AMY POV
After Sonic and I get done eating we sat and talked about his life here at his home and I told him that we should invite the gang over here as well and he could show us all the things and places to go around here. The sun was starting to set a bit as well as our conversations made time feel like it was flowing so fast.
"Oh, so you weren't this sweet innocent girl in high school, that everyone still thinks you are?" Sonic says as he laughs and eat a pineapple.
"I was nice… but I think it's my face that helps me cover up not getting in trouble. I cheated so many times, but I never got caught because why would "Precious, sweet, Amelia Rose do that." I say to Sonic as he shakes his head in disappointment.
"See, so you are more troublesome than me. I was a good kid and I still at am." Sonic says as he closes the fruit container and places it in the picnic basket.
"Haha, I'm not troublesome. You are way scarier than me and besides…" I say as hold a petal in my hand from the tree.
"I'm just way sneakier than you and you are jealous." I say as I point the petal at him.
Sonic chuckles and takes the petal from me and looks at it.
"Jealous? No, no. But you being sneakier than me… okay sure maybe." Sonic says and I laugh as I crawl over the picnic blanket and I sit next to him.
"What makes you agree with me?" I ask softly as I lean a bit one his arm and I rest my head on his shoulder.
"Hm… let me think." Sonic says as he looks at me.
"Karaoke, when you touched my thigh and kept on looking at while you were dancing. No one noticed that." Sonic says and I giggle.
"Another one… you always try to have "inappropriate" conversations when you said you wanted to keep us a secret… oh and also during truth and dare when you were saying yes to a lot dares showing that you thought about someone in a sexual way but everyone just thought it was Rouge." Sonic says and I laugh even more as he continues talk.
Sonic continues to bring up moments and I look at his veiny arm and gently touch it as he talks. I run my hand over his arm feeling his muscles.
"And… And… um." Sonic stops talking and I look at as he watches touch his arm softly.
"And?" I ask as I notice that he is watching what I am doing.
"And… I can't think of anything else because you are touching me like that." Sonic says and I giggle at the tone of his voice as he sounds like he is in a trance.
"Okay, sorry. I couldn't help myself." I say as I move my body and I lay my head down on Sonic lap and I look up at him.
"I'm listening now." I say as I look at Sonic.
Sonic smiles at me and places his hands on my waist as I lay down on his lap. He rubs his hand back and forth on my waist and down to the top of my hip as he stares at my face.
"I don't know why you thought I would be able to focus now since you are laying on my lap, with those eyes." He says and then rubs his hand over my face and into my thick curly hair.
His eyes move down to my lips and so does his hand as he runs his thumb on my bottom lip.
"And those lips." He says as he runs his finger over both my lips.
I smile softly and I open my mouth a bit and lick his finger causing to move his hand away from and start laughing while shaking his head.
"Heh, okay Amy. You better stop." Sonic says and I laugh, and I turn my body a bit so that my face is laying on the side.
"Hehe, why?" I ask innocently and Sonic exhale deeply as a blush runs on his face from my flirtatious actions.
"Cause you about to make me act up in my family's backyard." Sonic says shaking his head and looking down at me.
"All I did was lick you a little bit, there is no harm in that." I say as I try to keep on my innocent act.
"See, and this is it." Sonic says as it points at my body.
"This is the little sneaky thing you do. And then I can't be sneaky back because what I would do would definitely get us caught." Sonic says and I throw my head back and laugh again.
As I laugh my eyes go to the guitar Sonic brought here and I turn around on my stomach now and I point at the guitar.
"Song time!" I say and Sonic looks over at the guitar and sighs.
"You really want me to sing to you." Sonic says as he looks back down to me.
I jump up and sit on the picnic blanket with my legs crossed.
"Yes! I am ready to be serenaded." I say and Sonic snickers and grabs the guitar.
I gasp and I smile excitedly as I was looking forward to this all day. Sonic places the guitar on his lap and he looks at the guitar for a moment trying to figure out the notes. I smile at his as I watch him focus and I move my hair back behind my ear as he strums the guitar.
Sonic looks at me and looks annoyed as I smile at him.
"Okay l-look. I haven't played this song in a while so if I mess up the notes then don't clown me." Sonic says and I nod my head.
"I'm sure you will do fine. Plus, I don't care if you mess up, I just want to hear you sing." I say and Sonic blushes and sits up straighter.
Sonic strums a chord and the sounds make me feel like I am on a rollercoaster. I close my eyes as I listen to the voice of the guitar flow into my ears as I inhale and exhale. Sonic starts to strum the guitar playing notes that make my open my eyes and I look him.
Sonic stops as he notices I am looking at him and blushes.
"That sounds so familiar." I say to him and squeezes the guitar.
"Okay you might know it. Well I am sure you do." Sonic says and I watch his nervous behavior and cock my head to the side.
"Nervous… why are you nervous." I ask and Sonic untenses up as he notices that he is acting unusual.
"I don't know. This- this song is different. I chose to sing it because its kind of reminds me of us and also the only song I learned from my mom on guitar." Sonic says and I scoot in closer as I am more interested now.
"Okay, let's hear it." I say as I close my eyes again.
Sonic stays quiet for a moment and I hear him shuffle a bit. The strumming to the guitar comes back and I get back onto the rollercoaster of the antiqued guitar, that was played before Sonic.
I start to bob my head slowly as Sonic makes the tempo a bit slow and soft like a calm ocean. I start to smile slightly as the song sounds so nice and simple, but I feel the power behind it as I hear Sonic takes a breath.
"Hey there, Delilah… What's it like in New York city? I'm a thousand miles away but, girl tonight you look so pretty. Yes, you do…" Sonic sings causing me to open my eyes.
I feel a blush rise on my face and I widen my eyes at the song he was singing.
Sonic sings the song slower making the song sound so much more soothing than the normal tempo it is played at. I bite my lip as I try to hold my voice, but the more Sonic plays make me want to interrupt him even more.
"You-You." I say and Sonic looks at me blushes madly.
"I love this song…" I say softly and Sonic looks at me.
"Sonic… this is so cute." I say as I move closer to Sonic and I sit on my feet with my knees touching the picnic basket.
Sonic doesn't say anything, but he does watch me sit up more and scoot closer to him.
