It was the skeletal remains of Flint himself, sitting in his throne on top of more treasure. "Is that…?" I say, unable to break my gaze at the skeleton. "Captain Flint?" Jim said, in as much shock as I was.

B.E.N sprung up and looked at the slumped over skeleton. "In the flesh! Well, sort of, except for skin, organs, or anything that resembles flesh. That's not there." B.E.N says, standing back up.

Jim and I walked over to Flint's skeleton and we observed him carefully. B.E.N was still rambling on from behind us but we didn't listen to what he was saying. Then, I see something wrapped in his skeletal hand.

I squinted my eyes and looked closely at the hand; and I saw a metal object in it. Without a second thought, I grab onto the skeletal fingers and pried the loose, ultimately breaking them clean off.

"You think it's…?" I say, looking at Jim. I hand Jim the metal piece and he looks at it closely. "Oh, a mind's a terrible thing to lose!" The robot sobbed, turning his back to us.

"Yeah it is." Jim smiled, "B.E.N, I think we have found your mind." We walked over to the robot and Jim took him by the head. "Hold still." He said.

B.E.N. flinched by Jim's sudden touch. "Ha, ha! Jimmy, your hands are very, very cold-" the robot said, only to be cut off by his mind reconnecting to his head.

B.E.N glitches out for a second before his eye color changed from green to blue. "Hello. You know Jimmy, Jenny, I was just thinking…" he says, holding his hand up to his chin.

"I was just… thinking!" B. exclaimed with joy. Jim and I smile genuinely at the happy robot. "It's all coming back! All my memories! Right up until Flint pulled my memory circuit so I couldn't tell anyone about his BOOBY TRAP!" B.E.N happily stated.

Then, a loud noise grabbed all of our attention, getting us to look above us. "Speaking of which…" B.E.N said, now nervous.

My eyes widened as the walls started to explode from around us and they began to shake, causing me to quickly grab my brother's hand. He squeezed my hand in slight panic.

"Flint wanted to make sure that nobody could steal his treasure, so he rigged this whole planet to blow, HIGHER THAN A KALEPSIAN KITE!" B.E.N exclaimed in panic.

One laser machine broke from the ceiling and it crash landed on the treasure, causing the ground to break. A laser went rogue and started to cut everything in its path. The pirates ran away from the oncoming laser.

We watched as this was happening from the side of the ship. My skin drained of color and I found myself squeezing Jim's hand. "Run, Jimmy, and Jenny! Run for your lives!" B.E.N shouts, starting to panic.

He then runs to the ship's control panel and goes underneath it. B.E.N and I followed him. "B.E.N, you and Jen go back and help the captain and Doc. If I'm not back in five minutes, leave without me." Jim said, starting to hotwire the ship.

My sisterly instincts kick in and I was quick to protest against this. "No, Jim! I'm not leaving you here!" I exclaimed. "Jenny's right! I'm not leaving my buddies behind!" B.E.N said, grabbing his boots.

Once Jim was pulled out, he held two wires in each hand as he glared at the robot. "Unless he looks at me like that. Bye Jim, bye Jen!" B.E.N said, letting Jim go and he ran out of here.

"Jen, go with B.E.N! The captain and Doc need help!" Jim says, raising his voice at me. He started to work on getting the ship running. "No, Jim! I'm not leaving you here to die! I made a promise to mom that I'd look after you!" I argued, not wanting to leave my brother.

He slid out from underneath the control panel and stood in front of me, a look of panic and anger mixed together. "Jen, I know what she said. But that doesn't mean I can't do the same. You're my sister, Jen, and I want to protect you as much as you're protecting me." His voice was calm yet his face was crossed with worry.

"I'm not leaving. That's final." I reply, my voice filled with stubbornness. Salty tears filled my hazel eyes as I said this. I love my brother very much and I wasn't about to leave him.

Leaving him to potentially die at the grasp of the exploding planet was something that I couldn't bear to do. Jim pulled me into a familial and comforting hug. I hug him back, my bare arms around his waist.

For a second, I closed my eyes. "Guess it's too late for you to turn back now." Jim mumbled, breaking the hug. "Let's get this ship running." I say to him. Jim nodded in agreement.

He was back to fixing the wires while I pressed some buttons. Sure enough, our efforts paid off and the ship started to lift off the ground. Jim took the wheel to steer it to the right.

"Yes, Morph, Jen we are so out of here!" Jim cheered. We gave each other a triumphant high five. Morph made a happy noise in reaction. "Ah, Jimbo, Jenny! Aren't you two the seventh wonder of the world?"

Jim and I whip our heads to look behind us; Jim stopped steering but holding onto the wheel loosely. Without thinking, I grabbed the nearest sword and pointed the blade at the cyborg.

"Get. Back." I scowl at him, trying my hardest to protect my brother. Silver stopped walking and looked at us with a surprised angry look. "I like ya lad and lass. But I've come too far to let you both stand between me and my treasure." He said threateningly.

Silver started to come towards us, causing my heart to skip a couple of beats. Jim then grabs the sword and gets in front of me protectively. This didn't faze Silver and he kept walking to us.

Then, a large laser beam struck the side of the ship, causing it to tilt sideways. We were all thrown over the wall. Silver grabbed the railing. However, Jim and I slid down a platform.

I try to hold on to something but it was to no avail. Jim had jumped off the slanted wall and caught a small ledge. I hang off the wall by the exact same ledge, my hands bunched together.

Adrenaline pumped through my veins and my heart started to hammer in my chest. I now feared for my and Jim's life. My hands were starting to slip as I wrestled my foot to another small ledge in order to help me climb up.

"Aah! No, no!" I cry, feeling myself slipping off the edge. Suddenly, an arm quickly grabbed me, saving me from a fiery death. I was hoisted up onto the edge. I looked up to see that it was Silver who had saved me.

For a minute, I was in disbelief that he decided to help me when he could've just let me fall to the firey pit below. "Silver, why'd you…?" I asked in shock. "I wasn't about to let you fall, Jenny." he said with a smile.

I grin back for a second before the sound of Jim's cry brings me back to reality. I quickly turn my attention to see Jim struggling to hang onto the small ledge. Silver held onto my hand tightly as I carefully shuffled down the platform so I could reach Jim.

I reached down to Jim as far as my hand would go. "Jim, reach for me!" I cry to him. We tried to reach out to each other in desperation, only for our hands to be at least an inch apart.

"I… I can't!" he cried, suddenly slipping and falling. "Jim, no!" I cry, feeling my heart jump into my throat. He had managed to grab another small ledge, calming me down a little bit. I looked over at Silver, who was staring at the treasure. "Silver, we gotta help him! Please!" I yell, wanting to help my brother.

"I…" Silver stuttered, having an internal conflict with himself. He looked back at us for a moment and saw the desperation on our faces. He saw how much Jim and I needed each other. I couldn't lose my brother to this.

"Oh… blast me for a fool!" Silver says, letting go of Flint's pirate ship. He slides down the platform. I grabbed Jim by his arm with both of my hands just before he fell. I looked down at him with a smile, only for him to grin nervously back at me.

I pulled my brother up onto the ledge with Silver's help. Silver pulled the both of us back up along with himself. When Jim got up, I immediately pulled him into a hug. "Don't scare me like that again, you hear?" I scold, my voice breaking with each word.

"I'll try not to."he replied, hugging me back. We all then looked over to the pirate ship that had the treasure on it, only for the ship to explode in half.

Afterwards, the three of us sprinted towards the portal.
