Chapter 19 : The Plague's Test
ItsYoGreenGirl : It's okay if Chapter 27 takes a little bit longer, I would have guessed you would have had more time, since School is pretty much over, but it's okay, what upset me though was you said the Last Chapter, I really don't see why you can't write more, for like the Endgame or Aftermath of the Story, after Liv recovers, but like I said, if she does survive, then I may get an inspiration to use her in these times, but that all depends if there will be another story with possibly my favorite Ninjago OC, Liv Harlow Garmadon, since with how well It Takes Two has gone, I don't see why there can't be another adventure with her and Lloyd, especially since Garmadon's Powers were what held the Oni Back, if he's gone, then so is the Oni's only blockade, and then there's the villains from Seasons 11-12, sorry If I'm only taking about Liv, I just really want to see more from The Garmadon Twins, Lloyd and Liv are amazing. . .
Part 2 of ItsYoGreenGirl's Review : You may be right about Clayton not wanting to share his parents, but even before his new brother and sister came into the picture, he did share them with Zach and Via, and FYI, and Lucas and Alex are the new Formlings, Zach isn't, the reason Zach is the Prince is because he's the Oldest, and Alex is the Youngest, Clayton, Lucas, and Via are in between them, and it is their job to defend both of them in the Formlings' Prophecy. . . which is why Akita gives them the Most attention similar with how Eric was always happy whenever he was around Alex, but until Clayton has the courage to stand up and tell his Parents, they won't do anything, and remember from what the Story has pretty much stated, dead. . . but not gone, remember that. . . or maybe, Eric wasn't dead at all.
Previously on The Plague and The Pirates : The Festival had started, and the Young Ninjas were enjoying it, and Akita was trying to enjoy the day with her daughter before she left her in the care of Harumi and Lloyd, while she took care of Clayton's Violence, when Harumi comes to them and says that the Police requested Alex and Lydia to be at the Museum because of a break-in, and Lloyd gives the girls the Training Robes, and they leave the Festival, only to be ambushed by "Plague", and Alex gets captured in the process, but what he said, confused Lydia, and she was shocked to see a Blue Oni Mask, and she and Cole then went back to the Festival, to tell Akita and the others, that Alex was captured, and Akita saw the picture, and knew it was the Oni Mask of Fear, just before the Festival is ambushed by the Doctors and Nurses, and just as they try to capture Siddie. . . Averill, Romolus, Landon, and Harmony arrive, and force The Plague Doctor's Minions to retreat. . . and Siddie sees her friend Trigno is there once again, to help the Young Ninjas. . . and Lloyd gives the kids their Training Robes, before they leave for Rubble Grove to find out more about their next villain, Meanwhile, Hazel helps Eric get his memories back, and he brakes out of the chains holding him back, and tells his friend he won't leave without her.

The Young Ninjas are currently entering Rubble Grove, where they see the huge raggedy building in the middle, and manage to sneak in through a window on the third floor.
Nina : Raggedy on the Outside, Clean and Efficient on the Inside, definitely a Brain Teaser.
Cole : No kidding.
Siddie : Daddy, what do you know about The Plague Doctor?
Cole : Surname as Rogers, Surgeon for about 12 years, before he was Fired for illegally taking drugs on the job, and convincing patients to resort to dangerous products, like Marijuana and Vaping. . . then turned to revenge on who wrote him up, by gathering any known bad Nurse or Doctor he could find, and promised to help bring them to the top of Ninjago City, he then started spraying a fatal virus around Ninjago, stopped him of course, and after 4 years, he slowly retracted his own virus on him, and died in Kryptarium Prison, and here we are now.
Prince Zach : Certainly sounds like a man of idiocy.
Cole : Yep.
They keep looking around the building but can't see anyone. . . anywhere.
Lucas : Where is Everybody?
Via : No Clue, but we need to find out where they took Alex.
Charlie : Guys, check this out. . .
They walked over to Charlie who had entered some sort of Security Room.
Felicia : What is it, bro?
Charlie : Security Cameras, the one labeled the dungeons, and the cells are empty, but four of them are all damaged or broken out of, so people were held hostage here, but where they went is the question. . .
45 Minutes Earlier. . .
Eric found a small chain saw with a Shuriken on it, and he was cutting through the caged part of the wall.
Hazel : You need to hurry Eric, before they get back!
Eric then finished cutting through and climbed through the hole in the wall.
Eric : There, I'm through, Now let's get out of here!
He looked around and saw parts everywhere, and walked towards the wall and saw Hazel on a screen.
Eric : Hazel, you're, you've been. . .