"Okay, sorry continue." I say as I smile softly.
Sonic looks over me and slowly starts to play again and I sway my head side a side a bit as Sonic plays the right notes for the song.
"Hey there, Delilah don't you worry about the distance. I'm right there if you get lonely, give this song another listen…" Sonic sings and starts to nod his head and then looks at me and points at my face.
"Close your eyes." He says while smiling a bit.
I giggle and I do as I am closed as I close my eyes and zone out to Sonic's voice.
"Listen to my voice, it's my disguise… I'm by your side." Sonic sings and then the tempo start to pick making me peak my eyes open at Sonic.
"Oh, it's what you do to me… Oh, it's what you do to me…" Sonic sings as he leans his head back a bit while looking at the guitar.
Sonic then looks at me and I close my eyes quickly causing me to smile and I hear Sonic chuckle as he continues to play.
"Oh, it's what you do to me. Oh. It's what you do to me." Sonic sings louder causing me to feel chills go throw my spin.
I feel a light object touch my leg and I open my eyes to see that it is a petal.
"What you do to me." Sonic sings and I look back up to him and I notice that he is looking at me.
"Hey there, Delilah. I know times are gettin' hard. But just believe me, girl. Someday I'll pay the bills with this guitar." Sonic sings and a flicker of emotion goes through his eyes as he looks down at the guitar again.
"We'll have it good. We'll have the life we knew we would. My word is good." Sonic sings and looks up and smiles at me.
Sonic stands up and I watch him and starts to walk around playing the guitar and looking a lot more confident when he started to sing.
"Hey there, Amy. I've got so much left to say If every simple song I wrote to you would take your breath away…" I laugh at him as he changed the lyrics a bit to say my name and Sonic starts to walk behind me and then he kneels down behind me and sings into my ear.
"I'd write it all." Sonic sings and he places a kiss on my cheek causing me to blush and smile big.
"Even more in love with me you'd fall. We'd have it all" Sonic sings and then he walks back in front of me and sings the song perfectly.
"Oh, it's what you do to me! Oh, it's what you do to me." Sonic sings and he spins around and looks up at the tree.
"Oh, it's what you do to me. Oh, it's what you do to me." Sonic sings and then he walks back up to me and kneels down in front of me and I look him in eye as passion flows out of it and into my eyes.
"A thousand miles seems pretty far, but they've got planes and trains and cars. I'd walk to you if I had no other way." Sonic sings while looking at the sky and the back to me.
"Our friends would all make fun of us and we'd just laugh along because we'd know, that none of them have felt this way." Sonic sings and laughs a bit as the lyrics hit to close to home and I laugh with him.
"Amy, I can promise you, that by the time that we get through. The world will never ever be the same…" Sonic sings and he stands up and offers me his hand to take.
I look up at him and I take his hand as he lifts me up and he spins me around making my skirt flow. I giggle as Sonic spins me under the cherry blossom tree throws its petals in the air, letting them soar past us. Sonic brings me close and continues to sing to me.
"And you're to blame." Sonic sings as he looks me in eyes like I am the last girl on the planet.
Sonic lets me go and walks past me and I turn around to watch him walk behind the tree and he leans on the back of it as he sings.
"Hey there, Amy. You be good, and don't you miss me. Two more years and you'll be done with school and I'll be makin' history like I do." Sonic sings and I walk to him as he sings and Sonic looks at me as I appear at his side and he smiles and moves away from again causing me to laugh as he is trying not to look at me while he sings.
"You know it's all because of you…" Sonic starts to sing slower, making the tempo go back to how he started.
I walk around the tree to see Sonic looks at the water in pond as he continues to sing.
"We can do whatever we want to…" Sonic sings softly as he looks at the orange sky.
I walk up behind him a bit and I notice that he is looking at his reflection in the water. I come up in the reflection and Sonic turns around and smiles at me.
"Hey there, Amy, here's to you. This one's for you." He sings as he walks up to me.
I start blush as the tempo picks up again and Sonic smirks at my shyness.
"Oh, it's what you do to me. Oh, it's what you do to me. Oh, it's what you do to me. Oh, it's what you do to me" Sonic sings and he then he starts to circle around me again.
"What you do to me…" Sonic sings and then he walks up closer to me closing the gap between us as the pink petals fly over his head as I look up at him.
"oh oh, woah, woah." Sonic sings softly as he slows the tempo down again.
His voice runs through my ears and I hold my hands together as we make eye contact deeply. Sonic's forehead touches mine and I blush again as his nose rubs against mine.
"Oh woah, oh…Oh" Sonic sings and then he finishes the song.
Sonic moves his forehead from mine, and I snap out of my trance with his eyes as Sonic backs up a bit and smiles at me in amusement.
"Well, there you go. Serenaded." Sonic says and I blush as I start to blink.
I try to find the words to say and Sonic laughs at me and places his guitar on the ground and walks up to me. Sonic reaches at my face and I close my eyes only for him to touch my hair. I open my eyes to see he was holding a petal.
"Petal fell on your head, beautiful." Sonic says and blush again at his comment.
Sonic looks down at me as he notices I haven't said anything.
"Are you going to speak? I didn't sound too bad, did I?" Sonic asks and walk past me.
I jump at his question and I turn around to see Sonic laying down, with his eyes closed, on the picnic blanket. My hair slips from my ear and I pull it back as I notice I haven't said a word.
"Um- "I say as that is all I can muster as I watch Sonic moves his muscular arms behind his head.
Sonic opens one eye and looks at me. I blush and shuffle my feet as he looks at me and then he moves one hand from under his head and waves at me.
"Come lay with me." He asks and I nod my head as I take a few steps towards him. I bend down and I crawl towards him. Sonic moves his arm out and I lay down on my back and I place my head on it. Sonic moves his body facing me and I turn my head to see that his eyes are still closed.
I turn my body a bit, placing my hand on blanket as I look at his face. My eyes move to his chin and I look at the scar. I move my hand to touch it and I graze my finger on the scar. My hand rises up his face as my eyes start to travel back to it and Sonic opens his green eyes to mine.
Sonic looks over my face and to my lips as he looks like he is admiring my face.
"The song was… so nice." I say softly and Sonic moves his eyes back to mine.
"I'm glad you liked it." Sonic says and I nod my head.
