Epilogue: From Racing to Smashing

At the center in the Royal Palace of Asgard, an Einherjar solider opens a door that leads into the Vault, the home to many of All-Father Odin's exotic valuables. The Einherjar are a group of elite warriors that serve to protect Asgard with their lives while also assigned as guardians of the Vault. But this Einherjar seems to be doing more than guarding the vault as he walks down the corridor. He doesn't bat an eye at the other treasures locked here like the Casket of Ancient Winters and Casket of Darkness. He seems to be more interested at the blue energy cube located on a pedestal at the end of the corridor.

The suspicious Asgardian grabs the cube and picks it up from its pedestal while saying, "The Tesseract. A Cosmic Cube forged by the mortals and their ISO-8. A cosmic weapon that can warp reality and grant the user near-omnipotent power."

Suddenly, the Einherjar solider radiates a green aura as his entire body transforms into a whole new person altogether, seemingly his normal form. A god that wields a mystical scepter that he loves using to cause as much mischief as he can to fulfil his own ambitions. He smiles deviously while holding the Cosmic Cube in his hand. "How I cannot WAIT to abuse it to fulfill MY purposes." proclaimed Loki, the God of Mischief that plans to use the Tesseract to conquer Asgard and take revenge on his enemies like the Avengers.

Meanwhile at the Battlerealm…

Around the same time Loki stole the Tesseract, an unknown figure enters an ancient temple at a fractured dimension that serves as a nexus of all realities. This mysterious being wears a black hooded cloak as they walk stoically through the abandoned hall until they were stopped by a massive door. Somehow, with a wave of their hand, the door magically opens into a massive chamber. And inside the chamber, there lies a large dome of darkness that seems to be sealing something within.

"At last. I have found it. Soon. Light and darkness will clash again." The mysterious entity muttered ominously to themselves, staring at the dark dome with an idea in mind that could threaten the entire universe.

KFX Here: I can't believe I didn't complete this story first before completing Realm of Smashers, which takes place after this story. I just had a little trouble writing this epilogue, that's all. I want to thank MetalJrock for collaborating with me for this story. Would love to do another collaboration with a story that doesn't involve racing.