Hazel : Scrapped. . . I know, but I couldn't tell you, not when you needed to get out of here, Eric you need to go without me, find your friends, and defeat the Plague Doctor, I know you have that potential in you.
Eric looks at Hazel's arm, and holds her hand as he looks at her.
Hazel : And you don't need to worry about Me, I will always be a part of you. . .
Eric had a thought in his head, and went back to grab his helmet, and he ripped off the front part, and the very top so it would't cover his hair, and set it to a mode where it would project information, his current objective, and his allies on a holographic scree in front of his eyes.
Eric : You are right Hazel, you'll always be a part of Me.
Hazel : What do you Mean?
Eric : You'll see.
Eric grabbed Hazel's Neurodrive, which was circular, and attached it to the back of his helmet, and he put the helmet on, and the holographic information appeared in front of him.
Hazel : Eric, you took my drives and attached them to the processor of your helmet, you're a genius.
Eric : Thanks, but first we need to get to Cyrus Borg.
Hazel : Why?
Eric : You brought me to him, and he saved me, that means he trusted you. . . he can fix you.
Hazel : I don't know If I can recover from this Eric. . .
Eric : If we just get back to Ninjago City and find Dr. Borg, he can fix this. . . trust me.
Hazel : Alright.
Person : Hello, is anybody there, I need some help!
Hazel : Sounds like another Prisoner.
Eric : Can you see who it is.
Hazel : Hang on a second. . .
Hazel did a scan and showed the location. . .
For those who are Curious, the "Projection" on Eric's helmet, is similar to how Zane saw through his eyes, when he had Pixal in his head.
Eric : Got it.
Eric used his powers and broke down the door, and opened the door to the Cell across from them, and saw an Older Man chained up, and masked.
Person : Eric. . . you're alive?!
Eric : My Cousin, and my Best Friend eluded death, stopped sounding so surprised.
He cut the chains and took the mask that was tied to the Man's face, and he was shocked by who it was. . .

Eric : Captain Holden?!
Captain Holden : Thank you.
Eric : What are you doing here?
Captain Holden : I helped Hazel bring you to Cyrus Borg, and after we were captured by those doctors, they forced me to watch them scrap her.
Hazel : I'm still here, Captain.
Captain Holden : What?!
Eric : I added her drives to my helmet, if we get them to Cyrus Borg, he can fix her.
Captain Holden : Let's go then. . .
Eric and Captain Holden were about to head out when they heard faint breathing from one of the cells.
Eric : Wait, do you hear that?
Captain Holden : Yea. . . I do.
Eric : Hazel?
Hazel : Cell 4, there's somebody in there.
Eric : I Got it.
Eric picked the cell lock, and opened the door, and saw somebody in a Light Blue and Yellow Ninja Suit, but because of the Chained Helmet on her head, he couldn't tell who it was, and because of the dark lighting.
Eric : Hey. . . who's there.
There was no response, and Eric used his powers to rip the helmet off the person's head, but when Eric saw who it was, he gasped and put his hands on her cheeks to keep her head up, and tears were forming in his eyes.
Eric : Alex?
Alex was barely breathing, and slowly opened her eyes when she heard a familiar voice. . .
Eric : Alex, can you hear me?
Princess Alex :. . . Eric. . . you're alive?
Eric : Alex are you okay?
Tears formed in Alex's eyes, as she shook her head, and continued breathing, as she laid her head on Eric's shoulder.
Eric then cut the chains that were holding her up, and he carried her in his arms.
Eric : We need to get her out of here.
Captain Holden : I'll carry her, you scout ahead.
Eric : Alright. . . Let's go, but first.
Eric and Captain Holden were sneaking into the Armory, and when they did, Eric found his Training Robes, that were stolen from him, he did his Spinjitzu, and he was wearing the robes.
Eric's Robes were Light Gray, and the tie around the hood, the belt, and the ties around his lower legs were Azure.
Eric took off his hood, and put his helmet back on, his helmet was also Gray, and the Projection and the color of Hazel's Drives were Light Blue.
Princess Alex : Nice threads, Eric.
Eric : Save your breath Alex, we need to get you out of here.
Captain Holden : If I had my transmitter, I could contact Paul and Mary, but if Hazel did it, I'm sure your friends could track it, and finding your alive now, could put them in danger.
Eric : True, so I guess this is Our plan, first we get Hazel's Drives to Cyrus Borg, we stabilize Alex's Condition, and head straight for Fort Lexington, and see what we can do about The Plague Doctor.
Captain Holden : Sounds like a Plan.
Hazel : I'm in.
Princess Alex : Me too.
Eric : Let's go then. . .