Sonic and I continue to look at each other and I move my legs closer to him. Sonic notices that I am trying to get closer to him and scoots closer to me as well as the top of my head goes under his chin. My nose brushes against his chest and I close my eyes as I smell Sonic scent from his clothes.
I feel Sonic big warm hand touch my back and start to rub it up and down making me I open my eyes a bit to his shirt and I tilt my head up to see Sonic looking at one of my curls.
"Can I ask you now?" Sonic asks as he continues to look at my hair.
"Ask me what?" I ask and Sonic chuckles a bit and looks at my hair with soft eyes.
"To be my girlfriend." He says and I lean my head up more to look at his eyes.
Sonic everts his eyes from my hair and lets it go as he looks into my eyes with seriousness.
"I really want to have all of you." Sonic says and I look back to his shirt and then I lean up from him making him watch me intensely.
"Right… this question."
I look at Sonic and Sonic leans up as well as he knows I am about to say something.
"Um… I'm not familiar with this kind of relationship so, before I say yes, I just want you to know that. I have never felt like this before and I feel like a noob so if you could just be patience with me- I mean I'm just letting you know I am still trying to learn from you…" I say and Sonic moves in closer to me and shakes his head.
"Amy, I don't care about your experience. I want you. Everything. All your flaws, imperfections, and doubts. I want that. I really want you." Sonic says and I feel my heart expand as Sonic talks.
"Um- Okay. I'll do my best." I say.
"So, does that mean we are dating now?" Sonic questions and take a deep breath.
"Yeah-yeah." I say and Sonic starts to smile.
Suddenly Sonic wraps his arm around my hips and he stands up. He picks me up from the blanket and hugs me softly. I laugh softly and I wrap my arms around his neck as he seems very happy with my response.
Sonic sets me down and places his hands on my face and kisses my lips. I kiss him back and Sonic releases the kiss. I move my hands to Sonic face, and I bring him back for another kiss and Sonic chuckles at my greediness and he kisses me back as I walk closer to him with my body on his.
"You know there is still more parts to this date right." Sonic says in between kisses and I shrug my shoulders.
"I like this part." I say and Sonic laughs as I kiss him again.
My hand moves to Sonic chest and Sonic deepens the kiss by moving his hands lower on my back and pulling my lower body forward. I slip my hand under his shirt and I move it down lower to his pants causing Sonic to stop kissing me and look down at where my hand was going.
"Amy…" Sonic says softly and cocks his head to the side and watches my hand move lower.
"What are you reaching for?" he asks, and I shrug my shoulders as I try to undo his belt.
"I don't know… but I bet its something interesting." I say as I look down to Sonic's belt.
"You don't want to finish the date? I still want to show you something." Sonic asks me and I look at him.
"I do want to finish but you don't think other things can get added to the date?" I ask and Sonic laughs at my question and he takes my hands from his belt causing me to pout.
"Greedy. Greedy." Sonic says and I blush as he holds my hand.
"But don't worry. Later on, I'll make sure to give you what you want." Sonic says as he drops my hands and touches my chin.
"As long as you stay a good girl." Sonic says and I nod my head and Sonic smiles and kisses the top of my head.
"Cool. So, lets wrap all this up and go back to my place. We got to find Sonia to drive us somewhere." Sonic says and I jump and down at the excitement for more plans.
Sonic and I clean up the mess we made by putting away the containers and used cups back into the picnic basket. Sonic starts to close the picnic basket and I throw a petal in there just so I could see one of them when we got back and hopefully the petal wouldn't be weltered by then. Sonic stands up and grabs my hand and we start to walk away from our picnic area.
I make sure to touch the tree and tell it "I will miss you." And Sonic copies me as well making me giggle. I look up from my laugh and I notice the darkness in the sky is chasing off the orange and now the sky was pink and dark blue. We make it back to the backyard and Sonic closes a little gate and locks it.
"Wow! About time you guys came back. I was about to call it a day." Sonia says as she opens the back door.
I noticed that Sonia has changed into a big hoodie with some black shorts and slides and she has a cracker in her mouth as she leans on the door waiting for us to walk up there.
"Hehe, yeah I think Sonic wanted to hold me hostage out there." I jokingly and Sonic flicks a finger at my head, making say "ow" even though it didn't hurt.
"Tsk. Tsk. Expected." Sonia says as we walk past her into the warm smelling house.
"Woah, wait? Why do you have mom's guitar out?" Sonia says as she grabs onto the guitar making Sonic take steps back as the guitar was wrapped around him.
"Sonic sang to me!" I say and Sonic sighs as I said something that I probably shouldn't have said but I didn't care because him singing to me meant so much to me.
"Sonic sang to you? That's so precious." Sonia says as she lets go of the guitar and pats Sonic head.
Sonic fans her hand away and looks down at me.
"I'm going to go put this guitar up, real fast." He says as he places the picnic basket down for a moment and I nod my head.
Sonic pats my head before he leaves making me smile softly and then he takes off past the kitchen and up the stairs. I look back at Sonia who was watching Sonic disappear and then moves closer to me excitedly.
"So! How was it?" Sonia asks and I giggle and look down to my feet.
"It-it was perfect. I don't think I have smiled for so long ever." I say as I look back up at Sonia.
"I'm glad because… I was worried about him for a moment." Sonia says crossing her arms.
"How so?" I ask and Sonia sighs and looks back to where Sonic went.
"Has he told you about the incident?"
I nod my head in silence and Sonia starts to nod her head as well.
"I was afraid that he wouldn't try…" Sonia says as she points at me and the picnic basket.
"this" anymore. But, seems like he has found the most perfect, understanding girl." Sonia says with a happy-sad look on her face.
"P-perfect. I don't know about that but… I do think that Sonic deserves some happiness and closure after what happened. I couldn't imagine what it must have been like too- S-sorry I don't want to bring that up." I say and Sonia laughs softly.
"It's okay… but thanks Amy. For giving my brother another chance. I can tell he really cares about and you feel the same about him so just make sure you both take care of each other." Sonia says and I nod my head.
"Of course- and I will make sure to continue to stalk him for you and tell you if anything happens." I say and Sonia laughs at me.
Sonia walks closer to me with her arms out and I smile big and I jump into her arms.
