The next few weeks were spent getting everything on schedule and making up for the day-long disappearance for a good majority of the Fortuna staff. Most people were nice enough to look the other way, but others seemed more pressing for details.
The Idolspheres were gone, now—but the Bloom Palace still stayed. The greenery seemed to be duller, somehow, but Itsuki still went there every now and then.
On one such visit, a month after the Mirages first left, he found Tiki waiting for him.
"Big brother!" Tiki said happily as soon as she noticed him. She was smiling, bright and friendly as always. "I told you I'd be back. And I have good news, too!"
Itsuki returned her smile, walking closer so he could stand in front of her. "I won't protest to good news."
Tiki didn't spend any time making it sound fancy, instead getting straight to the point. "Everyone helped pitch in, and we figured out a way to visit the Bloom Palace a lot! It's not open all the time—we don't want bad Mirages to come here—but we can visit whenever we want to."
"That's great," Itsuki said. "I take it you're here for concert preparations too, then?"
"Yup!" Tiki replied, twirling around once. "Alm and Celica will be there, and so will the Robins and everyone else back home! It might take a bit of work to fit everyone in the Bloom Palace, though. No one's sure if you can go into our world or not."
"Either way, I'll make sure everything ready," Itsuki said. "You've waited this long—no reason to postpone a show much longer."
Tiki's smile was broad and happy. "Thank you!"
Itsuki gave a nod, and they began going over plans for the concert.
(A/N: Aaaaaand since I have nothing else to put here and I don't want to put it in the previous chapter, I guess this ends it off! Sorry for the possibly-abrupt ending. I would quote a bit of the credits song from the game if I (1) remembered the name, and (2) knew the English lyrics. This was really nice for me to write—I got out of my completely Fire Emblem and Mario huddle for a little bit—and who knows, if I think of another plot I might write a sequel. I hope you all enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it! (The rest of this author's note is my personal opinion on how the story turned out because of how low the word count is. That, and because I want to put these thoughts to words and might as well do it now ^.^')
My biggest complaint? Yashiro only has one or two lines despite how he's one of my favorite characters (I wasn't sure how to write him since I was too stubborn to look at the wiki), and Itsuki sounds too much like a Fire Emblem teenager than an actual teenager without the cursing.
My favorite part, though? Every instance of teasing. That, and Tharja's "I'm your only friend" bit from one of the earlier chapters. That was fun to write. I enjoy having characters tease one another because it's something in my daily life, and Tharja was just fun to write in general. Maybe I should write Tharja more often…
Once again, thank you for reading and I hope you enjoyed it! Feel free to look at any of my other stories. It's mostly Fire Emblem, but there might be something of interest there.)