Meanwhile at The Formlings' Kingdom.
30 Minutes before The Young Ninjas, arrive at Rubble Grove.
The Plague Doctor's Minions managed to sneak to the Airjitzu Temple, which was somehow back on the ground, instead of floating in the air, and it seemed like they were moving towards Queen Akita.
Nurse Payne : We have her in sight.
The Plague Doctor was on the Transmitter giving Nurse Payne the orders.
Dr. Rogers : Good, give her the Virus, and let her succumb to it, I want to see how slow and painful their suffering will be.
Akita was supervising constriction workers, who were apparently building extra pieces to the temple
Queen Akita : I really hope the kids find my daughter, I really want her to see this. . .
Just then, a syringe went into Akita's neck, and she pulled it out, but quickly fell to her knees.
Nurse 2 : Do not expect to see her so soon.
Queen Akita : Who are you?
Nurse Payne : We are your worst Nightmares. . . The Plague Doctor will not fail, and the plans he has for your little bundle of joy, will make sure we get control of Ninjago.
Queen Akita : My friends, and the kids will stop you, just as Opal and Cole did. . . and what did you do to Me?
Nurse Payne : The serum will only knock it out, but when you wake up, you will slowly succumb to what it has done to you, and Nothing will stop it. . .
The Plague Doctor's Minions leave The Formlings' Kingdom, and Akita fell, and was unconscious. . .
Right Now, at Rubble Grove. . .
Charlie : So what do we do?
Nina : Leave I guess, if nobody is here, then. . .
Just then, the Metal door broke down, and they saw the Plague Doctor and his Minions.
Prince Zach : Okay, I know they're the bad guys, but their timing is impeccable.
Dr. Rogers : Time to test out my latest experiment on you kids.
Just then, the lights turned Green, and Sprayers appeared on the walls.
Siddie and Cole knew what The Plague Doctor was trying to do and they told the others to run. . .
They all tried but couldn't get out, and Just as the room was about to start spraying the kids with the virus. . .
Dr. Rogers : I think she will be the perfect test for the virus. . . get her!
Dr. Maul : With Pleasure!
Maul fired a harpoon gun that had a vaccine needle with the virus inside it, and he shot it at Siddie, but it went straight through her.
Siddie : Seriously, when will the Villains learn.

Siddie, Richard, Cole, Prince Zach, Clayton, Nina, Via, Charlie and Lydia, all made it out a window, but the window sealed, and the others got sprayed with the virus, but they didn't know it, since it was clear enough to where they couldn't see it. . .
Felicia : Nothing happened.
Dr. Maul : That's what you think.
The Plague Doctor and his Minions left the room, and the kids left the building, they all just agreed to go back to their homes, but they couldn't understand why the doctors just them go. . .
September 13th, 2044.
The kids were waking up at their homes, since they didn't know what else to do about The Plague Doctor, but when he said The Smallest Weapon was the Deadliest, he meant the needles he used to inject the Virus into Akita. . . and the kids, well most of them anyway.
Since Siddie, Richard, Cole, Prince Zach, Clayton Nina, Via, Charlie and Lydia, all made it out a window, they didn't get affected. . . but the others did.
The others all seemed extremely sick. . . and most of the kids were calling Siddie and Richard.
Siddie : So, you're saying that Felicia's extremely sick, even though she was fine yesterday, and her illness came out of nowhere.
Skylor : Yea.
Charlie : That's exactly what we're saying. . . I'm definitely calling Lydia about this.
Siddie : Then my Daddy was right, it was The Plague Doctor, Get the Paramedics to come get the others, and I'll have my parents head towards the hospital.
Richard : And I'll get word to Zach and Via.
Charlie : Alright, we'll see you guys there. . .
.
20 Minutes Later, at the Ninjago City Hospital. . .
The Paramedics brought the kids to the Hospital, and escorted them into the Quarantine Room. . .
Nurse Rachet and Opal were looking at the kids symptoms, and they knew exactly what was wrong. . .
Opal : Well I can definitely confirm this, It's Roger's Plague Disease.
Siddie : That guy really could have come up with a better name.
Richard : Yea, no kidding.
Opal brought Siddie and Richard outside the Quarantine Room, and the rest of the kids parents were there.
Kai : Well?
Opal : Good News and Bad News.
Nya : What is it?
Opal : Good news Is, It's the same Virus that he used on you guys. . .
Lloyd : Bad news?
Opal : Because of how long it's been, The Plague Doctor probably changed the Cure, so we would need to get our hands on the antidote they've created to fix this mess.