"Wow… so no one told me that Amy was coming? Ow." I hear a deep voice say behind me making me jump.
I turn around and I notice Manic in a suit, holding a pair of keys.
"MANNY!" I yell out and I run to Manic and he starts to slow motion run to me causing me to laugh.
I hug Manic and he hugs me back and then he starts to laugh making me look up at him.
"Why are you here? I'm so confused." Manic asks then his eyes light up.
"Wait if you are here, that means the pussy is here too?" Manic asks as he points behind him.
I laugh at him and nod my head. Manic smiles as he knows his brother is here and then starts to look confused again.
"But, wait why are you here- "
"Sonic came here to take Amy on a date! Look how cute she looks." Sonia says skipping up behind me and tugging on my white long sleeve.
"Sonic asked someone on a date- AHAHAAHAHA. So, he isn't the pussy I thought. Wow, about time he asked you, damn." Manic says and Sonia laughs with him leaving me to blush as they probably already guessed before me that Sonic liked me.
"Was Sonic that obvious when we ate at his house that one time?"
I hear footsteps on the steps, and I look and so do they as Sonic is halfway down the stairs, looking more annoyed than usually.
"I could hear you calling me a pussy from the upstairs, ya know." Sonic says as he continues to walk downstairs.
"Good! Hey, but you aren't one since you finally grew some balls and asked Amy on a date. Good job let me kiss you for your bravery" Manic says and Sonic starts to back up as he doesn't have time for this.
"Manic… there date isn't over yet. You can harm Sonic later." Sonia says but Manic already has Sonic in a head lock and he frowns at Sonia words.
"But I miss my little brother. Look how cute he is." Manic says as he continues to have Sonic in a headlock.
I laugh at Sonic as he struggles, and Sonic looks at me and before he could say anything Manic starts to walk away with Sonic but letting him out of the headlock and just grabbing his shoulder roughly as they whisper about something.
I feel a hand go around mine and Sonia picks up the picnic basket and smiles at me.
"Come on. Let's not miss the surprise." Sonia says and I look at her confused as we walk past her kitchen and towards the front of the grand house.
Sonic and Manic walk out first and they walk down the stairs and Manic points at something causing Sonic to go from annoyed to surprised. Sonia starts to giggle, and she pulls my hand a little more as we reach the door to see what they are looking at. We walk out into the warm night and I feel Sonia let go of my hand as I walk closer to behind Sonic to see what he was looking at.
"A car… you bought me a car?" Sonic asks and I gasp as the black car shines from the moonlight.
"Haha, yeah! I was going to drive it down there tomorrow, but you showed up today randomly so… surprise." Manic says and I cover my mouth as the nice moment happens in front of me.
Sonic looks over to Manic in shock and he walks over to his big brother and hugs him tightly. Manic laughs deeply and pats Sonic on the back making me feel so happy for them. Sonia runs to the side of them and joins the hug and they let her in.
I stand back a bit and I watch them hug causing me to smile to myself as I feel a tear fill my eye as Sonic and his family seemed so happy. Manic releases the hug and smiles at Sonic and pat his shoulder.
"Go take a look at it." He says and holds out the keys in his face.
Sonic looks at the keys and takes them carefully.
"Manic- Manic… you- "
"Ahh, stop. I told you I will always have your back. You are my little brother so of course I have to make sure you are okay. And no, you don't have to pay me back. Just don't wreck it." Manic says and Sonic laughs a bit and then looks to me.
I blush as I notice that I have been standing in the back a bit and Sonic runs up to me and grabs my hand and starts to run to the car. I follow him in the process and Sonic looks at the car while holding my hand. I look at the car as well and I stare at in awe as the car is very nice.
Sonic new car is a black, shiny, Mercedes. The Mercedes symbol on the front part of the car. Sonic runs his hand along and then we both walk to the side of it and his wheels where all black with a little drop of red on the inside of tire.
"It's so nice…" Sonic says softly making me look at him.
"It is! I'm so excited for you." I say and Sonic smiles at my comment and unlocks the door by pressing a button on the door as the car only needed a key fob to unlock it, which means you only had to be close to the car for it to unlock.
Sonic opens the car and the light turns on showing off the black and red interior design making the car look calm and cool. The smell of new car hits our noses and I gasp as the car look so nice. Sonic lets go of my hand for a moment and gets into the car and turns it on. The car growls and I jump at the loud noise as the car echoes throughout the night sky.
Sonic looks around in shock and he rubs on the wheel as he starts to realize the is car is now his.
Manic and Sonia walk closer and they look inside the car as well.
"Ooowee she is a beaut." Sonia says as she looks around the car.
"Yes sir. It took a moment to get it, but I sort of knew what Sonic would want since he is "Sonic Speed!" Manic says and we all start to laugh and Sonic laughs too and shakes his head.
"I… I don't know what to say." Sonic says he stands up out of the car and looks his brother and sister.
"You don't have to say anything but what you do need to do is to continue your date." Sonia says and she points at me, standing in the back again letting them have their moment.
"O-oh its fine! I'm just watching the nice moment. Please don't let me be a bother- "
"Yeah, Sonic. You can't keep a lady waiting." Manic says and backs up a bit.
"Yeah… right." Sonic says and then turns to look at me.
Sonic walks to me and takes my hand again and leads me to the passenger side of the car. He opens it for me, and I smile at him as he is polite to me once again. I sit in the seat and Sonic closes the door behind me leaving me in the car as he walks around it to talk to his sister and brother before we leave.
Sonic says something to Manic and hugs both of them again and they hug him back, staying in the hug for a moment. They pull away and Sonia wipes her face and points at the car where I am sitting, and I blush as Manic does the same thing and then pats Sonic shoulder roughly. Sonic blushes and says something making the smile big and Manic burst out into laughter and I laugh a bit too as I watch them all talk for a moment. They hug once more, and Sonic takes the picnic basket from Sonic and then he waves at them and runs to the back of the car.
Sonic places the picnic basket in the trunk and closes it making the car shake a bit and then he opens the driver door and sits down making me turn and smile at him.
Sonic notices my smile and he laugh at me as he closes the door and puts his seatbelt on. I do the same and I look back to Sonic waiting for him to say something.
"Man… I wasn't expecting this." Sonic says and I smile at him as he seems so happy.
