Cass and Chance continued searching for their young friends as Chance noticed that Cass looked behind them suspiciously.
"What?" he asked curiously
"I don't know but I got this feeling like we're being watched and followed." Cass replied
The two just kept walking until they heard rustling in the nearby bushes. They both put their hands on the handles of their swords ready to do battle.
"Who's there?" Cass asked firmly. just then a figure appeared out of the bushes that Cass reconized.
"Hello short hair." Adria calmly greeted as Cass quietly sighed and took her hand off of her sword.
"What are doing here?" Cass asked slightly annoyed at Adria's sudden appearance.
"I was passing by, when I noticed you two searching for your friends." Adria explained
Cass nodded in understanding then looked at Chance and attempted to introduce the two. " Oh, this is-"
"Hello Adria" Chance interrupted her which caused Cassandra's eyes to widen.
"Hello Chance, it's nice to see you again." Adria replied
" You two know each other?" Cass asked confused.
"Yes, but that's a long story." Chance said smiling and Adria smiled back.
"It is, anyway I saw your friends and your horses about five miles up north keep heading that way for a few minutes and you shall be reunited with them." Adria instructed.
"Thank you Adria." Chance said
"Glad I could help, I would love to join you two but I have things to attend to." Adria said as she and chance nodded to each other and Adria departed. Chance continued while Cass stood their dumbfounded for a moment before following him.
AN: sorry that this chapter was really really short but I have some good news and bad news regarding this story the bad news is that I will be stopping this story but the good news is that will be doing a rewrite of it , because personally I think i could do better with it so be on the lookout for the rewrite of this story. also to StoryReader01 how's that story I suggested for you coming I would like to know what you got so far.