Charlie : Feel like one thing we should do, is find out who was being held Prisoner in the dungeons of The Plague Doctor's Base.
Prince Zach : One of them had to have been my sister. . .
Opal : Alex is actually here in the Hospital, Zach.
Prince Zach : What?!
Opal : Captain Holden brought her here about 8 hours ago, saying he found her in The Plague Doctor's Base, but that's all he told me.
Brenden : Where is he Now?
Opal : I don't know, he just left Alex here at the Hospital and left.
Via : Where is she?
Opal : Come with me and I'll show you.
Opal then took Brenden, Zach, and Via up to where Alex was. . .
5 Minutes Later.
There was a knock at the door, and Opal peeked her head in.
Opal : Hey Alex, You have visitors.
Princess Alex : Alright, you can send them in.
Opal let Zach and Via enter the room, and Brenden came in with them.
Opal : Alex, if you need anything, you know where I am.
Princess Alex : Alright.
Opal closed the door behind her, and the others went over to Alex, who was put on IV and they saw that there was a huge patch over her torso.
Prince Zach : Alex, are you okay?
Princess Alex : I'm not sure if Okay is the right word to use, but sure. . .
Brenden : Sweetie, what happened to you?
Princess Alex : I was Tortured, and when Captain Holden brought me here, they sent me straight into Surgery, to fix me.
Via : Fix you?
Prince Zach : Alex what'd they do?
Alex gasped, and tried to catch her breath before she gave her response.
Princess Alex : My stomach. . . My stomach has, it had. . .
Brenden : Alex, take it easy. . . just say what happened.
Princess Alex : They put a bomb in my stomach.
Zach and Via : They did What?!
Princess Alex : They sent me straight into surgery to remove the bomb. . . but It didn't do much. . . they made me suffer.
Via : Like what?
Princess Alex : They hooked me to ceiling and beat me with their weapons, force me to lay in a tank full of ice water, used a generator with high voltage, to shock me. . . and the last thing they did. . .
Alex gasped again, and tried to catch her breath, when Zach put his hand on her shoulder.
Prince Zach : Just take it easy little sis, what did they do?
Princess Alex : Because I still wouldn't give in to them. . . that's when. . . they put a bomb inside of my stomach. . . and in the worst way possible.
Via : How?
Princess Alex : They held me down on the table, and while I was still awake, and freaking out. . . they cut me open, and shoved it inside of me, and closed me very slowly. . . just to make me suffer.
Just then, Opal came back into the room.
Brenden : Opal, is she gonna be okay?
Opal : With that bomb out of her, yes, she's actually recovering pretty quickly, she'll only be stuck in here for about two days.
Via : Good enough for me.
Princess Alex : Zach. . .
Prince Zach : Yea, Alex?
Princess Alex : Where's Mommy?
Prince Zach : She's at home, supervising the construction that's being going on over there, but she's rather pale, it's worrying.
Brenden : You think she might have been infected with the Virus?
Prince Zach : Possibility.
Via : That and Mom said she was doing a Garden Party for the Citizens, but something tells me that it's gonna go badly.
Prince Zach : Nothing left to do but wait then.
Princess Alex : If you guys don't mind, I'm probably just gonna go to sleep.
Brenden : Alright Sweetie, we'll be back later.
Princess Alex : Okay, Daddy.
The others leave the room, and let Alex rest, so she could recover from The Plague Doctor's Torture, but she also remembered not to tell anyone about Eric. . .
Meanwhile at Borg Tower. . .
Captain Holden arrived at the tower with Eric, and Hazel was still inside of his helmet, and they just got to the top floor to find Cyrus Borg.
Captain Holden : Hello, Dr. Borg?!
Cyrus Borg : Who wants to know?
Captain Holden : A young friend of yours. . .
Eric then took off his helmet, and Cyrus was shocked.
Eric : Hello, Dr. Borg.
Cyrus Borg : Eric, You're alive?!
Eric : I was the whole time. . . The Tiger Widow Venom sent me into a coma.
Cyrus Borg : So the Venom didn't kill you, I didn't think my Machines actually worked.
Eric : No, The Plague Doctor is back though, but he made a huge mistake turning me. . . and now I need you to save my friend.
Cyrus Borg : Who?
Eric took the drives off of his helmet, and attached them to one of Borg's Computers, and the screen showed it was Hazel.
Eric : That Plaguing Menace scrapped Hazel, and since she brought me to you, and you saved me, that means you trusted her. . . you can fix her.
Cyrus Borg : That I can, and I think I have an idea, to make Hazel a good member of your team.
Eric : Same thing you did with Zane and Pixal?