"It's so nice! And look a sunroof! This car is so perfect." I say as I look up at the car.
Sonic looks up as well and then his eyes travel to mine. I look at Sonic as well.
"What?" I ask and Sonic shrugs his shoulders and shakes his head a bit.
"I'm just glad you are here with me." Sonic says and I blush a bit.
"Me too…" I say softly and Sonic grins and pats my thigh and then moves his hands to the wheel to start driving the car.
Sonic starts to pull off slowly and we wave at his brother and sister as Sonic takes off down the driveway. A metal box appears again and Sonic types in some numbers and the big gates open slowly. Sonic drives through it and starts to drive away from his home.
I reach up to turn on the radio and some light pop music plays. I turn to my side a bit and I look outside, watching the moon chase us as we drive through the farming fields and into the other side, passing neighborhoods and trees that covered the sky making it a bit darker outside.
I turn around to Sonic and Sonic looks at me from his peripheral as he notices I am looking at him.
"What do you have planned for us now?" I ask and Sonic smiles and turns out of the neighborhood and we start to head more of the were the train station was.
"Well, I wasn't expecting to get this car so this might make things a little faster to get too." Sonic says.
"Get too where?" I ask and Sonic shrugs his shoulders again I throw my head back and complain.
"Aww, I want know now. "I say as I have run out of patience today.
As I was about to complain again Sonic places his hand on my thigh and I instantly blush, making me forget about being a teeny bit mad that Sonic wouldn't tell me where we were going.
"I promise you will, know soon Amy." Sonic says as he gazes his thumb back and forth on my thigh.
Tingles get sent through my body causing me to bite the inner part of my lip and I look the other way as I try not to melt in his grasp.
"Why-why does he do this to me". I think to myself as Sonic warm hand keeps on rubbing on my upper thigh and his thumb slips closer to my inner thigh sometimes.
Minutes pass and we start to pass buildings and people walking around the buildings. I look around and I notice that everyone was going into the random shops and little bars. Sonic removes his hand from my thigh causing me to pout and he parallel parks near a building.
Sonic turns his car off and gets out of his car without saying anything and walks to my side of the car and opens the door for me.
"Last part." He says and I smile, and I walk out of the car and I look around the area.
I look at the ground to see circular shadows moving on the ground and I slowly look up to the sky and gasps.
"Lanterns…" I say as the eyes are filled with an orange light from the lanterns that were lit by the people near us.
My eyes sparkly as the orange light from the lanterns cascade over my face and I turn around fully as I look at them dance in the sky.
I hear the door close and Sonic grabs my hand causing me to look down from the sky and to him.
"You want to go write and on lantern and let it into the sky?" Sonic asks and I squeeze his hand I nod my head quickly.
"Yes! I want to so bad! Where do we go?" I ask.
Sonic locks his car and then he starts to walk down the sidewalk with me by his side away from the street.
"Down here a bit." He says as we pass another building and then a big park is presented to us and I gasp as the open sky that was over the part was filled with all types of orange lanterns.
"Wow… it's so pretty." I say as I start to hear soft music being played in the park to fit the mood of the lanterns.
"Yeah, my hometown does this every month, on a Saturday and just your luck they were doing it tonight. So, I wanted you to see it." Sonic says.
I look over and I notice a lantern stand where kids were getting their lanterns and running off to a table to right something on it. Sonic pulls me along towards the stand and there is a brown bear with a grey beard handing out lanterns. He has a wise smile on his face and then his eyes move to us and his eyes go big as he looks at Sonic.
"I don't believe it! Young Sonic?" The bear says as he walks out of the stand and over to Sonic to give him a hug.
"Chester. It's so good to see that you are still doing this." Sonic says as Chester hugs him.
Chester stands back and looks at Sonic and pats him on shoulder as he looks at his arms, noticing that Sonic got a bit buffer since the last time he saw him.
"Of course, I would still do this! It's my tradition and – "Chester eyes meet mine and I blush a bit as he looks at me carefully.
"And who is this?" Chester says as he looks down at my hand in Sonic's.
"Oh right, sorry. This is Amy, my girlfriend." Sonic says and I jump at the last part causing me to blush even more.
Chester starts to laugh, and he walks up to me and hugs me as well. I hug him back and he steps back and looks at me.
"Girlfriend? Wow! Sonic you are going up on me so quick! And Ms. Amy you are gorgeous. Sonic! You better not lose this one because she will be gone in an instant with that face." Chester says and Sonic laughs and nods his head.
"Yeah, she is beautiful, huh?" Sonic says and he looks down at me making me blush as he looks over my face.
"She sure is. Well hey! Let me not hold you two up! Let's get you a lantern." Chester says pointing at me.
Sonic squeezes my hand as we walk up closer to the stand as Chester walks on the other side of it and grabs a lantern and hands it to me. I take the flattened lantern and I thank Chester for it.
"No problem, Ms. Amy. And if Sonic gives you any trouble. Just tell him that Chester will be on the way!" Chester says and I laugh and nod my head.
"Alright Chester. It was nice to see you!" Sonic says as we start to walk away.
"Likewise, and hey! Don't forget to call sometimes!" Chester says and Sonic nods his head.
"Will do!" Sonic says and we walk over to the table where the kids went to, to right something on the lantern.
"Wow… how long have you known him." I ask Sonic.
"Since as long as I can remember. My mom always took me and my siblings here every Saturday, he is a nice guy." Sonic says and we make it to the table.
"… you introduced me as your girlfriend." I say with a smile and Sonic starts to laugh with a faint blush on his face.
"Well, you are. Aren't you?" he asks looking at me as he places his lantern on the table.
"Y-yeah." I say and Sonic picks up a marker and takes off the cap.
"You must have liked it when I did that?" Sonic asks as he hands me the marker.
I blush and I take the marker gently as the orange lanterns in the sky, shine on Sonic's face.
"I thought it was a very nice gesture." I say in a polite accent and laughs at me.
Sonic grabs a marker himself and then he turns to me a bit and points at a piece of paper that was attached to the lantern.
"So, all you do is right down something you want to wish for, or something you want to manifest. Or anything you have ever wanted, and you put it out into the universe." Sonic says and I nod my head and I look at the orange piece of paper on the side of the lantern.
