should go shopping, then she asked Jessica to come and sit with her and Jessica just got up and left with her."

What the hell were these Cullen's playing at, first they tried to get me as their friend and now Jessica? Were they trying to get a human to turn or something because why the hell would a bunch of cold ones want human friends?

"I don't like them," I told her honestly.

"I don't either, especially after what happened to you yesterday."

My phone vibrated to show I had a message.

You home? - Sam

Yes, I'm home now- Bella

Okay, Jared, Leah, and I are coming over in 10 minutes. Jared and I want to make sure there's no new scent around the house-Sam.

Angela is here-Bella

Damn, we've got to be careful we can't let anything slip- Sam

Yeah, I know- Bella

Okay, we'll be there soon- Sam

"Angela could you help me bring these bags to my room, then I can start making dinner."

"I thought you hated shopping why so many bags?"

"Paul took me to a maternity store because I told him I didn't have any jeans that fit anymore."

"That's so cute."

Putting the bags in the room, we went back downstairs.

I decided to make rice with steamed vegetables and fish, Angela sat watching as I cooked.

There was a knock on the door, I knew it had to be Sam since he texted me earlier.

"I'll get it you continue cooking," Angela said, getting up and going to open the door.

From where I was standing in the kitchen, I was able to see straight through the living and the front door, Sam and Leah came in first, but Jared was staring at Angela.

Leah ran to me in the kitchen and hugged me.

"Why didn't you call me yesterday to tell me what happened?" Leah asked.

"I didn't want you to worry since you were at school."

"Hey Bella," Sam said, hugging me once Leah had finally let me go.

"Hey, Sam."

Jared and Angela finally came inside and were sitting in the living room. Jared had a big smile on his face and was holding Angela's hands.

"Jared and I are going to look outside for a moment, then we'll be right back," Sam told me.

Jared let go of Angela's hands, kissed the top of her head, and left with Sam. Angela got up from the living room and came and sat with Leah in the kitchen to watch as I was cooking.

"I heard you told Paul about the baby," Leah stated.

"I did."

"Oh my gosh Leah when I came over here today and Paul was leaving, he kissed Bella on the forehead and kissed her stomach it was the cutest thing ever," Angela told Leah.

"So, I guess that means he's happy about the babies?" Leah asked me.

"I shocked him when I first told him yesterday he said nothing so I just left him standing there, but this morning he came over and apologized and gave me a bracelet," I stretched my hands and showed them the bracelet. "He said he wanted us to try getting to know each other fully before the babies are born, then he said he wanted to take me for lunch after lunch, he took me to a maternity store after I told him I didn't have any jeans that fit."

"Just let him know if he hurts you, I'll kick his ass," Leah said.

Jared and Sam came back inside.

"Oh, shit, I've got to go," Angela said.

"Okay, let me walk you to your car," Jared told her.

Both walked out hand in hand.

"So, anything new?" I asked Sam.

"No, it's the same as yesterday, but Jared and I will constantly patrol close to hear during the night to ensure yours and Charlie safety until your mom gets here."

I nodded. Just then Jared came back inside with a big smile on his face.

"So, you imprinted on Angela?" Leah asked him.

"Yes."

"That's good," Sam said.

"I'm glad I imprinted on her because it worried me, I would have to break up with her without an explanation so soon after we had started dating."

"Are you going to tell her soon?" I asked.

"I don't know yet because I don't know how she'll take it; I saw in Sam's mind you and Leah didn't freak out too much because you guys both know the legends and whatever, but Angela doesn't."

"She'll probably freak out a bit, but pale face or not the spirits think she's the perfect match for me they wouldn't have chosen her for you unless they thought so," Sam assured him.

The food was ready, so I turned off the stove.

"Angela said Jessica seems to have befriended the Cullen's," I told them.

"What the hell are those fucking leeches up to?" Sam said to no one in particular.

"I have no idea, but it can't be good we'll have to keep an eye on everything they do."

"So, Jared, how are you coping with being a wolf so far?" I asked.

"It's been interesting, if I hadn't been looking down at paws at the time, I wouldn't have believed the legends were true."

I chuckled, I could only imagine his reaction.

Jared POV

"So, Jared, how are you coping with being wolf so far?" Bella asked me.

"It's been interesting, if I hadn't been looking down at paws at the time, I wouldn't have believed the legends were true," I told her honestly.

When I had first transformed over the weekend, I was shocked to find out the legend had been true.

Flashback

Paul and I had been doing some construction at the Forks hospital when I had started having a bad headache. I went to the doctor and they couldn't find anything wrong with me since the project at the hospital was almost done, I pushed until the last day.

The last day I was so agitated because I was having a fever, so I went home early and was laying in bed. When I couldn't take it anymore, I had jumped out of bed and walked into the woods because it just felt right.

Looking down, my legs were no longer there, instead, there were paws.

I was freaking the fuck out and started to run until I heard a voice in my head

Jared calm down

What the fuck I'm going crazy and hearing voices in my head.

It's me, Sam.

You've got to be kidding me, this must be a dream, this fever is causing me to have strange and crazy dreams of me being a wolf

This isn't a dream, the legends of our tribe being descendants of wolves are real and that is why you have paws

What the fuck, how the hell could this happen

But I haven't come across any vampires, I'm sure if they were real, they would have killed everybody and sucked their blood

The Cullen's are cold ones, but they don't drink human blood, they drink from animals, the last pack made a peace treaty with them

What the fuck this is just fucking crazy how the hell do I turn back into a human

Just think happy thoughts, but once you turn back, you'll be naked

End of flashback

When I had turned back into a human and Sam had explained everything to me, I was shocked and when he told me I couldn't go around Angela or Paul, I was pissed but he told me it was for their safety and I understood.

The elders were able to explain in more details about everything; I was glad I had already gone to college in Port Angeles because I know that I was a wolf I wouldn't be able to leave the reservation.

They told me I would have to break up with Angela if she wasn't my imprint and it crushed me. I had always had a crush on her and the bet Paul and I had given me the courage to make a move and after we had slept together a few days after Leah's party we both wanted to give the relationship thing a try.

Not only is she beautiful, she is smart, but she is also always happy and smiling. When we were heading over to Bella's and Sam told me she would be there, I was praying I would imprint on her and I did.

When the elders explained that imprinting was the way one found their soul mate I didn't know how to feel, the way they had explained made me felt like imprinting took away that person's choice. Because could you imagine just walking down the road and you pass someone random and you just imprint on them, it just made little sense to me.

I was glad I imprinted on Angela because I already knew her and liked her and knew she liked me too, so I know wherever our relationship goes from here isn't just because of this imprint but because we both genuinely liked each other.

"So, Bella, when is your mom coming to town?" Sam asked her.

"I don't know she said this week, and it's only Tuesday, so I guess we just have to wait and see."

During the time Sam was teaching me to phase back and forth, he had let it slip that he and Bella are related. The conversation was surprising, had I not been a giant wolf I wouldn't believe witches existed. If these last few days had thought me anything, it is expected the unexpected.