Cyrus Borg : The Titanium part yes. . . and I also think the Samurai X part would suit somebody like her.
Captain Holden : I like his thinking.
Eric : I think you should call Xavier and tell him that there's somebody waiting for him in the Factory. . .
Cyrus Borg : I think I will. . .
Eric : Get ready Hazel, your about to become the Next Samurai.
Hazel : Get Xavier over here soon, I miss him. . .
Eric : I will, but for now I need to leave. . .
Eric grabbed his phone, and called the one person he knew could keep a secret, as he left Borg Tower.
Meanwhile, at the Ninjago City Hospital. . .
The Young Ninjas were about to start tracking who escaped from The Plague Doctor, when Siddie walked away, since her phone went off.
Siddie : Hello?
Eric : Hey, Ghost Ninja.
Siddie : Who is this?!
Eric : The one you saw supposedly die in front of you above the Endless Sea.
Siddie : Eric?!
Eric : I know we're talking on the phone, but can you please keep it down.
Siddie : Sorry. . . but you're alive?!
Eric : I was the whole time, the Venom sent me into a coma, It didn't kill me.
Siddie : Where are you?
Eric : Can't tell you that, All I can tell you, is get Xavier to Borg Tower, there's something he has to see to believe.
Siddie : But he's in Quarantine with the others.
Eric : Well let me ask you this. . . how can Xavier be sick, if he isn't the same. . . he's a Nindroid, a Machine, he's not like the others. . .
Siddie : I'll get on that, but please come and find us soon, Old Friend, Alex needs you. . .
Eric : I know, and I want to see her, but for now I can't, just get Xavier to Borg Tower.
Siddie : I'm on it.
Eric hung up, and Siddie went back downstairs to find Opal and Nurse Rachet.
Siddie : Mommy!
Opal heard Siddie and turned around.
Opal : What is it Sweetie?
Siddie : I got a call from Captain Holden and Borg, they need Xavier at Borg Tower.
Nurse Rachet : Siddie that's not gonna happen, he's sick.
Siddie : How can he be sick, He's a Machine.
What Siddie said got Nurse Rachet, Opal, Pixal, and Zane's attention.
Zane : She's right.
Jay : That reminds me, back when we had gotten sick before, the way you got sick was because of a digital version of the Virus.
Siddie : So you just need to get the Chip out of Xavier and he'll be fine.
Nurse Rachet : Lancaster, grab Xavier, I'll go find Dr. Martin and we'll get that Virus out of him.
Opal : Yes, Nurse Rachet.
Opal went to grab Xavier and Zane helped her, so they could get the Virus out of Xavier's System.
5 Minutes Later, in the Hallway. . .
Brenden had Zach, Via, and Clayton sit down so he could talk to them about Clayton's Violent behavior.
Prince Zach : What is it Dad?
Brenden : This may or may not have something involved with you two, for now I just want Clayton to answer my questions.
Clayton : Okay.
Brenden : Clayton, your Mother and I have been worried about you and your violent behavior with Alex, and since your Mother is at home right now, and Alex is injured, and asleep upstairs, you can say what's wrong. . .
Clayton sighed before he gave his answer.
Clayton : Dad, to tell you the Truth, this Prophecy has been ruining my life.
Brenden : How?
Clayton : Ever since Alex and Lucas came into the Picture, and that Prophecy stated who they were, Mom can't ever seem to take her eyes off of Alex, and Zach seems to be getting the center of attention just because he's a Prince now.
Prince Zach : I'm just trying to follow what that Prophecy states brother, it doesn't change how I feel about you, you and I have had a strong bond since we were born, I wouldn't do anything to change that.
Clayton : Then all of a sudden when the Time Twins come up, we get Via back, and she seems to grabbing attention too.
Via : I've mostly been with Lucas on the sidelines, Clayton, and if you felt this way, why didn't you bring it up?
Clayton : I don't know, I was jealous and embarrassed. . . Mom's always carrying Alex around in her arms, and expressing how much he loves her, It's only been like this for 2 months, and all of a sudden everybody accepts Alex, like she's the perfect person in this world. . .
Brenden : Okay Son, listen to me, Nobody in this world is Perfect, and believe me, Alex's Insecurity made her scared of how other people would see her, and if you were upset about Alex getting so much attention you could have told us.
Clayton : I know, I guess Alex would have thought I was sabotaging her.
Brenden : That's Fair, but the next time you see your Mother, just tell her how you feel, Alex may be getting more attention, but that doesn't mean your Mother and I care about you any less, It just means Alex is an Important part of the Prophecy, and it won't last forever, nothing does, your attention didn't last forever, well neither will Alex's, and if it means that much to you, to make sure you aren't forgotten, then just say so, and your Mother and I will listen. . . I promise.