"Or right anything. Like a message to someone. A quote. A memory. Or even me." Sonic says making me laugh at his last comment.
"Okay, I'll write about how Sonic the Hedgehog is so attractive and muscular." I say and Sonic laughs and shakes his head.
"Okay and I'll right about how Amelia Rose has the fattest ass ever and I wish to touch it someday." Sonic says and I bust out laughing and I shove his shoulder.
"That's creepy!" I say to Sonic.
"No, it's not. Its meaningful and inspirational." Sonic says making me laugh even more.
"But, on a serious note. You can't say what you wrote about and no one can see what you write about either so keep it a secret." Sonic says and then he leans down the table to start writing.
I watch Sonic write and I look to my paper as nothing has appeared in my mind.
"Hm… let's see." I think to myself as I look at the blank paper.
"Something meaningful? I'm not even sure what to write about. Maybe it can be about the band… or success? Maybe I should write something down about passing algebra." I think to myself as I stare at the paper.
"No… it has to be something deeper than that. Something meaningful- "
Sonic sneezes and I stare at his face for a moment as he moves back to writing. I feel my stomach turn and I watch him sniff after his sneeze.
"…Bless you." I say and Sonic looks at me smiles.
"Thanks, beautiful." He says and then he goes back to writing.
I stare at him a bit more and Sonic moves his eyes to mine and then squints his eyes as he covers his paper making me laugh.
"Hey! Hey! No cheating." Sonic says and I giggle as I look back to my paper.
I secretly look at Sonic again and I blush as I decided what my lantern should be about. I look down to my paper and I grip the marker as I write down a wish, that I think that is perfect.
Sonic leans up before and he waits for me to finish and I stand up as well.
"All done?" he asks, and I nod my head.
"Yes. I think my wish is perfect." I say and Sonic smiles softly at and grabs my hand.
"Good."
Sonic brings me to another table that has a man behind it, who is lighting up the lanterns and passing them back out to people. Sonic places his lantern on the table and so do I as I follow his moves and then the man on the other side of the stand pulls them up and into their circular shape and lights up the inside, creating a bright orange light.
"Woah.' I say as I watch mine glow bright and the man hands us back the lanterns.
Sonic pulls me along away from the stands and I stare at my lantern as we walk. Sonic suddenly slows down as we get near a statue of a man and I look at it as the light of the other lanterns that were already flying shine on it lightly.
I look over to Sonic who was looking at me and he blushes a bit making me turn fully to him.
"Well- this is where we let them go." Sonic says and I nod my head.
I look back to my lantern once more and I look at the note and then back to Sonic.
"Ready." Sonic says as he raises his lantern up a bit.
"Yes!" I say and Sonic smiles at me and then looks at his lantern.
"Okay… 1…2…" Sonic says and then he halts a bit before his says three as he gets lost into his lantern.
I notice that Sonic is dazed out a bit, so I move closer to him and I wrap my arm around his side, and he looks down at me as I lay my head on his chest. I raise my lantern up to where he was holding it and I look up at him.
"3." I say and we both let our lanterns go and they start to slowly set off into the orange and dark lit sky.
Our lanterns softly move in the sky as they reach a height to where not even Sonic could bring them back to us if he wanted too. Our lanterns spin around each other once and stay close together as they meet up with the other lanterns in the sky.
"Wow, it's so pretty." I say to myself and I feel Sonic move his hand around my shoulder too as he was looking up at it.
"Yeah…" Sonic says as he continues to watch our lanterns go.
We stand there in silence for a moment watching our lanterns become tiny circular dots and then Sonic hands moves down to my back making me look at him.
"So… what did you wish for." Sonic asks and I laugh at him.
"What? You told me not to tell you." I say and Sonic shrugs his shoulders.
"Soooo, you can do it while out lanterns are too far away to listen." Sonic says and I smile at him.
"Nope! You can't know." I say.
"Oh really?" Sonic says as he turns to me and pulls a bit close to him.
"Mhm." I say and Sonic eyes move my lip.
"What if I gave you a kiss. Then could I know." Sonic and I shrug my shoulders and laugh.
"I don't know. Kiss me and find out." I say and Sonic looks at my eyes and chuckles.
Sonic leans down and kisses my lips softly and then he leans back up and looks at me.
"Can I know now?"
"Hmmm… nah." I say and Sonic drops his jaw down and looks at me causing me to laugh.
"That one hurted." Sonic says and I pout my lip and I place my hand on his face and I rub it.
"Poor baby." I say and Sonic chuckles as he places his hand on my hand, that was on his face as he looks at me.
"You make me feel so happy and wanted." Sonic says sarcastically as he takes my hand and he starts to walk back towards the entrance of the park.
I laugh at his sarcasm and I slowly stop as I watch him smile.
"That's what I always want you to feel." I say to him making Sonic blush a bit.
"I just want you to be happy. Like you deserve to be." I think to myself as I look back one last time to look at my wish floating in the sky.
Sonic and I exit the park and we start to walk left of the park. People start to pass us, and I walk a bit closer to Sonic arm as he turns a corner on the sidewalk.
We enter a new area and the street is loud and busy with music which made me confused to how I didn't hear the music on the other side of the building. Plenty of couples and friends pass us, having loud conservations as we walk down the street.
All the buildings are made of brick and there were small litter food vendors that were built into the ground, so it looked like they were permanently there. There were also neon signs everywhere on the buildings and food vendors.
As we walk my nose catches onto something sweet and I open my eyes to look around to where that was coming from.
"Sonic!" I hear an older woman yells and I look at the direction and I notice it's a middle-aged woman at a Dango stand, she was in the back making it while teens in front of her were taking orders and handing the food.
"Hey Ms. Booker. It's been so long." Sonic says with a small smile on his face as he walks up to the Dango stand with me along.
"Boy look at you! It's been ages! I was wondering when you were going to come back to town to see me!" She says as she reaches out of her stand to hug Sonic.
"Yeah, sorry. I will visit a lot more." Sonic says and she looks over his body and then to me.
"Oh no! WHO IS THIS?" She yells pointing at me.
"This is Amy my girlfriend- "
"GIRLFRIEND?" She yells causing Sonic to blush and some random people to look our way.