Clayton : Thank you, Dad.
Clayton stood up and hugged his Father, who returned the hug

20 Minutes Later, just as the Young Ninjas were gonna leave the Hospital, just coming through the door, it was Queen Akita, and she was losing blood.
Zach, Via, and Clayton : Mom?!
Akita fell to her knees and looked up at Brenden and her kids, and they saw how pale she was.
Brenden : Akita, what happened?!
Queen Akita : The Plague Doctor. . .
Zach ran upstairs to get Opal, and they took Akita upstairs to take care of her wound.
45 Minutes Earlier. . .
Eric had left Borg Tower, and made his way to The Formlings' Kingdom, when he heard The Plague Doctor's Minions were going to attempt to kill Queen Akita. . .
It's 6:15 p.m. and There was a Garden Party going on at the top of The Formlings' Kingdom, near The Airjitzu Temple. . .
The Water Ninja had Captain Holden call Landon and Harmony, and they went to help him, they were shocked to see that Eric was alive, but happy at the same time.
Eric was sneaking towards a dock, since there a was one of The Plague Doctor's Minions, Captaining the ship.
Harmony : You sure about this Eric?
Eric : Very sure.
The three of them attacked, and used their powers to knock out The Plague Doctor's Minions, and Eric went towards the box with the "package"
Eric : What's this thing?
Landon : Let's find out.
Eric opened the box, and saw it was some type of firearm.
Eric : Rifle?
He grabbed the Rifle out of the box, and loaded it with the rounds, and he was curious of what it did. . .
When another Guard was coming at them.
Doctor : You there!
Eric turned and fired the rifle, and the Guard was going unconscious.
Doctor : Stay. . . where. . . you are.
He fell down, and fell asleep.
Harmony : How can that be. . . . it makes no sound.
Eric closed the Box, and put the Rifle in the weapon holster on his back.
Eric : Thanks for the Present, Dr. Rogers.
Landon : Well that was a Nice Surprise.
Eric : Yea, not what I was expecting, now I must find Queen Akita, and warn her. . .
The three of them were sneaking up the hillside, towards The Airjitzu Temple where The Garden Party was.
Harmony : What do we do once we find her?
Eric : Find Dr. Sanders, and kill him. . . Alex is in the Hospital right now, and if I have to tell her that her Mother was killed, then I won't be able to forgive myself.
Landon : We respect your decision Eric.
Eric : You have my thanks.
Harmony : You have ours as well.
Eric smiled at Landon and Harmony, before they hid in the bushes, when they saw Akita barely trying to stand up, and Kataru was standing by her.
Kataru : Sister, are you sure you shouldn't be in bed?
Queen Akita : I am fine, Kataru.
Just then, Akita saw Zach, Clayton, and Via coming towards her.
Queen Akita : Kataru, be a good host for my sake, head to the wine cellar and get something special for the citizens.
Kataru : I will. . . hey children.
Kataru walked away, and the kids saw their Mother repeatedly coughing.
Queen Akita : My brother Kataru is a bright spot in a troubled land my children, if I may make one request if I am to depart this life, then please leave him in Peace, he should have nothing to do with the trouble for The Formlings' Prophecy.
Prince Zach : We respect that sentiment, Mother.
Queen Akita : You three have my thanks. . . and Clayton.
Clayton : Yes?
Queen Akita : About your attitude. . .
Clayton : It's because of all the Attention you keep giving Alex, it makes me jealous.
Queen Akita : If you had only told me, I would have given you the attention you deserve, Alex has just meant the world to me with how much we have in common, she's your youngest sister, and my youngest daughter, and I love her, but that doesn't mean I don't love you any less Son.
Clayton : I love you too, Mom.
Akita smiled at her son, before she remembered.
Queen Akita : Zach, are you engaged with finding Dr. Maul's Location?
Prince Zach : Yes Mother, I will find the Oni's Maps.
Queen Akita : Via, are you likewise engaged with helping Charlie and Siddie find the keys?
Via : Yes Mom, we will soon have those doors unlocked.
Queen Akita : Then I bid you take your leave. . . and I love you kids.
The kids didn't care if Akita was sick, because they went and hugged her, she returned the hug, before having her kids leave before the Plague Doctor knew where they were.
The three of them left, and Akita started coughing again, before she was barely able to pull herself to her feet, and walk stumble every time she took a step.
Eric : Queen Akita can barely stand on her own two feet. . . you better be right about this one Captain Holden, because I'm about to protect a dying woman.
The three of them used Airjitzu, and walked across the covered walkway, connecting the Airjitzu Temple to the Garage. . . and then they climbed on top of the house.
Harmony : From the way the Temple looks inside from the windows, and the way the structures and the Garden looks, I'm guessing The Formlings like structural designs from the 18th Century.
Eric : I wouldn't blame them, classic look in my opinion.
They saw Akita walk into the middle of the Garden, where she was talking to the Citizens, then someone caught Landon's eye.
Landon : Look!
Eric saw who Landon was pointing at and he pulled on his hood.
Eric : Dr. Arthur Sanders. . .
Harmony : What's the move Eric?!
Eric : Get him!
Dr. Sanders went up to Akita and made her turn around.
Queen Akita : You. . .
Dr. Sanders : Say goodbye, Formling Queen.
Sanders sliced his dagger across Akita's Chest, and let a big cut on her, and just as he was about to strike again.
Person : HEY!
Sanders turned, and saw a Golden Spear fly at his Chest, and hit him.
The boy walked up, removed the spear, and his hood.
Dr. Sanders : Plague, what did you do?
Eric : There's no more plague here, Arthur Sanders. . .
Dr. Sanders : You are too late, Eric.
Eric : It's never too late to stop The Plague Doctor's Plans.
Dr. Sanders : Our plans, will now quickly be in Motion, even those stupid Formlings, talking to their Mother, has given our allies times to take their plans into action. . . and thank you. . . for making my end a quick one.
Sanders died in front of Eric, he put his Spear away.
Eric : Thank you, for revealing your Master plan. . . you Plaguing Snake.
Akita sat down in a chair, and was clutching her chest, as Eric removed his hood and stared at her.
Eric : Queen Akita?!
Queen Akita : Eric. . . your alive?!
Eric : Stop Sounding so Surprised, we need to get you out of here.
Queen Akita : I don't even know what's happened to Me.
Eric : It's that stupid Plague disease, we need to get you to the hospital, because of that wound you've got it way worse.
Harmony : Eric, we'll get the Queen to the Hospital, you get out of here.
Eric : Alright, and Queen Akita. . . do not say a word, about me still walking this Realm.
Queen Akita : I won't. . . .
Eric was about to walk away before Akita said one more thing.
Queen Akita : But the world will!
Eric walked away, and left The Formlings' Kingdom.
Right now, at the Hospital. . .
Akita was in the Quarantine Room, with the rest of the kids, since she had The Plague Disease as well, but the doctors patches her up, and were giving her the blood she lost. . . and Xavier was unconscious since they found the Computer Chip that had the virus inside it.
Lucas : I can't believe this. . .
Felicia : Believe what, Lucas?
Lucas : My mother was injured and has the plague herself, Xavier is unconscious, and half of the team is stuck in a giant glass fish tank, and Eric is dead.
Nina : Stop reminding me!
Nina and the others could hear what they were saying from inside the Quarantine Room, and the kids forgot they could.
Lucas : Sorry. . .
Just then Xavier started waking up, and he saw he was wearing his Ninja Suit.
Xavier : What the?
Siddie : Mommy, Xavier is awake!
Opal told Nurse Rachet, and they went inside to scan Xavier.
Xavier : What is it?
Opal : Hang on, Xavier.
Opal finished her scan and smiled at Xavier, and he smiled back.
Xavier : Good News?
Opal : Xavier, you're all good, you're free to go.
Xavier : Really?
Opal : Siddie asked you could be sick, since you're a Nindroid, so we opened your chest compartment and found this green computer chip.
Xavier : Somebody put that in me?
Just then, the scanner went off, and something else was inside Xavier.
Nurse Rachet : Apparently we missed something.
Opal : Xavier lay down for a second, and take the top part of your suit off.
Xavier : Alright. . .
Xavier took the top part of his Ninja suit off, and laid down, and Dr. Pierce came into the room.
Dr. Pierce : What's going on ladies?
Opal : Something in Xavier's Chest Compartment.
Dr. Pierce : Let's see.
They opened Xavier's Chest, and saw a Miniature Camera.
Dr. Pierce : Got it.
Dr. Rogers : NO!
Nurse Rachet : What is that?
Opal : The Plague Doctor, he's smart, but not bright.
Nurse Rachet : What do you mean, Lancaster?
Opal : That's the same Miniature Camera he used on Zane when this happened 24 years ago, he's doing the exact same plan.
Felicia : They should call him The Preposterous Medical Practitioner.
Everybody laughed at Felicia's joke, before Lucas went to the Restroom, and threw up again.
Felicia : Well that killed the new fun in this Room.