"MARK! SONIC IS HERE AND HE BROUGHT A GIRLFRIEND!" Ms. Clark says and a man with the same shirt as Ms. Clark walks up and sees Sonic and I.
"Sonic! MAN, ITS BEEN AGES!" Mark says and brings Sonic into a hug and then they dap up.
"Yeah, sorry. I promise to visit more. You guys seem to be doing great." Sonic says with a small blush making giggle at how cute he looks.
"Shit, I can say the same to you. Boy has been working out too much. Look at those muscles!" Mark says slapping Sonic on the side of his arm.
"Haha… yeah, yeah- "
"And who is this?" he questions looking at me.
"This is Amy. My girlfriend." Sonic says and I give them a small wave since everyone seems so friendly.
"Well, I will be. Sonic has a girlfriend! Nice to me you Amy." Ms. Clark says.
"Likewise." I say and they both smile at me.
"Well, I am sure you brought her up here to try some Dango?" Ms. Clark asks and Sonic nods his head.
"I tell you what. We can get you two some free on the house! As long as you promise to call us every once in a while!" Ms. Clark says handing Sonic some dango's on a stick.
One of the dango are drenched in a brown sauce and then others are white, green, and pink. As Sonic continues to talk to the nice people I stare at the sticks in Sonic hand and my mouth starts to salivate as I watch them glisten from a streetlamp.
"Okay! Well I will see you guys later." Sonic says pulling me along and snapping me back into the real world.
Music plays from some bars as we walk past a couple of people and then we come across a sitting area with people sitting on wooden tables and chatting amongst themselves. Sonic pulls me to the back of the area, and he walks to a swinging bench that was in the back.
I sit down and then Sonic sits down first and faces me with the Dango in his hands.
"Okay, which one do you want to try first." He asks and I smile brightly as I point at the dango with the drenched in the brown sauce.
"This one is the Mitarashi Dango." He hands it too me and I look at it carefully.
"Go ahead and taste it." He says with a smile.
I nod my head and I bite the Dango placing it in my mouth and I chew as the flavors of all of it hits me at once. I feel myself blush as the sweetness is overwhelming and I hear Sonic laugh at me.
"How is it?"
"It's so good. Wow, I didn't know dango could be so sweet." I say as fall in love with the flavor.
"See I told you it was so much better here." Sonic says as he takes a bite out of the colorful one.
I watch him eat that one and he notices that I am looking at it and he swaps dango sticks with me.
"This one is pretty good too." He says as he pops the Mitarshi Dango in his mouth.
I bite the colorful one as well and I eat the pink one. I roll my eyes in bliss as the flavor of the pink one taste exactly like strawberries and I close my eyes as it tastes so good.
"Mmm, taste so good." Sonic says and I nod my head in agreement.
Sonic and I sit and talk a bit about the food and when we finish, Sonic gets up and tosses the sticks away. As he walks back to me, I smile softly as I remember everything about today. I stand up and I smooth out my skirt.
"Well, that's really all I had planned for today." Sonic says as he blushes softly.
"How do you feel about it. Everything, I mean." Sonic asks me and he starts to walk, and I walk beside him as we exit the little seating area and back into the sidewalk.
"Today felt unreal. I don't think I have smiled so much in one day before." I say.
"Me too." Sonic says and grabs my hand as we pass some men.
I look around the sidewalk as we walk back to Sonic car and I notice a photobooth across the street, causing me to stop. Sonic looks back at me confused and I start to pull on Sonic arm.
"PHOTOBOOTH! AWW SONIC WE HAVE TOO!" I yell.
"Photobooth? O-Okay- "
"LET'S GO GO GO GO!" I yell and I look both ways down the street only to see that it is clear and Sonic, and I dash across the street.
We make it too the sidewalk and I walk up to the photobooth with Sonic in my hand. I open the curtain a bit to see if the anyone was inside, and no one was there. I pull Sonic in and Sonic ducks his head as he was a bit tall to get in. Sonic sits down on the blue bench before us and I sit down his lap making him laugh.
"There is room on the bench- "
"I WANNA SIT HERE!" I say as I lean forward and press buttons on the photo booth.
I read the menu and it says "¥213" on it.
"Here, I got it." Sonic says reaching into his wallet and pulling out 213 yen.
He places it in the machine and the word "Start." Appears making me click it instantly.
"Welcome to Mobius Photobooth! To select a border press "Select" and too look at the other borders, hit the green arrow keys. When you have chosen your border then hit "START!" to begin your pictures!" says the machine a happy voice.
"Hm?" I say as I hit the green border.
A pink border shows up and I skip past that one. I feel Sonic move his hand to my side as he tries to look at the screen as well.
"Do that one." He says as he points at a border with black music notes around it.
"Aww, because we both like music!" I say as I turn look at him.
"Sure." He says as he blushes a bit.
I hit select and then music comes back on and then a screen showing me, and Sonic appears. I bounce excitedly on Sonic lap as the music stops.
"Get ready to take your picture!" says the machine and I turns to Sonic.
"What pose do we do first!" I ask.
"Uhh, how about we- "
"LET'S SMILE." I say as I scoot more back into Sonic lap and cross my legs.
I also wrap my arms around Sonic head, and I place my cheek on the side of his face, and I smile big. I look at the screen and I notice that Sonic looks annoyed and he moves his arm around my waist and smiles causing me laugh. Sonic starts to laugh too, and he smiles a bit bigger.
"Ready? One! Two… and THREE!" the noise takes a picture noise and then it tells us to do another pose.
I remove my arms from around Sonic as I try to think of another pose.
"Uh-uh- UHHHH" I say as I panic as I can't think of another pose.
"Let's do this one." Sonic says as he grabs my chin and places his lips on my cheek.
I blush immediately and, but I wrap my arm around him as he kisses my face. The picture machine gets the photo and tells us to prep for another one. Sonic and I look at each other and I clasps my hands together as I have an idea.
"SILLY FACE." I say and grab Sonic face and I force him to smile as I grab his mouth.
Sonic rolls his eyes and moves his hands he grabs my eyebrows and raises them causing us both to laugh as I looked so funny. The booth takes the picture and Sonic and I laugh so much making me lean over and laugh.
"One more! Make it memorable!" says the photobooth.
I stop laughing and I look at Sonic.