Xavier : So am I all set?
Opal : Yes Xavier, you can go.
Xavier smiled and put his suit back on, and Siddie got his attention.
Siddie : Xavier, your Grandfather needs you at Borg Tower.
Xavier : Why?
Siddie : Not sure, he just needs you over there now.
Just then, a weird flashback appeared in Xavier's head, and it was the first time Hazel kissed him, and other memories were flashing back in his head.
Xavier : Let's go then.
Xavier and Siddie leave the Hospital, with Charlie, Felicia, Lydia, Clayton, Via, and Zach while the others stay back.
10 Minutes Later. . .
The Young Ninjas arrive at Borg Tower, and Cyrus was there.
Cyrus Borg : Xavier, there you are.
Xavier : Grandfather, what did you need me here for?
Just then, the large screen and the smaller ones around it in Borg's Office turned on, and it was showing the camera on the huge screen was the Factory, and the other screens were showing moments between Xavier and Hazel.
August 11th, Prizes and Plunder.
Hazel : I guess I'm just glad I'm not alone in this world. . .
Xavier : Even if you were the only machine Hazel, you won't ever be alone, and if Landon and Harmony see you as friends, then they know you aren't alone, and they won't ever let you think that. . . and neither will I.
Hazel placed her hand on the Table, and Xavier placed his over Hazel's, and they smiled at each other.
August 11th, Prizes and Plunder.
Hazel : I know I am different, but somehow I don't feel that way. . .
Xavier held Hazel's hands and looked her in the eye.
Xavier : We are all different Hazel. . . but I don't feel that different around you.
Hazel : I feel the same way. . .
Xavier : I feel that we are Compatible.
Hazel : Yet at the same time, something holds both of us back. . .
August 19th, The Final Stand.
Xavier : If you also aren't smart enough to see that I love Hazel, then maybe Eric should have left you in that Sword.
Xavier walked up to Hazel and kissed her on the lips, she returned the kiss, and Pixal and Zane smiled at their son's moment with Hazel.
The two parted from their kiss and held each other's hands.
Hazel : I love you Xavier.
Xavier : I love you too, Hazel.
Just then, a Purple, Silver, and Golden light was coming from the Factory on the screen, and Xavier knew what it was.
Xavier : Hazel. . .
He took off running, to reach the Factory, and the others followed him.
Xavier ran down to the Factory, and opened the door. . .
He stepped onto the Conveyor belt, which was powered off, but he walked closer to the Purple and Golden light, as the girl inside it open her eyes.
Hazel : You said once before that you were not so sure if we were Compatible. . .
the light went out, and it showed Hazel, wearing the Samurai X armor, except it was Purple, Silver, and Gold, rather than Pixal's, which was Blue. . .
Xavier : I know what I said, thought it's different from what I meant.
Hazel : And while you can thank an old friend of yours for this. . . I wanted to show you. . . how much you mean to me Xavier.
The others let Xavier walk up to Hazel, and she took off the Helmet, to reveal her purple eyes.
Hazel : I've wanted to show, and say how much you mean to me.
Xavier : I've felt the same way.
Hazel : Yet you chose to not show it. . .
Xavier : How you would have, or how others would have though about it, has always been a worry inside my brain, but after hearing from both of my parents, and how they are with each other. . . tells me that I should be nobody but myself around you.
Hazel : There was still one question I needed to ask you.
Xavier : What?
Hazel wrapped her arms around Xavier's neck, and he did the same around her waist, as they smiled at each other, and looked into each other's eyes.
Hazel : Are we Compatible now?
Xavier : Yes. . . and we always will be.
Xavier and Hazel kissed each other, and the others left the Factory and let The Titanium Ninja have his moment, with the 3rd Samurai X. . .
Next Time on The Plague and The Pirates : Xavier shows Hazel and her new body to his parents, and Pixal seems impressed with who Hazel chose to be, While Eric makes his way to Fort Lexington, in hopes of tracking The Plague Doctor's Generals, so he can find the artifacts Akita was talking about with Zach and Via, while Nina is getting curious of why Akita and Alex are keeping their mouths shut, whenever the group seems to start talking about Eric, which makes her think he's still alive, while Clayton starts to treat his sister with more respect, only for her to go missing from the Hospital, just as she was supposed to be released, but the question is. . . where did she go?
Will Pixal and Zane accept Xavier's Girlfriend? Will Nina question the Formlings? Where did Alex go?
Side Note : If anybody had ever played or watched Assassin's Creed Rogue, and saw Mount Vernon, that's the layout for what the Construction Workers are copying, but the Temple itself hasn't changed.