"Now, what?" I ask as I tilt my head and I rub Sonic chin a bit.
Sonic's eyes change to soft and he looks at my lips and back up to me. I giggle at where his eyes ago and I place both of my hands his face and he look up to me like he is in a trance all the time. I place my lips gently on his as my close my eyes and Sonic kisses me back softly as well.
"One… two… THREE!" says the photobooth and it takes our picture.
I move back from the kiss and Sonic does as well. I look into his eyes and he looks at mine as well.
"THANKS FOR USING THE MOBIUS PHOTO BOOTH! YOUR PICTURES WILL COME OUT SHORTLY!" yells the photo booth making me and Sonic jump at the sudden noise.
I laugh at Sonic and laughs at me too me too. I stand from his lap and I walk outside the photobooth and I wait our pictures to come out. Sonic comes out behind me and he ducks to get out and stands beside me.
"Our pictures are going to look so good!" I say and Sonic nods his head.
"Where are you going to put them? Since we are still a secret." Sonic asks and my eyes widen as I have not thought that far.
"I don't know… what about you?" I ask turning to him a bit and shrugs as well.
The pictures come out and I grab them both looking at them.
"Ahaha, Sonic we look so cute!" I say to Sonic as I walk up to him and I hand him one of the copies of the pictures.
I watch his facial expression and Sonic smiles softly and then looks up at me.
"Super cute." Sonic says softly.
Sonic grabs my hand and we start to walk back towards the car. As we walk back, I can't help but to stare at the pictures we took, and it makes me feel all giddy inside as I have never been this happy in a while. We make it back to the car and Sonic opens up the door for me and I peck his cheek and then I get inside.
Sonic walks around the car to get in and I put my seatbelt on. Sonic does the same as well and turns on his car. Sonic then turns on the radio and it starts to play hip-hop music making him nod his head. Sonic pulls out of the parallel parking area and then he drives down the road.
"Back to the city we go." He says and I nod my head as I was going to miss Sonic's town.
As we drive back home, we pass the train station we were supposed to take to go back home and instead Sonic gets on the interstate and starts to drive a bit faster, making his car growl as he accelerates.
A song on the radio starts to play and I recognize it causing me to immediately turn the radio up.

I start to dance in car making Sonic turn his head and watch me.
"Woo, baby girl, what's your name? Let me talk to you, let me buy you a drink." I rap to Sonic and he starts to laugh, making me look at him.

"What's the chances that you are rollin' wit' me?" I ask Sonic as I rub his shoulder sensually making him laugh and blush a bit.
"Back to the crib, show you how I live. Let's get drunk, forget what we did. I'm a buy you a drank…" I say as I start to dance in my seat again.
"Then I'm a take you home with me." I rap as touch Sonic's face as he drives.
"I got money in the bank. Sonic, what chu think about that? Find me in the gray Cadillac." I rap as I move hand to his chest and starts to shake his head and continue to look forward.
"Amy, I'm trying to drive-"
"We in the bed like, Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh" I rap and I start to grind on the seat with my hands in the air.
"We in the bed like…Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh!" I sing as I rub my hands down my body and Sonic shakes his head as he tries act like doesn't see me grinding on his new seats.
"Talk to me, I talk back." I say as I touch Sonic cheek.
"Let's talk money, I'll talk that. Krunk juice bombs, Oakley shades
Shawty got class, oh behave" Sonic raps making me laugh as he starts to rap with me.
"Let's get gone, walk it out. Just like that; that's what I'm talkin' 'bout." Sonic raps and then he looks at me a bit and looks back at the road.
"We gon' have fun, you gon' see…" Sonic raps and places his hand on my thigh sending tingles into my stomach.
"On that Patron, you should get like me. I'm a buy you a drank." Sonic raps and I come in after him making him laugh.
"Then I'm a take you home with me!" I say and Sonic laughs.
"I got money in the bank… Amy What chu think about that? Find me in my black new Mercedes." Sonic freestyles making me laugh hard.
For the rest of the car ride Sonic and I sing and rap random songs in his car all the way back to my place. Sonic pulls up on the side of the street and then he turns his car off.
"Wow, today was so much fun!" I say to Sonic and he nods his head in agreement.
I open the car door and I step out and stretch a bit as Sonic gets out as well. Sonic walks to his trunk and pulls out the picnic basket. I wait for him on the sidewalk and he locks his car and then looks at me. Sonic places his hands in his pockets as he walks up to me and then I start to walk ahead of him with him trailing behind me.
"I will never forget about today. I never had this much fun before." I say to Sonic.
"I wish today was just a bit longer though… I didn't want this to end so soon." I say as I reach for my keys and I unlock my door.
I grab the handle and I open it the door only for it to get shut back. I look up and I notice that Sonic hand is on the door.
"Huh?"
"Son- "
I stop talking as Sonic hand comes from behind my body and touches my stomach and it moves down in between my legs causing me to blush immediately. I try to turn around but Sonic presses his body against my back making lean my back up a bit straight.
"End?" he says softly and deeply into my ear making me blush as he was so close to my face.
"Who said it had to end so early?" he asks as he touches me through my skirt.
"Son-Sonic- Let's not do this outside where people can see- "Sonic moves up from my lower region of my body and up to my chest as he feels it my boobs causing me to blush even more.
Sonic hand on the door softly slides to mine that was holding the doorknob and he grips on the door with me as I feel himself push himself more onto my back. Sonic hand slides down my body from my chest and he goes back in between my legs causing me to gasp as he touches my inner thigh. I feel my knees go a little weak as I try to keep myself in control since we were outside.

Sonic opens the door and then I step inside with him close behind me. I feel Sonic move away from me to pick up the picnic basket and he sets it down at the front of my door and then closes it behind us, leaving us in the dark and only the moon light from the window beside my door letting in moonlight, through my closed blinds and see- through curtains.
Sonic drops his keys to the floor, and I hear him take his shoes off and then he sighs and touches my shoulder. A car drives by and its lights shine on my brown table that has letters and a picture of my friends on it. I look at the brown table and I blush as I feel Sonic push up on me and I can feel his hardness through his pants as I am sure he is looking at the brown table as well. Sonic grip on my shoulder tightens a bit and I gasp as I come back to earth.
